Description

基於位置之社交網路裝置與方法

本發明關於社交網路服務之系統及方法，尤指關於結合於特定地理空間位置的社交網路服務。
社交網路網站允許使用者對於多種主題可線上地彼此互動。基本上，這些網站僅允許使用者與在一預先定義的社交圖上的其他使用者進行互動。但是，使用者可能想要與不在他們的社交圖上但參加結合於一特定地點之多種事件的其他使用者進行互動，例如研討會或音樂會。

在一具體實施例中，氣泡種類420的文字輸入方塊為一自由型式文字輸入方塊，而使用者能夠產生他們自 己本身的使用者定義種類。在一具體實施例中，氣泡種類為預先定義，並可使用一種類選擇對話盒500做選擇，如第五圖所示。該種類選擇對話盒提供可使用之氣泡種類的一捲動式清單510。一使用者可使用導航按鈕520來上下捲動該清單，並可藉由選擇種類選擇按鈕530來選擇該反白的種類。

永久連接的使用案例之範圍由一使用者在酒吧、公園、派對等與遇到的人調情到更為世俗的網路化應用：於一大型會議期間加入一私有氣泡而可存取到所有參加者的聯絡資訊。多種其它使用案例可為：
‧ 在離開一咖啡廳之後，一使用者能夠詢問仍在那裏的那些人他們是否看到在該使用者曾坐過的桌子上的雨傘(皮夾、皮包等)。
‧ 研討會參加者有一方便的方式來與一研討會中的其他人做聯繫，即使該等使用者忘了要交換名片。

在一具體實施例中，氣泡可被巢化在氣泡之內。例如，一研討會的一氣泡可包含複數個分散的會期或活動之每一者的子氣泡的叢集。簽入到該氣泡中的使用者將能夠觀看關聯於該研討會的多個子氣泡，雖然該使用者可以或可能無法簽入到一子氣泡中。
如第一圖與第七圖所示之氣泡的多種具體實施例係顯示成一圓圈範圍來做說明。一氣泡的可能形狀並非要受到這樣的限制。在一具體實施例中，氣泡可由任何二維封閉圖形做界限。第九圖所示為一氣泡的一些可能形狀，其中包括橢圓910、長方形920、或任何其它多邊形，例如一六邊形930，或代表一建築物940的建築平面圖或一體育館的看台區域之一封閉圖形。氣泡甚至可採用變形蟲形狀950。另外，在一具體實施例中，一氣泡可由任何在三維空間中具有一形心的三維度封閉圖形所包圍，例如一球體或圓柱體或一方盒。這些三維氣泡可用於產生一摩天樓中樓層或在多樓層購物中心中商 店之群組的一氣泡。第十圖所示為涵蓋一摩天樓1010之兩個樓層1011與1012之一種可能的三維氣泡1000。

例如，到達一美式足球比賽的之尾門的第一個人可以產生環繞他的一氣泡。當其他人到達尾門時，加入該氣泡，且最終移動到該體育館之內時，該氣泡將需要動態地改變，成長來容納在該人群中的數千人，並反應出在該氣泡內該群眾之移動與虛擬的形心。
可使用多種因素來改變一氣泡的大小與形狀，例如像是該氣泡的初始大小、該氣泡為有效的時間，且由使用者選擇、地理位置準確性、可能成員數目、子氣泡數目、既有成員數目與氣泡種類之演算法組合所定義的一位置。

在另一示例中，一披薩店的擁有者在他的智慧型電話上查看該氣泡應用，且看到有20個人參與在附近公園處一小聯盟棒球比賽。他立即產生一交易氣泡提供在4pm與6pm之間加入到該氣泡之10個以上的人之群組有一折扣。當父母之一看到該折扣，他們決定要聯合其它父母在比賽之後加入他們去吃披薩，而非去吃漢堡。
使用者與交易氣泡的互動可包含貨幣化事件。例如，簽入到一交易氣泡的一使用者，在一交易氣泡中贖回一折價券，或是符合在一交易氣泡中提供之促銷，其即可為貨幣化事件。
在一具體實施例中，交易氣泡可基於某一事件自動地產生。例如，一交易氣泡在當一使用者產生符合氣泡選擇條件的一氣泡時可自動地產生。在另一示例中，一交易氣泡在當一已知的競爭者產生一交易氣泡時即可自動產生。在另一示例中，一交易氣泡在當一鄰近的商 業產生關於一特定產品的一交易氣泡時即可自動產生。一交易氣泡的自動產生可為一貨幣化事件。

Claims (30)

  1. 一種基於位置之社交網路方法，該方法包含：由一運算裝置於一網路上自一第一使用者接收要產生一社交網路空間的一第一請求，該第一請求包含一地理空間位置、一開始時間與一結束時間，該開始時間代表在一時間之前沒有訊息或內容可以被張貼至該社交網路空間，以及該結束時間代表在一時間之後沒有訊息或內容可以被張貼至該社交網路空間；由該運算裝置基於該請求產生該社交網路空間，該社交網路空間包含有設施用於張貼訊息來讓簽入到該社交網路空間中的使用者看到；由該運算裝置於該網路上自一第二使用者收到要簽入到該社交網路空間的一第二請求，使得該第二請求由關聯於該第二使用者的一行動裝置傳送；由該運算裝置驗證關聯於該第二請求的一第一目前時間落在該開始時間與該結束時間之間；由該運算裝置驗證該行動裝置的一第一目前地理空間位置在該地理空間位置之內；及回應於驗證該第一目前時間與該第一目前地理空間位置，由該運算裝置將該第二使用者簽入到該社交網路空間中。

  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項之方法，其中該搜尋條件包 含一地理空間位置，使得回應於決定該社交網路空間的該地理空間位置落在該第三請求的一地理空間區域之內，即造成該社交網路空間的一種表示被顯示在關聯於該第三使用者的該行動裝置上。
