具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套
本創作係與保護殼套有關,特別是指一種具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套。
按,隨著科技之進步及資訊之發達,手機除了具有通話之功能外,並具有上網、拍照、攝影及導航定位等多項功能,故手機已成為人們生活中不可或缺之電子產品,也由於其被大量使用,故往往容易發生手機內建電池電力不足之情形發生,而當使用者所在位置係無法取得市電進行充電時,可供外接之行動電源便成為臨時補充手機電力最好之方式,惟行動電源因體積大,且需另外攜帶,往往造成使用上之不便,又因其需透過導線連接手機來充電,亦造成使用上之困擾。
是以,本案創作人在觀察到上述缺點後,認為手機之行動電源實有進一步改良之必要,而隨有本創作之產生。
本創作之目的係在提供一種具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其係可藉由手機之保護用殼套,直接對手機進行無線方式之充電,達到使用方便之目的。
為達上述目的,本創作所提供之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其包含有一保護套及一保護殼,該保護殼係可拆卸地設於保護套上,其中該保護套內設有一電力接收感應線圈,一充電電池並與該電力接收感應線圈電性相接,又該電力 接收感應線圈上方設有一電力輸出感應線圈,該電力輸出感應線圈亦與充電電池電性相接,而該保護殼內則可供置放一手機。
本創作所提供之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,除了可藉由該保護套內之充電電池該電力接收感應線圈對外獲得電力而對充電電池進行充電外,該保護套亦可藉由該電力輸出感應線圈,對保護殼內之手機進行充電,且當保護套卸下該保護殼時,則可做為一無線供電板使用,達到多功能及使用方便之目的。

請參閱第1~3圖所示,係為本創作第一較佳實施例 之分解立體圖、組合立體圖及組合剖視圖,其係揭露本創作具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其包含有:
一保護套10,其進一步包含有一底墊11及一上蓋12,該上蓋12之一側係一體連接於底墊11之一側,使上蓋12可掀開或蓋合於該底墊11上,其中,該保護套10於底墊11內設有一電力感應模組13,該電力接收感應模組13電性連接有一電力接收感應線圈131,另該保護套10於上蓋12內則設有一超薄型之充電電池14,該充電電池14與電力感應模組13電性相接,又該電力感應模組13於電力接收感應線圈131上方更具有一電力輸出感應線圈132,該電力輸出感應線圈132亦與充電電池14電性相接,且該電力感應模組13於電力接收感應線圈131與電力輸出感應線圈132之間設有一隔離片133,使電力接收感應線圈131與電力輸出感應線圈132可共用該隔離片133,除了做為隔離磁場,避免造成相互干擾外,另可減少體積,降低厚度,又該保護套10上設有一充電用之插槽15,該插槽15與充電電池14形成電性相接,另保護套10於底墊11下方設有一離合件16,於本實施例中該離合件16為數磁鐵,又該保護套10於其底墊11與上蓋12之間設有一空氣微粒感知器16及一氣體感知器17,該空氣微粒感知器16及一氣體感知器17並與充電電池14電性相接,而可獲得電力來源,其中該空氣微粒感知器16係可檢知空氣微粒並發出警告訊號,例如PM2.5以下之空氣微粒,至於氣體感知器17則可檢知特殊氣體並發出警告訊號,例如酒精濃度或一氧化碳。
一保護殼20,其係設於該保護套10之底墊11上,其具有一底部21,並於底部21對應該保護套10之離合件16處亦設離合件22,於本實施例中該離合件22亦為數磁鐵,使該保護殼20可吸附於保護套10之底墊11上,並可方便拆卸,又該保護殼 20於其底部21周圍向上形成有一框體23,於該框體23內恰可供置放一手機。
為供進一步瞭解本創作構造特徵、運用技術手段及所預期達成之功效,茲將本創作使用方式加以敘述,相信當可由此而對本創作有更深入且具體之瞭解,如下所述:
請再參閱第4圖所示,係為本創作之使用狀態圖,以顯示其對保護套10進行充電時之使用狀態,並請配合參閱第1圖所示,當本創作欲對保護套10進行充電時,可將保護套10置於一無線充電板200上,該無線充電板200內設有一電力輸出感應線圈201,並使保護套10底部內所具有之一電力接收感應線圈131位於無線充電板200上之電力輸出感應線圈201相對應位置處,藉此,該保護套10內之充電電池14可藉由該電力接收感應線圈131獲得無線充電板200上之電力而對充電電池14進行充電。
請再參閱第5圖所示,係為本創作之另一使用狀態圖,以顯示其對保護套及具無線充電功能之手機進行充電時之使用狀態,並請配合參閱第1圖所示,當本創作之保護殼20內置設有一具有無線充電功能之手機300時,該手機300內設有一充電電池301,且於底部設有一電力接收感應線圈302,該電力接收感應線圈302與充電電池301係電性相接,使充電電池301具有無線充電之功能,當本創作欲對該手機300進行充電時,可將手機300連同保護套10一起置於一無線充電板200上,該無線充電板200可藉由其電力輸出感應線圈201及保護套10之電力接收感應線圈131,進行電力耦合,而對該保護套內之充電電池14進行充電,同時該手機300則可藉由保護套10之電力輸出感應線圈132及手機300之電力接收感應線圈302,進行電力耦合,而對手機300之充電電池301進行充電。
當充電完畢,使用者將手機置於保護套10及保護殼20內使用時,手機除獲得其內建充電電池之電量外,亦可同時獲得來自保護套10內充電電池14之電量,故可延長手機電力之續航力。
