Abstract
一種建築物使用之隔音磁磚及其製造方法,該隔音磁磚包含一磁磚本體及一隔音層設在該磁磚本體的背面上,其中該隔音層是由具特殊成分之PU材所形成的非發泡體或發泡體所構成;該隔音磁磚的一種製造方法是先製造複數片符合該磁磚本體尺寸的隔音層,再藉一黏著層以將各該隔音層對應黏結於各該磁磚本體的背面上並形成一體;該隔音磁磚的另一製造方法是利用一黏稠狀特殊成分PU材分別對應塗佈於複數片該磁磚本體的背面上以形成具有均勻厚度的各該隔音層並結合成一體,再對各該隔音層進行固化處理以量產化製成複數片該隔音磁磚。
Description
本發明係一種磁磚及其製造方法,尤指一種建築物使用之隔音磁磚及其製造方法。
隨著都市化的發展,人們常會住在一棟多戶的建築物裡,而建築法規也開始對建築物的牆壁或樓板之阻隔噪音的物理性能(又稱隔音性能)要求越來越重視,並藉由法規的規範來維護各戶居民的生活品質,例如要求達到所規定的空氣音隔音指標(Rw)、樓板衝擊音指標(Ln,w)、樓板表面材衝擊音降低量指標(△Lw)、總面密度或動態剛性(s’)之要求或標準範圍等。因此,為了符合上述的要求,且在不改變建築物的牆壁或樓板本身材質或結構的情況下,目前已存在下列習知技術供用來解決建築物隔音性能不足的問題:
(1)採用仿木質型地板,即印刷木紋的塑膠地板,其通常由聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl Chloride)所製成,然後再於仿木質型地板之背面貼一層隔音材,然後鋪貼在樓板上以增加樓板的隔音性能。但是,仿木質型地板有可塑劑揮發的疑慮,且塑膠表面不易呈現出真實木材所具有的光澤感及自然紋路,不利於產品的市場競爭力。
(2)提供5至8mm或以上厚度的隔音材以直接鋪在樓板上,再鋪約50mm厚度的半乾式砂漿,最後於半乾式砂漿之表面上貼上地磚。但如此一來會增加樓板承重,且砂漿層與地磚熱脹冷縮膨脹係數不同而易有產生龜裂的疑慮。
此外,現有的磁磚大多以美觀化或輕量化作為主要訴求,明顯已不適用於現代隔音性能的需求,因此現有的磁磚尚有改良的空間。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種建築物使用之隔音磁磚,其中該隔音磁磚包含一磁磚本體及一隔音層設在該磁磚本體的背面上,其中該隔音層是由特殊成分PU材所形成的非發泡體或發泡體所構成,該特殊成分PU材是由三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)、充填劑、防沉劑及催化劑所組成,以有效地增加磁磚隔音的功效。
為達成上述目的,本發明之建築物使用之隔音磁磚是包含一磁磚本體及一隔音層;其中該磁磚本體由陶質材料、瓷質材料、石質材料或玻璃材料所製成;其中該隔音層是設置於該磁磚本體的背面上,其係由具特殊成分之PU材所形成的非發泡體或發泡體所構成;其中當該隔音層是由PU材非發泡體所構成時,該PU材是由三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)、充填劑、防沉劑、脫水劑及催化劑所組成;其中當該隔音層是由PU材發泡體所構成時,該PU材是由三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)、充填劑、防沉劑、發泡劑、脫水劑及催化劑所組成。
在本發明一較佳實施例中,該隔音層所用的PU材是包含:三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)0至60wt%(重量百分比)、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)0至60wt%、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)0至50wt%、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)3至30wt%、充填劑0至50wt%、防沉劑0至5wt%、發泡劑0至1wt%、脫水劑0至3wt%及催化劑0至2wt%。
在本發明一較佳實施例中,在成型該隔音層20過程中進一步會加入脫水劑0至10wt%。
在本發明一較佳實施例中,該隔音層20所用的PU材是包含:三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)8.8wt%、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)12wt%、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)24wt%、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)20wt%、充填劑32wt%、防沉劑0.8wt%、催化劑0.24wt%及脫水劑2.16wt%。
