Abstract

一種支撐架包括一底座及一支撐部,底座具有四側邊,且各側邊具有一開孔;支撐部連接底座,且具有四樞接件及四彎曲支架,各樞接件設置於各開孔,且該些彎曲支架透過該些樞接件相互連接成一環形支架;其中,該些彎曲支架的其中之一彎曲支架是固定於底座,另外三彎曲支架是可分離地設置於底座。

Description

支撐架
本發明是關於一種支撐架,特別是電子裝置的支撐架。
可攜式電子裝置近來應用非常廣泛,當必須在固定處所使用時,經常需要支架作為依託,常見的做法例如將電子裝置的保護套加以摺疊,作為支架,或是在電子裝置的背面裝設貼附式的支架,以支撐電子裝置。
然而,如今電子裝置的螢幕畫面可在橫向模式及直向模式之間翻轉,這些習用的支架僅可在單一方向上呈現立起狀態,無法隨著螢幕畫面的翻轉而使用,且外觀上亦較不平整。
本發明提供一種支撐架,包括:一底座,具有四側邊,且各側邊具有一開孔;及一支撐部,連接底座,支撐部具有四樞接件及四彎曲支架,各樞接件設置於各開孔,且該些彎曲支架透過該些樞接件相互連接成一環形支架;其中,該些彎曲支架的其中之一彎曲支架是設置於底座,另外三彎曲支架是可分離地固定於底座。
據此,因應電子裝置的螢幕畫面可在橫向模式及直向模式之間翻轉,本發明的支撐架亦可沿著二個軸,亦即X軸及Y軸扳開而立起,以支撐電子裝置。如此,使用者在橫向模式或直向模式下皆可立起電子裝置,符合人體工學地觀看及操作。

