Abstract
一種迴轉式流體傳送裝置,包含一第一座體、一第二座體、一轉子及一驅動軸,其中,該第一座體的內部形成一圓環狀的容室,該轉子具有一圓弧狀的活塞,該活塞設於該容室,且該活塞與該容室形成偏心,該驅動軸驅動該活塞於該容室的內部迴轉平移,該第一座體樞設一可於小角度範圍往復旋轉的圓座,該圓座凸伸二夾臂進入該容室,各該夾臂之間樞嵌一葉片,該葉片具有二抵靠面,該活塞具有二端面,各該端面分別抵靠各該抵靠面,據此,該活塞迴轉平移運動時,各該端面分別相對於各該抵靠面往復滑移,且該葉片往復位移,俾供提高運轉順暢度,並提高運轉容量。

本發明涉及一種迴轉式流體傳送裝置,進一步而言,尤指一種可改善運轉順暢度的迴轉式流體傳送裝置。
US7563080B2專利文獻公開一種迴轉式壓縮機,其包含氣缸、活塞及一對襯套,其中,該活塞係圓環狀開設一槽部而呈C形,各該襯套對稱設於該槽部,且各該襯套從兩側夾著與該氣缸形成一體的一葉片,藉以支承該葉片。US7563080B2專利公告說明書中敘述『通過上述結構,驅動軸的旋轉使外圓筒和內圓筒以葉片的擺動襯套之間的中心擺動,使得葉片在葉片凹槽中向前和向後移動。該擺動動作使活塞與氣缸之間的接觸點按以下順序移動,如圖3(A)、圖3(B)、圖3(C)、圖3(D)所示。在這種情況下,外圓筒和內圓筒繞驅動軸擺動但不旋轉。』因此可知,當驅動軸旋轉時,外圓筒,內圓筒及活塞皆會擺動,使得整體處於非穩定的狀態,進而增加故障的機會。

在該襯套的彎曲側面上,該供油路的另一端向該槽側貯油部開通,且該槽側貯油部的寬度大於該葉片側貯油部的寬度。
由於該槽側貯油部的寬度大於該葉片側貯油部的寬度,油對該槽側貯油部的內部面形成的作用力,大於油對該葉片側貯油部的內表面形成的作用力,使得各該襯套分別被推向該葉片,而可對各該襯套與該槽部之間供油,US9284958B2專利文獻聲稱可藉此防止該襯套發生異常磨損及咬死問題。
然而,該活塞迴轉運動時,該活塞於該槽部的兩側部份隨著該活塞的作動亦形成迴轉運動,而各該襯套受到來自於油對該槽側貯油部的作用力影響,使得各該襯套作動時,各該襯套保持貼靠著該葉片,並沿著該葉片的軸向形成直線往復運動,如此一來,該活塞於該槽部的兩側與各該襯套之間,容易發生彼此卡掣現象,且若驅動該活塞迴轉的驅動軸的軸心與該活塞的中心之間的偏心量較大時,該活塞容易碰撞該襯套,使得US9284958B2只能應用於小容量壓縮機。
本發明主要目的在於提供一種迴轉式流體傳送裝置,藉由可往復位移及微量旋擺的葉片,使迴轉平移運動的活塞與葉片保持接觸且不會發生卡掣現象,據此提高運轉順暢度,並可應用作為較大容量的流體傳送裝置。
為滿足前述目的,本發明係一種迴轉式流體傳送裝置,包含一轉子、一驅動軸、一第一座體及一第二座體,其中,該第一座體及該第二座體密接,該第一座體的內部設有一外周為圓形的軸套,該第一座體於
該軸套的周側形成一圓環狀的容室,該轉子具有一圓弧狀的活塞,該活塞設於該容室,且該活塞與該容室形成偏心,該驅動軸驅動該活塞於該容室的內部迴轉平移,該活塞具有一外周面及一內周面,該外周面與該容室的內壁相切接觸,該內周面與該軸套的外周相切接觸,據此,該容室於該內周面與該軸套之間形成第一室,該容室於該外周面與該內壁之間形成第二室;
