Abstract

A system and a method for prefilling a form are provided. The system includes a smart teller machine (ATM) and a first terminal device. The smart ATM includes a first human-machine interface (HMI) and is communicatively connected to a queuing system. The smart ATM receives prefilled data through the first HMI, obtains a queue number from the queuing system according to the prefilled data, and outputs the queue number.
