Description

戶外用護罩結構
本創作係有關於戶外用護罩結構，尤指一種可提升防水透氣性及隔絕日曬能力並且易於清洗之戶外用護罩結構。
戶外用護罩結構係用於覆蓋在車輛或戶外用品(如：烤爐)的外部，以提供保護效果，請參閱圖2所示，現有技術之戶外用護罩結構，其由外層至內層依序層疊設有一不織布外層50、一透氣防水膜60及一不織布內層70，該不織布外層50係由聚丙烯紡粘不織布(PP spunbonded non-woven)製成，該不織布內層70係由聚酯棉及聚丙烯紡粘不織布針軋製成，該透氣防水膜60係由聚乙烯(polyethylene；PE)混合碳酸鈣製成。
藉由不織布外層50、透氣防水膜60及不織布內層70提供的透氣性，使車輛或戶外用品於使用後產生的熱氣及護罩結構覆蓋空間中的濕氣可排除至外部，避免該等熱氣及溼氣對機件及烤漆產生不利影響，另藉由透氣防水膜60提供的防水性，使車輛或戶外用品可免於雨淋而導致機件生鏽或損毀。
然而，上述之戶外用護罩結構於實際使用時存在有以下缺點：設置在外層的不織布外層50僅提供透氣功能而無防水功能，故不織布外層50會被雨水淋濕，且髒污容易附著於不織布外層50的纖維中，使用者必須耗費力氣將護罩 結構用手搓洗或用刷子刷洗才得以將髒污洗淨，如此，造成使用上的不便利，又搓刷過後的不織布外層50會起毛並容易產生破損。
有鑑於前述現有技術之缺點，本創作之目的係在於提供一種戶外用護罩結構，藉由於護罩結構的外層增設有具複數透氣孔的防水膠布，該防水膠布具有防水、透氣及隔絕日曬功能，進而使護罩結構整體的防水透氣性以及隔絕日曬能力獲得提升，且具有光滑表面的防水膠布亦提供易於清洗之便利性。
為達到前述之創作目的，本創作所設計之戶外用護罩結構，其由外層至內層依序層疊設有一防水膠布、一不織布外層、一透氣防水膜及一不織布內層，該防水膠布上設有複數透氣孔。
所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該防水膠布、不織布外層、透氣防水膜及不織布內層之間係透過超音波縫綻機達成相互貼合。
所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該防水膠布係由聚乙烯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物或聚氯乙烯製成。
所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該不織布外層係由聚丙烯紡粘不織布製成。
所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該透氣防水膜係由聚乙烯混合碳酸鈣製成。
所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該不織布內層係由聚酯 棉及聚丙烯紡粘不織布針軋製成。
本創作所提供之戶外用護罩結構，可以獲得的優點及功效增進至少包括：藉由防水膠布具有防水、透氣及隔絕日曬功能，使內面多層材料免於日曬雨淋的侵蝕而延長使用壽命，又防水膠布的表面光滑，故髒污不易附著，使用者直接用水沖洗即可輕易完成清洗作業，且防水膠布不會起毛因而具有較佳的耐用性。
請參閱圖1所示，本創作之戶外用護罩結構，其由外層至內層依序層疊設有一防水膠布10、一不織布外層20、一透氣防水膜30及一不織布內層40，該防水膠布10係由防水性材料製成，例如：聚乙烯(polyethylene；PE)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(ethylene vinyl acetate；EVA)、聚乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(polyethylene vinyl acetate；PEVA)或聚氯乙烯(polyvinyl chloride；PVC)，利用打孔機在該防水膠布10上成型出複數透氣孔11，藉此，該防水膠布10可同時提供防水及透氣功能，該不織布外層20係由聚丙烯紡粘不織布(PP spunbonded non-woven)製成，該不織布內層40係由聚酯棉及聚丙烯紡粘不織布針軋製成，該透氣防水膜30係由聚乙烯(polyethylene；PE)混合碳酸鈣製成，又本創作之護罩結構係透過超音波縫綻機使防水膠布10、不織布外層20、透氣防水膜30及不織布內層40各層之間達成相互貼合，超音波縫綻機在護罩結構上形成複數間隔排列的熔接點，各層僅於熔接點處相互熔接，各層於非熔接點處仍可保有其透氣特性。
本創作的特點在於，藉由設置在外層的防水膠布10具有防水、透氣及及隔絕日曬功能，使內面多層材料免於日曬雨淋的侵蝕而延長使用壽命，又由於防水膠布10具有光滑的外表面，故髒污不易附著，使用者直接用水沖洗即可輕易完成清洗作業，且防水膠布不會起毛因而具有較佳的耐用性。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種戶外用護罩結構，其由外層至內層依序層疊設有一防水膠布、一不織布外層、一透氣防水膜及一不織布內層，該防水膠布上設有複數透氣孔。
  2. 如請求項1所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該防水膠布、不織布外層、透氣防水膜及不織布內層之間係透過超音波縫綻機達成相互貼合。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該防水膠布係由聚乙烯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物或聚氯乙烯製成。
  4. 如請求項3所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該不織布外層係由聚丙烯紡粘不織布製成。
  5. 如請求項4所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該透氣防水膜係由聚乙烯混合碳酸鈣製成。
  6. 如請求項5所述之戶外用護罩結構，其中該不織布內層係由聚酯棉及聚丙烯紡粘不織布針軋製成。
