However, in the stator described in Patent Document 1, since the dimples and the jumpers are arranged at one end portion of the stator along the central axis, the dimples and the jumpers may interfere with each other. To avoid the above-mentioned interference, it is necessary to shift the position of the recess along the central axis relative to the crossover, but this has the problem of increasing the size of the motor along the central axis.

The present disclosure was made in view of the above circumstances, and aims to obtain a stator capable of suppressing an increase in size of a motor along a central axis even when a coil wire is continuously wound to adjacent teeth and an insulator is provided with a recess.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the purpose, the stator of the present disclosure has an annular core back formed of a magnetic material, a plurality of teeth protruding radially inward from the core back, and teeth formed between adjacent teeth. The stator of the slot. The stator system has: the first insulator, which is set at one end of the stator along the central axis of the core back; the second insulator, which is set at the other end of the stator along the central axis; the coil wire, which is adjacent every two teeth are wound consecutively; and a conductive terminal is fixed to the first insulator to hold the coil wire. The coil wire system includes a jumper wire extending from one of two adjacent teeth to the other. A cavity into which the terminal is inserted is formed in the first insulator. A jumper is arranged in the second insulating material system.

According to the present disclosure, even when the coil wire is continuously wound to the adjacent teeth and the insulator is provided with the recess, the effect of suppressing the increase in the size of the motor along the central axis is achieved.

The terminal 9 is inserted into the first cavity 61a. Terminal 9 is the connection between coil wire 7 and lead wire 8 Conductive metal components. The connection terminal 9 is formed by performing a drilling process and a bending process on a single metal plate. The connection terminal 9 is bent into a U-shape and has two opposite side walls 91 and a bottom wall 92 connecting the side walls 91 to each other. By inserting the terminal 9 into the first cavity 61a, the terminal 9 is fixed to the first insulating member 6A. Each of the pockets 61a to 61c and the connection terminal 9 are arranged at one end portion of the stator 1 along the central axis C. As shown in FIG. Hereinafter, one end of the stator 1 where the terminal 9 is arranged is referred to as the connection side, and the other end of the stator 1 , that is, the side opposite to the terminal 9 is referred to as the reverse connection side.

Fig. 5 is a sectional view showing the state where the coil wire 7 and the lead wire 8 are connected to the terminal 9, which is a sectional view of the V-V line of the first insulator 6A and the terminal 9 shown in Fig. 4 . As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , a first slit 93 for holding the coil wire 7 and a second slit 94 for holding the lead wire 8 are formed in the connection terminal 9 . The first slit 93 and the second slit 94 extend from one side wall 91 to the other side wall 91 through the bottom wall 92 . When the connection terminal 9 is inserted into the first cavity 61a, the first slit 93 communicates with the second cavity 61b, and the second slit 94 communicates with the third cavity 61c.

As shown in FIG. 5 , the coil wire 7 is an insulated conductor in which a conductive core wire 71 is covered with an insulating coating 72 . In addition, in FIG. 5, the insulating coating layer 72 is shown by the dotted line for convenience of description. The core wire 71 is, for example, a copper wire or the like. Electric power is supplied to the coil wire 7 via a lead wire 8 from an inverter (not shown). The details of the coil wire 7 will be described later.

The lead wire 8 is an insulated conductor composed of a plurality of conductive strands 81 covered with an insulating coating 82 . In addition, in FIG. 5, the insulating coating layer 82 is shown by the dotted line for convenience of description. The wire 81 is, for example, a copper wire or the like. The lead wire 8 connects the inverter (not shown) and the motor 100 . The lead wire 8 is a conductor for supplying electric power to each coil from an inverter not shown in the figure.

72。 The width of the first slit 93 is formed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the portion of the coil wire 7 covered with the insulating coating 72 . Therefore, when the connecting terminal 9 is inserted into the first cavity 61a, the insulating coating 72 of the coil wire 7 is scraped off by the inner wall of the first slit 93, and the core wire 71 is exposed. As a result, the core wire 71 of the coil wire 7 comes into contact with the connection terminal 9 , so that the coil wire 7 and the connection terminal 9 are connected. Only the part of the coil wire 7 held in the first slit 93 is stripped of the insulating coating 72 , so that the core wire 71 is connected to the connection terminal 9 . Only the portion of the coil wire 7 held in the first slit 93 is crimped to the inner wall of the first slit 93 with the core wire 71 in a state where the insulating coating 72 is stripped off. The insulating coating 72 remains on the coil wire 7 other than the portion held in the first slit 93 .

