  本創作與噴嘴結構有關,尤指一種設於高壓容器之出口的噴嘴。

  按,高壓容器(如滅火器)之出口設有噴嘴結構,用以輔助內容物噴出的速度、方向及噴灑射程、範圍等。噴嘴結構的設計對內容物的噴灑狀態有極大的影響,例如第5圖所示之習知噴嘴2,其內部具有一呈漸縮的流道21,俾供高壓內容物通過該流道21時產生集中且加壓的效果,令內容物呈集束狀噴出,此種噴嘴可獲得射程較遠的優點,惟噴灑範圍則較為集中。
  另一種習知噴嘴如第6圖所示者,其於噴嘴3之流道31中設有一阻擋件32,使噴嘴3之出口形成環狀,據此令內容物呈環狀噴出,而可達到噴灑範圍較廣的優點。惟由於受到該阻擋件32之阻擋,故噴出的速度及射程皆較低。
  上述兩種習知的噴嘴各有優缺,然而卻無法同時兼顧射程遠及噴灑範圍廣的特性,實有待改進。
  有鑑於此,故如何改進上述問題,即為本創作所欲解決之首要課題。

  為達前述目的,本創作提供一種噴嘴改良結構,其包括有:
  一本體,其具有一入口端及一出口端,該本體之內部設有一自該入口端貫通至該出口端之流道,且該流道自該入口端朝該出口端呈漸擴狀;
  一套接部,其設於該本體之入口端;
  一擋板,其設於該流道中,其中該擋板設有數個穿孔;
  一軌槽,其設於該流道之周壁;該軌槽自該入口端朝該出口端呈螺旋狀地延伸。
  而本創作之上述目的與優點,不難從下述所選用實施例之詳細說明與附圖中獲得深入了解。

  請參閱第1、2圖,所示者為本創作所提供之噴嘴改良結構,其包括有一筒狀本體1,其具有一入口端11及一出口端12,且該本體1之內部設有一自該入口端11貫通至該出口端12之流道13。該流道13自該入口端11朝該出口端12呈漸擴狀;亦即該入口端11之口徑小於該出口端12之口徑。
  承上,該本體1之入口端11處設有一套接部14,俾供套接一外部高壓容器,如滅火器等,藉以引導高壓容器之內容物進入該流道13。又如第3圖所示,該流道13中設有一擋板15,其橫阻於該流道13,而該擋板15設有數個穿孔,其中包括有位於該擋板15中央之第一穿孔151,以及數個環設於該第一穿孔151周圍之第二穿孔152,藉由這些穿孔使該流道13仍為暢通狀態。此外,該流道13之周壁設有一軌槽16,其中該軌槽16自該入口端11朝該出口端12呈螺旋狀地延伸。
  藉由上述結構,使用本創作時如第4圖所示,將該套接部14接設於一外部的高壓容器,則此高壓容器中的內容物可自該入口端11進入該流道13。此時該流道13充滿內容物,其中可界定區分為兩個部分,第一部分(以箭頭A表示)靠近該軌槽16並形成環狀分布,餘者為第二部分(以箭頭B表示),其靠近流道13中心處。上述前者將受到該軌槽16之引導而沿該軌槽16呈螺旋狀地前進,而後者則未受到該軌槽16之影響而以直線方向前進。
  進一步言之,第一部分之內容物將於行進至該出口端12後以環狀噴灑而出,藉以達到廣範圍的噴灑效果;另一方面,第一部分之內容物同時藉由螺旋狀的位移獲得加速的效果,而增加噴出的射程距離。而第二部分之內容物則沿直線前進,其行進速度則依容器壓力而定,一般而言,其具有較遠的射程距離。因此,綜合兩部分內容物的噴灑表現,皆可達到射程遠的效能,且同時兼具廣範圍的噴灑效果。
  又當內容物經過該擋板15時,雖可經由該第一穿孔151及該第二穿孔152而通過該擋板15,但仍會受到一些阻擋而產生擾流,若本創作所連接者為滅火器,則滅火器之內容物遇到該擋板15可產生泡沫,藉此可得到更佳的滅火效果。
  惟,以上實施例之揭示乃用以說明本創作,並非用以限制本創作,故舉凡等效元件之置換仍應隸屬本創作之範疇。
  綜上所述,可使熟知本項技藝者明瞭本創作確可達成前述目的,實已符合專利法之規定,爰依法提出申請。