該第一座體樞設一可於小角度範圍往復旋轉的圓座,該圓座沿軸向凸伸二夾臂進入該容室,各該夾臂彼此對稱,各該夾臂之間樞嵌一葉片,定義一虛擬線通過該活塞的圓心及該容室的圓心,該虛擬線延伸通過各該夾臂及該葉片,且該容室的圓心位於該活塞的圓心與該葉片之間,該葉片具有二抵靠面,各該抵靠面分別與該虛擬線平行,且該虛擬線通過各該抵靠面之間,該活塞具有二端面,各該端面分別位於該活塞沿著圓弧延伸方向的兩端,各該端面分別抵靠各該抵靠面,據此,該活塞迴轉平移運動時,各該端面分別相對於各該抵靠面往復滑移,且該葉片沿著垂直於該虛擬線的方向往復位移,俾供提高運轉順暢度,並提高運轉容量;

如圖1至圖4所示,本發明迴轉式流體傳送裝置之實施例一,包含一轉子(20)、一驅動軸(30)、第一座體(60)及一第二座體(70),其中,該第一座體(60)及該第二座體(70)密接,亦可使用密封膠或墊片,以達到密封的效果,該第一座體(60)的內部設有一外周為圓形的軸套(11),該第一座體(60)於該軸套(11)的周側形成一圓環狀的容室(12),該轉子(20)具有一圓弧狀的活塞(21),該活塞(21)設於該容室(12),且該活塞(21)與該容室(12)形成偏心,該驅動軸(30)驅動該活塞(21)於該容室(12)的內部迴轉平移運動,該活塞(21)具有一外周面(211)及一內周面(212),該外周面(211)與該容室(12)的內壁(121)相切接觸,該內周面(212)與該軸套(11)的外周相切接觸,據此,該容室(12)於該內周面(212)與該軸套(11)之間形成第一室(13),該容室(12)於該外周面(211)與該內壁(121)之間形成第二室(14)。

該第一座體(60)設有二第一流道(15)及二第二流道(16),該第一流道(15)與該第一室(13)連通,且各該第一流道(15)分別與該圓座(40)的兩側鄰近,該第二流道(16)與該第二室(14)連通,且各該第二流道(16)分別與該圓座(40)的兩側鄰近,據使流體進入及流出該容室(12)。該第一流道(15)及該第二流道(16)可依需要分別連接控制閥或單向閥(圖中未式),以控制流體的流動方向。
請配合圖5所示,該驅動軸(30)受一驅動裝置(圖中未示)驅動旋轉,該驅動軸(30)引動該轉子(20)旋轉,該活塞(21)遂於該容室(12)的內部迴轉平移運動,據此變化該第一室(13)及該第二室(14),使流體得以通過該第一流道(15)及該第二流道(16)進入及流出該容室(12)。
由於各該端面(213)分別抵靠著各該抵靠面(51),該葉片(50)受到該活塞(21)的作用而向著圖面所示的兩側方向往復位移,配合該圓座(40)與該葉片(50)的相對構成,該圓座(40)提供了該葉片(50)能夠微量往復旋擺的機制,使得該葉片(50)受該活塞(21)掣動時,該葉片(50)可適度微幅往復旋擺,據此,該葉片(50)與該活塞(21)能夠保持接觸,且該葉片(50)與該活塞(21)不會發生卡掣現象,據此提高運轉順暢度,並可應用作為較大容量的流體傳送裝置。
進一步而言,定義該葉片(50)於各該抵靠面(51)之間的長度為L1,該夾臂(41)於鄰近各該抵靠面(51)的兩側之間的長度為L2,該活塞(21)的圓心C1與該容室(12)的圓心C2之間的偏心距離為L3,則(L2+2×L3)≦L1,定義該圓座(40)的外徑為D1,該容室(12)的半徑為R1,該軸套(11)的半徑為R2,則(R1-R2)≦D1,據此,該活塞(21)迴轉作動時,可提高該葉片(50)配合該活塞(21)作動且不會發生卡掣現象的可靠度,並可應用於傳送具有不同黏度的各種流體。
