Abstract

一種輸出方法與輸出裝置。所述輸出方法包括下列步驟。一第一電子裝置發送一檔案至一伺服器，且產生對應檔案的一認證資訊。一第二電子裝置接收認證資訊，且於螢幕顯示認證資訊。一輸出裝置讀取第二電子裝置所顯示的認證資訊，並根據認證資訊至伺服器擷取檔案，以輸出檔案的一紙本文件。

Description

輸出方法與輸出裝置
本發明係關於一種輸出方法與輸出裝置，特別是一種運用認證資訊的輸出方法與輸出裝置。
在習知使用列印機或事務機的方法中，若使用者欲列印電腦中的文件，則通常需從電腦上傳文件檔案至列印機或事務機，再另行自附近的列印機或事務機拿取所列印出的文件。
然而，現已進入了高度分工的時代，因此工作的分配或交接，將可能跨越不同的樓層、區域甚至國別。在某些需求下，可能會由一使用者端提供原始檔案，而提供遠端的另一使用者來取得輸出裝置所列印出的文件。若遠端的輸出裝置同時有多人使用，則可能發生文件混淆或資訊外流的事件，此將造成不可預期的損失。
為了隱私或是機密的考量，絕大多數列印動作是使用者需要使用紙本文件時才進行列印行為，這樣才不會造成資料外洩或暴露隱私的問題發生。
如此一來，如何在檔案的保密與安全以及使用者操作的便利性之間取得平衡，是一個亟欲解決的難題。
有鑑於此，本發明在於提供一種輸出方法與輸出裝置，藉以解決上述問題。
本發明提供一種輸出方法，包括下列步驟。一第一電子裝置發送一檔案至一伺服器，且產生對應檔案的一認證資訊。一第二電子裝置顯示認證資訊。以及一輸出裝置讀取第二電子裝置所顯示的認證資訊，並根據認證資訊至伺服器擷取檔案，以輸出檔案的一紙本文件。
在本發明一實施例中，輸出裝置係透過一攝影的方式、一掃描的方式或者是透過一無線通訊的方式，來讀取認證資訊。
在本發明另一實施例中，輸出裝置解碼認證資訊，以擷取伺服器的一網路位址。
在本發明另一實施例中，輸出裝置解碼認證資訊，以擷取對應紙本文件的一格式與一輸出設定其中至少一。
在本發明另一實施例中，輸出裝置由一使用者介面接收一認證碼，並判斷認證碼是否符合認證資訊，以及當認證碼符合認證資訊時，則輸出檔案的紙本文件。
在本發明另一實施例中，於該輸出裝置由一使用者介面接收一認證碼，並判斷該認證碼是否符合該認證資訊的步驟後更包括：發出一個認證碼於該第二電子裝置進行第二次認證。
在本發明另一實施例中，於輸出裝置於輸出檔案的紙本文件之後，刪除所擷取的檔案。
本發明提供一種輸出裝置，包括一認證模組、一通訊模組以及一輸出模組。通訊模組耦接認證模組，輸出模組耦接通訊模組。認證模組用以讀取一第二電子裝置所顯示的一認證資訊。通訊模組用以根據認證資訊從一伺服器擷取一檔案。輸出模組用以輸出檔案的一紙本文件。
在本發明一實施例中，認證模組係透過一攝影的方式、一掃描的方法或者是透過一無線通訊的方式，來讀取認證資訊。
在本發明另一實施例中，認證模組更進一步解碼認證資訊，以擷取伺服器的一網路位址。
在本發明另一實施例中，認證模組進一步解碼認證資訊，以擷取對應紙本文件的一格式與一輸出設定其中至少一。
在本發明另一實施例中，所述輸出裝置更包括一使用者介面模組，耦接認證模組以及輸出模組，用以提供一使用者介面來接收一認證碼，並判斷認證碼是否符合認證資訊，當認證碼符合認證資訊時，則控制輸出模組輸出檔案的紙本文件。
在本發明另一實施例中，輸出裝置於輸出檔案的紙本文件之後，刪除所擷取的檔案。
如上所述，第二電子裝置可藉由第一電子裝置所產生的認證資訊，來做為使用輸出裝置的憑證。當輸出裝置的認證模組確認此憑證之後，輸出裝置的通訊模組可根據第二電子裝置所輸出的認證資訊至伺服器擷取檔案，並透過輸出裝置的輸出模組來輸出對應的紙本文件。如此一來，可有效整合跨區域的硬體資源，簡化輸出裝置的操作，以及增進資訊傳遞的安全性。

