本發明的組成物中活性組分可以在寬廣的範圍內的量存在。在較佳的具體實施例中,(A)、(B)和任選的(C)的總量為協同組成物的約5重量%至99重量%。較佳地,組成物包含5重量%至80重量%的(A)、0.05重量%至50重量%的(B)、和任選的0.05重量%至50重量%的(C)。
一般而言,活性成分(A)、(B)和/或(C)的施用率取決於如下因素:如雜草的種類、作物植物的種類、土壤類型、季節、氣候、土壤生態和各種其它類型的因素。用於一組給定條件的所述組成物的施用率能夠藉由常規試驗容易地確定。
通常,本發明的組成物或方法能夠以被施用的活性成分(A)、(B)和/或(C)的總量之約10克/公頃(g/ha)至約5000克/公頃的施用率被施用。施用率較佳為約30克/公頃至約1000克/公頃的活性成分。
根據本發明,活性成分的施用率可以為約5至約2000克/公頃
的(A)、約0.2至約100克/公頃的(B)和/或約0.1至約10克/公頃的(C)。較佳地,活性成分的施用率為約50至約400克/公頃的(A)、約2至約50克/公頃的(B)和約1至約10克/公頃的(C)。
如上所述,在本發明中,組分(A)、(B)和/或(C)可以單獨地施用或作為兩部分除草系統的部分被組合施用,例如本發明的組成物。
本發明的組成物可以以常規方式配製,例如將(A)、(B)和/或(C)與適當的助劑混合。合適的助劑取決於如製劑的類型之因素,且為本領域技術人員所熟知。
特別是,該組成物可以進一步包含選自增量劑、載劑、溶劑、表面活性劑、穩定劑、防沫劑、防凍劑、防腐劑、抗氧化劑、著色劑、增稠劑、固體黏附劑、填料、潤濕劑、分散劑、潤滑劑、防結塊劑、消泡劑和稀釋劑中的一種或多種助劑。這些助劑是本領域已知的,並且市售可得。它們在本發明組成物的配製劑中的應用對本領域技術人員而言是顯而易見的。
用於施用組分(A)、(B)和/或(C)的組合的合適配製劑包括可水溶性液劑(SL)、乳劑(EC)、水基乳劑(EW)、微乳劑(ME)、水懸劑(SC)、水分散性油懸劑(OD)、種子處理用水懸劑(FS)、水分散粒劑(WG)、水溶性粒劑(SG)、可濕性粉劑(WP)、水溶性粉劑(SP)、粒劑(GR)、膠囊粒劑(CG)、細粒劑(FG)、大粒劑(GG)、濃懸乳劑(SE)、膠囊懸乳劑(CS),和微粒劑(MG)。較佳的配製劑是水懸劑(SC)、水溶性粒劑(SG)、水分散粒劑(WG)和水分散性油懸劑(OD)。本發明的發明人已發現所述活性成分的組合可以配製為如上所述的任意類型的顆粒劑,包括水分散粒劑,即使不使用尿素、一種或多種尿素改性劑和鹼,其也會快速崩解。
所述組成物可包含一種或多種惰性填料。所述惰性填料是本
領域已知的並且市售可得。合適的填料包括例如,天然的磨細礦物質,如高嶺土、礬土、滑石、白堊、石英、綠坡縷石、蒙脫石、和矽藻土,或合成的磨細礦物質,如高度分散的矽酸、氧化鋁、矽酸鹽和磷酸鈣以及磷酸氫鈣。用於顆粒劑的合適惰性填料包括,例如,碾碎且分級的天然礦物質,例如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石和白雲石,或合成的無機和有機磨細材料的顆粒,以及有機材料(例如鋸屑、椰子殼、玉米芯和煙草莖)的顆粒。
所述組成物可任選地包含一種或多種表面活性劑,其較佳是自然狀態下非離子型、陽離子型和/或陰離子型的,以及具有良好乳化、分散和潤濕性質的表面活性劑混合物,其取決於被配製的活性化合物。合適的表面活性劑是本領域已知的,並且為市售可得。
合適的陰離子表面活性劑可為所謂的水溶性皂和水溶性合成表面活性化合物。可用的皂類包括高級脂肪酸(C10到C22)的鹼金屬鹽、鹼土金屬鹽或經取代或未取代的銨鹽,例如油酸或硬脂酸或天然脂肪酸混合物的鈉鹽或鉀鹽。