該第一座體(60)具有一第一表面(61),該第二座體(70)具有一第二表面(71),該第一表面(61)與該第二表面(71)相對,該容室(12)係由該第一表面(61)向該第一座體(60)的內部凹陷形成,該圓座(40)樞嵌於該第一座體(60),該第二表面(71)向該第二座體(70)的內部凹陷一容槽(72),該轉子(20)具有一盤座(22),該盤座(22)與該活塞(21)形成同軸相接,該盤座(22)容設於該容槽(72)的內部,且該盤座(22)的一側與該第一表面(61)相靠,據此封閉該容室(12)鄰向該第二座體(70)的一端。
該驅動軸(30)主要由一第一軸段(31)、一第二軸段(32)及一第
三軸段(33)軸向相接構成,且該第二軸段(32)位於該第一軸段(31)與該第三軸段(33)之間,該第一軸段(31)與該第三軸段(33)形成同軸相對,該第二軸段(32)與該第一軸段(31)及該第三軸段(33)在軸向上形成偏心,該第一軸段(31)軸樞該第二座體(70)並穿出該第二座體(70),據使該第一軸段(31)連接該驅動裝置,該第二軸段(32)與該盤座(22)的中心樞接,該第三軸段(33)軸樞該軸套(11),據此,該驅動裝置通過該驅動軸(30)驅動該轉子(20)迴轉;該驅動裝置可以是馬達或其他可產生旋轉作動的裝置;該第一軸段(31)與該第二座體(70)之間可選擇性地使用油封或O型環等,以達到密封的效果。
該第一軸段(31)與該第二座體(70)之間軸樞一第一襯環(34),該第三軸段(33)與該軸套(11)之間軸樞一第二襯環(35),該第一襯環(34)及該第二襯環(35)分別由耐磨材料構成,據此提高該驅動軸(30)及該定子(10)的使用壽命;該第二軸段(32)亦可視需要該第二軸段(32)與該盤座(22)之間亦可視需要軸樞一第三襯環(圖中未示),據此構成另一實施例;再者,該第一襯環(34)、該第二襯環(35)及該第三襯環分別可視需要選擇置換為軸承,此等置換選擇乃基於實施例一所能輕易想見者。
該容槽(72)係為圓形凹槽,該盤座(22)係為圓形盤體,該盤座(22)與該容槽(72)形成偏心狀態,且該盤座(22)的周緣與該容槽(72)的內槽壁可視需要形成相切接觸。
請配合圖6及圖7所示,該容槽(72)於遠離該第一座體(60)的方向進一步凹陷數個圓形的凹口(73),該盤座(22)配合各該凹口(73)凸設數個圓形的凸柱(23),該凸柱(23)的外徑小於該凹口(73)的內徑,各該凸柱(23)分別進入各該凹口(73),且各該凸柱(23)分別與各該凹口(73)形成相切,據
此限制該盤座(22)的迴轉半徑,且控制該轉子(20)產生迴轉平移運動。
實施例二係由實施例一變化而得,如圖8所示,實施例二主要不同於實施例一之構成在於,實施例二並無實施例一之該凸柱(23),該盤座(22)配合各該凹口(73)凹陷數個凹穴(24),數個滾珠(25)分別設於各該凹口(73)及各該凹穴(24)相對形成的空間內,且各該滾珠(25)分別與該盤座(22)及該第二座體(70)接觸,據此提高該轉子(20)的作動順暢度。

Claims (8)
