Abstract
一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體及固定於所述絕緣本體的導電端子,所述絕緣本體具有對接面、安裝面及貫穿所述安裝面的端子收容槽,所述導電端子具有固定在所述端子收容槽內的干涉部、設置在所述對接面一側的接觸部及設置在所述安裝面一側的焊接腳,所述干涉部兩側邊凸伸有倒刺,所述焊接腳設置在所述安裝面外,所述導電端子在所述干涉部與焊接腳之間設有阻擋部,所述阻擋部的寬度大於干涉部的寬度。於焊接過程中,所述阻擋部可以防止助焊劑爬進所述端子收容槽。
Description
本新型係關於一種電連接器,該電連接器的導電端子***固定至絕緣本體上。
習知技術中存在一種電連接器,所述電連接器包括絕緣本體、固定於所述絕緣本體內的複數導電端子及包圍在所述絕緣本體外的金屬殼體,所述絕緣本體具有複數端子收容槽,所述導電端子***組裝至所述絕緣本體,所述導電端子包括干涉固定在所述端子收容槽內的干涉部、自所述干涉部的一端延伸的接觸部及自所述干涉部的相對另一端延伸的焊接腳。在焊接過程,助焊劑很容易從所述焊接腳爬進所述端子收容槽內。
故,需要設計一種方案以改善上述問題。
本新型所要解決的技術問題在於:提供一種電連接器,在焊接過程中,助焊劑不容易爬進端子收容槽。
為解決上述技術問題,本新型提供一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體及固定於所述絕緣本體的導電端子,所述絕緣本體具有對接面、安裝面及貫穿所述安裝面的端子收容槽,所述導電端子具有固定在所述端子收容槽內的干涉部、設置在所述對接面一側的接觸部及設置在所述安裝面一側的焊接腳,所述干涉部兩側邊凸伸有倒刺,所述焊接腳設置在所述安裝面外,所述導電端子在所述干涉部與焊接腳之間設有阻擋部,所述阻擋部的寬度大於干涉部的寬度。
進一步的,所述阻擋部及干涉部的寬度大於所述焊接腳的寬度。
進一步的,所述導電端子在所述阻擋部處彎折,所述焊接腳自所述阻擋部的一端平直延伸,所述干涉部自所述阻擋部的另一端彎折延伸。
進一步的,所述阻擋部設置在所述端子收容槽外。
進一步的,所述端子收容槽向兩側凹設有干涉槽,所述干涉槽具有內側壁,所述倒刺在所述干涉槽內與所述內側壁干涉配合。
進一步的,所述絕緣本體自所述安裝面向內凹設有容置槽,所述阻擋部設置在所述容置槽內。
進一步的,所述絕緣本體包括基部及自所述基部延伸的對接部,所述基部設有所述安裝面,所述容置槽還貫穿所述基部具有的一個側表面。
進一步的,所述電連接器為豎直型USB3.1 Type-A連接器,所述導電端子為USB 2.0端子。
進一步的,所述干涉部的寬度為1.0毫米,所述阻擋部的寬度為1.4毫米。
與先前技術相比,本新型具有如下功效:在焊接過程中,所述阻擋部可以防止助焊劑爬進所述端子收容槽。
參第一圖至第二圖,本新型提供了一種電連接器100,所述電連接器100焊接至一電路板200上。所述電連接器100包括絕緣本體1、固定於所述絕緣本體1的導電端子2及包圍在所述絕緣本體1外的金屬殼體3,所述金屬殼體3包圍所述絕緣本體1形成對接腔10。在本實施例中,所述電連接器100豎直安裝在所述電路板200上,即當所述電路板200水平放置時,所述對接腔10的開口向上。
參第三圖至第七圖,所述絕緣本體1具有對接面11、安裝面12及貫穿所述安裝面的端子收容槽13。所述絕緣本體1包括基部14及自所述基部14延伸的對接部15,所述基部14設有所述安裝面12,所述端子收容槽13貫穿所述基部14且延伸至所述對接部15,所述對接部15具有相對設置的兩個表面,所述導電端子2設置在其中一個表面上。所述絕緣本體1自所述安裝面12向內凹設有容置槽120,所述絕緣本體1自所述安裝面12向下凸設有支撐塊121,所述支撐塊121支撐於所述電路板200上。
所述導電端子2具有固定在所述端子收容槽13內的干涉部20、設置在所述對接面11一側的接觸部22及設置在所述安裝面12一側的焊接腳23。所述干涉部20兩側邊凸伸有倒刺21,所述端子收容槽13向兩側凹設有干涉槽131,所述干涉槽131具有內側壁(未標示),所述倒刺21在所述干涉槽131內與所述內側壁干涉配合。所述接觸部22裸露於所述對接部15的一個表面,所述焊接腳23設置在所述安裝面12外。
