Abstract

本創作揭示了一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、固持於絕緣本體的導電端子、安裝於絕緣本體的固定件、以及組裝於絕緣本體的金屬外殼,絕緣本體包括縱長的底座,底座包括頂面、與頂面相對的底面以及連接頂面、底面的前、後側面,金屬外殼設有遮蓋底座兩端頂面的基部,底座的兩端設有收容固定件的收容槽及自底座頂面向下凹陷的狹槽,狹槽與收容槽相連通,基部的相對末端分別設有向下延伸的固定片,固定片收容於狹槽並與固定件干涉以將固定件穩定的固持於底座內。

Description

電連接器
本創作涉及一種電連接器,尤其涉及一種可避免損傷絕緣本體的電連接器。
中國大陸實用新型第CN2520047號專利揭示了一種電連接器,該電連接器包括絕緣本體、金屬外殼、螺帽及收容在絕緣本體內的導電端子,絕緣本體設有收容螺帽的空腔及通槽,空腔底部設有鎖固孔,金屬外殼的兩端各設有一彈性扣片,其末端向空腔內彎折形成一可抵接於螺帽邊緣的彈性接觸部以固持螺帽,惟,由於螺帽直接固持於絕緣本體內,在螺帽與印刷電路板上的螺栓擰緊固持時,螺帽很容易損傷絕緣本體。
故,希望設計一種方案以改善上述問題。
本創作所欲解決之技術問題在於:提供一種可避免損傷絕緣本體的電連接器。
為解決上述技術問題,本創作可採用如下技術方案:
一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、固持於所述絕緣本體的導電端子、安裝於所述絕緣本體的固定件、以及組裝於所述絕緣本體的金屬外殼,所述絕緣本體包括縱長的底座,所述底座包括頂面、與所述頂面相對的底面以及連接所述頂面、底面的前、後側面,所述金屬外殼設有遮蓋所述底座兩端頂面的基部,所述底座的兩端設有***述固定件的收容槽及自所述底座頂面向下凹陷的狹槽,所述狹槽與所述收容槽相連通,所述基部的相對末端分別設有向下延伸的固定片,所述固定片收容於所述狹槽並與所述固定件干涉以將所述固定件穩定的固持於所述底座內。
與習知技術相比,本創作具有如下功效:本創作藉由金屬外殼的固定片與固定件干涉固持以避免固定件損傷絕緣本體。
請一併參閱第一圖至第六圖,本創作電連接器100包括絕緣本體1、固持於所述絕緣本體1的複數導電端子2以及組裝於所述絕緣本體1外側的金屬外殼3。
所述絕緣本體1包括縱長的底座11及自所述底座11向上延伸的對接部12。所述底座11包括位於縱長兩端的端座13及連接所述兩端座13的連接座14。所述端座13的前後寬度大於所述連接座14的前後寬度。所述端座13包括頂面130、前側面131、與所述前側面131相對的後側面132、連接所述前、後側面131、132的端面133、以及與所述頂面130相對的底面134。所述底座11設有分別位於所述端座13內的一對收容槽111,所述收容槽111向上貫穿所述端座13的頂面130且前後延伸貫穿所述端座13的前側面131而在所述前側面131形成方形開口。結合第六圖所示,所述收容槽111在靠近該方形開口處形成傾斜的導引面1111。所述底座11設有位於所述端座13內且自所述端座的頂面130向下凹陷並分別貫穿所述前、後側面131的通槽112。所述通槽112貫穿所述端座前側面131所形成的缺口與所述方向開口相連。所述通槽112向下貫穿所述端座的底面134並在底面134形成方形孔1121。所述底座11在其縱長兩端還設有自頂面130向下凹陷的狹槽113,所述狹槽113與所述收容槽111相連通。所述底座11還設有與所述收容槽111上下連通並貫穿所述底面134的固定孔114。所述對接部12自所述底座11的頂面向上延伸。所述對接部12與所述連接座14均設有用以***述導電端子2的端子槽(未標號)。所述對接部12的兩縱長側設置有大致呈半圓柱形的導引柱121以供對接元件(未圖示)導引組裝。
所述金屬外殼3包括遮蓋所述端座頂面130的基部31及自所述基座31向上延伸的罩蓋部32。所述基部31的相對末端分別向下延伸有固定片311,所述固定片311收容於所述狹槽113並在縱長方向上可發生一定的變形。所述固定片311設有朝向所述收容槽111凸伸的凸包3111。所述基部31自其前、後兩邊緣向下延伸有複數連接部312,所述連接部312固持於所述通槽112內並設有向下延伸出所述底面134的接地腳3121。所述連接部312設有朝向兩側凸伸的倒刺3122,所述倒刺3122與所述通槽112的內壁干涉以將所述連接部312固持於所述通槽112內。所述金屬外殼3還設有自所述基座31的前、後兩側邊緣向下延伸的一對板狀延伸部313。每一延伸部313位於基部31同一側的兩連接部312之間並在其兩端設有扣合孔3131。所述連接座14的前、後側面設有與所述扣合孔3131配合扣持的凸塊141。所述罩蓋部32包覆所述對接部12。所述罩蓋部32的前、後兩側分別設有複數鎖扣部321以與外部對接元件(未圖示)對接鎖扣,所述鎖扣部321可以為凸出所述罩蓋部32前、後側面的凸包,也可以為自其前、後側面凹陷的凹槽。
