Abstract

一種穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,透過環帶結構綁固,其具有載體,載體上架構有儲液腔室及導流致動單元,並裝設感測器及驅動晶片。導流致動單元具有導液通道,連通儲液腔室之儲液出口及導液出口。感測器抵觸人體皮膚以監測汗液中血糖含量之監測數值。驅動晶片自感測器接收監測數值判讀,據以控制導流致動單元之致動,並控制儲液出口及導液出口之閥開關的開關狀態。導流致動單元受驅動後產生壓力梯度,使儲液腔室中的胰島素液體經由導液通道輸出至導液出口,流入貼附於導流致動單元下方之微針貼片,並透過複數支空心微針注入皮下組織中。

Description

穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置
本案係關於一種供液裝置,尤指一種應用於人體胰島素注射之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置。
目前,針對第一型糖尿病及第二型糖尿病的治療方式主要為補充降糖藥物,給藥方式包括口服、注射器注射以及胰島素泵注射。其中口服及注射器注射方式,患者需要每天自行使用血糖儀採血檢測自身血糖水平,再根據血糖水平服藥。而胰島素泵系統由留置針和胰島素泵組成,留置針置於體內固定於體表,用於採血與藥物注射;與留置針相連的胰島素泵,則根據血糖水平控制釋放降糖藥物。
胰島素由於不能直接口服,只能採用注射方式。注射器注射與胰島素泵之留置針,不僅在注射時會造成患者疼痛,並都會在體表留下針孔。尤其注射器注射往往需要一日多次,會造成皮下組織因頻繁注射而產生硬塊。胰島素泵對留置針的採用減少了注射次數,但整體裝致具有一定的體積重量,不便隨身攜帶,設置在身上會影響患者的日常生活和運動。
針對上述缺失,本案開發一種安全、便於攜帶、無痛的智能型穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,提供患者在日常生活中注射人體胰島素以隨時控制血糖水平,並解決上述傳統注射方式之問題。
為了解決傳統胰島素注射方式會造成患者疼痛與不便隨身攜帶的問題,本案提供一種穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,包含:一本體,具有一容置空間;一環帶結構,其兩端連接該本體的兩側;一載體,設置於該本體之該容置空間中;一儲液腔室,架構於該載體上以儲存胰島素液體,並具有一儲液出口;一導流致動單元,架構於該載體上,具有一導液通道,連通該儲液腔室之該儲液出口,並連通一導液出口,使該導流致動單元驅動後傳輸該胰島素液體由該導液出口輸出;複數個閥開關,該儲液出口及該導液出口各自設置一閥開關;一微針貼片,貼附於該導流致動單元下方,以封閉該導液出口,並具有複數支空心微針,供微創***人體皮膚導出該胰島素液體注入皮下組織中;一感測器,架構設置於該載體上,以抵觸人體皮膚上監測汗液中血糖含量之監測數值;一氣囊,設置於該環帶結構;一微型氣體泵,與該氣囊相通;以及一驅動晶片,架構設置於該載體上,以控制該導流致動單元之致動、控制該複數閥開關之開關狀態以及接收該感測器之監測數值判讀;藉此,該環帶結構穿戴於人體皮膚上,以該驅動晶片控制該微型氣體泵致動而使該氣囊充氣,並使該環帶結構緊貼該人體皮膚上,使該微針貼片能以該複數支空心微針微創***人體皮膚上,且該感測器監測到人體皮膚流出汗液中特定血糖含量監測數值時,由該驅動晶片控制該導流致動單元致動,同時控制該儲液出口之該閥開關開啟、該導液出口之該閥開關開啟,供該儲液腔室儲存之該胰島素液體由該導液出口輸出,導入該微針貼片中,並由該複數支空心微針導出該胰島素液體注入於皮下組織中。

體現本案特徵與優點的一些典型實施例將在後段的說明中詳細敘述。應理解的是本案能夠在不同的態樣上具有各種的變化,其皆不脫離本案的範圍,且其中的說明及圖示在本質上係當作說明之用,而非架構於限制本案。
