Abstract
有關本發明之合成皮革,係包含一本體,該本體具有一發泡基材層,該發泡基材層表面包覆一布層,該布層表面並形成有複數個細微之網孔,該布層表面則被覆有一回收再製的透明PVB材質的保護層,該保護層並部份由該布層之網孔滲入內部的該發泡基材層表面,令該布層與該發泡基材層得相互黏合成一合成皮革之本體者。
Description
本發明係屬於人造皮革技術領域。
按,人造合成皮革簡單來說,就是在布料上塗敷一層或多層以PU樹脂或PVC做為基布之薄膜,使其表皮具有類似動物皮之質感。一般其反面是牛皮的第二層皮料,所以也稱貼膜牛皮。特別是PU合成皮革除具備了類動物皮質感特性外,更可依據不同強度、耐磨度、耐寒度和色彩、光澤、花紋圖案等要求予以加工製造,進而具備了花色品種繁多、防水性能好、邊幅整齊等特性,是目前世界上代替天然皮革製品最為理想的材料,廣泛應用於鞋類、衣料、箱包袋、球類、傢俱、帆布等領域。
雖然合成皮革有上述諸多優點,卻也非全然沒有缺點:其中像是延展性差就是其本身缺失,再者,皮料層表面之PU或PVC往往需透過熱壓或上膠方式使PU或PVC與皮料層相互貼合,但這樣透過熱壓方式相當耗費電費,而採用上膠方式則易導致PU、或PVC薄膜因黏膠壽命或上膠不均勻等,易導致表層的PU或PVC薄膜剝落,進而造成合成皮革美觀度不佳等問題,更重要的是PU或PVC合成皮革在表面壓紋後形成的壓花紋理與真實皮革有著視覺及觸感層面之極大差距。
職是,如何讓人造合成皮革具有真皮皮革之高延展性及高可塑性,以確保合成皮革在加工過程更簡易、快速,且表面形成之壓紋紋理接近真皮皮革,遂為本發明之主要訴求。
本發明主要係提供一種加工工序簡易、製造快速之合成皮革。
本發明另一目的係提供一種耐磨、不易層與層間相互剝離之新穎合成皮革。
為達上述預期目標,本發明之合成皮革主要包括:一本體,該本體具有一發泡基材層,該發泡基材層表面包覆一布層,該布層表面並形成有複數個細微之網孔,該布層表面則被覆有一回收再製的透明PVB材質之保護層,該保護層並部份由該布層之網孔滲入內部的該發泡基材層表面,令該布層與該發泡基材層得相互黏合成一合成皮革本體者。藉由PVB透過保護層被覆於布層再經由布層之網孔滲入發泡基材層表面,即可在省略熱壓或上膠貼合工序情況下達到上述預期目的。

有關本發明之合成皮革,如第一圖所示,該合成皮革1包含有一本體10,該本體10具有一發泡基材層12,該發泡基材層12表面包覆一布層14,該布層14之線紗經由經、緯織法而,使得表面並形
成有複數個細微之網孔,且該布層14表面則被覆有一PVB(聚乙烯醇縮丁醛polyvinyl butyral.PVB)材質之保護層20,該保護層20係選用回收的透明PVB膜加工再製,該保護層20並部份由該布層14之網孔滲入內部的發泡基材層12表面,令該布層14與該發泡基材層12得相互黏合成一本體10者。
較佳者,該發泡基材層12之發泡材料得選用PVC、PU、PE等其中任一種,較佳者,建議以無毒的PU發泡材為第一優先。
較佳者,本發明之該PVB保護層,特別選用回收的汽車擋風玻璃之間之透明PVB膜,回收之汽車擋風玻璃經分離加工工序後,使得夾在內、外玻璃之間的透明PVB膜與擋風玻璃相互分離後,再將回收的PVB膜提純、改質即形成一應用原料,再加工成一常溫下為流體狀之PVB再生原料,以被覆於該布層14表面,而形成一高可塑性、高延展性及兼具柔軟、耐磨之透明保護層20。
較佳者,該布層14表面得預先印染出一預設圖形或文字之圖紋層30,再將該布層14表面被覆該PVB保護層,令PVB保護層得保護圖紋層30,經長時間使用下亦不會造成圖紋層被外力磨損、剝離情事發生。
較佳者,其中該PVB保護層得再透過壓碾方式,讓本體表面形成預設壓花紋。
較佳者,該由發泡基材層、布層及PVB保護層結合而成之合成皮革本體,得先將本體撐開後再施以微形穿刺方式,令本體表面形成有複數個細微透氣孔(圖未示),以獲得一透氣合成皮革。
體之該布層表面形成一透明保護層,如此一來,PVB選用回收的汽車擋風玻璃再生原料,則可大幅降低合成皮革之材料成本,讓本發明之合成皮革更具市場競爭力,同時賦予將原本被丟棄的擋風玻璃內部PVB膜新生命。
再者,合成皮革表面被覆該PVB保護層,則可增加合成皮革之延展性及高可塑性,以利後續表面碾壓形成之壓花紋更接近於動物皮(真皮)表面之紋理,且軟Q的PVB保護層具有止滑特性,讓使用者接觸到該PVB保護層表面壓花紋時,有得接觸動物皮之天然觸感優勢。
更重要的是,PVB保護層,完全不用施以加壓滾壓或上膠方式,即可利用淋膜被覆在該布層表面過程,同時局部滲入該布層內部之發泡基材層表面,以作為該布層與發泡基材層彼此更牢固黏合之接著劑,且長時間使用情況下,亦不會造成該布層與發包基材層相互分離;加上本發明之合成皮革省略了傳統熱壓或上膠程序,讓合成皮革製造工序更簡易,進而獲得更快速製造合成皮革優點。
綜上所述可知,本發明之合成皮革,透過本體之布層表面被覆一流體狀之PVB透明保護層,一來增加布層與發泡基材層彼此之牢固連接優點,二來亦可藉其耐磨特性,以確保合成皮革長時間使用下亦不會產生保護層、布層與發泡基材層之間剝離現像,其新穎之設計更獲得了非顯而易見之諸多功效,實已符合發明專利申請要件,爰 依法向鈞局提出發明專利申請,懇請 貴審查委員亦能肯定本發明,並早日賜予專利權,至感德便。

- 一種合成皮革,主要包括:一本體,該本體具有一發泡基材層,該發泡基材層表面包覆一布層,該布層表面並形成有複數個細微之網孔,該布層表面則被覆有一回收再製的透明PVB(聚乙烯醇縮丁醛polyvinyl butyral.PVB)材質之保護層,該保護層並部份由該布層之網孔滲入內部的該發泡基材層表面,令該布層與該發泡基材層得相互黏合成一本體者。
- 如請求項1所述之合成皮革,該布層表面預先印染出一圖紋層,再被覆該PVB保護層。
- 如請求項1或2所述之合成皮革,其中該PVB保護層透過壓碾方式,讓本體表面形成預設壓花紋。
- 如請求項3所述之合成皮革,該本體表面經微形穿刺方式形成有複數個細微透氣孔。