所述表面活性劑可包括離子型或非離子型的乳化劑、分散劑或潤濕劑。這類試劑的例子包括聚丙烯酸的鹽、木質素磺酸的鹽、苯磺酸或萘磺酸的鹽、環氧乙烷與脂肪醇或與脂肪酸或與脂肪胺的聚縮物、經取代的苯酚(尤其是烷基酚),磺基琥珀酸酯的鹽、牛磺酸衍生物(尤其是烷基牛磺酸鹽(alkyltaurate))和聚乙氧基化的酚或醇的磷酸酯。
當活性化合物和/或惰性載劑和/或助劑/佐劑不溶於水,並且用於所述組成物的最終應用的媒劑是水時,一般而言需要存在至少一種表面活性劑。
所述組成物還可任選地包含一種或多種聚合物穩定劑。可用於本發明的合適聚合物穩定劑包括但不限於,聚丙烯、聚異丁烯、聚異戊
二烯、單烯烴和二烯烴的共聚物、聚丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯、乙酸聚乙烯酯、聚胺酯或聚醯胺。合適的穩定劑是本領域已知的,並且為市售可得。
上述表面活性劑和聚合物穩定劑通常被認為使所述組成物具有穩定性,從而允許所述組成物的配製、貯存、運輸和施用。
用於組成物的合適消泡劑包括可在農用化學組成物中一般用於此目的之所有物質。合適的消泡劑是本領域已知的,並且為市售可得。特別較佳的消泡劑是聚二甲基矽氧烷和全氟烷基膦酸的混合物,例如可從GE公司或康普頓公司(Compton)獲得的矽酮消泡劑。
用於所述組成物的合適溶劑可選自能夠使所用活性化合物完全溶解的所有常用有機溶劑。同樣地,用於(A)、(B)和(C)的合適的有機溶劑是本領域已知的。以下所提及者可為較佳:N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、環己基-1-吡咯烷酮;和鏈烷烴、異鏈烷烴、環烷烴和芳烴的混合物(通常作為SOLVESSOTM200購得)。合適的溶劑為市售可得。
合適的防腐劑包括可在此類型的農用化學組成物中一般用於此目的之所有物質,並且同樣是本領域中熟知的。可提及的合適的實例包括PREVENTOL®(來自拜耳公司(Bayer AG))和PROXEL®(來自拜耳公司)。
所述組成物可包含抗氧化劑。合適的抗氧化劑是如本領域中已知的,可在農用化學組成物中一般用於此目的之所有物質。較佳為丁基化的羥基甲苯。
用於組成物的合適增稠劑包括可在農用化學組成物中一般用於此目的的所有物質。例子包括黃原膠、PVOH、纖維素及其衍生物、黏土水合矽酸鹽、矽酸鎂鋁或它們的混合物。同樣地,此類增稠劑是本領域中已知的並且為市售可得。
所述組成物還包含一種或多種固體黏附劑。所述黏附劑是本領域已知的,並且為市售可得。它們包括有機黏合劑,包括增黏劑,例如經取代的纖維素之纖維素,呈粉末、顆粒或網材形式的天然和合成的聚合物,以及無機黏合劑,例如石膏、矽石或水泥。
在本發明的方法和使用中,活性成分的組合可以藉由方便的方法而施用於需要控制的部位,如植物的葉子和/或周圍的土壤。術語“部位(locus)”係指所述植物生長的地點,所述植物的植物繁殖材料播種的地點,或者所述植物的植物繁殖材料將被播種的地點。
如上所述,本發明亦關於使用活性成分的組合於例如上述組成物或配製劑,用於控制或改良作物中不欲植被生長。活性成分的組合對處理一系列作物有用,包括穀類例如小麥、大麥、黑麥、燕麥、玉米、水稻、高粱、黑小麥及相關作物;甜菜例如糖用甜菜和飼料甜菜;水果如梨果、核果和無核小水果,如蘋果、葡萄、梨、李子、桃子、杏仁、櫻桃,和漿果例如草莓、樹莓和黑莓;豆科植物例如菜豆、小扁豆、豌豆、大豆、花生;油料植物如油菜、芥菜、向日葵;葫蘆科植物例如西葫蘆、黃瓜、甜瓜;纖維植物例如棉花、亞麻、***、黃麻;柑橘類水果,例如柳丁、檸檬、柚子和柑橘;蔬菜例如菠菜、萵苣、蘆筍、捲心菜、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、番茄、馬鈴薯、辣椒;咖啡;以及觀賞植物如花、灌木、闊葉樹,和常青樹例如松柏類。