本案為一種穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,請參閱第1圖、第2圖 及第3圖,穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置100包含一本體1、一環帶結構2、一載體3、一儲液腔室4、一導流致動單元5、複數個閥開關6、微針貼片7、一感測器8、以及一驅動晶片9。其中,本體1具有一容置空間11,而環帶結構2的兩端連接本體1的兩側,使本體1透過環帶結構2固定於使用者的身體上(如第8圖所示),如:手腕、腳踝、脖子等部位,來達到穿戴式的目的,提升攜帶的便利性;載體3則容設於本體1的容置空間11內,並於載體凹設一儲液腔室4,用以儲存人體胰島素之液體,並具有一儲液出口41,用來導出儲液腔室4內之胰島素液體,而儲液腔室4凹設在載體3上並以一蓋板31予以密封;導流致動單元5架構於載體3上,並具有一導流通道51及一導液出口52,導流通道51與儲液腔室4的儲液出口41連通,導流致動單元5作動後,產生一汲取力,通過與導流通道51相通之儲液出口41來汲取儲液腔室4內部的胰島素液體,進入導流致動單元5,再由導液出口52排出;複數個閥開關6於本實施例中其數量為兩個,但不以此為限,閥開關6分別設置於儲液出口41及導液出口52並封閉兩者,透過閥開關6的開關狀態(開啟/關閉),進一步控制儲液出口41及導液出口52通過的胰島素液體的流量,避免過量或是胰島素不足的情況發生;微針貼片7貼附於導流致動單元5下方,並封閉導液出口52,微針貼片7具有複數個空心微針71,當導液出口52排出胰島素液體時,複數個空心微針71透過無創或微創***人體皮膚,並將胰島素液體注入皮下組織內;而感測器8及驅動晶片9採微機電製程(MEMS)整合於載體1上,感測器8架構於載體3上能抵觸人體皮膚來監測汗液,來獲得血糖含量的監測數值;此外,本體1鄰近使用者皮膚的表面具有一通孔(未圖示),通孔與容置空間11相通,通孔供該微針貼片7穿設其中,與使用者皮膚接觸。
上述之微針貼片7的複數個空心微針71為為能刺穿皮膚之微米級尺寸針孔,其材料可為高分子聚合物、金屬或矽,較佳者為具高生物相容性之二氧化矽,空心微針71的孔徑大小為可供胰島素分子通過,較佳者,空心微針71之內徑介於10微米(μm)至550微米(μm),空心微針71之長度為介於400微米(μm)至900微米(μm),可***人體之皮下組織而刺入深度不觸及人體神經,因此完全不會造成疼痛。複數個空心微針71設置於微針貼片7上採以陣列方式排列,每一個空心微針71相鄰之間離需大於200微米,不至有相互影響導流之干擾,如此陣列方式設置之複數個空心微針71,不致有其中一針空心微針71堵塞影響注入流體之功用,還有其他空心微針71能繼續保時有注入流體之功用。
請繼續參閱第3圖,導流致動單元5的導液通道51包含有一壓力腔室511、一入口通道512及一出口通道513,入口通道512用於連通儲液腔室4的儲液出口41,出口通道513連通至導液出口52,入口通道512及一出口通道513在載體3上貫通且為相互隔開,而載體3上凹設一壓力腔室511分別連通入口通道512與出口通道513之一端,且壓力腔室511上方受致動器53封蓋密封,而入口通道512設置於載體3上並於另一端以一封蓋件32予以封蓋,使另一端連通儲液腔室4之儲液出口41形成一密封之流體通道,而出口通道512另一端形成之開口即為導液出口52。如此上述入口通道512、壓力腔室511、出口通道513,以及導液出口52依序串連相通所構成之流體通路。
上述之導流致動單元5更包含有一致動器53,致動器53具有一承載件531及一致動元件532,承載件531封蓋密封壓力腔室511,並於其表面貼附致動元件532,利用致動元件532產生形變,驅動承載件531上下振動,改變壓力腔室511的體積,使壓力腔室511內部的壓力發生變化進而產生汲取力,來輸送胰島素液體。
請繼續參閱第3圖及第5圖所示,於導流致動單元5的入口通道512及出口通道513可分別設置一閥片54,以及載體3在入口通道512與出口通道513之一中段位置分別設置有一腔室514及一凸部結構515,其中凸部結構515設置於於入口通道512處,為設置在腔室514底部,而凸部結構515設置出口通道512處,為設置在腔室514頂部,而閥片54在對應腔室514部份區域開設有複數個貫孔541,以構成一中央部542連接複數個連接部543,使中央部542得以作彈性支撐,如此閥片54分別封蓋於入口通道512及出口通道513之腔室514處,驅使中央部542抵觸凸部結構515產生一預力作用。