以下將透過多個實施例說明本發明的支撐架的實施態樣及運作原理。本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,透過上述實施例已可理解本發明的特徵及功效,而可基於本發明的精神,進行組合、修飾、置換或轉用。
圖1及圖2分別顯示本發明的支撐架3的前視***圖及後視***圖。支撐架3包括底座40及四個L形支架51~54。在其他實施例中,L形支架亦可 置換為C形支架、四分之一圓形支架、三角形支架或矩形支架等彎曲支架。然而,本發明不以此為限。
底座40的材料例如是銅、鐵、鋁、不鏽鋼或其合金,或玻璃、塑膠或壓克力。如圖1所示,底座40具有上、下、左、右四個側邊。各側邊具有開孔41。四個開孔41是用於設置樞接件61~64。
四個L形支架51~54較佳是由剛性片材組成的。剛性片材例如是銅、鐵、鋁、不鏽鋼或其合金,或玻璃、塑膠或壓克力。剛性片材可提供足夠的支撐力,使支撐架3整體達到薄型化的功效。
如圖2所示,四個L形支架51~54以四個樞接件61~64連接。具體而言,第一L形支架51以第一樞接件61連接第二L形支架52;第二L形支架52以第二樞接件62連接第三L形支架53;第三L形支架53以第三樞接件63連接第四L形支架54;第四L形支架54以第四樞接件64連接第一L形支架51,而形成環形支架。
僅第四L形支架54固定於底座40,其可由多個固定件543固定,或由第三樞接件63及第四樞接件64固定;至於另外三個L形支架51~53則可立起。
各L形支架的二端可為一體成形的。透過調整各L形支架的二端的長度,支撐架3可為矩形或正方形。
當使用支撐架3時,支撐架3具有收合狀態、第一立起狀態及第二立起狀態三種使用狀態。
圖3顯示的是支撐架3的收合狀態。在收合狀態下,四個L形支架51~54都收合在底座40上。
圖4及圖5顯示本發明的支撐架3沿著Y軸進行樞轉而立起的狀態。在第一立起狀態下,第二L形支架52藉由第一樞接件61進行樞轉,第三L形 支架53藉由第三樞接件63進行樞轉,二者同時立起;至於第一L形支架51及第四L形支架54則保持接觸於底座40。
圖6顯示本發明的支撐架3沿著X軸進行樞轉而立起的狀態。在第二立起狀態下,第一L形支架51藉由第四樞接件64進行樞轉,第二L形支架52藉由第二樞接件62進行樞轉,二者同時立起;至於第三L形支架53及第四L形支架53則則保持接觸於底座40。
值得注意的是,請參考圖5,當支撐架3沿著Y軸進行樞轉時,第一樞接件61及第三樞接件63提供樞轉功能,第二樞接件62及第四樞接件64則提供支撐功能。同理,當支撐架3沿著X軸進行樞轉時,第二樞接件62及第四樞接件64提供樞轉功能,第一樞接件61及第三樞接件63則提供支撐功能。因此,當支撐架3沿著不同的軸進行樞轉時,彎曲支架之間不會互相干擾,因此可穩定地支撐電子裝置9,不會因操作錯誤而毀損。其中各樞接件可提供無段式樞轉功能,亦可透過多段式嚙合定位機構提供樞轉功能,本發明不以此為限。
據此,因應電子裝置9的螢幕畫面可在橫向模式及直向模式之間翻轉,本發明的支撐架3亦可沿著二個軸,亦即X軸及Y軸扳開而立起,以支撐電子裝置9。圖7及圖8顯示本發明的支撐架3的應用。如此,使用者在橫向模式或直向模式下皆可立起電子裝置9,符合人體工學地觀看及操作。
上述已描述本發明的支撐架3的主要特徵,下述將進一步描述其他選擇性或優選的特徵,包括:底座40可對應於矩形或正方形的支撐架3而為矩形或方形,使四個L形支架51~54可沿著底座40的側邊設置。
底座40可分離於電子裝置9,作為獨立配件。在本例中,底座40用於放置電子裝置9的表面可設置凹槽,以固定電子裝置9。然而,底座40亦可為電子裝置9的機殼的一部分。如此,本發明的支撐架3即是固有地存在於電子裝置9的機殼。若本發明的支撐架3是固有地存在於電子裝置9的機殼,則其便利性將更加明顯,因為支撐架3的尺寸可在製造之初匹配電子裝置9的尺寸,且不易脫落。
四個L形支架51~54可設置有覆蓋片材510~540,如圖1所示,以遮蔽各樞接件,除了可避免發生夾手,亦可避免樞接件暴露在外,以維持美觀。覆蓋片材可與L形支架一體成形,其中,覆蓋片材的長度可大於各L形支架的長度,以利覆蓋樞接件。
四個L形支架51~54的折角處可為直角狀或圓弧狀。
四個樞接件61~64可由鉸接軸及鉸接筒組成,並可進行嚙合定位。例如,鉸接軸具有彈性插件,間隔地分布於其柱面;鉸接筒具有多個凹槽,間隔地分布於其內面。當鉸接軸樞轉至特定角度時,彈性插件會嵌入多個凹槽之一,進而將立起的L形支架固定於特定角度。當使用者施力轉動L形支架時,彈性插件可再滑出凹槽,以便樞轉。
此外,在其他實施例中,可將可撓式片材70固定於支撐架3,亦即固定於四個L形支架51~54。圖9顯示本發明的支撐架3固定有可撓式片材70。可撓式片材70例如是由塑膠、矽膠、橡膠、布料、皮革、合成皮或紙張等可彎曲成曲面的材料組成的,較佳具有彈性而可伸縮。同時,這張可撓式片材亦具有保護及裝飾的功效。固定則可以黏貼或釘合等方式為之。
圖10至圖13顯示本發明的其他形狀的支撐架。圖10顯示C形支架,圖11顯示四分之一圓形支架,圖12顯示三角形支架,圖13顯示矩形支架,然而,本發明不以此為限。各L形支架可分別或同時置換為上述形狀的支架。
本發明所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者,透過上述實施例已可理解本發明的特徵及功效,而可基於本發明的精神,進行組合、修飾、置換或轉用。本發明並不限於上述實施例,而是以申請專利範圍為準。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種支撐架,包括:一底座,具有四側邊,且各側邊具有一開孔;及一支撐部,連接該底座,該支撐部具有四樞接件及四彎曲支架,各樞接件設置於各開孔,且該些彎曲支架透過該些樞接件相互連接成一環形支架;其中,該些彎曲支架的其中之一彎曲支架是固定於該底座,另外三彎曲支架是可分離地設置於該底座,各樞接件具有一多段式嚙合定位機構。
  2. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,其中,固定於該底座的該彎曲支架的二端所連接的二樞接件亦固定於該底座。
  3. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,其中,各彎曲支架設置有二覆蓋片材,以遮蔽各樞接件。
  4. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,其中,各樞接件由一鉸接軸及一鉸接筒組成。
  5. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,其中,該些彎曲支架的折角處為直角狀或圓弧狀。
  6. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,其中,該環形支架或該底座為矩形或正方形。
  7. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,其中,該底座是電子裝置的機殼的一部分。
  8. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,更包括一可撓式片材,覆蓋該些彎曲支架。
  9. 如請求項1所述之支撐架,其中,該支撐架具有一收合狀態、一第一立起狀態及一第二立起狀態;在該收合狀態下,該些彎曲支架收合於該底座;在該第一立起狀態下,該支撐架於一第一方向立起;且在該第二立起狀態下,該支撐架於一第二方向立起,且該第二方向垂直於該第一方向。