在本發明一較佳實施例中,該充填劑是包含碳酸鈣、矽酸鈣、硫酸鈣、硫酸鋇、石英粉、氧化鐵、塑膠粉、塑膠粉、橡膠粉、纖維粉、纖維的回收材料或各種無機材料;該催化劑是包含各種有機金屬化合物或各種胺類化合物;該脫水劑是包含分子篩(Molecular sieve)、沸石(Zeolite)、單官能基異氰酸酯、或與水反應的化學物質;該異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)是包含二異氰酸甲苯(Toluene Di-isocyanate)、二異氰酸甲苯的氫化物、二異氰酸甲苯的預聚合物、二異氰酸苯甲烷(Di-Phenyl Methylene Di-isocyanate) 、二異氰酸苯甲烷的氫化物、二異氰酸本甲烷的預聚合物、六甲基異氰酸酯(Hexa-methylene Di-isocyanate) 、六甲基異氰酸酯的預聚合物、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(Iso-phorone Di-isocyanate) 或異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯的預聚合物。
在本發明一較佳實施例中,該隔音層的厚度為1~8mm;其中該隔音層的密度為每立方公尺300至2000㎏。
在本發明一較佳實施例中,該隔音層能為軟質體或半硬質體;其中當該隔音層為半硬質體時,該隔音層的硬度為15至98°Shore A。
本發明之再一目的在於提供一種建築物使用之隔音磁磚的製造方法,其包含下列步驟:提供複數片磁磚本體及複數片該隔音層,其中各該磁磚本體具有預設的長度及寬度,而各該隔音層的長度及寬度是對應於各該磁磚本體的長度及寬度;再使各該磁磚本體及各該隔音層之間藉一黏著層以黏結成一體,藉以量產化製成複數片該隔音磁磚。
本發明之又一目的在於提供一種建築物使用之隔音磁磚的製造方法,其包含下列步驟:提供複數片該磁磚本體及該隔音層所用的黏稠狀PU材;再將該黏稠狀PU材分別有所對應地且均勻地塗佈於各該磁磚本體的背面上以形成一均勻厚度的各該隔音層並形成一體式結構;再對各該隔音層進行乾燥固化處理,而量產化製成複數片該隔音磁磚。
配合圖示,將本發明的結構及其技術特徵詳述如後,其中各圖示只用以說明本發明的結構關係及相關功能,因此各圖示中各元件的尺寸並非依實際比例畫製且非用以限制本發明。
參考圖1、2、6及7,本發明係提供一種建築物使用之隔音磁磚1,其包含一磁磚本體10及一隔音層20。該磁磚本體10是由陶質材料、瓷質材料、石質材料或玻璃材料所製成,由於該磁磚本體10乃常見的習知物品,且製成磁磚的材料亦為習知材料,故在此不再贅述。
該隔音層20是設置於該磁磚本體10的背面10a上如圖2所示,該隔音層20是由具特殊成分之PU材所形成的非發泡體或發泡體所構成,其中當該隔音層20為非發泡體時,該PU材是由三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)、充填劑、防沉劑、脫水劑及催化劑所組成;其中當該隔音層20為發泡體時,該PU材是由三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)、充填劑、防沉劑、發泡劑、脫水劑及催化劑所組成。
該隔音層20的厚度為1-8mm但不限制,其密度為每立方公尺300至2000㎏但不限制,以利於滿足製造端更多元的需求;該隔音層20能為軟質體或半硬質體但不限制,當該隔音層20為半硬質體時,該隔音層20的硬度為15至98°Shore A但不限制。
該隔音層20所用的PU材進一步包含:三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)0至60wt%、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)0至60wt%、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)0至50wt%、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)3至30wt%、充填劑0至50wt%、防沉劑0至5wt%、發泡劑0至1wt%、脫水劑0至3wt%及催化劑0至2wt%。