因此,如第4A圖、第4B圖及第5圖所示,當儲液出口41的閥開關6開啟,導流致動單元5開始啟動後,於導流致動單元5內產生壓力差,帶動入口通道512上的閥片54之中央部542向上遠離入口通道512處之凸部結構515,使入口通道512的胰島素液體能夠通過閥片54的至少一貫孔541進入壓力腔室511,再如第4B圖所示,胰島素液體進入壓力腔室511後,於出口通道513的閥片54之中央部542受導流致動單元5內的壓力差,使出口通道513上的閥片54之中央部542向下遠離出口通道513處之凸部結構515,供胰島素液體進入導液出口52。藉由上述設置,在致動器53未作動時,於入口通道512及出口通道513上的閥片54之中央部542可分別封閉隔絕入口通道512及出口通道513,如此一來,可防止胰島素液體於入口通道512與出口通道513發生逆流。
請參閱第6A圖及第6B圖,閥開關6為包含一保持件61、一密封件62以及一位移件63。位移件63設置於保持件61及密封件62之間並於兩者間位移,保持件61上分別具有至少兩個通孔611,而位移件63對應保持件61上通孔611位置也設通孔631,保持件61的通孔611及位移 件63的通孔631,其位置為大致相互對準,以及密封件62上設有至少一個通孔621,且密封件62之通孔621與保持件61之通孔611之位置形成錯位而不對準。閥開關6之保持件61、密封件62以及位移件63可用石墨烯材料所製成,以形成微型化之閥件。
本案之閥關關6之第一實施例態樣中,位移件63為一帶電荷之材料,保持件61為一兩極性之導電材料,保持件61電性連接一驅動晶片9之控制電路,用以控制保持件61之極性(正電極性或負電極性)。若位移件63為一帶負電荷之材料,當閥開關6須受控開啟時,驅動晶片9控制保持件61形成一正電極,此時位移件63與保持件61維持不同極性,如此會使位移件63朝保持件61靠近,構成閥開關6之開啟(如第6B圖所示)。反之,若位移件63為一帶負電荷之材料,當閥開關6須受控關閉時,驅動晶片9控制保持件61形成一負電極,此時位移件63與保持件61維持相同極性,使位移件63朝密封件62靠近,構成閥開關6之關閉(如第6A圖所示)。
在本案閥開關6之第二實施例態樣中,位移件63為一帶磁性之材料,而保持件61為一可受控變換極性之磁性材料。保持件61電性連接驅動晶片9之控制電路,用以控制保持件61之極性(正極或負極)。若位移件63為一帶負極之磁性材料,當閥開關6須受控開啟時,保持件61形成一正極之磁性,此時驅動晶片9控制位移件63與保持件61維持不同極性,使位移件63朝保持件61靠近,構成閥開關6開啟(如第6B圖所示)。反之,若位移件63為一帶負極之磁性材料,當閥開關6須受控關閉時,驅動晶片9控制保持件61形成一負極之磁性,此時控制位移件63與保持件61維持相同極性,使位移件63朝密封件62靠近,構成閥開關6之關閉(如第6A圖所示)。
請繼續參閱第1圖及第2圖所示,本案的穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液 裝置可更包含一氣囊12及一微型氣體泵13,氣囊12設置於環帶結構2鄰近使用者的內表面,微型氣體泵13以與氣囊12相通的方式設置於該環帶結構2上,且微型氣體泵13與驅動晶片9電連接。當微型氣體泵13接收到驅動晶片9所傳遞之充氣訊號後開始啟動,由外部吸取空氣並傳輸至氣囊12充氣,令微針貼片7的該些空心微針71能夠***人體皮膚內,以便胰島素液體的注入。
請參閱第7圖所示,為本案之一較佳實施例中穿戴式人體胰島素注入之供液裝置之相關元件之電性連結關係示意圖,驅動晶片9架構於載體3上,並與微型氣體泵13、導流致動單元5、複數個閥開關6及感測器8電連接,感測器8抵觸人體皮膚以監測人體汗液中血糖含量,並產生一相應之監測數值,驅動晶片9接收感測器8的監測數值後,再決定是否啟動導流致動單元5及複數個閥開關6來進行胰島素液體的注入動作。其中,驅動晶片9可更包含一石墨烯電池(圖未示),以提供電源。
請參閱第8圖所示,其為穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置穿戴於使用者身上之示意圖,當微型氣體泵13接收到驅動晶片9所傳遞之充氣訊號後開始啟動,由外部吸取空氣並傳輸至氣囊12充氣,令微針貼片7的該些空心微針71能夠***人體皮膚內,以便胰島素液體的注入。