請再參閱第6圖所示,係為本創作之再一使用狀態圖,以顯示其做為無線供電板之使用狀態,並請配合參閱第1圖所示,當使用者將該保護殼20自該保護套10上卸下後,該保護套10之底墊11則行成一平坦面,而可做為一般無線供電板之使用,此時該保護套10可支援做為其他具有無線充電功能之電子產品臨時充電用,於本實施例中該保護套10係支援做為另一具有無線充電功能之手機400充電用,該手機400內部同樣具有一充電電池401,且於底部設有一電力接收感應線圈402,而可獲得來自保護套10內充電電池14之電量。
請再參閱第7~9圖所示,係為本創作第二較佳實施例之分解立體圖、組合立體圖及組合剖視圖,其中該保護殼40之底部41上亦設有一電力感應模組44,該電力感應模組44於保護套30之電力輸出感應線圈332相對應處亦電性連接有一電力接收感應線圈441,另該保護殼40之框體43上設有一插頭45,該插45與保護殼40之電力感應模組44電性相接,且該插頭45可供插接於手機之電源插孔上,另該保護殼40之框體43上更設有一空氣微粒感知器46及一氣體感知器47,並分別與插頭45電性相接,而可獲得電力來源。
請再參閱第10圖所示,係為本創作第二較佳實施例之使用狀態圖,以顯示其對保護套及不具無線充電功能之手機進行充電時之使用狀態,並請配合參閱第7圖所示,當本創作之保護殼40內置設有一不具有無線充電功能之手機500時,該手機500 所具有之一電源插孔501係恰可插接於保護殼40之插頭45上,且手機500之電源插孔501並與手機500內所設之一充電電池502電性相接,藉此使該保護殼40之電力接收感應線圈441可與手機500之充電電池501電性相接,使手機500之充電電池501具有無線充電之功能,當本創作欲對該手機500進行充電時,可將手機500連同保護套30及保護殼40一起置於無線充電板200上,該無線充電板200可藉由其電力輸出感應線圈201及保護套40之電力接收感應線圈441,進行電力耦合,而對該保護套30內之充電電池34進行充電,同時該手500則可再進一步藉由保護套30之電力輸出感應線圈35及保護殼40之電力接收感應線圈441,進行電力耦合,而對手機500之充電電池501進行充電。
茲,再將本創作之特徵及其可達成之預期功效陳述如下:
1、本創作之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,該保護套內設有電力接收感應線圈、電力輸出感應線圈及充電電池,不僅可以無線方式進行充電,且亦可以無線方式進行充電,免除傳統有線充電需使用導線連接之困擾,故使用上非常方便。
2、本創作之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,由於係由手機之保護套直接提供電源,除了增加手機電力之待機時間外,亦可取代傳統之行動電源,減少隨身需攜帶之物品。
3、本創作之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,由於該保護殼具有可拆卸之功能,故一旦將該保護殼自該保護套上卸下後,該保護套即可做為一般無線供電板之使用,此時該保護套可支援做為其他不同手機或電子產品臨時充電用,達到多功能之用途。
綜上所述,本創作在同類產品中實有其極佳之進步實用性,同時遍查國內外關於此類結構之技術資料,文獻中亦未發現有相同的構造存在在先,是以,本創作實已具備新型專利要件,爰依法提出申請。
惟,以上所述者,僅係本創作之一較佳可行實施例而已,故舉凡應用本創作說明書及申請專利範圍所為之等效結構變化,理應包含在本創作之專利範圍內。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其包含有:一保護套,其包含有一底墊及一上蓋,該上蓋之一側係連接於底墊之一側,使上蓋可掀開或蓋合於該底墊上,其中,該底墊內設有一電力接收感應線圈,另該保護套內設有一充電電池,該充電電池與電力接收感應線圈電性相接,又該底墊於電力接收感應線圈上方設有一電力輸出感應線圈,該電力輸出感應線圈亦與充電電池電性相接;一保護殼,其係可拆卸地設於該保護套之底墊上,其具有一底部,並於底部周圍向上形成有一框體,於該框體內可供置放一手機;藉此,使該保護套除了可藉由該電力接收感應線圈對外獲得電力,而對充電電池進行充電外,該保護套亦可藉由該電力輸出感應線圈,對保護殼內之手機進行充電,而當該保護套卸下該保護殼時,該保護套則可做為一無線供電板使用。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其中,該保護殼之底部於保護套之電力輸出感應線圈相對應處設有一電力接收感應線圈,另該保護殼之框體上設有一插頭,該插頭與保護殼之電力接收感應線圈電性相接,且該插頭可供插接於手機之電源插孔上。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其中,該保護套上設有一充電用之插槽,該插槽與充電電池形成電性相接。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其中,該保護套之底墊上設有一離合件,該保護殼於該離合件相對應處亦設有一離合件,使該保護殼呈可拆卸地設於保護套之底墊上。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第4項所述之具有無線充放電功能之手 機保護用殼套,其中,該保護套之離合件為磁鐵,而該保護殼之離合件亦為磁鐵。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其中,該保護套於電力接收感應線圈與電力輸出感應線圈之間設有一隔離片。
  7. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其中,該保護殼之框體上設有一空氣微粒感知器。
  8. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之具有無線充放電功能之手機保護用殼套,其中,該保護殼之框體上設有一氣體感知器。
