Abstract
一種減震風扇,包含一旋轉單元,及一扇框單元。該旋轉單元包括一扇輪,及一可供該扇輪沿自身軸線旋轉的軸座。該扇框單元包括一圍繞該旋轉單元的軸座的外框環、複數間隔設置於該外框環的外周面上的結合件,及一圍繞該扇輪並容置該外框環及該旋轉單元的基座,其中,該基座形成複數的嵌孔,該等結合件為減震材質,且分別嵌設於該等嵌孔中。當該扇輪旋動時透過該軸座對該外框環所造成的震動,會被具減震效果的該等結合件吸收,進而對該基座及該基座外部之其它組件產生良好的抑震效果。
Description
本發明是有關於一種散熱用的風扇,特別是指一種具有減震效果的減震風扇。
一般的風扇運轉時,由於空氣阻力及產生氣流的反作用力,各個相互組裝的零件間常會產生交互作用力,這些作用力會使零件間相互運動而產生震動,並可能造成零件間相互撞擊而磨損及產生異音。
因此中華民國第M381100號新型專利案揭露了一種風扇固定裝置組合10,參照該新型專利案的第一及第二圖,其是將一風扇20透過多個減震釘30與一第一固定部11及一第二固定部111組接,該等減震釘30是以橡膠材質製作,因此可利用其具彈性及可撓性的特性,吸收前述元件之間的撞擊力道,從而達到減震之功效。然而橡膠無法以螺接方式固定元件,因此該風扇20尚需與兩個扣合件12配合,才能與該第一固定部11及該第二固定部111結合,導致該風扇20整體體積增加,不但佔用空間較大,且配置也較為複雜。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種體積較小且構件簡單的減震風扇。
於是,本發明減震風扇,包含一旋轉單元,及一扇框單元。該旋轉單元包括一扇輪,及一可供該扇輪沿自身軸線旋轉的軸座。
該扇框單元包括一圍繞該旋轉單元的軸座並連接該軸座的外框環、複數間隔設置於該外框環的外周面上的結合件,及一圍繞該扇輪並容置該外框環及該旋轉單元的基座,其中,該基座形成複數的嵌孔,該等結合件為減震材質,且分別嵌設於該等嵌孔中。
本發明之功效在於:該扇輪旋動時透過該軸座對該外框環所造成的震動,會被具減震效果的該等結合件吸收,進而對該基座及該基座外部之其它組件產生良好的抑震效果。
參閱圖1及圖2,本發明減震風扇1之一實施例,包含一旋轉單元2,及一圍繞該旋轉單元2的扇框單元3。該旋轉單元2包括一扇輪21,及一以旋轉軸連接該扇輪21而可供該扇輪21沿自身軸線旋轉的軸座22。需要特別說明的是,圖2中並未顯示該扇輪21,且在本實施例中,該扇輪21的內側朝向該軸座22的位置通常設有磁鐵(圖未示),而該軸座22是以葉片狀的外框連接該扇框單元3,其朝向該扇輪21的軸體附近通常設有線圈,因此該軸座22是固定在該扇框單元3上呈靜止狀態,透過線圈與磁鐵的相互作用,該扇輪21會沿自身軸線相對於該軸座22旋轉。
該扇框單元3包括一圍繞該旋轉單元2的軸座22並連接該軸座22的外框環31、四個間隔設置於該外框環31的外周面上的結合件32,及一圍繞該扇輪21並容置該外框環31及該旋轉單元2的基座33。該外框環31具有一連接該軸座22的框體部311,及四個分別凸設於該框體部311的外周面的凸柱部312。在本實施例中,該等凸柱部312為三角柱狀,但也可以視需求而為其他柱狀。每一結合件32是以具可撓性及彈性的減震橡膠製成,並具有一固定於該外框環31的框體部311上的塊體部321,及一凸設於該塊體部321上的楔塊部322。在本實施例中,該塊體部321是以卡榫緊配合的方式嵌設於該框體部311的外周面上,但也可視需求改採鎖設、接合或其他固設方式。該楔塊部322凹陷形成一貫通狀的結合孔323,該外框環31的該等凸柱部312是分別插設於該等結合孔323內,以使該等結合件32組接於該外框環31上。在本實施例中,該等楔塊部322呈三角塊狀,而該等結合孔323配合該等凸柱部312而為三角形開口的槽孔,但也可視需求使該等楔塊部322的形狀不同於該等凸柱部312及該等結合孔323,例如該等楔塊部322為三角塊狀,該等凸柱部312為半圓形柱體,該等結合孔323為開口呈半圓形的槽孔。此外,該楔塊部322的表面也可開設開孔及切槽,以使受壓後的變形量增加。
