Abstract

一種脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡印模組,其包含:一鋼模以及一脈衝光雷射設備,其中,該脈衝光雷射設備為一超短脈衝雷射設備,透過該發射時間低於10-9秒之超短脈衝雷射於鋼模進行雕刻作業時,令該雕刻層之凹槽底面保有平整度而形成水平表面,而該雕刻層的周邊更不會有毛邊的產生,確保該鋼模表面之平整性,當顏料填入該雕刻層時,不僅能保有該色彩層圖樣之完整性,另一方面當膠頭欲將該色彩層從該雕刻層取出移轉時,還能避免膠頭有受到毛邊劃傷之疑慮,保持膠頭轉印色彩層之穩定性,增添加工作業之效率及成品良率,有助於經濟效益的提升。

Description

脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡轉印模組
本發明係關於一種隱形眼鏡轉印模組,尤指一種脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡轉印模組。
近年來隱形眼鏡的功能,由於彩色隱形眼鏡的發展,使其除了原先的視力矯正的醫療功能(例如、近視、遠視或雙焦、多焦等視力醫療矯正)外,更加入了美觀及妝扮等功能,例如彩色隱形眼鏡(color lens)或魔術隱形眼鏡(magic lens)等鏡片。
然而,一般彩色隱形眼鏡,主要係於透明的隱形眼鏡內,藉由轉印頭將彩色膜片轉移至隱形眼鏡內,該彩色膜片的製程,請配合參閱第11、12圖所示觀之,係透過雷射雕刻技術於一金屬模具60表面形成一預設圖樣之雕刻層61,再由該雕刻層61塗佈有著色劑,使該著色劑填入凝固後形成一彩色膜片62,進而轉移至隱形眼鏡內,形成一具色彩之隱形眼鏡。
詳觀上述習知結構不難發覺其尚存有些許不足之處,主要原因係歸如下:由於習知彩色膜片62之製程係透過雷射雕刻技術於金屬模具60上形成雕刻層,使得該雕刻層61會因雷射而使內凹的底面形成U形弧狀611(同時參閱第12圖所示),同時於雕刻層61外周形成毛邊612,導致該著色劑填入時容易因毛邊阻隔而無法相凝合,大幅影響彩色膜片62之完整性, 另當轉印頭欲將該彩色膜片62由金屬模具60轉移至隱形眼鏡時,該轉印頭不僅無法確實貼覆彩色膜片62,使得彩色膜片62難以取出,該轉印頭更會受到毛邊劃傷,大大降低使用壽命,嚴重影響作業效率及成品良率,便有改良之必要性。
有鑑於此,本發明人於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之目標,詳加設計與審慎評估後,終得一確具實用性之本發明。
本發明所欲解決之技術問題在於針對現有技術存在的上述缺失,提供一種脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡轉印模組。
一種脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡印模組,其包含:一鋼模以及一脈衝光雷射設備,其中,該鋼模係作為顏料轉印使用,該脈衝光雷射設備為一種發射時間低於10-9秒之超短脈衝雷射之設備,透過該超短脈衝雷射該鋼模之表面進行雕刻作業,使該鋼模表面除料內凹而刻劃出一雕刻層,即可將顏料填入該雕刻層內形成一色彩層,並於該色彩層未凝固前經由一膠頭將該色彩層從該鋼模複印移轉,以作為該隱形眼鏡色彩呈現使用。
其中,該鋼模表面之雕刻層係於內底部形成水平底面,並確保該雕刻層周邊除料刻劃後之平整度。
其中,更包括一成型模殼,該成型模殼具有一下模以及一上模,該下模具有一凹體,該凹體內表面之底端形成一下成型弧面,該上模則對應該凹體形成一凸體,該凸體外表面之底端形成一上成型弧面,經由該凸體置入該上模之凹體內,進而於該下成型弧面及上成型弧面間形成一 鏡片成型空間,以作為一保護層與該色彩層貼合作業之空間,最後再注入聚合物材料與該保護層以及該色彩層結合固化,俾能塑造成隱形眼鏡。
其中,該保護層、該色彩層以及該聚合物材料進行固化作業時,更透過一UV光照設備提升該保護層、該色彩層以及該聚合物材料的固合效率及組成良率。
其中,該顏料更混合有固化溶劑,以加速色彩層之固合效果。
對照先前技術之功效:本創作之脈衝光雷射設備為一超短脈衝雷射設備,透過該發射時間低於10-9秒之超短脈衝雷射於鋼模進行雕刻作業時,令該雕刻層之凹槽底面保有平整度而形成水平表面,而該雕刻層的周邊更不會有毛邊的產生,確保該鋼模表面之平整性,當顏料填入該雕刻層時,不僅能保有該色彩層圖樣之完整性,另一方面當膠頭欲將該色彩層從該雕刻層取出移轉時,還能避免膠頭有受到毛邊劃傷之疑慮,保持膠頭轉印色彩層之穩定性,增添加工作業之效率及成品良率,有助於經濟效益的提升。

