Abstract
本發明係提供一種空氣壓縮機之改良構造,該空氣壓縮機之旋
轉扭力輪上係設有一具有陰螺紋之中央軸孔及一連桿,旋轉扭力輪之中央軸孔對應於一裝設有軸承之基座的定位孔內,並藉由一螺栓由基座內裝設的軸承穿越至旋轉扭力輪並螺合固定於中央軸孔中,而旋轉扭力輪上之連桿係與活塞體相樞結,使活塞體於汽缸內進行往復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣,而因旋轉扭力輪藉由螺栓可直接緊密夾持住軸承,使旋轉扭力輪在運作的期間不會產生出螺栓與軸承的定位形成鬆動、鬆脫,不易導致第二定位孔之內的軸承被破壞,間接地讓活塞體保持在汽缸內進行上下往復直線運動的最佳狀態。
Description
本發明係為一種空氣壓縮機之改良構造,該空氣壓縮機之旋轉扭力輪上係設有一具有陰螺紋之中央軸孔及一連桿,旋轉扭力輪之中央軸孔對應於一裝設有軸承之基座的定位孔內,並藉由一螺栓由基座內裝設的軸承穿越至旋轉扭力輪並螺合固定於中央軸孔中,而旋轉扭力輪上之連桿係與活塞體相樞結,使活塞體於汽缸內進行往復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣,而因旋轉扭力輪藉由螺栓可直接緊密夾持住軸承,使旋轉扭力輪在運作的期間不會產生出螺栓與軸承的定位形成鬆動、鬆脫。
參閱第八至十圖,顯示一習用的車載用空氣壓縮機1,該空氣壓縮機1包含一基座11、結合在該基座11上的一汽缸12、組裝在該基座上的一馬達13及可受該馬達13帶動而在該汽缸12內作往復運動的一活塞體14。透過馬達13帶動活塞體14在汽缸12內作往復運動以完成氣體的吸入、壓縮及加壓氣體的排出。
一般而論,習用車載用空氣壓縮機1的馬達13係藉由一齒輪機構及一曲柄機構的傳動來驅使活塞體14作往復運動。該齒輪機構包含裝設在馬達13心軸上的小齒輪151及與小齒輪151相嚙合的大齒輪152,而曲柄機構之重力塊161係結合於大齒輪152上,且裝設有一連桿164可樞結前述活塞體54,而重力塊161係設有一軸桿162,該軸桿162之二末端係為不同口徑之圓柱體,於二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之
環垣165,該軸桿162之較大口徑的一端係具有一向下凹陷之缺口166,該具有缺口166之軸桿162一端係設置於前述重力塊161上,而軸桿162之較小口徑的另一端係具有一含有陰螺紋之螺孔163,該軸桿162之較小口徑的一端係安裝在基座11上所設之一軸孔110內,於軸孔110內通常設有一軸承111,軸承111為全圓形之形狀構造,曲柄機構之軸桿162藉由一螺釘17鎖固於軸承111,由於連桿164相對於軸桿162係為偏心,當大齒輪152受小齒輪151帶動時,活塞體14就會在汽缸12內作往復運動。
然而,習用車載用空氣壓縮機1的齒輪機構及曲柄機構的裝設方式係將活塞體14、大齒輪152及曲柄機構相結合後,再將相結合之活塞體14、大齒輪152及曲柄機構相對於基座11上表面112作一傾斜角度θ,使軸桿162避開基座11,才能將活塞體14推進汽缸12中,再將軸桿162導入軸承111並藉由螺釘17鎖固於軸承111。該基座11係包覆住軸承111上、下端之表面,即基座11上表面112與基座11內裝設的軸承111外平面113為不同水平面,基座11上表面112與基座11內裝設的軸承111外平面113的間隔距離為距離D,基座11之厚度為距離E,基座11上表面112與大齒輪152的間隔距離為距離B,活塞體14與上表面112的間隔距離為距離F,活塞體14與基座11內裝設的軸承111外平面113的間隔距離為距離F+D。活塞體14在汽缸12內作往復運動的過程中,常常會有變形運動的產生,以致影響空氣壓縮機的效率及降低該空氣壓縮機的使用壽命。經發明人深入研究之後,發現原因之一來自於習用塑膠材質之基座11會因高溫而產生稍為軟化的現象,因此在活塞體14高頻率往復運動時,活塞體14與軸承111相互牽扯的情況下,前述藉由一螺釘17將軸桿162與軸承111相鎖固的狀況下,實際上時常發生螺釘17的陽螺
