The hard disk carrier of claim 1, wherein the elongated housing is an integrally formed plastic piece. 9. The hard disk carrier of claim 1, wherein the elongated housing is pivotally coupled to one of the two side rails by a shaft. 10. The hard disk carrier of claim 9, wherein the shaft has a C-shaped cross section. 11. The hard disk carrier of claim 1, wherein the handle member is located on an opposite side of the hard disk having an electrical connector. 12
