本創作之自動沖泡機中設計有第一、第二軸向傳動 組件,而帶動壺嘴可於一平面上做出任何幾何軌跡之移動,讓出水能由濾件中心點螺旋狀的向內、外往復式環繞噴灑,且咖啡機中亦可配合可程式模組來操控水溫控制、定量水量、等待計時器及注水軌跡控制,藉使咖啡粉能夠快速且均勻地被萃取,釋放出濃醇甘美之風味,改善以往烹煮經驗多寡直接影響沖泡風味好壞之人為因素,使沖泡出之咖啡飲品在保有濃醇甘美的情況下亦可快速量化生產,且本創作在壺具上方除了移動的壺嘴外,不會有障礙物擋住壺具的上方,使咖啡在沖泡時,咖啡的香氣可以不受上方障礙物阻擋而飄散在四周的空間。The first automatic brewing machine is designed with first and second axial transmissions.
