Abstract
一種多擺塊連動驅動裝置,包含一適用於連接一被驅設備的被動單元、一連動於該被動單元的驅動單元,及一連接該驅動單元的始動單元。該被動單元包括一飛輪。該驅動單元包括三彼此間隔而各自連接該飛輪的動能模組,每一動能模組具有一與該飛輪嚙合的齒輪盤,及一設置於該齒輪盤的擺塊。若以角度表示每一擺塊的位置,該等擺塊的角度差為120度。該始動單元包括一驅動馬達、一由該驅動馬達帶動並連接其中一動能模組的主動件、二分別連接另二動能模組的從動件,及二分別連接該主動件與該等從動件間且用以帶動該等動能模組一同轉動的傳動件。
Description
本發明是有關於一種驅動裝置,特別是指一種多擺塊連動驅動裝置。
參閱圖1,為一現有的驅動裝置1,適用於驅動一發電機10,並包含一連動於該發電機10的環形齒盤11,及一與該環形齒盤11連結且用以帶動該環形齒盤11轉動的驅動單元12。該轉動模組12包括一與該環形齒盤11相互嚙合的飛輪121、一固定於該飛輪121上的重量模組122,及一用以提供該飛輪121轉動之初始外力的馬達123。當該馬達123提供一初始外力,即可帶動該驅動單元12開始運轉。其中,該重量模組122能以該飛輪121的徑寬為力臂,提供相對於該環形齒盤11的擺動力矩,藉此在該飛輪121轉動時帶動該環形齒盤11轉動,進而驅動該發電機10運轉。
然而,在該飛輪121因該重量模組122的重量帶動而轉動時,由於該重量模組122是單純依靠重力而擺動,難免會造成該飛輪121運轉速度的不穩定,因而在帶動該環形齒盤11轉動時,也會發生運轉速度不穩定的情況,難以穩定地驅動該發電機10運轉,必須進一步改善。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種能更穩定地發揮驅動功能的多擺塊連動驅動裝置。
於是,本發明多擺塊連動驅動裝置,適用於驅動一被驅設備,並包含一適用於連接該被驅設備的被動單元、一連動於該被動單元的驅動單元,及一連接於該驅動單元的始動單元。
該被動單元包括一與該被驅設備同軸設置且具有多個形成於外周緣之齒部的飛輪。
該驅動單元包括三彼此間隔而各自連接於該飛輪的動能模組。每一個動能模組具有一與該飛輪之該等齒部嚙合的齒輪盤,及一設置於該齒輪盤上的擺塊。以角度表示每一擺塊在個別之齒輪盤上的位置,該等動能模組之該等擺塊的角度差為120度。
該始動單元包括一用以提供始動之轉動動力的驅動馬達、一由該驅動馬達所帶動並連接於該等動能模組其中之一的主動件、二分別連接另二個動能模組的從動件,及二分別連接於該主動件與該等從動件之間,且用以在該驅動馬達啟動時帶動該等動能模組一同轉動的傳動件。
本發明之功效在於:由於該驅動單元之該等動能模組的該等擺塊之間,分別代表在該等齒輪盤上之位置的角度差為120度,因此在該等齒輪盤透過該等傳動件的帶動關係而一同運轉時,能讓該等擺塊在受重力甩擺而造成轉速落差的時間差相互錯開,在彼此連動帶動的情況下,使得該被動單元的運轉速度更加穩定,也就能更穩定地驅動該被驅設備。
參閱圖2,為本發明多擺塊連動驅動裝置之一實施例,適用於驅動一被驅設備9,本實施例包含一適用於連接該被驅設備9的被動單元2、一連動於該被動單元2的驅動單元3,及一連接於該驅動單元3的始動單元4。該被動單元2包括一與該被驅設備9同軸設置,且具有多個形成於外周緣之齒部(繪示於圖4)的飛輪21,也就是說,該飛輪21實質上為一個大尺寸的齒輪。在本實施例中,該被驅設備9是以一發電機為例而說明,即,配合該被驅設備9的具體實施,該被動單元2及該被驅設備9具體而言可為一被取代葉片的風力發電機組,但只要是必須由特定機構提供動力而運轉的設備,也可以使用本實施例來驅動運轉,並不以上述的應用方式為限。
同時參閱圖2與圖3,該驅動單元3包括三彼此間隔而各自連接於該飛輪21的動能模組30,以角度表示該等動能模組30相對於該飛輪21的位置,該等動能模組30位於該飛輪21的下方,且角度差較佳為60度,也就是說,任兩個相鄰之所述動能模組30的間距相等。每一個動能模組30具有一與該飛輪21之該等齒部嚙合的齒輪盤301,及一設置於該齒輪盤301上的擺塊302。每一該齒輪盤301具有一與該飛輪21之該等齒部嚙合的窄徑部303,及二分別貼附於該窄徑部303軸向兩側且沿徑向向外延伸的寬徑部304。每一該擺塊302具有二分別固定於該等寬徑部304且相互對稱的側塊部320,藉此穩定帶動個別的該齒輪盤301轉動,避免因重量不平均而造成不穩定的晃動,也藉由將該擺塊302設置於該寬徑部304,相較於連接於該飛輪21的該窄徑部303形成較長的力臂,達成驅動時相對省力的目的。