參閱圖1、圖2,及圖3,該基座33具有一圍繞該扇輪21的座體部331、四個間隔凸設於該座體部331上而圍繞該外框環31及該軸座22的立壁部332,及四個分別蓋設於該等立壁部332底端的凸耳部333。每一立壁部332上形成一貫通狀且概呈三角形的嵌孔334,該等結合件32分別嵌設於該等嵌孔334內。在本實施例中,該等凸耳部333是以嵌設方式可拆離地設置於該等立壁部332底端,但不以此為限。每一凸耳部333凹陷形成一連通相對應立壁部332的嵌孔334的嵌入道335。該嵌入道335具有一連通該嵌孔334的出口336。該出口336周緣形成有一可擋抵相對應結合件32的卡接部337,且在本實施例中,該嵌入道335的開口大小是朝該立壁部332的方向逐漸減少,之後便與該出口336呈相同大小。
接著說明本實施例的組裝方式,首先將該等結合件32分別套設於該外框環31的該等凸柱部312上,使該等凸柱部312分別***該等結合孔323內,接著施力使每一結合件32通過相對應的一凸耳部333的嵌入道335後進入相對應立壁部332的嵌孔334內,在前述過程中,該結合件32之楔塊部322會先被該卡接部337卡觸而無法繼續移動,此時稍加施力配合該嵌入道335的形狀設計便可使該楔塊部322受壓迫而形變,進而可通過該卡接部337進入該嵌孔334內,而進入該嵌孔334內的楔塊部322因彈性而回復原狀,再度受該卡接部337的卡觸而被限位於該嵌孔334內,從而完成組裝。需要說明的是,該等嵌入道335先寬後窄的設計,可使該等結合件32在嵌入時較容易對準該等出口336,進而提升組裝時的便利性。
該外框環31透過具減震效果的該等結合件32連接該基座33,使得當該扇輪21旋轉而透過該軸座22產生震動並將震動傳導至該外框環31上時,該等結合件32可吸收該外框環31的震動而達到抑震效果,且本實施例利用該等結合件32具可撓性及彈性的特性,配合先寬後窄的該等嵌入道335可達到簡易裝配之功效。需要特別說明的是,實際上在組裝時,也可先將該等凸耳部333拆離,並將該等結合件32直接置入該等嵌孔334中,接著再將該等凸耳部333裝上以將該等結合件32限位於該等嵌孔334中。
綜上所述,本實施例無需額外使用扣合件,且結構簡單而可減少所占用的體積,透過以減震橡膠製成的該等結合件32,可達到抑震之功效,故確實能達成本發明之目的。

Claims (7)
- 一種減震風扇,包含: 一旋轉單元,包括一扇輪,及一可供該扇輪沿自身軸線旋轉的軸座;及 一扇框單元,包括一圍繞該旋轉單元的軸座並連接該軸座的外框環、複數間隔設置於該外框環的外周面上的結合件,及一圍繞該扇輪並容置該外框環及該旋轉單元的基座,其中,該基座形成複數的嵌孔,該等結合件為減震材質,且分別嵌設於該等嵌孔中。
- 如請求項1所述的減震風扇,其中,該扇框單元的基座具有一座體部、複數間隔凸設於該座體部上的立壁部,及複數分別設置於該等立壁部底端的凸耳部,該等嵌孔分別形成於相對應的該等立壁部上。
- 如請求項2所述的減震風扇,其中,該基座的每一凸耳部凹陷形成一連通相對應立壁部的嵌孔的嵌入道,該嵌入道具有一連通該嵌孔的出口,該出口周緣形成有一卡接部,每一結合件均具彈性及可撓性並可在受力壓迫後通過相對應的嵌入道,並卡觸於相對應的卡接部。
- 如請求項3所述的減震風扇,其中,該基座之該等凸耳部是可拆離地分別固定於該等立壁部底端。
- 如請求項4所述的減震風扇,其中,該扇框單元之每一結合件具有一設置於該外框環上的塊體部,及一凸設於該塊體部上且呈三角塊狀的楔塊部。
- 如請求項5所述的減震風扇,其中,該扇框單元之外框環具有一連接該軸座的框體部,及複數分別凸設於該框體部的外周面的凸柱部,每一結合件之楔塊部凹陷形成一結合孔,該等凸柱部是分別插設於該等結合孔內。
- 如請求項6所述的減震風扇,其中,該扇框單元之該等結合件是以減震橡膠製成。