請參閱第9A圖及第9B圖所示,上述之該微型氣體泵13可為一壓電致動之微型氣壓動力裝置,且該微型氣壓動力裝置包含一微型氣體傳輸裝置131及一微型閥門裝置132,當氣體自該微型氣體傳輸裝置131傳輸至該微型閥門裝置132內,俾進行集壓或卸壓作業。其中該微型氣體傳輸裝置131包括依序堆疊設置一進氣板131a、一共振片131b以及一壓電致動器131c,其中該壓電致動器131c受驅動時,氣體由該進氣板131a進入,並向下傳輸,進而可使氣體於該微型閥門裝置132內單向流動,且該微型閥門裝置132包括 依序堆疊設置一集氣板132a、一閥門片132b以及一出口板132c,該出口板132c之一出口端(未圖示)係與該氣囊12相連通;當氣體自該微型氣體傳輸裝置131傳輸至該微型閥門裝置132內,係透過該出口板132c之該出口端以輸送至該氣囊12中進行集壓作業,或是透過該出口板132c之一洩壓孔進行洩壓作業。
綜上所述,本案所提供之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,透過導流致動單元的作動產生壓力梯度,來傳輸儲液腔室內的胰島素液體,最後使用微針貼片將胰島素液體注入使用者皮膚內,來提供使用者胰島素,並且利用感測器檢測使用者血糖含量,經由驅動晶片來控制導流致動單元、閥開關調整注入使用者胰島素液體的流量及流速,此外,透過氣囊來縮減使用者與微針貼片之間距離,並使微針貼片能夠確實地***使用者皮膚,亦可由經由微型氣體泵調節氣囊內的氣體來微調微針貼片進入使用者皮膚的深度。故本發明的穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置可提供胰臟的功用,作為傳統的人工胰臟的取代物。
本案得由熟知此技術之人士任施匠思而為諸般修飾,然皆不脫如附申請專利範圍所欲保護者。

Claims (19)

  1. 一種穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,包含:一本體,具有一容置空間;一環帶結構,其兩端連接該本體的兩側;一載體,設置於該本體之該容置空間中;一儲液腔室,架構於該載體上以儲存胰島素液體,並具有一儲液出口;一導流致動單元,架構於該載體上,具有一導液通道,連通該儲液腔室之該儲液出口,並連通一導液出口,使該導流致動單元驅動後傳輸該胰島素液體由該導液出口輸出;複數個閥開關,該儲液出口及該導液出口各自設置一閥開關;一微針貼片,貼附於該導流致動單元下方,以封閉該導液出口,並具有複數支空心微針,供微創***人體皮膚導出該胰島素液體注入皮下組織中;一感測器,架構設置於該載體上,以抵觸人體皮膚上監測汗液中血糖含量之監測數值;一氣囊,設置於該環帶結構;一微型氣體泵,與該氣囊相通;以及一驅動晶片,架構設置於該載體上,以控制該導流致動單元之致動、該微型氣體泵之致動、控制該複數閥開關之開關狀態以及接收該感測器之監測數值判讀;藉此,該環帶結構穿戴於人體皮膚上,以該驅動晶片控制該微型氣體泵致動而使該氣囊充氣,並使該環帶結構緊貼該人體皮膚上,使該微針貼片能以該複數支空心微針微創***人體皮膚上,且該感測器監測到人體皮膚流出汗液中所特定血糖含量監測數值時,由該驅動晶片控制該 導流致動單元致動,同時控制該儲液出口之該閥開關開啟及該導液出口之該閥開關開啟,供該儲液腔室儲存之該胰島素液體由該導液出口輸出,導入該微針貼片中,並由該複數支空心微針導出該胰島素液體注入於皮下組織中。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該導流致動單元之該導流通道包含一壓力腔室、一入口通道及一出口通道,該入口通道連通該儲液腔室之該儲液出口,該出口通道連通至該導液出口,且該入口通道及該出口通道相互隔開,並透過該壓力腔室連通,而該導流致動單元並設置有一致動器封蓋該壓力腔室,以驅動壓縮該壓力腔室體積,使該胰島素液體受擠壓流動。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該致動器包含有一承載件及一致動元件,該承載件封蓋該壓力腔室,且在一表面上貼附該致動元件,利用該致動元件產生形變而連動該承載件上下振動,以壓縮該壓力腔室體積,使該胰島素液體受擠壓流動。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該致動元件為一壓電元件。