為使 貴審查委員對本發明之目的、特徵及功效能夠有更進一步之瞭解與認識,以下茲請配合【圖式簡單說明】詳述如後:首先,先請參閱第1、2圖配合第7、8圖所示,一種脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡印模組,其包含:一鋼模10、一脈衝光雷射設備20以及一成型模殼30,其中,該鋼模10作為顏料轉印使用,該脈衝光雷射設備20為一種發射時間低於10-9秒之超短脈衝雷射之設備,透過超短脈衝雷射於該鋼模10之表面進行雕刻作業,該成型模殼30包括一下模31以及一上模32,該下模31具有一凹體311,該凹體311內表面之底端形成一下成型弧面312,該上模32則對應該凹體311形成一凸體321,該凸體321外表面之底端形成一上成型弧面322,經由該凸體321置入該下模31之凹體311內,進而於該下成型弧面312及上成型弧面322間形成一鏡片成型空間33。
藉由上述結構模組,進行隱形眼鏡之成型作業時,再請參閱第2至6圖所示,該鋼模10係作為脈衝光雷射設備20進行超短脈衝雷射雕刻作業之平台,使該鋼模10表面受超短脈衝雷射進行除料而刻劃出一雕刻層11,由於該雕刻層11係透過超短脈衝雷射刻劃而成,透過如此密集且短時的脈 衝雷射能夠僅僅只作用於目標物質的幾個原子,而不導致周圍物質出現升溫或熔化的現象,令該雕刻層11內底部保有平整度而形成水平底面111,更讓該雕刻層11周邊除料刻劃後不會有毛邊的產生,確保雕刻層11周邊表面之平整度,其超短脈衝雷射作業完成後,即可將顏料12填入該雕刻層11內形成一色彩層13,並於該色彩層13未凝固前經由一膠頭(圖未表示)將該色彩層13從該鋼模10複印移轉,以作為該隱形眼鏡色彩呈現使用,此時,俾能再透過該成型模殼30進行隱形眼鏡40的成型作業,請同時參閱第7、8、9、10圖所示,其經由膠頭移轉取出之色彩層13係搭配一保護層14置入該成型模殼30之下模31凹體311內,並相對疊覆於下成型弧面312上,再將該上模32之凸體321相對嵌入該凹體311內,使該凸體321之上成型弧面322與該下成型弧面312間形成一鏡片成型空間33,最後再將成型隱形眼鏡40之聚合物材料15注入該成型模殼30之鏡片成形空間33內,再對下模31以及下模32施力壓合,讓聚合物材料15受壓於上成型弧面322與下成型弧面312之間,同時與該色彩層13以及該保護層14貼合固化,使該色彩層13介於該保護層14以及該聚合物材料15間,俾以塑造成隱形眼鏡40,又該顏料12填入鋼模10時可添加有固化溶劑,以加速色彩層13與聚合物材料15之固合效果;另外,當隱形眼鏡40進行固合作業時,還可透過一UV光照設備50照射,提升該保護層14、該色彩層13以及該聚合物材料15的貼合效率及組成良率,藉由上述步驟,俾以完成該隱形眼鏡40之組成。
藉上述具體實施例之結構,可得到下述之效益:本創作之脈衝光雷射設備20為一超短脈衝雷射設備,透過該發射時間低於10-9秒之超短脈衝雷射於鋼模10進行雕刻作業時,令該雕刻層11之凹槽底面111保有平整 度而形成水平表面,而該雕刻層11的周邊更不會有毛邊的產生,確保該鋼模10表面之平整性,當顏料12填入該雕刻層11時,不僅能保有該色彩層13圖樣之完整性,另一方面當膠頭欲將該色彩層13從該雕刻層11取出移轉時,還能避免膠頭有受到毛邊劃傷之疑慮,保持膠頭轉印色彩層13之穩定性,增添加工作業之效率及成品良率,有助於經濟效益的提升。
綜上所述,本發明確實已達突破性之結構設計,而具有改良之發明內容,同時又能夠達到產業上之利用性與進步性,且本發明未見於任何刊物,亦具新穎性,當符合專利法相關法條之規定,爰依法提出發明專利申請,懇請 鈞局審查委員授予合法專利權,至為感禱。
唯以上所述者,僅為本發明之一較佳實施例而已,當不能以之限定本發明實施之範圍;即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍所作之均等變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡印模組,其包含:一鋼模,作為顏料轉印使用;一脈衝光雷射設備,為一種發射時間低於10-9秒之超短脈衝雷射之設備,透過該超短脈衝雷射該鋼模之表面進行雕刻作業,使該鋼模表面除料內凹而刻劃出一雕刻層,該鋼模表面之雕刻層係於內底部形成水平底面,並確保該雕刻層周邊除料刻劃後之平整度,即可將顏料填入該雕刻層內形成一色彩層,並於該色彩層未凝固前經由一膠頭將該色彩層從該鋼模複印移轉,以作為該隱形眼鏡之色彩呈現使用。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡印模組,其中,更包括一成型模殼,該成型模殼具有一下模以及一上模,該下模具有一凹體,該凹體內表面之底端形成一下成型弧面,該上模則對應該凹體形成一凸體,該凸體外表面之底端形成一上成型弧面,經由該凸體置入該下模之凹體內,進而於該下成型弧面及上成型弧面間形成一鏡片成型空間,以作為一保護層與該色彩層貼合作業之空間,最後再注入聚合物材料與該保護層以及該色彩層結合固化,俾能塑造成隱形眼鏡。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第2項所述之脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡印模組,其中,該保護層、該色彩層以及該聚合物材料進行固化作業時,更透過一UV光照設備提升該保護層、該色彩層以及該聚合物材料的固合效率及組成良率。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之脈衝光雷射處理之隱形眼鏡印模組,其中,該顏料更混合有固化溶劑,以加速色彩層之固合效果。