以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本發明之詳細特徵以及優點，其內容足以使任何熟習相關技藝者了解本發明之技術內容並據以實施，且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式，任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本發明相關之目的及優點。以下之實施例係進一步詳細說明本發明之觀點，但非以任何觀點限制本發明之範疇。
圖1為根據本發明一實施例之輸出系統10的示意圖。如圖1所示，所述輸出系統10包括一第一電子裝置100、一第二電子裝置200、一伺服器300、以及一輸出裝置400。在實作上，第一電子裝置100例如可以是個人電腦或者是其他具有連網功能的裝置。第二電子裝置200例如可以是可攜式電子裝置(如智慧型手機、平板電腦、個人數位助理等)或者是其他具有連網功能的裝置。伺服器300例如可以是雲端伺服器或者是其他類型的伺服器。輸出裝置400例如可以是影印機、列印機、事務機或是其他具有文件輸出功能的裝置。上述裝置於實作上皆可有各種變化，在此不加以限制。
圖2為根據本發明一實施例之輸出裝置400的方塊圖。如圖2所示，所述輸出裝置400包括一認證模組410、一通訊模組420以及一輸出模組430。通訊模組420耦接認證模組410，輸出模組430耦接認證模組410與通訊模組420。認證模組410、通訊模組420以及輸出模組430例如可透過微處理器或者是晶片來實現，且亦可視需求而額外設置相關的功能元件於其中，在此不加以限制。
為了便於理解，在此描述一使用情境來輔助說明下列實施例。舉例來說，當位於乙地的使用者B欲取得位於甲地的使用者A的某檔案文件，此份檔案文件僅供使用者B透過列印輸出而取得，且使用者B並無法獲得該檔案的電子原始檔時，則上述任務即可透過輸出系統10之架構來完成。其中，第一電子裝置100係為位於甲地的使用者A所有，第二電子裝置200係為位於乙地的使用者B所有，而輸出裝置400亦可位於乙地。下列請同時參照圖1與圖2。
第一電子裝置100發送一檔案至一伺服器300，且產生對應檔案的一認證資訊。舉例來說，伺服器300的服務可對應包括輸出裝置400的多台輸出裝置，且伺服器300的服務範圍可包括甲地與乙地。而當位於甲地的使用者A將特定檔案上傳至伺服器300，且產生對應的認證資訊之後，使用者A可透過各式通訊媒介，如通訊應用程式、電子郵件等通訊軟體，來將認證資訊傳送給位於乙地的使用者B。然而在另一實施例中，使用者A亦可先將第一電子裝置100所產生的認證資訊傳送給伺服器300，再由伺服器300轉發此資訊傳送給使用者B的第二電子裝置200，在此不加以限制。
第二電子裝置200接收認證資訊。接著，第二電子裝置200輸出認證資訊。舉例來說，此認證資訊可做為使用者B於乙地用以印出上述檔案文件的憑證之用。換句話說，第二電子裝置200輸出認證資訊的目的是為了能夠讓輸出裝置400來認證使用者B是否具有使用的權限。其中，第二電子裝置200輸出認證資訊的方式，可以是透過在其螢幕上顯示特定的辨識碼，如快速響應矩陣碼(QR code)等。因此，使用者B例如可以是透過通訊軟體，來接收使用者A所發送之對應認證資訊的QR碼。此外，第二電子裝置200輸出認證資訊的方式，亦可以是透過無線通訊，如無線射頻辨識(RFID)、近場通訊(NFC)等，在此不加以限制。
下列將詳述有關輸出裝置400於後續的做動，其中：
認證模組410讀取第二電子裝置200所輸出的認證資訊。在本發明實施例中，認證模組410係透過一攝影的方式、一掃描的方式或者是透過一無線通訊的方式，來讀取認證資訊。舉例來說，認證模組410可以是QR碼掃描器，用以擷取第二電子裝置200所顯示之QR碼中的認證資訊。認證模組410亦可以是運用RFID或NFC等無線通訊技術的資料接收端。