82。 The width of the second slit 94 is formed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the portion of the lead wire 8 covered with the insulating coating 82 . Therefore, when the connecting terminal 9 is inserted into the first cavity 61a, the insulating coating 82 of the lead wire 8 is chipped off by the inner wall of the second slit 94, and the lead wire 81 is exposed. As a result, the conductive wire 81 of the lead wire 8 comes into contact with the connection terminal 9 , so that the lead wire 8 and the connection terminal 9 are connected. Only the portion of the lead wire 8 held in the second slit 94 is stripped of the insulating coating 82 so that the lead wire 81 is connected to the connection terminal 9 . Only the portion of the lead wire 8 held in the second slit 94 is crimped to the inner wall of the second slit 94 by crimping the stranded wire having a plurality of conducting wires 81 in a state where the insulating coating 82 is stripped off. The insulating coating 82 remains on the lead wire 8 other than the portion held in the second slit 94 .

Here, referring to FIG. 6 , the teeth 4 and the coil wire 7 will be further described in detail. FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the order of winding the coil wire 7 to adjacent teeth 4 . The tooth 4 has a winding portion 41 around which the coil wire 7 is wound. The winding portion 41 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape in which the length along the central axis C direction is longer than the length along the circumferential direction. The winding portion 41 has two long side portions 42 extending along the central axis C, and two short side portions 43 extending in the circumferential direction and shorter than the long side portions 42 . two The long sides 42 are separated from each other in the circumferential direction. The short sides 43 are separated from each other along the central axis C. As shown in FIG. One short side portion 43 connects one ends of the two long side portions 42 along the central axis C to each other. The other short side portion 43 connects the other end portions of the two long side portions 42 along the central axis C to each other.

4b。 The coil wire 7 is wound continuously to adjacent teeth 4 . The coil 10 is formed by winding the coil wire 7 around the winding portion 41 of the tooth 4 . Hereinafter, when distinguishing two adjacent teeth 4, one tooth 4 is called a tooth 4a, and the other tooth 4 is called a tooth 4b.

75。 The coil wire 7 is wound from the connection side of the tooth 4 a, and wound around the winding portion 41 a plurality of times. Then, the coil wire 7 is tied across from the tooth 4a to the tooth 4b on the reverse wiring side. That is, the winding of the pair of teeth 4a is changed to the winding of the pair of teeth 4b. The coil wire 7 is wound multiple times around the winding portion 41 of the tooth 4b, and the winding ends on the connection side of the tooth 4b. The coil wire 7 includes a winding start portion 73 , a winding end portion 74 , and a jumper wire 75 .

64。 The jumper 75 extends from the tooth 4a of one of the two adjacent teeth 4a, 4b toward the tooth 4b of the other on the opposite line side. As shown in FIG. 2 , the winding start portion 73 of the coil wire 7 is held in the second cavity 61b of the first insulator 6A of one of the two adjacent first insulators 6A. The winding end portion 74 of the coil wire 7 is held in the second recess 61b of the other first insulator 6A among the two adjacent first insulators 6A. The respective pockets 61a to 61c and the terminal 9 shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 are arranged at one end portion of the stator 1 along the central axis C. As shown in FIG. The jumper 75 shown in FIG. 3 is arranged at the other end portion of the stator 1 along the central axis C. As shown in FIG. The jumper 75 is arranged on the outside in the radial direction rather than the center in the radial direction in the second insulator 6B. In this embodiment, the jumper 75 is arranged on the second outer peripheral wall 64 of the second insulating member 6B.

Next, the functions of the stator 1 of this embodiment will be described.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2 , along the central axis C of the stator 1 A first insulator 6A is provided at one end, and a first cavity 61 a , a second cavity 61 b , and a third cavity 61 c are formed in the first insulator 6A. As shown in FIG. 3 , a second insulator 6B is provided at the other end portion of the stator 1 along the central axis C, and jumpers 75 are arranged on the second insulator 6B. Thereby, the positions of the recesses 61 a to 61 c are not restricted by the jumper 75 , and interference between the recesses 61 a to 61 c and the jumper 75 can be avoided. In addition, since the pockets 61 a to 61 c can be arranged close to the winding portion 41 , an increase in the size of the motor 100 along the central axis C can be suppressed.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 , the jumper wire 75 is arranged on the outside in the radial direction of the second insulator 6B than the center in the radial direction, thereby preventing the coil wire 7 from being loosely wound. Therefore, the winding linearity can be improved.

