Abstract

本發明揭示了一種卡緣連接器，所述卡緣連接器包括絕緣本體、一體 成型於所述絕緣本體的金屬件及安裝於所述絕緣本體的導電端子，所述絕緣本體包括縱長的主體部，所述主體部包括彼此相對的兩側壁，所述兩側壁之間形成插槽，所述導電端子排列在所述側壁且伸入所述插槽，所述金屬件包括兩豎直壁，所述豎直壁貼附於所述側壁的外側面，所述豎直壁的上邊緣向內彎折形成檐邊，所述檐邊埋在所述側壁的頂面下方，所述側壁外側成型有將所述豎直壁包覆於內的固定塊。所述固定塊防止所述豎直壁向外翹起。

Description

卡緣連接器
本發明係有關一種卡緣連接器。
中國大陸發明專利申請公開第CN106921075A號揭示了一種卡緣連接器，其包括縱長的絕緣本體、固持於所述絕緣本體內的複數導電端子及裝配於所述絕緣本體的金屬框架。所述絕緣本體設有沿其縱長方向延伸的兩側壁及連接於所述兩側壁的縱長末端的兩端壁。所述金屬框架由一片狀金屬沖裁製成且一體成型於所述絕緣本體內。所述金屬框架包括縱長的平板部、自平板部的縱長兩端向下延伸的固持部及自平板部沿垂直於縱長方向的橫向向下延伸的遮蔽片。所述遮蔽片的下邊沿容易向外翹起。
因此，確有必要提供一種新的卡緣連接器。
本發明的目的在於：提供一種金屬件的豎直壁貼合於絕緣本體的卡緣連接器。
為實現上述目的，本發明可採用如下技術方案來實現：一種卡緣連接器，所述卡緣連接器包括絕緣本體、一體成型於所述絕緣本體的金屬件及安裝於所述絕緣本體的導電端子，所述絕緣本體包括縱長的主體部，所述主體部包括彼此相對的兩側壁，所述兩側壁之間形成插槽，所述導電端子排列在所述側壁且伸入所述插槽，所述金屬件包括兩豎直壁，所述豎直壁貼附於所述側壁的外側面，所述豎直壁的上邊緣向內彎折形成檐邊，所述檐邊埋在所述側壁的頂面下方，所述側壁外側成型有將所述豎直壁包覆於內的固定塊。
相對於習知技術，本發明卡緣連接器的主體部的側壁外側設有固定塊，所述固定塊將所述豎直壁包覆於內，所述固定塊防止所述豎直壁向外翹起。

參閱第一圖至第二圖，本發明公開了一種卡緣連接器100，其用來安裝於一外部電路板(未圖示)並供一對接卡(未圖示)***。所述卡緣連接器100包括絕緣本體10、一體成型於所述絕緣本體10的金屬件30、安裝於所述絕緣本體10的導電端子(未圖示)及安裝於所述絕緣本體10兩端的退卡機構40。
參閱第三圖，所述絕緣本體10包括縱長的主體部11及自所述主體部11兩端向上延伸出的端臂20。所述退卡機構40安裝於所述端臂20。所述主體部11包括彼此相對的第一側壁12與第二側壁13及連接所述第一、第二側壁12，13的底壁14。所述第一、第二側壁12，13之間形成向上開口的插槽15。所述插槽15供所述對接卡***。所述導電端子排列在所述第一、第二側壁12，13且伸入所述插槽15。所述金屬件30包括兩豎直壁31。所述豎直壁31貼附於所述第一、第二側壁12，13的外側面。所述豎直壁31的上邊緣向內彎折形成檐邊38，所述檐邊38埋在所述第一、第二側壁12，13的頂面下方。所述兩豎直壁31在其上邊緣處連接有防呆鍵34。所述主體部11在所述插槽15內設有防呆部16，所述防呆部16將所述插槽15分成長度不同的兩部分。所述防呆鍵34包覆所述防呆部16。所述防呆鍵34埋設在所述第一、第二側壁12，13的頂面。所述第一、第二側壁12，13外側底部成型有將所述豎直壁31包覆於內的固定塊17。所述固定塊17防止所述豎直壁31的下邊沿向外翹起。所述端臂20的外側面向內凹陷形成所述凹陷部21。所述豎直壁31包括中間部32及位於所述中間部32兩側的側部33。所述側部33的高度大於所述中間部32的高度。所述側部33收容於所述凹陷部21，所述側部33的邊緣埋設於所述端臂20，從而避免所述側部33向外翹起。所述防呆鍵34包括水平部35及自所述水平部35向下延伸的兩豎直部36。所述金屬件30還包括自所述豎直壁31的下邊沿向下延伸的焊接腳37，所述焊接腳37用以焊接於所述外部電路板。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種卡緣連接器，其包括絕緣本體、金屬件及安裝於所述絕緣本體的導電端子，所述絕緣本體包括縱長的主體部，所述主體部包括彼此相對的兩側壁，所述兩側壁之間形成插槽，所述導電端子排列在所述側壁且伸入所述插槽，所述金屬件包括兩豎直壁及自所述豎直壁的上邊緣向內彎折形成的檐邊，所述豎直壁分別貼附於所述側壁的外側面，其中，所述金屬件通過一體成型的方式固定於所述絕緣本體，所述檐邊埋在所述側壁，所述豎直壁的兩側部分別埋設在所述絕緣本體，所述豎直壁的下邊沿卡嵌在自所述側壁凸伸的固定塊，以防止所述豎直壁的下邊沿向外翹起。
  2. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器，其中所述兩豎直壁在其上邊緣處一體連接有防呆鍵，所述防呆部包括水平部及自水平部的兩側向下延伸的兩豎直部，所述主體部在所述插槽內設有防呆部，所述水平部埋設在兩側壁的頂面下方，兩所述豎直部則包覆所述防呆部。
  3. 如請求項2所述之卡緣連接器，其中所述絕緣本體還包括自所述主體部兩端向上延伸出的端臂，所述卡緣連接器還包括退卡機構，所述退卡機構安裝於所述端臂。
  4. 如請求項3所述之卡緣連接器，其中所述豎直部的兩側部的延伸至所述端臂。
  5. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器，其中所述金屬件還包括自所述豎直壁的下邊沿向下延伸的焊接腳，所述焊接腳用以焊接於一外部電路板。
  6. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器，其中所述固定塊設於所述側壁外側底部。
