Description

一種醫療用導管
本創作主要關於一種醫療器械,尤指一種醫療用導管。
在進行手術時,醫生需用導管從病人的鼻腔或口腔***,導管進入病人的食道或氣管(後更深入的地方如胃部或肺部),從而導進所需藥物(如麻醉氣體)或輸入氧氣。
現有技術提供一種軟管,該軟管的一端接有進出閥以接駁醫療器材。該軟管的另一端則從病人的口或鼻腔***體內。
由於人類的口和鼻腔是相通的,不管從口還是從鼻腔***軟管,該軟管都會先進入喉部,喉部再分支為食道(去胃部)及氣管(去肺部)。
現有技術提供的軟管,其只用一條管道***喉部,很難讓醫生控制該管是***食道還是氣管。
在麻醉專科的角度,病人被麻醉後,醫生除了倚賴該軟管把氧氣打進病人肺部,還需要憑同一軟管測量病人所排出的二氧化碳去判斷病人的呼吸是否正常;但由於現有技術的軟管同時負責注入及排出,醫生及醫療器材所接收的訊息便不夠準確,影響醫生的判斷和病人的安危。
有鑑於此,本新型創作之目的,即是在於提供一種醫療用導管,包括:一導管一、一導管二及一導管三。
該導管一長度大於該導管三,外徑小於該導管三,並內置於該導管三中;且該導管一的一端從該導管三的一端的口徑處貫穿出去,並與一第一進出閥連接,其另一端從該導管三的另一端的導管側壁上設置的通孔中貫穿出去,與該導管三的另一端形成一Y 型;該導管一的另一端的導管側壁上設置有多個用於導入液體或氣體的通孔;該導管二的一端嵌於該導管三的一端的口徑處,其另一端連接一第二進出閥;該導管二與導管三相通,其中,該導管三的一端的口徑處用膠狀材料密封。本新型提供一種醫療用導管,其可以在人體內進行導向定位,並且輸入和排出分別進行,為醫生提供準確的測量資料。
為能更清楚地說明本創作,茲舉較佳實施例並配合圖示詳細說明如下。
本新型提供一種醫療用導管,可以在人體內進行定位,以準確的***食道或者氣管,並且輸入和排出分別進行,以為醫生提供準確的測量資料,幫助醫生準確判斷病情。
以下將說明本新型提供的醫療用導管的具體實現。
請參閱圖1,圖1為本新型提供的醫療用導管實施例一的結構示意圖。
本實施例一提供的醫療用導管,包括:一導管一1、一導管二2以及一導管三3;該導管一1長度大於該導管三3,外徑小於該導管三3,並內置於該導管三3;且該導管一1的第一端11從該導管三3的第一端31的口徑處貫穿出去,並與一第一進出閥71連接,其第二端12從該導管三3的第二端32的導管側壁上設置的一通孔33中貫穿出去,與該導管三3的第二端32形成一Y型;該導管一1的第二端12的導管側壁上設置有多個用於導入液體或氣體的一通孔13;該導管二2的第一端21嵌於該導管三3的第一端31的口徑處,其該第二端22連接一第二進出閥72;該導管二2與該導管三3相通。
其中,該導管三3的第一端31的口徑處用膠狀材料密封34, 該膠狀材料通常為軟膠,以免有其他液體或氣體滲入該導管三3。
在本實施例中,由於該導管一1的第二端12和該導管三3的第二端32呈現Y型,因此利於醫生把握方向,將該導管一1***其想要***的食道或者氣管,而該導管一1的第一端11連接的該第一進出閥71用於接駁醫療器械,用於向該導管一1中輸入液體或者氣體,該氣體或液體順著該導管一1第二端12的導管側壁上設置的該通孔13流入醫生定位的食道中,或者讓氣體流入醫生定位的氣管中,另外,病人排出的二氧化碳則從該導管三3的第二端32的口徑,再經該導管二2排出,而該導管二2的第二端22連接有該第二進出閥72,醫生可以在此處接駁醫療儀器以測量病人排出的二氧化碳的含量,以便判斷病人的病情。
下面結合人體圖來說明本新型的醫療用導管的具體實施過程。
請參閱圖2,當醫生把本新型提供的醫療用導管插進病人喉部時,其“Y”型結構會在到達食道和氣管的分支時卡住,醫生便會留意。
由於醫生是得悉該導管一1及和該導管三3的方向,如方向正確,醫生輕移本新型提供的醫療用導管,便可***想要到達的位置(食道或氣管);再請參閱圖3,醫生輕輕移動該導管三3,便可以將該導管一1和該導管三3***其想要達到的氣管,實現給肺部給藥。
相反,如果醫生原本是想要該導管一1和該導管三3到達食道,則如圖4所示,醫生只需把醫療用導管的該導管一1作180°的旋轉,使該導管一1從對準氣管的位置(虛線所示)旋轉至對準食道。如圖5所示,此時醫生便可將導管一1和導管三3***進食道,實現給胃部給藥。
由於人體很多管道都是一支分多支的,因此本新型的醫療用導管的下端也可以設置成多分支結構,該多分支結構不僅可以適用人體結構,而且還可以將其設置為多條導入氣體或液體,一條導出病人排出的氣體。
因人體內很多管道都是從一條分支至多條,因此本新型提供的醫療用導管除適合應用於食道及氣管分支,更適合使用於人體內各種管道。
值得注意的是,本新型描述的是醫療用導管的一種產品形式,其他滿足本新型所述結構的產品,即使材質、器件名稱、外觀、器件擺放順序等不影響產品特性的因素不相同,仍然屬於本新型保護的範圍。

  1. 一種醫療用導管,其包括:一導管一;一導管二;以及一導管三,其中該導管一長度大於該導管三,外徑小於該導管三,並內置於該導管三中;且該導管一的一端從該導管三的一端的口徑處貫穿出去,並與一第一進出閥連接,其另一端從該導管三的另一端的導管側壁上設置的通孔中貫穿出去,與該導管三的另一端形成一Y型;該導管一的另一端的導管側壁上設置有多個用於導入液體或氣體的通孔;該導管二的一端嵌於該導管三的一端的口徑處,其另一端連接一第二進出閥;該導管二與該導管三相通。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種醫療用導管,其特徵在於,該導管三的一端的口徑處用膠狀材料密封。