在一個較佳的具體實施例中,本發明的組成物和/或方法被用於控制穀物(較佳小麥、大麥、黑麥、黑小麥和燕麥)中的不欲植被生長。
適合使用本發明的組成物和方法處理的作物包括對(A)、(B)和/或(C)耐受的作物。耐受可為藉由選擇性育種產生的自然耐受或者是藉由作物的遺傳修飾而人為引起的耐受。在這方面,耐受是指對特定除草劑引
起的損害的低敏感性。
本發明實施中使用的組成物可以本領域技術人員已知的各種方式、以各種濃度施用。本發明的方法和組成物可藉由在種植前、出苗前或出苗後對需要控制的部位進行施用來用於控制不欲植被生長。活性成分可藉由習用方法施用到不欲植物的葉子上,該方法包括塗布、噴霧、噴灑、浸漬、浸泡、注射、灌溉等。
除了(A)、(B)和/或(C)的組合之外,本發明的方法可使用其他農藥。例如,本發明的組成物可以含有其它農藥如殺真菌劑、殺蟲劑和殺線蟲劑、生長因子增進劑和肥料或與它們混合,以增強本發明的活性或拓寬其活性譜。類似地,本發明的方法可以與一種或多種上述活性成分的使用結合使用,同樣獲得增強的功效或更寬的活性譜。
雖然本發明已參照較佳具體實施例和實施例進行描述,本發明的範圍並不限於所描述的那些具體實施例。對本領域的技術人員而言顯而易見的是,上述發明可在不脫離所附請求項限定的本發明的主旨和範圍的情況下進行修改和調整。
藉由以下僅為示例性目的之實施例描述本發明的具體實施例。
藉由以下方法來製備水分散粒劑(WG):在壓縮空氣下將活性成分與助劑(0.5% SUPRALATE®(月桂基硫酸鈉,威特克公司(Witco Inc.,Greenwich))、5% REAX®88B(木質素磺酸鈉,維實偉克公司(Westvaco
Corp))、碳酸鉀(補足至100%))混合並研磨,隨後使其潤濕、擠壓並乾燥以得到水分散粒劑。
藉由以下方法來製備水懸劑(SC):將細研磨的活性成分與助劑(10%丙二醇、5%三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物、1%木質素磺酸鈉、1%羧甲基纖維素、1%矽油(呈在水中的75%乳液的形式)、0.1%黃原膠、0.1% NIPACIDE BIT 20、水(補足至1L))混合。
藉由以下方法來製備油基懸浮劑(OD):將活性成分溶解於助劑(1.5%木質素磺酸鈉、1.5%二氧化矽、1.5%矽油、植物油(補足至1L))。
藉由以下方法來製備水溶性粒劑(SG):在壓縮空氣下將活性成分與助劑(0.5% SUPRALATE®(月桂基硫酸鈉,威特克公司(Witco Inc.,Greenwich))、5% REAX®88B(木質素磺酸鈉,維實偉克公司(Westvaco Corp))、2%碳酸氫鈉(NaHCO3)、硫酸鉀(補足至100%))混合並研磨,隨後使其潤濕、擠壓並乾燥以得到水溶性粒劑。
在田間並排播種大麥、小麥植物。記錄不同類型的雜草和它們的相對密度,並在下表1中列出。種植50天後施用配製劑。噴灑植物後,將床保持約2週。施用兩週後,檢查床以確定處理的有效性。結果示於以下表2中。

Claims (14)
- 一種組成物,其包含除草有效量的(A)滅必淨(metribuzin)、(B)甲磺隆(metsulfuron-methyl)和/或噻吩磺隆(thifensulfuron-methyl)和/或苯磺隆(tribenuron-methyl)、和任選的(C)一種或多種***並嘧啶,其中(C)選自氯酯磺草胺(cloransulam)、雙氯磺草胺(diclosulam)、雙氟磺草胺(florasulam)、唑嘧磺草胺(flumetsulam)和磺草唑胺(metosulam)。
- 如請求項1所述的組成物,其中組分(A)與組分(B)的重量比為1000:1至1:20。
- 如請求項1或2所述的組成物,其中組分(A)與組分(C)的重量比為1000:1至5:1。