如圖2所示,以角度表示每一擺塊302在個別之齒輪盤301上的位置,該等動能模組30之該等擺塊302的角度差為120度,即配合三個動能模組30的配置,以360度為旋轉一圈來考量,將該等擺塊302的初始位置平均配置。其中,該被動單元2之該飛輪21的徑寬,大於每一個動能模組30之該齒輪盤301的徑寬,以利於將該飛輪21與該等動能模組30架設為一完整的系統化機構。
同時參閱圖2至圖4,該始動單元4包括一用以提供始動之轉動動力的驅動馬達41、一由該驅動馬達41所帶動並連接於該等動能模組30其中之一的主動件42、二分別連接另二個動能模組30的從動件43,及二分別連接於該主動件42與該等從動件43之間,且用以在該驅動馬達41啟動時帶動該等動能模組30一同轉動的傳動件44。其中,該主動件42及該等從動件43具體而言為分別與該等齒輪盤301之所述寬徑部304嚙合的齒輪桿,而該等傳動件44可配合選用得以套設於齒輪桿的皮帶。
參閱圖5與圖2,為了便於說明本實施例的運作,在圖5中將該等動能模組30分別標示為30a、30b、30c,而該驅動馬達41及該主動件42是連接於該動能模組30a。當該驅動馬達41運轉,則能帶動該主動件42及該動能模組30a的該齒輪盤301開始轉動,而連接於該主動件42與該等從動件43的傳動件44,則會將該主動件42的轉動動能傳遞至該等從動件43,藉此一併帶動該等動能模組30b、30c的該等齒輪盤301開始轉動。接著,只要該等動能模組30皆順利開始轉動,即可關閉該驅動馬達41而避免浪費不必要的動能,藉由該等擺塊302擺動而將位能轉換為動能,共同帶動該飛輪21轉動,即可驅動該被驅設備9運轉。
要特別說明的是,藉由該等擺塊302彼此角度差為120度的配置,能在任一個擺塊302在對應之齒輪盤301轉動,從最低點回復至最高點位置而轉速降低時,由其他相對於對應之齒輪盤301在其他角度位置的該擺塊302補償其降低的轉速。若以如圖2所呈現的位置而說明,當動能模組30a的擺塊302移動到最底端,在尚有慣性動量的情況下,動能模組30b的擺塊302正越過最高點而產生落體加速度之衝量,而此時動能模組30c即可受到上述慣性動量以及加速度衝量的帶動,越過最高點而持續循環互相牽制連動。另外,透過該等擺塊302在不同位置可能產生之不同力矩,能讓該等擺塊302在受重力甩擺而造成轉速落差的時間差相互錯開,平衡轉動過程中的轉速落差,因此在彼此連動帶動的情況下,能使得該被動單元2的運轉速度更加穩定,也就能更穩定地驅動該被驅設備9。
綜上所述,本發明多擺塊連動驅動裝置之該實施例,透過該等擺塊302在該等齒輪盤301上之位置的角度差為120度的設計,在該等齒輪盤301透過該等傳動件44的帶動關係而一同運轉時,能讓該等擺塊302彼此連動帶動而相互彌補,平衡單一個所述擺塊302轉動時難免的轉速落差,使得該被動單元2的運轉速度更加穩定,也就能更穩定的驅動該被驅設備9。因此,確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (5)
- 一種多擺塊連動驅動裝置,適用於驅動一被驅設備,並包含: 一被動單元,適用於連接該被驅設備,並包括一與該被驅設備同軸設置且具有多個形成於外周緣之齒部的飛輪; 一驅動單元,連動於該被動單元,並包括三彼此間隔而各自連接於該飛輪的動能模組,每一個動能模組具有一與該飛輪之該等齒部嚙合的齒輪盤,及一設置於該齒輪盤上的擺塊,以角度表示每一擺塊在個別之齒輪盤上的位置,該等動能模組之該等擺塊的角度差為120度;及 一始動單元,連接於該驅動單元,並包括一用以提供始動之轉動動力的驅動馬達、一由該驅動馬達所帶動並連接於該等動能模組其中之一的主動件、二分別連接另二個動能模組的從動件,及二分別連接於該主動件與該等從動件之間,且用以在該驅動馬達啟動時帶動該等動能模組一同轉動的傳動件。
- 如請求項1所述的多擺塊連動驅動裝置,其中,該被動單元之該飛輪的徑寬,大於每一個動能模組之該齒輪盤的徑寬。
- 如請求項1所述的多擺塊連動驅動裝置,其中,該驅動單元之每一個動能模組的該齒輪盤具有一與該飛輪之該等齒部嚙合的窄徑部,及二分別貼附於該窄徑部軸向兩側且沿徑向向外延伸的寬徑部,每一個動能模組之該擺塊具有二分別固定於該等寬徑部外側且相互對稱的側塊部。
- 如請求項3所述的多擺塊連動驅動裝置,其中,該始動單元之該主動件及該等從動件,是分別連接於該等齒輪盤的所述寬徑部。
- 如請求項1所述的多擺塊連動驅動裝置,其中,該等動能模組位於該飛輪的下方,且任兩個相鄰之所述動能模組的間距相等。