紋171與含有陰螺紋之螺孔163因螺牙的結合深度不夠或是鎖固螺釘17的扭力不夠,導致軸桿162在軸承111的內輪之內徑向面產生鬆動,更甚至造成空轉,在活塞體14高頻率往復運動下都會造成軸孔110與軸承111略為偏移變形,更導致軸孔110周邊的壁面被齒輪機構之大齒輪152的側面壁增加相互摩擦的現象,導致活塞體14隨之偏移,活塞體14無法在汽缸12保持垂向運動,稍有偏角,使得當活塞體14在進行往復運動時,提供軸桿162安裝的軸孔110之內壁會因受力不平均而在某一點先形成磨損,而形成非定點圓心之運動,一旦產生此種現象,易使得活塞體14在汽缸12內進行往復運動時會產生變形運動,導致活塞體14及軸孔110內的軸承111容易破壞,再者,該基座11係包覆住軸承111上、下端之表面,基座11上表面112與基座11內裝設的軸承111外平面113的間隔距離為距離D,使基座11之厚度距離E無法縮小以降低成品的空間,其三,活塞體14至軸承111的力矩為活塞體14至軸承111外平面113的間隔距離F+D,其力矩無法變短以減少軸桿162的傾角,降低軸承111負載,使用壽命降低。

為使更詳細了解本發明之結構,請參閱第一至三圖所示,本發明係提供一種空氣壓縮機之改良構造,該空氣壓縮機2係包括有一基座3、結合在該基座3上的一汽缸4、組裝在該基座3上的馬達5及傳動機構。
基座3,其係具有複數個定位孔,該複數個定位孔係包含有第一定位孔31及第二定位孔32,於第一定位孔31穿伸有一設在馬達5芯端的小齒輪50,於第二定位孔32內裝設一軸承6,該軸承6係由一外輪61、一內輪62及位於內輪62及外輪61之間的複數個滾珠63所組成。
汽缸4係可一體地或是利用連接技術來結合在該基座3上,
於汽缸4上連通有一儲氣座41,該儲氣座41係設有一輸出氣體用的歧管411及一壓力錶412。
傳動機構,其係可帶動一活塞體54於前述汽缸4內進行往復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣,該傳動機構包含有一旋轉扭力輪57,該旋轉扭力輪57上係設有一具有陰螺紋之中央軸孔510及一連桿53,該連桿53末端處設有一環凹槽530。
請參閱第二至四圖所示,本發明空氣壓縮機2之傳動機構的組裝方式,其係將活塞體54與旋轉扭力輪57上之連桿53相樞結,再將活塞體54平行地置進汽缸4中並使旋轉扭力輪57之中央軸孔510對應於基座3之第二定位孔32內裝設的軸承6內輪62,再藉由一螺栓52由基座3內裝設的軸承6內輪62穿越至旋轉扭力輪57並螺合固定於中央軸孔510中,可藉此達到自動化生產。
活塞體54與旋轉扭力輪57上之連桿53相樞結後,再藉由一擋扣件531卡固於連桿53之環凹槽530中,其可防止活塞體54在旋轉扭力輪57運作的期間發生脫落。
前述旋轉扭力輪57更包含有一重量區塊與大齒輪部51,該重量區塊與大齒輪部51係可利用粉末冶金技術一體成型成為單一元件或是利用組裝式結合成為一體,該大齒輪部51係可與前述小齒輪50相嚙合。
請參閱第五圖所示,本發明之基座3上表面30與基座3內裝設的軸承6外圍的最高厚度之上表面60為同一水平面,基座3之厚度為距離A,基座3上表面30與旋轉扭力輪57之大齒輪部51的間隔距離為距離B,該距離B大於0,活塞體54與基座3內裝設的軸承6上表面60的間隔距離為距離C。因基座3上表面30與大齒輪部51的間隔距離B大於0,其
可使旋轉扭力輪57在運作的期間,該大齒輪部51轉動時不會與基座3上表面30產生摩擦造成磨耗。
為使基座3上表面30與大齒輪部51的間隔距離B大於0,旋轉扭力輪57之中央軸孔510係可設置於大齒輪部51,該大齒輪部51下方於中央軸孔510外圍係設有一凸台511,該凸台511可與大齒輪部51一體成型如第二至五圖所示,又或者如第六圖所示之另一實施例,該凸台511可為單一元件,其可設置於旋轉扭力輪57下方,再由螺栓52由基座3內裝設的軸承6內輪62穿越凸台511至旋轉扭力輪57並螺合固定於中央軸孔510中相組裝結合。
本發明之第七圖所示之另一實施例,旋轉扭力輪57之中央軸孔560係可設置於與大齒輪部55相組裝結合一體的重量區塊56,該重量區塊56下方於中央軸孔560外圍係設有一凸台561,該凸台561係可與重量區塊56一體成型。
