Abstract
一種阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,墊狀等的阻燃隔熱成型體具有隔音效果、環保、並且製作步驟簡單、經濟實惠。阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法包含以下步驟:將水注入廢紙或紙漿材料中並進行解纖從而形成解纖棉;在解纖棉中加入硼酸等阻燃劑並且進行攪拌加熱由此形成阻燃隔熱解纖棉;在阻燃隔熱解纖棉中加入聚酯等低熔點短纖維並且混合攪拌得到阻燃隔熱散裝材料;在包括帶有通氣口的蓋子的瓦楞紙板製的成型模具中填充阻燃隔熱散裝材料;藉由微波加熱裝置將阻燃隔熱散裝材料與成型模具一起加熱並成型;以及從成型模具中取出墊狀的成型體。
Description
本發明關於一種墊狀的阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法。
作為用於建築物的牆壁和天花板等的隔熱材料,使用價格便宜且施工性能優良的玻璃棉、岩棉等,但是由於玻璃棉等在衛生方面存在問題而且難以回收,因此並不環保。
另一方面,解纖廢紙等紙張後獲得的纖維素隔熱材料是優異的隔熱材料,但是存在價格高昂,施工時以吹入方式作業而會產生粉塵污染環境,並且施工性能差的難點。
由於上述原因,作為建築物的隔熱材料,幾乎都是使用玻璃棉等的施工實例。
根據上述背景,本案發明人改善現有的隔熱材料的問題點,提出了具有隔音效果、阻燃效果,且施工作業性和經濟性優異的隔熱材料。而且,這種隔熱材料可以回收利用,也很環保(參照專利文獻1)。
提出的隔熱材料的概要如下所示。
(1)隔熱材料,將解纖紙張後獲得的纖維素隔熱材料與以聚丙烯為主要成分的棉狀合成纖維攪拌混合,
進而混合硼酸、硼砂而獲得。
(2)收納隔熱材料的墊狀成型體,用於將上述隔熱材料應用到建築物的牆壁和天花板上(參照圖2、圖3)。
(隔熱材料的製作)
(1)解纖廢紙等紙張,製作纖維素隔熱材料。
(2)準備以聚丙烯為主要成分的合成纖維,粉碎成棉狀。
(3)將上述(1)的步驟中製作的纖維素隔熱材料、與上述(2)的步驟中製作的以聚丙烯為主要成分的棉狀合成纖維攪拌混合,得到建築物的隔熱材料。進而,混合硼酸、硼砂。
(墊狀成型體的製作)
根據圖2和圖3,說明填充有隔熱材料作為散裝材料的墊狀成型體的製作。
圖2是墊狀成型體的立體圖,圖3是其A-A剖視圖。
藉由縫合、熔接或黏接的方法,將雙層的不織布、紙或薄膜等的袋體2的三個端部進行接合。
打開開口的袋體2的端部,封入由隔熱材料製成的散裝材料4,並藉由縫合、熔接、黏接的方法,將開口的端部接合,以獲得墊狀成型體。

專利文獻1:日本特開2017-89208號公報。
在目前為止提出的圖2和圖3所示的成型體的製作方法中,由於需要以下步驟,因此存在成型體成本高的難點。
(1)藉由縫合、熔接或黏接的方法,將雙層的不織布、紙或薄膜等的袋體2的三個端部進行接合的步驟。
(2)打開開口的袋體2的端部,封入散裝材料4,並藉由縫合、熔接,黏接的方法,將開口的端部接合的步驟。
因此,本發明的課題是提供一種具有隔音效果、環保、並且製作步驟簡單、經濟實惠的墊狀的阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法。
用於解決本發明的課題的手段如下所示。
(1)一種阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,包含以下步驟:將水注入廢紙或紙漿材料中並進行解纖從而形成解纖棉;在解纖棉中加入阻燃劑並進行攪拌加熱,由此形成阻燃隔熱解纖棉;在阻燃隔熱解纖棉中加入低熔點短纖維並混合攪拌,從而得到阻燃隔熱散裝材料;在包括蓋子的紙製的成型模具中填充阻燃隔熱散裝材料;藉由微波加熱裝置將阻燃隔熱散裝材料與前述紙製的成型模具一起加熱並成型;以及從前述紙製的成型模具中取出成型體。
(2)根據(1)所述的阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其特徵在於,上述紙製的成型模具是瓦楞紙板製的成
型模具。
(3)根據(1)或(2)所述的阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其特徵在於,上述成型模具的蓋子是具有通氣口的蓋子。
(4)根據(1)至(3)中任一項所述的阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其特徵在於,上述阻燃劑是硼酸或硼。
(5)根據(1)至(4)中任一項所述的阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其特徵在於,上述低熔點短纖維包含聚酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
(6)根據(1)至(5)中任一項所述的阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其特徵在於,上述阻燃隔熱成型體是墊狀的成型體。
根據本發明,用於製作阻燃隔熱成型體的成型模具的材料可以由紙製成,例如通常用於包裝等的瓦楞紙板。而且,由於不使用由金屬模具或木製模具製成的成型模具,因此可快速地製作成型模具,並且能夠獲得大幅度削減成本、具有隔音效果的阻燃隔熱成型體。

