Abstract

一種輪框,包含一以碳纖維複合材料製成的輪輻、一以碳纖維複合材料製成的胎環,及複數將該胎環固定於該輪輻上的鎖附裝置。該輪輻開設出複數沿徑向方向延伸的穿孔,及複數沿軸向方向延伸且分別連通該等穿孔的穿槽。該胎環開設出複數沿徑向方向延伸且分別對準該等穿孔的通孔。每一鎖附裝置對應其中一穿孔、一穿槽,及一通孔,並包括一穿設該穿孔及該通孔的導柱,及一穿設該穿槽且末端鎖設於該導柱上的螺栓。該等穿孔、該等通孔,及該等穿槽皆非螺孔,故本能應用於碳纖維複合材料上,且在固定該輪輻及該胎環的同時,不會造成表面崩裂之情事。

Description

輪框
本發明是有關於一種輪框,特別是指一種具鎖附裝置的輪框。
一般車輛的輪框包括一輪輻,及一環繞該輪輻的胎環。而習知是透過複數螺栓沿徑向方向穿設該胎環並鎖設於該輪輻上,從而將該輪輻與該胎環相互固定。然而,該輪輻及該胎環一般是以鋁合金或其它金屬材料製造,因此可以開設螺孔以供該等螺栓鎖設。但隨著複合材料的發展,目前也出現以碳纖維複合材料製作輪輻及胎環的輪框,然而碳纖維複合材料難以形成螺孔,且容易因螺栓的鎖合而使表面崩裂,因此需尋找能對應碳纖維複合材料特性的新結構設計。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種主要以碳纖維複合材料製成的輪框。
於是,本發明輪框,包含一輪輻、一與該輪輻同軸設置且圍繞該輪輻的胎環,及複數將該胎環固定於該輪輻上的鎖附裝置。該輪輻以碳纖維複合材料製成,並開設出複數沿徑向方向延伸的穿孔,及複數沿軸向方向延伸且分別連通該等穿孔的穿槽。該胎環以碳纖維複合材料製成,並開設出複數沿徑向方向延伸且分別對準該等穿孔的通孔。
每一鎖附裝置對應其中一穿孔、相對應該穿孔的一穿槽,及相對應該穿孔的一通孔,每一鎖附裝置包括一穿設該穿孔及該通孔的導柱,及一穿設該穿槽且末端鎖設於該導柱上的螺栓,該導柱沿該輪輻的軸向方向形成一對準該穿槽且供該螺栓末端鎖設的鎖合孔。
本發明之功效在於:本發明的該等穿孔、該等通孔,及該等穿槽皆非螺孔,但仍可達到固定該輪輻及該胎環之功效,故本發明能應用於碳纖維複合材料上,且在固定該輪輻及該胎環的同時,不會造成表面崩裂之情事。
參閱圖1、圖2,及圖3,本發明輪框之一實施例,包含一輪輻1、一與該輪輻1同軸設置且圍繞該輪輻1的胎環2,及複數彼此等角度間隔環狀排列,且能將該胎環2設置於該輪輻1上的鎖附裝置3(圖1至3中皆僅顯示其中的一個)。該輪輻1開設出複數沿徑向方向延伸的穿孔11,及複數沿軸向方向延伸且分別連通該等穿孔11的穿槽12。該胎環2開設出複數沿徑向方向延伸且分別對準該等穿孔11的通孔21。在本實施例中,該輪輻1是以碳纖維複合材料製成,該胎環2則是以碳纖維複合材料製成。
每一鎖附裝置3是對應其中一穿孔11、相對應該穿孔11的一穿槽12,及相對應該穿孔11的一通孔21。該鎖附裝置3包括一塞置於該穿孔11內且呈管狀的導套31、一穿設該穿孔11、該導套31,及該通孔21的導柱32、一穿設該穿槽12且末端鎖設於該導柱32上的螺栓33、一被該導柱32穿過且圍繞該導套31的密封環34,及一被該螺栓33穿設而被限位於該螺栓33及該輪輻1之間的墊片35。該導套31填滿該導柱32與該穿孔11內表面的空間,且該穿孔11在設有該導套31的部分具有較大的孔徑,該導套31可達到避免該導柱32穿設進入時錯位之功效。該導柱32具有一柱體部321,及一連接該柱體部321且至少部分卡制於相對應通孔21中的頭部322。該柱體部321沿該輪輻1的軸向方向形成一對準該穿槽12且供該螺栓33末端鎖設的鎖合孔323。該頭部322具有一貼觸該通孔21內表面的環面324,及一連接該環面324兩端且貼觸該通孔21內表面的平面325。該通孔21的外型與該頭部322如圖3所示地相配合,使該頭部322被該通孔21限位而無法旋轉,如此可確保該柱體部321上的鎖合孔323可對準該穿槽12而不偏位。該密封環34被沿徑向方向夾設於該輪輻1及該胎環2之間,其是以矽膠材質製成,可進一步達到密封該穿孔11之功效。
本實施例設置時,是先將該等導套31分別***該等穿孔11內,再於該等導套31外圍安裝該等密封環34。接著將該輪輻1置於該胎環2內並定位,並將該等導柱32分別通過該等通孔21而***該等穿孔11內,當每一頭部322定位於相對應通孔21中時,可使該等導柱32的鎖合孔323分別對準該等穿槽12。最後將該等螺栓33穿過該等墊片35後,分別穿設該等穿槽12並使其末端鎖設於該等鎖合孔323中。如此便不需要在以碳纖維複合材料製成的該輪輻1或該胎環2上開設螺孔,也可避免鎖合迫緊時造成以碳纖維複合材料製成的該輪輻1或該胎環2表面崩裂。
綜上所述,本發明可適用於碳纖維複合材料製成的輪輻1及該胎環2上,且密封性佳,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種輪框,包含: 一輪輻,以碳纖維複合材料製成,並開設出複數沿徑向方向延伸的穿孔,及複數沿軸向方向延伸且分別連通該等穿孔的穿槽; 一胎環,與該輪輻同軸設置且圍繞該輪輻,並以碳纖維複合材料製成,該胎環開設出複數沿徑向方向延伸且分別對準該等穿孔的通孔;及 複數鎖附裝置,能將該胎環固定於該輪輻上,每一鎖附裝置對應其中一穿孔、相對應該穿孔的一穿槽,及相對應該穿孔的一通孔,每一鎖附裝置包括一穿設該穿孔及該通孔的導柱,及一穿設該穿槽且末端鎖設於該導柱上的螺栓,該導柱沿該輪輻的軸向方向形成一對準該穿槽且供該螺栓末端鎖設的鎖合孔。
  2. 如請求項1所述的輪框,其中,每一鎖附裝置還包括一設置於相對應穿孔內且套設於相對應導柱上的導套。
  3. 如請求項1所述的輪框,其中,每一鎖附裝置之導柱具有一柱體部,及一連接該柱體部且至少部分卡制於相對應通孔中的頭部,該頭部具有一貼觸該通孔內表面的環面,及一連接該環面兩端且貼觸該通孔內表面的平面。
  4. 如請求項2所述的輪框,其中,每一鎖附裝置還包含一被該導柱穿過且圍繞該導套的密封環,該密封環被夾設於該輪輻及該胎環之間。
  5. 如請求項1所述的輪框,其中,該每一鎖附裝置還包含一被該螺栓穿設且被限位於該螺栓及該輪輻之間的墊片。