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該入口通道、該出口通道中分別設置一閥片,供該導流致動單元之致動壓縮該壓力腔室而控制該入口通道、該出口通道之開關狀態。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該載體在該入口通道、該出口通道處具有凸部結構,以產生一預力頂觸該閥片,藉以防止該胰島素液體逆流。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該驅動晶片包含有一石墨烯電池,以提供電源。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該 複數個閥開關分別包含一保持件、一密封件及一位移件,其中該位移件設置於該保持件及該密封件之間,以及該保持件、該密封件及該位移件上分別具有複數個通孔,而該保持件及該位移件上複數個通孔位置相互對準,且該密封件與該保持件之複數個通孔位置形成錯位不對準。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該位移件為一帶電荷之材料,而該保持件為一兩極性之導電材料,以令該位移件與該保持件維持不同極性,而朝該保持件靠近,構成該閥開關之開啟。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該位移件為一帶電荷之材料,而該保持件為一兩極性之導電材料,以令該位移件與該保持件維持相同極性,而朝該密封件靠近,構成該閥開關之關閉。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該位移件為一帶磁性之材料,而該保持件為一可受控變換極性之磁性材料,以令該位移件與該保持件維持不同極性,而朝該保持件靠近,構成該閥開關之開啟。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該位移件為一帶磁性之材料,而該保持件為一可受控變換極性之磁性材料,以令該位移件與該保持件維持相同極性,而朝該密封件靠近,構成該閥開關之關閉。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第9至12項中任一項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該保持件由該驅動晶片控制其極性。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該微型氣體泵為一壓電致動之微型氣壓動力裝置,且該微型氣壓動力裝置包含一微型氣體傳輸裝置及一微型閥門裝置,當氣體自該微型氣體傳輸裝置傳輸至該微型 閥門裝置內,俾進行集壓或卸壓作業。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該微型氣體傳輸裝置包括依序堆疊設置一進氣板、一共振片以及一壓電致動器,其中該壓電致動器受驅動時,氣體由該進氣板進入,並向下傳輸,進而可使氣體於該微型閥門裝置內單向流動,且該微型閥門裝置包括依序堆疊設置一集氣板、一閥門片以及一出口板,該出口板之一出口端係與該氣囊相連通;當氣體自該微型氣體傳輸裝置傳輸至該微型閥門裝置內,係透過該出口板之該出口端以輸送至該氣囊中進行集壓作業,或是透過該出口板之一洩壓孔進行洩壓作業。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該微針貼片之該等空心微針之內徑介於10微米至550微米。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該微針貼片之該等空心微針之長度介於400微米至900微米。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該等空心微針以陣列方式排列,且該等空心微針中每二者之間的相間距離大於200微米。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之穿戴式人體胰島素注入供液裝置,其中該等空心微針以二氧化矽材料製成。
