著該彎曲面70(或該活動座2之彎曲面24)的彎弧方向而轉動,並使左右轉動時的該桿身部81與該L桿4之間的夾角較習用為小,以使得該錐狀之第三穿孔41與該桿身部81間僅保持點接觸的略微摩擦現象,而能減少轉彎異音的產生;又,該頭端部80端面向內設有凹陷多邊形狀的扳動部803,以供另一工具(如:六角扳手、接桿、F桿等,圖中未示)***該扳動部803內作為驅動之用;另,該桿身部81係能依序穿過該限位擋件7之透孔71、該活動座2之第二穿孔25、該L桿4之第三穿孔41、以及該彈性件5後,而使得已位於該桿身部81末端處的外螺紋82能緊密螺合於該限位塊6之內螺牙60處;而上述之該錐面802亦能以弧凸狀之錐曲面加以取代;當使用前,利用工具(如:六角扳手,圖中未示)一端直接***至該調整螺栓8之扳動部803內後,再施力順時針轉動;此時,由於本次實施例中的該調整螺栓8之頭端部80設有六角形狀的平面801或錐面802,且使該平面801的二對稱面之一端或該錐面802的二對稱面係受到該限位擋件7之單軸向彎弧狀彎曲面70的彈性夾持作用而形成相互緊密貼合的抵頂狀態;因此,必須順時針施力大於該限位擋件7之彎曲面70與該平面801或該錐面802間的磨擦阻力後才能轉動,而帶動該調整螺栓8呈順時針轉緊運動,而迫使已螺合於該調整螺栓8之外螺紋82處的限位塊6會朝向該調整螺栓8之頭端部80的方向移動,以致使已位於該限位塊6至該L桿4之間的彈性件5呈被壓縮狀態,如
此一來,方能在每轉動一個角度就會改變該六角形平面801或錐面802的位置,且相對會使該彈性件5被壓縮的更強烈,而達到多段式微調緊度的操作控制;若滑行中遇到路面不平而震動時,則會因該調整螺栓8之六角形狀平面801的二對稱面之一端或該錐面802的二對稱面受到該限位擋件7之單軸向式彎曲面70彈性夾持所形成相互緊密貼合抵頂作用,以致使該限位塊6之內螺牙60與該調整螺栓8之外螺紋82之間因震動所產生欲反向轉動的力量會小於該限位擋件7之彎曲面70與該平面801或該錐面802間的磨擦阻力,而使得該限位塊6不會產生任何位置的改變,而達到克服習知使用時因震動所產生自動鬆脫,甚至脫離的危險困擾;若滑行至轉彎處時,由於使用者的重心會踩踏落於該板體90左側邊(如第5、6圖),而使得已組設於該板體90處的該固定座1會以該鎖固件組3為中心呈逆時針轉動,同時,會帶動已套置於該固定座1之定凸柱18處的L桿4之套接孔40的該端跟著移動(或是以該L桿4之第三穿孔41為中心呈順時針轉動);此時,由於該第三穿孔41係呈錐孔狀,且使該第三穿孔41與該調整螺栓8之桿身部81呈鬆配合狀態,而使得移動後的該L桿4之第三穿孔41的位置先改變後再推擠該調整螺栓8跟著移動,且使該調整螺栓8會以已位於該活動座2之彎曲面24處的該限位擋件7之彎曲面70與該頭端部80之平面801或錐面802之間的接觸位置為中心呈逆時針轉動(即該平面801或錐面8