- 一種迴轉式流體傳送裝置,包含一轉子、一驅動軸、一第一座體及一第二座體,其中,該第一座體及該第二座體密接,該第一座體的內部設有一外周為圓形的軸套,該第一座體於該軸套的周側形成一圓環狀的容室,該轉子具有一圓弧狀的活塞,該活塞設於該容室,且該活塞與該容室形成偏心,該驅動軸驅動該活塞於該容室的內部迴轉平移,該活塞具有一外周面及一內周面,該外周面與該容室的內壁相切接觸,該內周面與該軸套的外周相切接觸,據此,該容室於該內周面與該軸套之間形成第一室,該容室於該外周面與該內壁之間形成第二室;該第一座體樞設一可於小角度範圍往復旋轉的圓座,該圓座沿軸向凸伸二夾臂進入該容室,各該夾臂之間樞嵌一葉片,定義一虛擬線通過該活塞的圓心及該容室的圓心,該虛擬線延伸通過各該夾臂及該葉片,且該活塞的圓心位於該容室的圓心與該葉片之間,該葉片具有二抵靠面,各該抵靠面分別與該虛擬線平行,且該虛擬線通過各該抵靠面之間,該活塞具有二端面,各該端面分別位於該活塞沿著圓弧延伸方向的兩端,各該端面分別抵靠各該抵靠面,據此,該活塞迴轉平移運動時,各該端面分別相對於各該抵靠面往復滑移,且該葉片沿著垂直於該虛擬線的方向往復位移,俾供提高運轉順暢度,並提高運轉容量;該第一座體設有二第一流道及二第二流道,該第一流道與該第一室連通,且各該第一流道分別與該圓座的兩側鄰近,該第二流道與該第二室連通,且各該第二流道分別與該圓座的兩側鄰近,據使流體進入及離開該容室。
- 如請求項1所述之迴轉式流體傳送裝置,其中,定義該葉片於各該抵靠面 之間的長度為L1,該夾臂於鄰近各該抵靠面的兩側之間的長度為L2,該活塞的圓心與該容室的圓心之間的偏心距離為L3,(L2+2×L3)≦L1,定義該圓座的外徑為D1,該容室的半徑為R1,該軸套的半徑為R2,(R1-R2)≦D1。
- 如請求項1所述之迴轉式流體傳送裝置,其中,該第一座體具有一第一表面,該第二座體具有一第二表面,該第一表面與該第二表面相對,該容室係由該第一表面向該第一座體的內部凹陷形成,該第二表面向該第二座體的內部凹陷一容槽,該轉子具有一盤座,該盤座與該活塞形成同軸相接,該盤座容設於該容槽的內部,且該盤座的一側與該第一表面相靠,據此封閉該容室鄰向該第二座體的一端。
- 如請求項3所述之迴轉式流體傳送裝置,其中,該驅動軸主要由一第一軸段、一第二軸段及一第三軸段軸向相接構成,且該第二軸段位於該第一軸段與該第三軸段之間,該第一軸段與該第三軸段形成同軸相對,該第二軸段與該第一軸段及該第三軸段在軸向上形成偏心,該第一軸段軸樞該第二座體並穿出該第二座體,據使該第一軸段連接一驅動裝置,該第二軸段與該盤座的中心樞接,該第三軸段軸樞該軸套,據此,該驅動裝置通過該驅動軸驅動該轉子迴轉平移運動。
- 如請求項4所述之迴轉式流體傳送裝置,其中,該第一軸段與該第二座體之間軸樞一第一襯環,該第三軸段與該軸套之間軸樞一第二襯環,該第一襯環及該第二襯環分別由耐磨材料構成。
- 如請求項3所述之迴轉式流體傳送裝置,其中,該容槽係為圓形凹槽,該盤座係為圓形盤體,該盤座與該容槽形成偏心狀態,且該盤座的周緣與該容槽的內槽壁形成相切接觸。
- 如請求項6所述之迴轉式流體傳送裝置,其中,該容槽於遠離該第一座體的方向進一步凹陷數個圓形的凹口,該盤座配合各該凹口凸設數個圓形的凸柱,該凸柱的外徑小於該凹口的內徑,各該凸柱分別進入各該凹口,且各該凸柱分別與各該凹口形成相切,據此限制該盤座的迴轉平移運動。
- 如請求項6所述之迴轉式流體傳送裝置,其中,該容槽於遠離該第一座體的方向進一步凹陷數個圓形的凹口,該盤座配合各該凹口凹陷數個凹穴,數個滾珠分別設於各該凹口及各該凹穴相對形成的空間內,且各該滾珠分別與該盤座及該第二座體接觸,據此提高該轉子的作動順暢度。