所述電連接器100還包括收容於所述收容槽111的固定件4,所述固定件4為一螺帽。所述螺帽設有螺孔41。所述螺孔41與所述固定孔114上下連通以供外部螺栓***。所述螺帽4自前向後壓入組裝並收容於所述收容槽111。結合第六圖所示,組裝時,所述螺帽自所述底座11的前側壓入,因為設置有導引面1111從而避免螺帽壓入時與絕緣本體1干涉,向前壓入到導引面1111的截止處時,所述螺帽可向另一側移動到狹槽113內以避免螺帽與絕緣本體1干涉;將所述螺帽繼續向前壓入,所述螺帽與凸包3111干涉從而使得螺帽的一側朝向絕緣本體1的內側壓入進絕緣本體1,且螺帽的另一側則將固定片311抵壓至與狹槽113的內壁接觸。所述底座11還設有貫穿所述端座13的後側面132的頂出孔115,所述頂出孔115前後延伸並與所述收容槽111相連通,從而使得在組裝後出現殘次品時,可藉由所述頂出孔115將所述螺帽頂出。
與習知技術相比,本創作電連接器100藉由在金屬外殼3設置延伸入所述絕緣本體1的收容槽111內的固定片311以與收容在所述收容槽111內的螺帽干涉配合,從而將所述螺帽穩定的固持於所述絕緣本體1內;另,因為螺帽的硬度較高,在與外部螺栓配合擰緊時,所述螺帽會與絕緣本體1發生干涉,而螺帽在縱長方向上的相對兩側的絕緣本體1厚度相差較大,較薄的外側與螺帽干涉時則會發生破裂損壞,故本創作電連接器100在金屬外殼3設置與螺帽干涉的固定片311從而代替一側的絕緣本體1與螺帽干涉以避免絕緣本體1發生破裂損壞。
綜上所述,本創作確已符合新型專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述僅為本創作之較佳實施例,自不能以此限定本創作之權利範圍。舉凡熟習本案技術之人士援依本創作之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆仍涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、固持於所述絕緣本體的導電端子、安裝於所述絕緣本體的固定件、以及組裝於所述絕緣本體的金屬外殼,所述絕緣本體包括縱長的底座,所述底座包括頂面、與所述頂面相對的底面以及連接所述頂面、底面的前、後側面,所述金屬外殼設有遮蓋所述底座兩端頂面的基部,其中所述底座的兩端設有***述固定件的收容槽及自所述底座頂面向下凹陷的狹槽,所述狹槽與所述收容槽相連通,所述基部的相對末端分別設有向下延伸的固定片,所述固定片收容於所述狹槽並與所述固定件干涉以將所述固定件穩定的固持於所述底座內。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述固定片設有朝向所述收容槽凸伸的凸包,所述凸包與所述固定件干涉固定。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述收容槽前後延伸貫穿所述底座的前側面並在靠近底座的前側面處形成傾斜的導引面,所述固定件自前向後壓入組裝並收容於所述收容槽。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述底座設有貫穿其後側面的頂出孔,所述頂出孔與所述收容槽相連通。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述固定件為設有螺孔的螺帽,所述底座設有貫穿其底面的固定孔,所述固定孔與所述螺孔相連通。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述底座設有自其頂面向下凹陷的通槽,所述通槽貫穿所述底座的底面,所述金屬外殼的基部向下延伸有複數連接部,所述連接部固持於所述通槽內並設有延伸出所述底座底面的接地腳。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電連接器,其中所述連接部設有朝向兩側凸伸的倒刺,所述倒刺與所述通槽的內壁干涉以將所述連接部固持於所述通槽內。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電連接器,其中所述底座還設有複數凸出其前、後側面的凸塊,所述基部自其前、後兩側分別向下延伸有延伸部,所述延伸部設有與所述凸塊互相扣持的扣合孔。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之電連接器,其中所述延伸部位於所述連接部之間。