在本發明實施例中，認證模組410可更進一步解碼認證資訊，以擷取伺服器300的一網路位址。藉此，通訊模組420根據認證資訊從伺服器300擷取一檔案。更詳細來說，通訊模組420可從解碼認證資訊所得的網路位址，進而與伺服器300通訊，並從伺服器300下載使用者A當初所上傳的檔案。
輸出模組430用以輸出所述檔案的一紙本文件。在本發明實施例中，上述認證模組410可進一步解碼認證資訊，以擷取對應紙本文件的一格式與一輸出設定其中至少一。換句話說，輸出模組430所印出的紙本文件的格式與輸出設定可由使用者A預設，並將相關設定加密於認證資訊中。所述格式，例如可以是紙本文件的份數、單頁紙所含的頁數(多頁合併列印)等，在此不加以限制。所述輸出設定，例如可以是輸出指定範圍(列印全部、部分、指定頁號)的檔案內容、輸出紙張尺寸等，在此不加以限制。如此一來，位於乙地的使用者B可憑藉所接收的認證資訊，來驅動輸出裝置400自雲端擷取對應的檔案，並印出對應的紙本文件。
在本發明另一實施例中，輸出裝置與伺服器可整合在一起。換句話說，伺服器本身即具有輸出紙本文件的功能。舉例來說，使用者A可透過第一電子裝置發送檔案至位於乙地的伺服器，而位於乙地的使用者B可將所接收到的認證資訊輸出，來驅動伺服器印出對應的紙本文件。
圖3為根據本發明另一實施例之輸出裝置400’的方塊圖。如圖3所示，所述輸出裝置400’包括一認證模組410、一通訊模組420、一輸出模組430以及一使用者介面模組440。通訊模組420耦接認證模組410，輸出模組430耦接認證模組410與通訊模組420，使用者介面模組440耦接認證模組410以及輸出模組430。認證模組410、通訊模組420、輸出模組430以及使用者介面模組440例如可透過微處理器或者是晶片來實現，且亦可設置相關的功能元件於其中，在此不加以限制。圖3中的認證模組410、通訊模組420以及輸出模組430亦可具有上述圖2之實施例所述的功能。下列將針對相對於圖2之實施例的差異加以詳述。下列請同時參照圖1與圖3。
在本發明實施例中，使用者介面模組440可用以提供一使用者介面來接收一認證碼，並判斷認證碼是否符合認證資訊，當認證碼符合認證資訊時，則控制輸出模組430輸出檔案的紙本文件。舉例來說，所述使用者介面可顯示於一觸控螢幕中。此外，使用者B除了可透過通訊軟體，來接收使用者A所發送之對應認證資訊的QR碼之外，使用者A亦可透過電話告知使用者B一認證碼。
換句話說，檔案的紙本文件的輸出可具有兩道認證程序。第一道認證程序已於圖2之實施例中描述。而當認證模組410讀取第二電子裝置200所輸出的認證資訊之後，亦可再啟動第二道認證程序。其中，認證模組410可事先對認證資訊解碼而取得一預設認證碼，而當使用者B從使用者介面中輸入認證碼後，使用者介面模組440可進一步比對認證碼是否符合預設認證碼。經比對，當認證碼符合認證資訊中的預設認證碼時，則控制輸出模組430輸出檔案的紙本文件。
在本發明另一實施例中，輸出裝置400在接收並判斷認證碼是否符合認證資訊的步驟後更包括：發出一個認證碼給第二電子裝置200進行第二次認證。舉例來說，認證碼係可以依據伺服器300中的檔案的MD5雜湊值以一個第一公鑰所產生的。並且第二電子裝置200具有一個對應前述第一公鑰的第一私鑰，第二電子裝置200並從第一電子裝置100處取得欲輸出的檔案的MD5雜湊值。藉由這些資訊，第二電子裝置200得以驗證並確認輸出裝置400所要輸出的檔案是使用者所欲輸出的檔案。如此，得以避免檔案在伺服器300中已經被人修改而使用者無法察覺。
此外，在本發明實施例中，輸出裝置400於輸出檔案的紙本文件之後，可刪除從伺服器300所擷取的檔案。如此一來，可避免紙本文件之原始電子檔外流，以提升整體資訊的機密性。
