Abstract

The present disclosure provides a business message monitoring system including: an electronic device; a main server; and multiple system servers executing multiple application systems. The electronic device logins to the main server and establishes a service correlation table of a business. The service correlation table includes a first application system and business correlated data corresponding to the business. When an abnormality occurs in a second application system of the application systems, the main server searches multiple third application systems correlated to the second application system according to the service correlation table. When the second application system is a must application system, the main server switches to a backup application system corresponding to the second application system. When the second application system is a non-must application system, the main server pauses service correlation between the second application system and the third application systems in a predetermined time interval.