當空氣壓縮機2進行運作時,因旋轉扭力輪57藉由螺栓52可直接緊密夾持住軸承6,使旋轉扭力輪57在運作的期間不會產生出螺栓52與軸承6的定位形成鬆動、鬆脫,不易導致第二定位孔32之內的軸承6被破壞,間接地讓活塞體54保持在汽缸4內進行上下往復直線運動的最佳狀態。
綜觀前論,本發明係提供一種空氣壓縮機之改良構造,該空氣壓縮機2之旋轉扭力輪57上係設有一具有陰螺紋之中央軸孔510及一連桿53,旋轉扭力輪57之中央軸孔510對應於基座3之第二定位孔32內裝設的軸承6,並藉由一螺栓52由基座3內裝設的軸承6穿越至旋轉扭力輪57並螺合固定於中央軸孔510中,可藉此達到自動化生產,而旋轉扭力輪57上之連桿53係與活塞體54相樞結,使活塞體54於汽缸4內進行往
復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣,而因旋轉扭力輪57藉由螺栓52可直接緊密夾持住軸承6,使旋轉扭力輪57在運作的期間不會產生出螺栓52與軸承6的定位形成鬆動、鬆脫,不易導致第二定位孔32之內的軸承6被破壞,間接地讓活塞體54保持在汽缸4內進行上下往復直線運動的最佳狀態。

Claims (9)
- 一種空氣壓縮機之改良構造,該空氣壓縮機係包括有:一基座,該基座上係具有複數個定位孔,其中一定位孔內係裝設有一軸承;一汽缸,其係可結合在該基座上,於汽缸上連通有一儲氣座;一傳動機構,其係可帶動一活塞體於前述汽缸內進行往復式壓縮動作產生壓縮空氣,其特徵在於:該傳動機構包含有一旋轉扭力輪,該旋轉扭力輪上係設有一具有陰螺紋之中央軸孔及一連桿,旋轉扭力輪之中央軸孔對應於一裝設有軸承之基座的定位孔內,並藉由一螺栓由基座內裝設的軸承穿越至旋轉扭力輪再螺合固定於該具有陰螺紋之中央軸孔中,可藉此達到自動化生產,而旋轉扭力輪上之連桿係與前述活塞體相樞結。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之改良構造,其中,該基座上之複數個定位孔係包含有第一定位孔及第二定位孔,於第一定位孔穿伸有一設在馬達芯端的小齒輪,於第二定位孔內裝設前述軸承,該軸承係由一外輪、一內輪及位於內輪及外輪之間的複數個滾珠所組成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之改良構造,其中,該旋轉扭力輪更包含有一重量區塊與大齒輪部,該重量區塊與大齒輪部係可利用粉末冶金技術一體成型成為單一元件,其係可與前述小齒輪相嚙合。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之改良構造,其中,該旋轉扭力輪更包含有一重量區塊與大齒輪部,該重量區塊與大齒輪部係可利用組裝式結合成為一體,該大齒輪部係可與前述小齒輪相嚙合。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之空氣壓縮機之改良構造,其中,基座上表面與基座內所裝設的軸承外圍的最高厚度之上表面為同一水平面,基座上表面與旋轉扭力輪之大齒輪部的間隔距離B大於0,其可使旋轉扭力輪在運作的期間,該大齒輪部轉動時不會與基座上表面產生摩擦造成磨耗。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之空氣壓縮機之改良構造,其中,旋轉扭力輪之中央軸孔係可設置於大齒輪部,該大齒輪部下方於中央軸孔外圍係設有一凸台,該凸台可與大齒輪部一體成型。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之改良構造,其中,一凸台,其可設置於旋轉扭力輪下方,再由前述螺栓由基座內裝設的軸承穿越凸台至旋轉扭力輪並螺合固定於中央軸孔中相組裝結合。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之空氣壓縮機之改良構造,其中,旋轉扭力輪之中央軸孔係可設置於與大齒輪部相組裝結合一體的重量區塊,該重量區塊下方於中央軸孔外圍係設有一凸台,該凸台可與重量區塊一體成型。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之空氣壓縮機之改良構造,該活塞體與旋轉扭力輪上之連桿相樞結後,係可藉由一擋扣件卡固於連桿所設之環凹槽中,其可防止活塞體在旋轉扭力輪運作的期間發生脫落。
