Description

鉸刀結構
本創作係隸屬一種鉸刀之技術領域,具體而言係指一種鉸刀結構,且能避免傷害工件表面,以增進其實用性。
按,一般木質材料在組裝時,係利用螺栓或螺釘鎖迫為主,由於木質材料具有纖維,如果直接以鑽孔方式達到攻牙尺寸,則容易在後續加工時,因纖維拉扯而擴孔或崩牙,產生無法有效鎖固的現象,因此一般螺孔加工流程係先施予鑽削沖打孔位,而後於孔位處再運用鉸刀進行鉸孔,鑽削擴大該孔位處之直徑,最後於鉸孔處再施予攻牙加工成型。
而習知之鉸刀係設有一刃部,且於該刃部後延伸有一柄部,其中該刃部係對應孔徑尺寸,而柄部則係用於供驅動工具夾持。但其在使用時,需將鉸刀柄部***驅動工具的夾頭內,然後轉動夾頭束緊鉸刀,再者由於柄部無限制的設計,因此當鉸刀插掣於驅動工具的夾頭時,其深度無法有效控制,且轉動夾頭來束緊鉸刀的作法,也會造成其夾持不穩固的現象,另由於夾頭內無定位結構,驅動工具在安裝鉸刀時,需要雙手操作,造成更換操作上的不便;再者,鉸刀在鑽削孔洞後,通常需要於孔緣進行倒角的動作,供螺釘之頭部埋設,但現有做法需要另外使用倒 角刀進行倒角,不僅存在有更換刀具的不便,同時其倒角深度控制也有問題。由於傳統鉸刀針對上述缺失與問題,未能提供任何解決方式,而有待業界進一步提供可行的技術加以改良。
緣是於此,本創作人乃針對前述習用鉸刀所衍生的各項缺點深入探討,並藉由本創作人多年從事相關技術的開發經驗,經長期苦心孤詣潛心研究後,終於成功創作出一種鉸刀結構,以期克服現有鉸刀因更換不便所造成的缺憾。
因此,本創作之主要目的係在提供一種易於操作的鉸刀結構,藉以使鉸刀在安裝時可獲得有效定位,增進操作的便利性,而能快速更換。
又,本創作之次一主要目的係在提供一種可用於倒角的鉸刀結構,其能在鉸孔時同時完成倒角工作,且讓倒角深度正確有效,並可避免刮傷工作物表面。
而本創作主要係透過下列的技術手段,來具體實現前述的目的與效能:其係由一刃片插固於一柄桿的一端所組成,該柄桿之目的在於供插掣於驅動工具之套筒內,至於刃片則用於鉸削鑽孔至對應內徑;而所述之柄桿係一可插設於典型具多角孔套筒之多角狀柱體,又柄桿之外緣形成有一道環狀之定位槽,再者柄桿底端具有一插孔,且柄桿底端可供一墊片貼設,該墊片具有對應柄桿插孔之貫孔;又所述之刃片頂端凸伸有一插片,供刃片可利用插片於穿經墊片後插固於柄桿插孔內,再者刃片之插片與柄桿 間置設一隔板,且隔板中心具有一內徑略寬於刃片寬度之轉孔,供隔板可受限制定位而形成相對空轉。
藉此,透過上述技術手段的具體實現,使本創作之鉸刀結構可利用多角狀柄桿直接***驅動工具之套筒,且配合典型套筒內的彈性定位鋼珠相對卡掣之定位槽,如此即可讓驅動工具直接帶動鉸孔,而可供單手操作,大幅增進操作的利性,且可快速更換鉸刀,再者鉸刀結構可透過隔板貼抵工作物表面,使隔板可相對刃片形成空轉,如此可供避免刮傷工作物表面,大幅提升其實用性,故本創作之鉸刀在『快速更換、倒角品質及操作便利性』等方面較現有者更具功效增進。
為使 貴審查委員能進一步了解本創作的構成、特徵及其他目的,以下乃舉本創作之若干較佳實施例,並配合圖式詳細說明如后,同時讓熟悉該項技術領域者能夠依據本說明書具體實施。

本創作係一種鉸刀結構,隨附圖例示本創作之鉸刀結構的具體實施例及其構件中,所有關於前與後、左與右、頂部與底部、上部與下部、以及水平與垂直的參考,僅用於方便進行描述,並非限制本創作,亦非將其構件限制於任何位置或空間方向。圖式與說明書中所指定的尺寸,當可在不離開本創作之申請專利範圍內,根據本創作之具體實施例的設計與需求而進行變化。
