Description

適合水中活動的鞋
本新型是有關於一種履具，特別是指一種適合水中活動的鞋。
如TW公告號碼373450專利案所示，現有一種適用於涉水之鞋子，是在一鞋底頂部結合有一鞋面，該鞋底之底部又結合有一防滑墊，該鞋底與鞋面、該防滑墊若採用粘膠結合，則黏膠泡水後容易脫膠，造成鞋子的壽命不長，該鞋底與鞋面、該防滑墊若採用車縫固結，則又會因為整體厚度太大，導致車縫加工不容易。
又如TW證書號M377900專利案，是在一鞋底頂面以疊黏方式固設有一鞋墊，這種鞋子亦容易因泡水而容易脫膠，導致壽命短。再者，該鞋底、該鞋墊若要以車縫方式固結一鞋面，則也會因為整體厚度太大，導致車縫加工不容易，因此，只能製作成夾腳拖鞋的樣式，所以使用功能及穿著之固定性會受到相當的限制，尤其是在進行水中活動時，這種脫鞋也容易自腳上脫落，甚至遺失。
因此，本新型之目的，即在提供一種結合穩固、 使用壽命長且穿著之固定性佳之適合水中活動的鞋。
於是本新型的適合水中活動的鞋，包含一鞋底、一鞋墊單元及一鞋面單元，該鞋底具有一圍繞呈中空環狀且可界定出一內孔的環周部及多數連結於該環周部且設置在該內孔中的支撐部，透過該等支撐部可將該內孔區隔成多數鏤空部，該環周部具有一環頂面、一與該環頂面相反的環底面及一連接於該環頂面與該環底面之間且朝該等鏤空部凸伸的內環緣，該等支撐部各具有多數朝該等鏤空部凸伸的卡制緣，該鞋墊單元具有一設置在該鞋底的墊本體、多數連結於該墊本體且分別對應於該等鏤空部的耐磨塊及多數形成在該墊本體與該等耐磨塊之間的嵌溝，該墊本體受該等支撐部及該環頂面所支撐，該等耐磨塊分別嵌套在該鏤空部中，且凸露於該環底面底部，該等嵌溝分別相對於該等耐磨塊呈內凹狀，並可分別供該內環緣與該等卡制緣嵌卡，該鞋面單元固定於該鞋底。
本新型之功效：利用該等耐磨塊嵌套於該等鏤空部，以及該環周部與該等支撐部對該鞋墊單元的支撐，可使該鞋底與該鞋墊單元穩固結合、該鞋面單元之車縫容易，且穿著的定位性佳、使用壽命長。

本新型之其他的特徵及功效，將於參照圖式的較佳實施例詳細說明中清楚地呈現，其中：圖1是一立體分解圖，說明本新型適合水中活動的鞋一較佳實施例； 圖2是本新型上述較佳實施例之一平面分解示意圖；圖3是本新型上述較佳實施例之一組合剖面圖；圖4是圖3的局部放大示意圖；及圖5是本新型上述較佳實施例之一鞋底平面圖。
參閱圖1與圖2，本新型適合水中活動的鞋的一較佳實施例包含一鞋底10、一鞋墊單元20及一鞋面單元30。
該鞋底10具有一圍繞呈中空環狀且可界定出一內孔14的環周部11、一橫向連結於該環周部11且設置在該內孔14中的間隔部12、多數橫向連結於該環周部11且設置在該內孔14中的支撐部13，透過該間隔部12與該等支撐部13可將該內孔14區隔成多數鏤空部141。該環周部11具有一環頂面111、一與該環頂面111相反的環底面112及一連接於該環頂面111與該環底面112之間且朝該等鏤空部141凸伸的內環緣113，該間隔部12鄰近該內孔14的中段且寬度大於該等支撐部13，並具有二相反設置且朝該等鏤空部141凸伸的側緣121，且該間隔部12與位於兩側的兩個支撐部13、該環周部11之間分別界定出一個鏤空部141。該等支撐部13分設在該間隔部12兩側且由該環周部11朝底部凸出，並各具有一凸出於該環底面112與該間隔部12底部的底側面131、至少一穿孔132及兩個朝該等鏤空部141凸伸的卡制緣133。
配合參圖3及圖4，該鞋墊單元20具有一墊本 體21、多數連結於該墊本體21且分別對應於該等鏤空部141的耐磨塊22及多數形成在該墊本體21與該等耐磨塊22之間的嵌溝23。該墊本體21以柔軟舒適的材質製成，底部受該間隔部12、該等支撐部13及該環頂面111所支撐。該等耐磨塊22以耐磨材質製成，分別嵌套在該等鏤空部141中，且可凸露於該環底面112底部，本實施例中，該等耐磨塊22的底面對應於該等底側面131，且該等嵌溝23分別相對於該等耐磨塊22呈內凹狀，並可分別供該內環緣113、該等卡制緣133嵌卡，該間隔部12之該等側緣121也分別嵌卡在所對應的耐磨塊22的嵌溝23中，本實施例中，該等耐磨塊22與該墊本體21採用不同材質，且該等耐磨塊22與該墊本體21直接在模內一體成型。另外，該鞋墊單元20還具有多數排水孔24，一部份的排水孔24可由該墊本體21朝該等耐磨塊22貫穿，另一部份的排水孔24只貫穿該墊本體21，且可分別與該等支撐部13的穿孔132相連通。