圖4為根據本發明一實施例之輸出方法的流程圖。如圖4所示，本發明實施例之輸出方法包括步驟S510~S530。
在步驟S510中，第一電子裝置發送檔案至伺服器，且產生對應檔案的認證資訊。
在步驟S520中，第二電子裝置接收認證資訊，且於螢幕顯示認證資訊。
在步驟S530中，輸出裝置讀取第二電子裝置所顯示的認證資訊，並根據認證資訊至伺服器擷取檔案，以輸出檔案的紙本文件。
有關上述步驟的細節已描述於上述實施例，於此不再贅述。
綜上所述，第二電子裝置可藉由第一電子裝置所產生的認證資訊，來做為使用輸出裝置的憑證。當輸出裝置的認證模組確認此憑證之後，輸出裝置的通訊模組可根據第二電子裝置所輸出的認證資訊至伺服器擷取檔案，並透過輸出裝置的輸出模組來輸出對應的紙本文件。如此一來，可有效整合跨區域的硬體資源，簡化輸出裝置的操作，以及增進資訊傳遞的安全性。

  1. 一種輸出方法，包括：一第一電子裝置發送一檔案至一伺服器，且產生對應該檔案的一認證資訊；一第二電子裝置顯示該認證資訊於螢幕上；一輸出裝置讀取該第二電子裝置所顯示的該認證資訊，並根據該認證資訊至該伺服器擷取該檔案，以輸出該檔案的一紙本文件；解碼該認證資訊以取得一預設認證碼；該輸出裝置由一使用者介面接收一認證碼，並判斷接收的該認證碼是否符合該預設認證碼；以及當接收的該認證碼符合該預設認證碼時，則輸出該檔案的該紙本文件。
  2. 如請求項1所述之輸出方法，其中於該輸出裝置讀取該第二電子裝置所輸出的該認證資訊，並根據該認證資訊至該伺服器擷取該檔案，以輸出該檔案的該紙本文件的步驟中，包括：該輸出裝置係透過一攝影的方式、一掃描的方式或者是透過一無線通訊的方式，來讀取該認證資訊。
  3. 如請求項2所述之輸出方法，其中於該輸出裝置讀取該第二電子裝置所輸出的該認證資訊，並根據該認證資訊至該伺服器擷取該檔案，以輸出該檔案的該紙本文件的步驟中，更包括：該輸出裝置解碼該認證資訊，以擷取該伺服器的一網路位址。
  4. 如請求項3所述之輸出方法，其中於該輸出裝置讀取該第二電子裝置所輸出的該認證資訊，並根據該認證資訊至該伺服器擷取該檔案，以輸出該檔案的該紙本文件的步驟中，更包括：該輸出裝置解碼該認證資訊，以擷取對應該紙本文件的一格式與一輸出設定其中至少一。
  5. 如請求項1所述之輸出方法，其中於該輸出裝置由該使用者介面接收該認證碼，並判斷接收的該認證碼是否符合該預設認證碼的步驟後，更包括：發出一個第二認證碼給該第二電子裝置進行第二次認證。
  6. 如請求項1所述之輸出方法，更包括於該輸出裝置輸出該檔案的該紙本文件之後，刪除所擷取的該檔案。
  7. 一種輸出裝置，包括：一認證模組，用以讀取一第二電子裝置所顯示的一認證資訊，並解碼該認證資訊以取得一預設認證碼；一通訊模組，耦接該認證模組，用以根據該認證資訊從一伺服器擷取一檔案；一輸出模組，耦接該通訊模組與該認證模組；以及一使用者介面模組，耦接該認證模組以及該輸出模組，用以提供一使用者介面來接收一認證碼，並判斷接收的該認證碼是否符合該預設認證碼，當接收的該認證碼符合該預設認證碼時，則控制該輸出模組輸出該檔案的一紙本文件。
  8. 如請求項7所述之輸出裝置，其中該認證模組係透過一攝影的方式、一掃描的方式或者是透過一無線通訊的方式，來讀取該認證資訊。
  9. 如請求項8所述之輸出裝置，其中該認證模組更進一步解碼該認證資訊，以擷取該伺服器的一網路位址。
  10. 如請求項9所述之輸出裝置，其中該認證模組進一步解碼該認證資訊，以擷取對應該紙本文件的一格式與一輸出設定其中至少一。
  11. 如請求項7所述之輸出裝置，其中該輸出裝置由該使用者介面模組接收該認證碼，並判斷接收的該認證碼是否符合該預設認證碼後更發出一個第二認證碼給該第二電子裝置進行第二次認證。
  12. 如請求項7所述之輸出裝置，其中該輸出裝置於輸出該檔案的該紙本文件之後，刪除所擷取的該檔案。