關於本創作鉸刀結構較佳實施例的詳細構成,則係如第一、二及三圖所揭示者,其係由一柄桿(10)及一刃片(20)所組成,該刃片(20)係固設於柄桿(10)的一端,而柄桿(10)之目的在於供插掣於驅動工具【如電鑽】之套筒內,至於刃片(20)則用於鉸削孔徑至對應內徑,該刃片(20)可以是不同的寬度尺寸規格;而所述之柄桿(10)係由一長桿狀多角狀柱體所構成,本創作係以典型對應六角套筒之六角桿為主要實施例,供本創作之鉸刀結構可利用柄桿(10)直接插掣於典型驅動工具之套筒內,又柄桿(10)之外緣形成有一道環狀之定位槽( 11),供典型套筒內之彈性定位鋼珠選擇性卡掣,使鉸刀結構可利用柄桿(10)直接插掣固定而不致任意脫落,再者柄桿(10)底端具有一插孔(15),可供刃片(20)插掣,且柄桿(10)底端可供一墊片(16)貼設,該墊片(16)具有對應柄桿(10)插孔(15)之貫孔(18),且柄桿(10)由墊片(16)頂面至定位槽(11)中心高度為典型套筒內彈性定位鋼珠的高度,令墊片(16)可作為限制鉸刀結構柄桿(10)***驅動工具套筒之深度;又所述之刃片(20)係為扁平狀片體,該刃片(20)前端形成有一錐導部(21),供便於鉸刀結構之刃片(20)可正確直線導入鑽孔內,又刃片(20)對應柄桿(10)的一端具有一倒角刃部(22),供用於鑽孔頂端之倒角,且刃片(20)頂端凸伸有一插片(25),使刃片(20)可利用插片(25)於穿經墊片(16)後插固於柄桿(10)插孔(15)內,再者如第四圖所示,該插片(25)上形成有一長軸狀之沖擊孔(250),供當刃片(20)利用插片(25)完整***柄桿(10)之插孔(15)後,可利用沖擊設備於柄桿(10)周緣對應插片(25)沖擊孔(250)處沖擊形成凹陷狀之沖擊部(104),而令柄桿(10)插孔(15)對應插片(25)沖擊孔(250)形成凸出部(105),使刃片(20)可完全固定於柄桿(10)上,另刃片(20)於插片(25)鄰近倒角刃部(22)處形成有一擴部(26),該擴部(26)可供刃片(20)與柄桿(10)間置設一隔板(30),且隔板(30)中心具有一內徑略寬於刃片(20)擴部(26)寬度之轉孔(31),使柄桿(10)與刃片(20)受驅動工 具轉動時,隔板(30)可受限制定位而形成相對空轉,避免鉸刀結構之墊片(16)刮傷工作物表面;藉此,可利用多角狀柄桿(10)直接插掣於驅動工具中,且能同時完成鑽孔開口之倒角,而組構成一便於操作、且可提高加工品質之鉸刀結構者。
透過上述的結構設計,本創作之鉸刀結構於實際使用時,係如第一及五圖所顯示者,操作上,係當有使用鉸刀結構之需求時,使用者係將該鉸刀結構之多角狀柄桿(10)直接***驅動工具之套筒,並利用墊片(16)產生限位作用,不致發生***過淺或過深的問題,且配合典型套筒內的彈性定位鋼珠相對卡掣柄桿(10)之定位槽(11),使鉸刀結構獲得定位,如此即可讓驅動工具直接帶動,而無需如習式者要利用轉動夾頭來夾緊該鉸刀結構,使本創作可供單手操作,不僅便於操作、且可快速更換鉸刀;另,於鉸削鑽孔時,當鉸刀結構之刃片(20)直接深入,且使隔板(30)貼抵工作物表面時,則可利用刃片(20)之倒角刃部(22)同步完成該鑽孔頂端的倒角工作,且受到隔板(30)的限位,因此不致發生倒角不足或太深的問題,可有效提高其加工品質,再者由於隔板(30)可相對刃片(20)空轉,因此當隔板(30)貼抵工作物表面時,由於其受到限制而不轉動,如此可供避免柄桿(10)之墊片(16)刮傷工作物表面,大幅提升其實用性。
又本創作另有一實施例,其係如第六、七圖所示,柄桿(10)外緣於對應插孔(15)處形成有一銷孔(12), 供一固定銷桿(13)插掣,而刃片(20)之插片(25)上具有一對應柄桿(10)銷孔(12)之穿孔(27),使刃片(20)進一步可利用固定銷桿(13)固設於柄桿(10)上,不致因外力而滑脫,其具有與前述相同之功效。