所述導電端子2在所述干涉部20與焊接腳23之間還設有阻擋部24,所述阻擋部24的寬度大於所述干涉部20的寬度,所述阻擋部24設置在所述端子收容槽13外。在焊接過程中,所述阻擋部24可以防止助焊劑爬進所述端子收容槽13。
重點參第五圖及第六圖,具體描述與所述阻擋部24對應的結構,所述阻擋部24及干涉部20的寬度大於所述焊接腳23的寬度。所述導電端子2在所述阻擋部24處彎折,所述焊接腳23自所述阻擋部24的一端平直延伸,所述干涉部20自所述阻擋部24的另一端彎折延伸,如此設置,有利於***組裝所述導電端子2。在本實施例中,所述阻擋部24大致呈L形,其具有水平面241與垂直面242,所述干涉部20垂直於所述水平面241,因而,所述干涉部20平行於所述焊接腳23。所述阻擋部24設置在所述容置槽120內,如此方便將所述電連接器100焊接至所述電路板200。在本實施例中,所述容置槽120還貫穿所述基部14具有的一個側表面141,如此設置,所述容置槽120呈開放狀而使得所述阻擋部24裸露於外,在焊接的過程中,可以隨時觀察助焊劑向上爬的情況。
在本新型中,所述電連接器100為豎直型USB3.1 Type-A連接器,所述導電端子2為USB 2.0端子,所述干涉部20的寬度為1.0毫米,所述阻擋部24的寬度為1.4毫米。該電連接器100還具有USB3.1端子5,USB3.1端子5通過注塑成型的方法成型於所述絕緣本體1,不存在助焊劑向上爬進USB3.1端子槽的情況。但本新型之發明創造並不限於應用在USB3.1連接器上。
綜上所述,本新型明確已符合新型專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上該者僅為本新型之較佳實施例,本新型之範圍並不以上述實施例為限。舉凡熟習本新型技藝之人士援依本新型之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (9)
- 一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體及固定於所述絕緣本體的導電端子,所述絕緣本體具有對接面、安裝面及貫穿所述安裝面的端子收容槽,所述導電端子具有固定在所述端子收容槽內的干涉部、設置在所述對接面一側的接觸部及設置在所述安裝面一側的焊接腳,所述干涉部兩側邊凸伸有倒刺,所述焊接腳設置在所述安裝面外,其中所述導電端子在所述干涉部與焊接腳之間設有阻擋部,所述阻擋部的寬度大於干涉部的寬度。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述阻擋部及干涉部的寬度大於所述焊接腳的寬度。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之電連接器,其中所述導電端子在所述阻擋部處彎折,所述焊接腳自所述阻擋部的一端平直延伸,所述干涉部自所述阻擋部的另一端彎折延伸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述阻擋部設置於所述端子收容槽外。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述端子收容槽向兩側凹設有干涉槽,所述干涉槽具有內側壁,所述倒刺在所述干涉槽內與所述內側壁干涉配合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣本體自所述安裝面向內凹設有容置槽,所述阻擋部設置在所述容置槽內。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣本體包括基部及自所述基部延伸的對接部,所述基部設有所述安裝面,所述容置槽還貫穿所述基部具有的一個側表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述電連接器為豎直型USB3.1 Type-A連接器,所述導電端子為USB 2.0端子。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述干涉部的寬度為1.0毫米,所述阻擋部的寬度為1.4毫米。
