Abstract

A roll-to-roll electroplating apparatus with tension control mechanism is disclosed in the invention. The roll-to-roll electroplating apparatus includes a first roller device, a second roller device and a tension feedback control module. A flexible film is delivered between the first roller device and the second roller device. The tension feedback control module includes a pneumatic tension stabilizer unit and a feedback unit. The pneumatic tension stabilizer unit is used for forming a predetermined tension on the flexible film. A pivotal arm of the pneumatic tension stabilizer unit selectively rotates a dynamic distance from a standard position according to an operating tension of the flexible film and the predetermined tension, so as to maintain the operating tension of the flexible film equal to the predetermined tension. The feedback unit adjusts a rotation parameter of at least one of the first roller device and the second roller device according to the tension difference.