2. Implementation type 2.

7 is a cross-sectional view of the core back 3, the teeth 4, and the coil wire 7 included in the stator 1 according to the second embodiment, cut in a direction perpendicular to the central axis C. As shown in FIG. Fig. 7 is a sectional view of teeth 4 etc. seen from the wiring side. In FIG. 7, one tooth 4 is shown for convenience of explanation. In addition, in Embodiment 2, the same reference numerals are assigned to the parts that overlap with the above-mentioned Embodiment 1, and description thereof will be omitted.

The winding start portion 73 of the coil wire 7 is arranged on the outer side in the radial direction than the center in the radial direction in the winding portion 41 of the tooth 4 . In this embodiment, the winding start portion 73 of the coil wire 7 is arranged at the outermost portion in the radial direction of the winding portion 41 , that is, at the boundary portion between the winding portion 41 and the core back 3 . .

In the present embodiment, the winding start portion 73 of the coil wire 7 is arranged on the outer side in the radial direction than the center in the radial direction in the winding portion 41 of the tooth 4 . That is, the winding of the coil wire 7 to the tooth 4 starts from the outer side in the radial direction of the tooth 4 than the center in the radial direction. By this, Interference between the winding start portion 73 and portions other than the winding start portion 73 in the coil wire 7 can be avoided, and the winding of the coil wire 7 around the teeth 4 becomes easy. Therefore, the manufacturing device for winding the coil wire 7 to the tooth 4 can be simplified. In addition, the winding of the coil wire 7 around the tooth 4 starts from the outer side in the radial direction of the tooth 4 than the center in the radial direction, thereby ensuring a gap between adjacent coils 10 (not shown). , so the dielectric strength can be improved.

3. Implementation type 3.

The first step-up portion 76 is located at the uppermost level among the coil wires 7 wound around the winding portion 41 of the tooth 4 . That is, in the final turn (turn) from the connection side to the reverse connection side, or from the reverse connection side to the connection side, the coil wire 7 is raised on the long side portion 42. If the turns other than the final turn are tied to the The short side portion 43 performs layering of the coil wire 7 . In this description, the so-called final turn refers to the final winding of the coil wire 7 for each tooth 4 . In addition, in this specification, the so-called ascending layer includes the winding of the coil wire 7 of the lower layer and the winding of the coil wire 7 of the upper layer, and the meaning of placing the coil wire 7 on the uppermost layer in the final turn.

In the present embodiment, the coil wire 7 has a first layer-raising portion 76 for layer-raising at the long side portion 42 and a second layer-lift portion 77 for layer-lifting at the short side portion 43 . That is, when the coil wire 7 is wound around the tooth 4 , the portion of the coil wire 7 that is layered at the long side portion 42 and the portion of the coil wire 7 that is layered at the short side portion 43 are mixed together. Thereby, it is possible to suppress the coil end (coil end), it is possible to suppress an increase in the size of the motor 100 along the central axis C. In addition, the layering of the coil wire 7 may be performed on the long side portion 42 in turns other than the final turn.

4. Implementation type 4.

In addition, although in the present embodiment, the coil wires 7a to 7c are lifted at the long side portion 42 at the final turn, the coil wires 7a to 7c can also be lifted at the long side portion 42 at turns other than the final turn. Floor.

5. Implementation type 5.

FIG. 10 is a sectional view of the stator 1 according to Embodiment 5 cut in a direction perpendicular to the central axis C. As shown in FIG. Fig. 10 is a sectional view of the stator 1 seen from the wiring side. In FIG. 10 , for convenience of description, the first step-up portion 76b is not shown in cross-section. In addition, in Embodiment 5, the parts that overlap with those in Embodiment 1 described above are assigned the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted.

First slots 5A and second slots 5B are alternately formed in the stator 1 in the circumferential direction. In this embodiment, all of the second step-up portions 77 are arranged on one side of the stator 1 along the central axis C. As shown in FIG. Thereby, compared with the case where the second ascending portion 77 is arranged on both sides of the stator 1 along the central axis C, the coil end portion on the opposite side to the second ascending portion 77 along the central axis C can be suppressed. size. Therefore, an increase in the size of the motor 100 along the central axis C can be suppressed.