此外,在成型該隔音層20過程中進一步會加入脫水劑0至10wt%但不限制。
該隔音層20所用的PU材的一較佳實施例為包含:三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)8.8wt%、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)12wt%、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)24wt%、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)20wt%、充填劑32wt%、防沉劑0.8wt%、催化劑0.24wt%及脫水劑2.16wt%。
該充填劑是包含碳酸鈣、矽酸鈣、硫酸鈣、硫酸鋇、石英粉、氧化鐵、塑膠粉、塑膠粉、橡膠粉、纖維粉、纖維的回收材料或各種無機材料;該催化劑是包含各種有機金屬化合物或各種胺類化合物;該脫水劑是包含分子篩(Molecular sieve)、沸石(Zeolite)、單官能基異氰酸酯、或與水反應的化學物質;其中該異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)是包含二異氰酸甲苯(Toluene Di-isocyanate)、二異氰酸甲苯的氫化物、二異氰酸甲苯的預聚合物、二異氰酸苯甲烷(Di-Phenyl Methylene Di-isocyanate) 、二異氰酸苯甲烷的氫化物、二異氰酸本甲烷的預聚合物、六甲基異氰酸酯(Hexa-methylene Di-isocyanate) 、六甲基異氰酸酯的預聚合物、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(Iso-phorone Di-isocyanate) 或異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯的預聚合物但不限制。
當使用時,該隔音磁磚1是鋪設於一建築物2之至少一牆壁2b或至少一樓板2a的表面2c上如圖8及9所示。此外,在該隔音磁磚1鋪設於各該牆壁2b或各該樓板2a之後,更可塗佈一層防水塗料於該隔音磁磚1的該磁磚本體10的表面上但不限制,最後再設一層表面防護材料於該隔音磁磚1的該磁磚本體10的表面但不限制,藉以增進該隔音磁磚1的保護作用以延長其使用壽命。
參考圖6及圖7,本發明之隔音磁磚的第一種製造方法是包含下列步驟:
(a)提供複數片該磁磚本體10,各該磁磚本體10具有預設的長度及寬度。
(b)提供複數片該隔音層20,各該隔音層20的長度及寬度是對應於各該磁磚本體10的長度及寬度。
(c)提供一黏著材。
(d)在各該磁磚本體10及各該隔音層20之間以黏著材形成一黏著層30,使各該磁磚本體10及各該隔音層20能藉該黏著層30以黏結成一體,藉以形成複數片該隔音磁磚1。
其中在上述步驟(c)中,該黏著材是包含黏著劑或貼紙但不限制。
參考圖1至圖5,本發明之隔音磁磚的第二種製造方法是包含下列步驟:
(a)提供複數片該磁磚本體10。
(b)提供用以形成該隔音層20的黏稠狀PU材21。
(c)將該黏稠狀PU材21分別有所對應地且均勻地塗佈於各該磁磚本體10的背面上,而使該黏稠狀PU材21在各該磁磚本體10的背面上形成各該隔音層20且形成一體式結構;其中更提供一循環式輸送帶4如圖3所示但不限制,該循環式輸送帶4上設具一由其前端往其後端循環且連續輸送之循環式承置面4a,且在由前端往後端之連續輸送過程中設有至少一乾燥固化區4b但不限制;其中各該磁磚本體10是以背面向上的方式擺放在該循環式承置面4a上,再將該黏稠狀PU材21由該循環式輸送帶4之前端處連續地且均勻地塗佈於各該磁磚本體10的背面上;之後各該隔音磁磚1再由該循環式輸送帶4之後端處送出如圖3所示。
(d)對各該隔音層20進行乾燥固化處理;其中更提供一裁切工具5但不限制如圖4及5所示,藉由該裁切工具5以對乾燥固化後的各該隔音層20進行裁切處理如圖5所示,即能量產化製成複數片該隔音磁磚1。
本發明的隔音磁磚1具有以下優點:
(1)本發明的隔音層20是由具特殊成分之PU材所形成的非發泡體或發泡體所構成,因此本發明的隔音磁磚1能具有比習知隔音技術或隔音材更佳的隔音性能及使用功效。
(2)本發明的隔音磁磚1透過其第一種製造方法,不同的製造端可在各自工廠中先分別量產化製成各磁磚本體10或各隔音層20,再將各磁磚本體10及各隔音層20運送至施工現場以進行黏結作業並同時施工使用,或先進行黏結作業以製成該隔音磁磚1之後再運送至施工現場直接施工使用,故能有效提昇該隔音磁磚之製造端及現場施工的方便性。