作為阻燃隔熱成型體,舉例示出了墊狀的阻燃隔熱成型體,對該製作方法進行說明。
圖1的(a)~(c)圖是用於說明製作阻燃隔熱散裝材料為止的步驟的示意圖。
另外,圖1的(d)~(e)圖是用於說明製作紙製的成型模具為止的步驟的示意圖,圖1的(f)~(h)圖是用於說明從對所製作的紙製的成型模具中填充阻燃隔熱散裝材料之後到獲得阻燃隔熱成型體為止的步驟的示意圖。
(阻燃隔熱散裝材料的製作)
在阻燃隔熱散裝材料的製作中,如圖1的(a)所示,首先將水注入廢紙或紙漿材料中並進行解纖從而形成解纖棉。
接著,如圖1的(b)所示,在解纖棉中加入硼酸和硼等的阻燃劑並且進行攪拌加熱由此形成阻燃隔熱解纖棉。
進而,如圖1的(c)所示,在阻燃隔熱解纖棉中加入聚酯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯等低熔點短纖維並且混合攪拌得到阻燃隔熱散裝材料。
(成型模具的製作)
成型模具包括有多個通氣口的蓋子,形成為厚度比縱橫長度更薄的結構。
準備通常用於包裝等的紙製瓦楞紙板,按照圖1的(d)中作為一例示出的展開圖執行切割壓痕加工,接著,將其組裝製成如圖1的(e)所示的具有蓋子的紙製的成
型模具。
紙製的成型模具的一例如圖1的(e)所示,但是可以考慮各種形狀,藉由所需阻燃隔熱成型體的形狀進行適當選擇。
關於成型模具所需的瓦楞紙板的厚度,當縱、橫、厚度之和小於或等於100cm左右的情況下,該厚度可設為3mm左右,當縱、橫、厚度之和為100cm~150cm左右的情況下,該厚度可設為5mm左右,當縱、橫、厚度之和大於或等於150cm的情況下,該厚度設為大於或等於5mm。
此外,在小批量生產的情況下,也可以是厚度為3mm的瓦楞紙板。
(阻燃隔熱成型體的製作)
如圖1的(f)圖所示,在紙製的成型模具中填充壓接阻燃隔熱散裝材料之後,蓋上蓋子。成型模具的蓋子用於防止所填充的阻燃隔熱散裝材料在輸送時以及微波加熱時,從上部散失。
進而,成型模具的蓋子還包括在微波加熱時,蒸汽熱量平均地加熱所填充的阻燃隔熱散裝材料,並促進成型的效果。
接著,如圖1的(g)圖所示,用微波加熱裝置對填充阻燃隔熱散裝材料並蓋上蓋子後的成型模具進行加熱。
當微波加熱時,阻燃隔熱散裝材料的水分被
加熱並蒸發。因此,成型模具的蓋子上,設有用於通氣的通氣口。可以是以2cm~5cm的間隔設置多個直徑為5mm左右的通氣口。
阻燃隔熱散裝材料中所包含的低熔點短纖維藉由大於或等於110℃的加熱,達到熔點。藉由低熔點短纖維的熔融,阻燃隔熱散裝材料相互接合。藉由微波加熱裝置加熱成型後,從成型模具中取出墊狀的成型體,經過自然冷卻,如圖1的(h)圖所示,獲得墊狀的阻燃隔熱成型體。
(實施例)
墊狀成型體的製作步驟的一例如下所示。
(1)將水以30%~45%的重量比注入1kg廢紙或紙漿材料中,並將其解纖120秒~300秒以形成解纖棉。
(2)在解纖棉中加入150g硼酸,攪拌加熱浸漬60秒,形成阻燃隔熱解纖棉。
(3)在阻燃隔熱解纖棉中加入300g~800g(重量比30%~80%)的低熔點短纖維,混合攪拌60秒,獲得阻燃隔熱散裝材料。
(4)將阻燃隔熱散裝材料填充到預先準備的包括有通氣口的蓋子的瓦楞紙板製的成型模具中。
(5)藉由微波加熱裝置,以大於或等於110℃的溫度將阻燃隔熱散裝材料與成型模具一起加熱120秒~600秒。
(6)從成型模具中取出形成為墊狀的阻燃隔熱成型體,自然冷卻。
此外,在本說明書中作為實施例舉例說明了墊狀成型體的製作方法,但是關於本發明的成型體不限定於墊狀。
不言而喻,在不脫離申請專利範圍之範圍的情況下,可以在製作阻燃隔熱成型體時,對本發明進行適當的設計變更。
Claims (6)
- 一種阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,包含以下步驟:將水注入廢紙或紙漿材料中並進行解纖,從而形成解纖棉;在前述解纖棉中加入阻燃劑並進行攪拌加熱,由此形成阻燃隔熱解纖棉;在前述阻燃隔熱解纖棉中加入低熔點短纖維並混合攪拌,從而得到阻燃隔熱散裝材料;在包括蓋子的紙製的成型模具中填充前述阻燃隔熱散裝材料;藉由微波加熱裝置將前述阻燃隔熱散裝材料與前述紙製的成型模具一起加熱並成型;以及從前述紙製的成型模具中取出成型體。
- 如請求項1所記載之阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其中前述紙製的成型模具是瓦楞紙板製的成型模具。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其中前述紙製的成型模具的蓋子具有通氣口。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其中前述阻燃劑是硼酸或硼。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其中前述低熔點短纖維包含聚酯、聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
- 如請求項1或2所記載之阻燃隔熱成型體的製作方法,其中前述阻燃隔熱成型體是墊狀的成型體。
