Abstract
一種禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其包含:一熱影像感測單元,其包含一紅外線感測陣列以感測一禁菸空間內之一熱影像;以及一影像處理電路,與該熱影像感測單元耦接以接收該熱影像,其包含一控制單元及與該控制單元耦接之一記憶體及一通信介面,其中,該記憶體係用以儲存該熱影像,該控制單元係用以對該熱影像進行一煙霧影像評估運算以產生一抽菸事件之檢測結果,及將代表該檢測結果之資料信號經由該通信介面傳送至一外部裝置。
Description
本創作係有關煙霧偵測裝置,尤指一種禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置。
一般的室內空間均安裝有煙霧偵測器以提供火災預警功能,俾以及早滅火及疏散人員。
然而,對一些室內空間而言,傳統的煙霧偵測器並無法檢測出一般的抽菸事件,除非室內空間密閉不通風且該空間內有太多人一起抽菸。此情形對禁菸空間的管理會造成困擾,尤其是對於旅館業者而言,若無法即時制止其禁菸房內的抽菸事件,該禁菸房即可能會常被不抽菸的訂房客要求換房。
為解決上述的問題,本領域亟需一種新穎的抽菸警報裝置。
本創作之一目的在於提供一種禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其可依一禁菸空間內之一熱影像自動判斷該禁菸空間內是否有抽紙菸之事件。
本創作之另一目的在於提供一種禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其可依一禁菸空間內之一熱影像自動判斷該禁菸空間內是否有抽電子菸之事件。
為達到前述之目的,一種禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置乃被提出, 其包含:
一熱影像感測單元,其包含一紅外線感測陣列以感測一禁菸空間內之一熱影像;以及
一影像處理電路,與該熱影像感測單元耦接以接收該熱影像,其包含一控制單元及與該控制單元耦接之一記憶體及一通信介面,其中,該記憶體係用以儲存該熱影像,該控制單元係用以對該熱影像進行一煙霧影像評估運算以產生一抽菸事件之檢測結果,及將代表該檢測結果之資料信號經由該通信介面傳送至一外部裝置。
在一實施例中,該控制單元係一微處理器。
在一實施例中,該通信介面係一網路介面。
在一實施例中,該通信介面係一WiFi介面。
在一實施例中,該外部裝置係一伺服器。
在一實施例中,該抽菸事件係一抽紙菸事件。
在一實施例中,該抽菸事件係一抽電子菸事件。
在一實施例中,該影像處理電路進一步包含一聲音警示裝置,且該控制單元係與該聲音警示裝置耦接以在該檢測結果為真時驅使該聲音警示裝置發出警示音。
在一實施例中,該煙霧影像評估運算包含一人工智慧模組。
在一實施例中,該人工智慧模組係一預先訓練過之類神經網路模組。
為使 貴審查委員能進一步瞭解本創作之結構、特徵、目的、與其優點,茲附以圖式及較佳具體實施例之詳細說明如後。
請參照圖1,其繪示本創作之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置之一實施例之方塊圖。如圖1所示,一禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置100具有一熱影像感測單元110及一影像處理電路120。
熱影像感測單元110包含一紅外線感測陣列111以感測一禁菸空間內之一熱影像。
影像處理電路120係與熱影像感測單元110耦接以接收該熱影像,且其包含一控制單元121及與該控制單元121耦接之一記憶體122、一通信介面123及一聲音警示裝置124,其中,記憶體122係用以儲存該熱影像,控制單元121係用以對該熱影像進行一煙霧影像評估運算以產生一抽菸事件之檢測結果,及將代表該檢測結果之資料信號經由通信介面123傳送至一外部裝置200。
另外,控制單元121可為一微處理器;通信介面123可為一網路介面或一WiFi介面;且外部裝置200可為一伺服器。
另外,在本創作中,該抽菸事件可為一抽紙菸事件或一抽電子菸事件。
另外,控制單元121在該檢測結果為真時可驅使聲音警示裝置124發出警示音。
另外,該煙霧影像評估運算可包含一人工智慧模組,且該人工智慧模組可為一預先訓練過之類神經網路模組。
依上述的說明可知,本創作可提供以下的優點:
1.本創作的禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置可依一禁菸空間內之一熱影像自動判斷該禁菸空間內是否有抽紙菸之事件。
2.本創作的禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置可依一禁菸空間內之一熱影像自動判斷該禁菸空間內是否有抽電子菸之事件。
本創作所揭示者,乃較佳實施例之一種,舉凡局部之變更或修飾而源於本創作之技術思想而為熟習該項技藝知人所易於推知者,俱不脫本創作之專利權範疇。
綜上所陳,本案無論目的、手段與功效,皆顯示其迥異於習知技術,且其首先創作合於實用,確實符合新型之專利要件,懇請 貴審查委員明察,並早日賜予專利俾嘉惠社會,是為至禱。

- 一種禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其包含: 一熱影像感測單元,其包含一紅外線感測陣列以感測一禁菸空間內之一熱影像;以及 一影像處理電路,與該熱影像感測單元耦接以接收該熱影像,其包含一控制單元及與該控制單元耦接之一記憶體及一通信介面,其中,該記憶體係用以儲存該熱影像,該控制單元係用以對該熱影像進行一煙霧影像評估運算以產生一抽菸事件之檢測結果,及將代表該檢測結果之資料信號經由該通信介面傳送至一外部裝置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其中,該控制單元係一微處理器。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其中,該通信介面係一網路介面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其中,該通信介面係一WiFi介面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其中,該外部裝置係一伺服器。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其中,該抽菸事件係一抽紙菸事件。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其中,該抽菸事件係一抽電子菸事件。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其中,該影像處理電路進一步包含一聲音警示裝置,且該控制單元係與該聲音警示裝置耦接以在該檢測結果為真時驅使該聲音警示裝置發出警示音。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其中,該煙霧影像評估運算包含一人工智慧模組。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之禁菸空間之抽菸警報裝置,其中,該人工智慧模組係一預先訓練過之類神經網路模組。