綜上所述,可以理解到本創作為一創意極佳之新型創作,除了有效解決習式者所面臨的問題,更大幅增進功效,且在相同的技術領域中未見相同或近似的產品創作或公開使用,同時具有功效的增進,故本創作已符合新型專利有關「新穎性」與「進步性」的要件,乃依法提出申請新型專利。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種鉸刀結構,該鉸刀結構係由一刃片(20)插固於一柄桿(10)的一端所組成;而所述之柄桿係一可插設於典型具多角孔套筒之多角狀柱體,又柄桿之外緣形成有一道環狀之定位槽(11),再者柄桿(10)底端具有一插孔(15),且柄桿底端可供一墊片(16)貼設,該墊片具有對應柄桿插孔之貫孔(18);又所述之刃片頂端凸伸有一插片(25),供刃片可利用插片(25)於穿經墊片(16)後插固於柄桿插孔(15)內,再者刃片(20)之插片(25)與柄桿(10)間置設一隔板(30),且隔板(30)中心具有一內徑略寬於刃片寬度之轉孔(31),供隔板(30)可受限制定位而形成相對空轉;藉此,可利用多角狀柄桿直接插掣於驅動工具中,且能同時完成鑽孔開口之倒角,而組構成一便於操作、且可提高加工品質之鉸刀結構者。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鉸刀結構,其中該柄桿(10)為配合六角孔套筒之六角桿,供鉸刀結構可利用柄桿(10)直接插掣於典型之套筒內。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鉸刀結構,其中該柄桿(10)由墊片(16)頂面至定位槽(11)中心高度為典型套筒內彈性定位鋼珠的高度,令墊片可作為限制鉸刀結構柄桿***驅動工具套筒之深度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鉸刀結構,其中該刃片(20)係為扁平狀片體。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鉸刀結構,其中該刃片(20)對應柄桿(10)的一端具有一倒角刃部(22),倒角刃部(22)位於隔板(30)下方。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鉸刀結構,其中該刃片(20)前端形成有一錐導部(21),供便於鉸刀結構之刃片(20)可正確直線導入鑽孔內。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鉸刀結構,其中該刃片(20)於插片鄰近倒角刃部(22)處形成有一擴部(26),而該隔板(30)係設於該擴部(26)上。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鉸刀結構,其中該刃片(20)之插片(25)***柄桿(10)之插孔(15)後,利用沖擊設備於柄桿(10)周緣沖擊形成凹陷狀之沖擊部(104),令刃片(20)可完全固定於柄桿(10)上。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1或8項所述之鉸刀結構,其中該刃片(20)之插片(25)上形成有一長軸狀之沖擊孔(250),供刃片(20)插片(25)***柄桿(10)之插孔(15)後,利用沖擊設備於柄桿(10)周緣沖擊形成凹陷狀之沖擊部(104),令柄桿(10)對應插片(25)沖擊孔(250)形成凸出部(105),使刃片(20)可完全固定於柄桿(10)上。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之鉸刀結構,其中該柄桿(10)外緣於對應插孔(15)處形成有一銷孔(12),而刃片(20)之插片(25)上具有一對應銷孔(12)之穿孔(27),供一固定銷桿(13)插掣,使刃片(20)進一步可利用固定銷桿(13)固設於柄桿(10)上。
