Description

智慧衣
本發明是有關於一種智慧衣(smart clothing),特別是指一種包含一織布、一具有中空凸緣之塑膠膜及一形成具有中空凸圈的電路圖案之導電層的智慧衣。
目前將電子資訊技術與紡織技術結合的智慧衣,由於需要符合輕薄、可撓的要件,一般是透過將一軟性電路貼覆在一衣物上而製成。然而,該軟性電路會降低衣物的透氣性。
現有改善方式是先將碳或金屬等導體製成纖維並形成導電紗線,隨後將導電紗線與紡織紗線一起捻線或混紡後再進行織布,或是將導電紗線與紡織紗線交織(interlace)形成織布,以形成電路並連結電子元件。然而,透過上述技術製成的智慧衣,不僅需要克服量產及成本的要求,也面臨穿著或清洗時因拉扯而易造成斷路(耐用度及耐洗度不足)的問題,且對於衣物的防水性亦無助益。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種可以克服上述習知缺點的智慧衣。
於是,本發明智慧衣包含一透氣導電布,該透氣導電布包括一電絕緣的第一塑膠膜、一導電層及一織布。該第一塑膠膜包括二相反的一內表面及一外表面。該導電層形成一電路圖案以供與一電器電性連接,並形成於該第一塑膠膜的內表面。該織布包括二相反的一第一表面及一第二表面,該織布界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔,且該第一表面黏合於該第一塑膠膜的內表面及該導電層。該第一塑膠膜形成多個分別地延伸入該等微孔的中空凸緣,每一中空凸緣界定出一通道,該通道延伸穿過該內表面及該外表面,以使該第一塑膠膜具有透氣性;該電路圖案具有多個分別地延伸入該等微孔中且對應地圍繞該等中空凸緣的中空凸圈,以使該導電層具有透氣性。
本發明之功效在於:本發明智慧衣兼具良好的透氣性及防水性,且不易因拉扯而導致斷路。
以下將就本發明內容進行詳細說明:
較佳地,該通道呈一漏斗形,且沿一從該第一塑膠膜朝向該織布的方向孔徑漸縮地延伸。
較佳地,該電路圖案是以印刷方式形成於該第一塑膠膜的內表面。
較佳地,該第一塑膠膜是由一熱塑性材料所製成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚烯烴、聚酯或熱塑性彈性體。
較佳地,該導電層是由一導電油墨所製成。
較佳地,該織布包括多個經紗及多個與該等經紗交織的緯紗,以界定出其中的該等微孔。
更佳地,該電路圖案還具有多個與該等經紗相對應且彼此間隔排列的經肋段及多個與該等緯紗相對應且彼此間隔排列的緯肋段,該等經肋段及該等緯肋段互相連接形成一仿布紋理結構,以共同圍繞界定出其中的該等中空凸圈。
較佳地,該透氣導電布還包括一第二塑膠膜,黏合於該第一塑膠膜的外表面,並形成多個分別地延伸入該等中空凸緣中的通道的中空凸部。
在本發明被詳細描述之前,應當注意在以下的說明內容中,類似的元件是以相同的編號來表示。
本發明將就以下實施例來作進一步說明,但應瞭解的是,該實施例僅為例示說明之用,而不應被解釋為本發明實施之限制。
參閱圖1至圖3,本發明智慧衣之第一實施例包含:一衣物本體100及一結合在該衣物本體上的透氣導電布200。該衣物本體100及該透氣導電布200的結合方式可採用縫合、黏合或熱熔合等任何現有的結合方式。在該第一實施例中,該透氣導電布200是縫合在該衣物本體100上。
該透氣導電布200包括一電絕緣的第一塑膠膜1、一導電層2、一織布(woven fabric) 3及一黏著層4。
該第一塑膠膜1包括二相反的一內表面11及一外表面12。該導電層2形成一電路圖案以供與一電器(圖未示)電性連接,並形成於該第一塑膠膜1的內表面11。該織布3包括二相反的一第一表面31及一第二表面32,該織布3界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面31及該第二表面32的微孔(micropores) 33。
在該第一實施例中,該第一塑膠膜1的內表面11是透過該黏著層4與該織布3的第一表面31相符地熱熔黏合(melt-bonded),以形成一對應該布片3的第一表面31之布紋的壓紋紋理(embossed texture)。該第一塑膠膜1形成多個分別地延伸入該等微孔33的中空凸緣(hollow protrusions) 10,每一中空凸緣10界定出一第一通道101,該第一通道101延伸穿過該內表面11及該外表面12,以容許水氣通過並阻止水滴通過,藉此使該第一塑膠膜1具有透氣性。該第一通道101呈一漏斗形,且沿一從該第一塑膠膜1朝向該織布3的方向孔徑漸縮地延伸。