(3)透過本發明該隔音磁磚1的第二種製造方法,該磁磚本體10(或該隔音層20)的製造端可在工廠中直接量產化製成該隔音磁磚1,再將該隔音磁磚1運送至施工現場使用,故能有效提昇該隔音磁磚之製造端及現場施工的方便性。
以上所述僅為本發明的優選實施例,對本發明而言僅是說明性的,而非限制性的;本領域普通技術人員理解,在本發明權利要求所限定的精神和範圍內可對其進行許多改變,修改,甚至等效變更,但都將落入本發明的保護範圍內。

Claims (8)
- 一種建築物使用之隔音磁磚,其包含:一磁磚本體,其由陶質材料、瓷質材料、石質材料或玻璃材料所製成;及一隔音層,其設置於該磁磚本體的背面上,該隔音層是由PU材所形成的非發泡體所構成,該PU材是由三官能基聚醚多元醇(Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)8.8wt%、共聚三官能基聚醚多元醇(Graft Tri-functional Polyether Polyol)12wt%、雙官能基聚醚多元醇(Di-functional Polyether Polyol)24wt%、異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)20wt%、充填劑32wt%、防沉劑0.8wt%、脫水劑2.16wt%及催化劑0.24wt%所組成。
- 如申請專利範圍請求項1所述之隔音磁磚,其中該充填劑是包含碳酸鈣、矽酸鈣、硫酸鈣、硫酸鋇、石英粉、氧化鐵、塑膠粉、橡膠粉、纖維粉、纖維的回收材料;其中脫水劑是包含分子篩(Molecular sieve)、沸石(Zeolite)、單官能基異氰酸酯、或與水反應的化學物質;其中該異氰酸酯(Isocyanate)是包含二異氰酸甲苯(Toluene Di-isocyanate)、二異氰酸甲苯的氫化物、二異氰酸甲苯的預聚合物、二異氰酸苯甲烷(Di-Phenyl Methylene Di-isocyanate)、二異氰酸苯甲烷的氫化物、二異氰酸本甲烷的預聚合物、六甲基異氰酸酯(Hexa-methylene Di-isocyanate)、六甲基異氰酸酯的預聚合物、異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(Iso-phorone Di-isocyanate)或異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯的預聚合物。
- 如申請專利範圍請求項1所述之隔音磁磚,其中該隔音層的厚度為1-8mm;其中該隔音層的密度為每立方公尺300至2000kg。
- 如申請專利範圍請求項1所述之隔音磁磚,其中該隔音層能為軟質體或半硬質體;其中當該隔音層為半硬質體時,該隔音層的硬度為15至98°Shore A。
- 一種隔音磁磚之製造方法,其包含下列步驟:(a)提供複數片如申請專利範圍請求項1至4中任一項所述的該磁磚本體,其中各該磁磚本體具有預設的長度及寬度;(b)提供複數片如申請專利範圍請求項1至4中任一項所述的該隔音層,其中各該隔音層的長度及寬度是對應於各該磁磚本體的長度及寬度;(c)提供黏著材;及(d)在各該磁磚本體的背面及各該隔音層之間以黏著材各形成一黏著層,使各該磁磚本體及各該隔音層能藉各該黏著層黏結成一體,藉以形成複數片如申請專利範圍請求項1至4中任一項所述的該隔音磁磚。
- 一種隔音磁磚之製造方法,其包含下列步驟:(a)提供複數片如申請專利範圍請求項1至4中任一項所述的該磁磚本體;(b)提供用以形成如申請專利範圍請求項1至4中任一項所述的該隔音層的黏稠狀PU材;(c)將該黏稠狀PU材分別有所對應地且均勻地塗佈於各該磁磚本體的背面上,使該黏稠狀PU材在各該磁磚本體的背面上形成各該隔音層且形成一體式結構;及(d)將各該隔音層進行乾燥固化處理,而製成複數片如申請專利範圍請求項1至4中任一項所述的該隔音磁磚。
- 如申請專利範圍請求項6所述之製造方法,其中在步驟(c)中更提供一循環式輸送帶,該循環式輸送帶上設具一由其前端往其後端循環且連續輸送之循環式承置面,且在由前端往後端之連續輸送過程中設有至少一乾 燥固化區;其中將各該磁磚本體以背面向上的方式放置在該循環式承置面上,並將該黏稠狀PU材由該循環式輸送帶之前端處連續地且均勻地塗佈於各該磁磚本體的背面上,再使各該磁磚本體由該循環式輸送帶之後端處送出。
- 如申請專利範圍請求項6所述之製造方法,其中在步驟(d)中更提供一裁切工具,藉由該裁切工具以對乾燥固化後的各該隔音層進行裁切處理。