The teeth 4 a provided with the guide portion 11 and the teeth 4 b not provided with the guide portion 11 are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the stator 1 .

43d。 Next, the winding steps of the coil wire 7 will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14 . Fig. 13 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the winding steps of the coil wire 7 of Embodiment 7, and is a diagram schematically showing the state of two adjacent teeth 4a, 4b viewed from the connection side. FIG. 14 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the winding steps of the coil wire 7 of Embodiment 7, and schematically shows the state of two adjacent teeth 4a, 4b viewed from the opposite wiring side. Hereinafter, in one tooth 4a, the long side portion 42 where the winding start portion 73 of the coil wire 7 is arranged is called a long side portion 42a, and the long side portion 42 where the guide portion 11 is placed is called a long side portion. 42b. In addition, in one tooth 4a, the short side part 43 on the connection side is called the short side part 43a, and the short side part 43 on the opposite connection side side is called the short side part 43b. In addition, in the other tooth 4b, the long side part 42 where the winding end part 74 of the coil wire 7 is arrange|positioned is called a long side part 42c, and the long side part 42 on the opposite side to the long side part 42c is called a long side part 42. Edge 42d. In addition, in the other tooth 4b, the short side part 43 on the connection side is called a short side part 43c, and the short side part 43 on the reverse connection side is called a short side part 43d.

In the winding step, first, the coil wire 7 of the first layer is wound around the teeth 4a. The coil wire 7 of the 1st layer is wound around the long side part 42a of the tooth 4a from the connection side to the reverse connection side. When the coil wire 7 is wound on the first row of the first layer, the coil wire 7 is deflected radially inwardly due to the guide part 11 shift. As the coil wire 7 is shifted inward in the radial direction, the coil wire 7 is wound obliquely at the short side 43b, and is aligned and wound at the long side 42a, the long side 42b, and the short side 43a. The coil wires 7 from the second row are sequentially wound with the already wound coil wire 7 as a guide. In addition, although illustration is omitted, the coil wire 7 from the second layer is also wound sequentially on the already wound coil wire 7 . In the final turn system as shown in Figure 13 and the element symbol a shown in Figure 14, let the coil wire 7 go from the connection side to the reverse connection side on the long side part 42a of the tooth 4a, and the element symbol shown in Figure 14 As shown in a and b, the layer is raised while moving the coil wire 7 in the radial direction.

4a、4b。 Next, as shown in FIG. 14 , the coil wire 7 is passed from the long side portion 42 a of the tooth 4 a to the long side portion 42 c of the tooth 4 b on the reverse wiring side. That is, the jumper 75 is pulled out from the long side portion 42a toward the long side portion 42c. Next, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14 , the coil wire 7 of the first layer is wound around the teeth 4 b. The coil wire 7 of the 1st layer is wound around the long side part 42c of the tooth 4b from the reverse connection side toward the connection side. When the coil wire 7 is wound in the first row of the first layer, the coil wire 7 wound to the short side 43d is shifted inward in the radial direction due to the coil wire 7 wound on the long side 42c, and wound to the long side The coil wire 7 of the portion 42c, the long side portion 42d, and the short side portion 43c is wound in alignment. The coil wires 7 from the second row are sequentially wound with the already wound coil wire 7 as a guide. In addition, although illustration is omitted, the coil wire 7 from the second layer is also wound sequentially on the already wound coil wire 7 . In the final turn system as shown in Figure 13 and the element symbol d shown in Figure 14, let the coil wire 7 go from the reverse wiring side to the wiring side on the long side part 42c of the tooth 4b, and the element symbol shown in Figure 14 As shown in c and d, the layer is raised while moving the coil wire 7 in the radial direction. By doing so, the coil wire 7 is continuously wound around two adjacent teeth 4a, 4b.

In this embodiment, the coil wires 7 are aligned and wound in the short side portions 43a, 43c, so when all the second lifting portions 77 are arranged on one side of the stator 1 along the central axis C In other words, when all the second step-up portions 77 are disposed on the short side portions 43a and 43c, the winding of the coil wire 7 around the teeth 4 becomes easy. Therefore, the manufacturing device for winding the coil wire 7 to the tooth 4 can be simplified.

The configurations shown in the above embodiments are only examples, and can be combined with other known technologies, or can be combined with each other, and part of the configuration can also be omitted or changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. .