配合參圖3、圖4及圖5，該鞋面單元30車縫固定於該鞋底10，並具有一車縫固定於該環周部11之環底面112的環帶件31、一車縫固定於該間隔部12底部且連結於該環帶件31的連接件32及一連結於該環帶件31且對應於該環頂面111的鞋面件33。
在該鞋墊單元20尚未與該鞋底10結合之前，先將該鞋面單元30的環帶件31及該連接件32車縫固定於該環周部11之環底面112及該間隔部12之底部。
再如圖3及圖4，當該鞋墊單元20由上朝下相對於該鞋底10進行組裝時，可使該墊本體21的底部受該間隔部12、該等支撐部13及該環頂面111所支撐，且該等耐磨塊22可分別嵌套在該等鏤空部141中，該等嵌溝23則分別供該環周部11之內環緣113、該等支撐部13之卡制緣133及該間隔部12之側緣121嵌卡，即可使得該鞋墊單元20穩固地結合於該鞋底10上，且由該鞋底10、該鞋墊單元20及該鞋面單元30組成完整的鞋。
因此，再將本新型之功效歸納如下：
一、利用該等耐磨塊22分別嵌套在該等鏤空部141中，及利用該等嵌溝23則分別供該環周部11之內環緣113、該等支撐部13之卡制緣133及該間隔部12之側緣121嵌卡，即可使得該鞋墊單元20穩固地結合於該鞋底10上，且不容易脫落，亦即，該鞋墊單元20與該鞋底10不需要採用粘膠即可穩固結合，且該鞋面單元30也利用車縫固定在該鞋底10，所以沒有脫膠的問題，使用壽命長。
二、該鞋底10的環周部11及該間隔部12厚度小，與該鞋面單元30的車縫加工容易。
三、該鞋面單元30可包覆於穿著者的腳部，在進行水中活動時，鞋不容易自腳上脫落，不容易遺失。
值得一提的是，本新型上述實施例中，該鞋面單元30是以車縫方式固定於該鞋底10，但是該鞋面單元30也可採用穿設、嵌設或其他方式固定於該鞋底10(圖未示)。
惟以上所述者，僅為本新型之較佳實施例而已，當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍，即大凡依本新型申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾，皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種適合水中活動的鞋，包含：一鞋底，具有一圍繞呈中空環狀且可界定出一內孔的環周部及多數連結於該環周部且設置在該內孔中的支撐部，透過該等支撐部可將該內孔區隔成多數鏤空部，該環周部具有一環頂面、一與該環頂面相反的環底面及一連接於該環頂面與該環底面之間且朝該等鏤空部凸伸的內環緣，該等支撐部各具有多數朝該等鏤空部凸伸的卡制緣；一鞋墊單元，具有一墊本體、多數連結於該墊本體且分別對應於該等鏤空部的耐磨塊及多數形成在該墊本體與該等耐磨塊之間的嵌溝，該墊本體受該等支撐部及該環頂面所支撐，該等耐磨塊分別嵌套在該鏤空部中，且凸露於該環底面底部，該等嵌溝分別相對於該等耐磨塊呈內凹狀，並分別供該內環緣與該等卡制緣嵌卡；及一鞋面單元，固定於該鞋底。
  2. 如請求項1所述的適合水中活動的鞋，其中，該鞋底還具有一鄰近該內孔中段且橫向連結於該環周部的間隔部，該間隔部的寬度大於該等支撐部，且透過該間隔部與該等支撐部可將該內孔區隔成該等鏤空部。
  3. 如請求項2所述的適合水中活動的鞋，其中，該鞋底的間隔部具有二相反設置且朝該等鏤空部凸伸的側緣，該等側緣分別嵌卡在所對應的耐磨塊的嵌溝中。
  4. 如請求項2所述的適合水中活動的鞋，其中，該等支撐部由該環周部朝底部凸出，並各具有一凸出於該環底面及該間隔部的底側面。
  5. 如請求項1所述的適合水中活動的鞋，其中，該鞋面單元具有一車縫固定於該環周部之環底面的環帶件及一連結於該環帶件且對應於該環頂面的鞋面件。
  6. 如請求項2所述的適合水中活動的鞋，其中，該鞋面單元具有一車縫固定於該環周部之環底面的環帶件、一車縫固定於該間隔部且連結於該環帶件的連接件及一連結於該環帶件的鞋面件。
  7. 如請求項1所述的適合水中活動的鞋，其中，該鞋墊單元還具有多數排水孔，該等排水孔可由該墊本體朝該等耐磨塊貫穿。
  8. 如請求項7所述的適合水中活動的鞋，其中，該鞋墊單元的該等排水孔可貫穿該墊本體，該鞋底的該等支撐部各具有至少一與該等排水孔相連通的穿孔。
  9. 如請求項1所述的適合水中活動的鞋，其中，該鞋墊單元的該等耐磨塊與該墊本體採用不同材質，且該等耐磨塊與該墊本體直接在模內一體成型。