在該第一實施例中,該電路圖案是以印刷方式形成於該第一塑膠膜1的內表面11,且具有多個分別地延伸入該等微孔33中且對應地圍繞該等中空凸緣10的中空凸圈20,以使該導電層2不妨礙該等第一通道101的透氣效果而具有透氣性。
在該第一實施例中,該織布3包括多個經紗34及多個與該等經紗34交織(interlace)的緯紗35,以界定出其中的該等微孔33。可替代地,該等經紗34及該等緯紗35是編織(knit)在一起以界定出其中的該等微孔33。
該黏著層4較佳是由點狀或線狀的黏著材料所形成,以避免影響該等第一通道101的透氣效果。該黏著層4的黏著材料(如熱熔膠)可以是來自已知的商業取得的來源。
參閱圖2與圖4,以進一步說明本發明智慧衣之第一實施例的細部結構。圖4呈現出將該第一實施例的織布3及黏著層4移除,並自該移除的界面觀看該第一實施例的結構。該電路圖案還具有多個與該等經紗34相對應且彼此間隔排列的經肋段21及多個與該等緯紗35相對應且彼此間隔排列的緯肋段22,該等經肋段21及該等緯肋段22互相連接形成一對應該織布3的第一表面31之布紋的仿布紋理結構,以共同圍繞界定出其中的該等中空凸圈20。該電路圖案形成的仿布紋理結構對應於該第一塑膠膜1的內表面11形成的壓紋紋理的局部或全部。當該第一實施例的智慧衣受到拉扯,即使該織布3有少數經紗34或緯紗35斷開,該電路圖案中剩餘的互相連接的經肋段21及緯肋段22仍可維持電路的導通。
該第一實施例可由包含以下步驟的方法製得:在該織布3的第一表面31上點上一黏著材料,以在該織布3的第一表面31上形成該黏著層4;將一導電油墨印刷在該第一塑膠膜1的內表面11上,藉以形成該電路圖案;透過該黏著層4將該織布3的第一表面31黏合於該第一塑膠膜1的內表面11及該導電層2;將該黏合的第一塑膠膜1、該導電層2及該織布3一併疊置於一網狀模具(圖未示);加熱並軟化該織布3上的第一塑膠膜1;利用一抽氣裝置(圖未示)透過真空打孔技術抽吸該軟化的第一塑膠膜1,以在該第一塑膠 膜1上形成該等中空凸緣10,並同時使該電路圖案形成該等對應地圍繞該等中空凸緣10的中空凸圈20,並容許該第一塑膠膜1熱熔黏合於該織布3,藉此形成該透氣導電布200;以及使該透氣導電布200冷卻並脫離該網狀模具。
本發明的方法有利於藉由調整該第一塑膠膜1的厚度及該織布3之微孔33的直徑輕易調整該第一塑膠膜1中第一通道101的最小直徑。此外,該等中空凸緣10及該等中空凸圈20的長度可藉由調整該等微孔33的直徑而調整,且該等中空凸緣10及該等中空凸圈20的密度可藉由調整該網狀模具的網孔數目而調整。基本上,在該等中空凸緣10及該等中空凸圈20的最小直徑不變的狀況下,該等中空凸緣10及該等中空凸圈20的密度越高,該第一塑膠膜1及該導電層2的透氣性就越高。另外,在其他實施例中,亦可以使一部分該等第一通道101是盲孔(亦即未穿過該內表面11),藉此可調整該透氣導電布的防水性。
參閱圖5,本發明智慧衣之第二實施例與該第一實施例不同之處在於該透氣導電布200還包含一防水的第二塑膠膜5。在該第二實施例中,該第二塑膠膜5是黏合於該第一塑膠膜1的外表面12,且具有一內表面51及一外表面52,並形成多個分別地延伸入該等中空凸緣10中的第一通道101的中空凸部50。藉由疊置並加熱軟化該第一塑膠膜1及該第二塑膠膜5,使該第二塑膠膜5與該第一塑膠膜1熱熔黏合,接著透過真空打孔技術抽吸該軟化的第一塑膠膜1及該第二塑膠膜5。每一中空凸部50界定出一第二通道501,該第二通道501延伸穿過該內表面51及該外表面52,以容許水氣及空氣通過。相較該第一實施例而言,該第二通道501的最小直徑小於該第一通道101的最小直徑,藉此增強該透氣導電布200的防水性。
綜上所述,本發明智慧衣藉由該等中空凸緣10及該等中空凸圈20維持良好的透氣性,並透過該第一塑膠膜1達到防水及絕緣的功能。包括該第一塑膠膜1、導電層2及織布3的透氣導電布200可避免以往導電紡線易因拉扯而造成斷路的問題。此外,本發明智慧衣可透過連續性的捲狀印刷(roll printing)、黏合及真空打孔技術,即能輕易達到量產,故確實能達成本發明之目的。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種智慧衣,包含一透氣導電布,該透氣導電布包括: 一電絕緣的第一塑膠膜,包括二相反的一內表面及一外表面; 一導電層,形成一電路圖案以供與一電器電性連接,並形成於該第一塑膠膜的內表面;及 一織布,包括二相反的一第一表面及一第二表面,該織布界定出多個延伸穿過該第一表面及該第二表面的微孔,且該第一表面黏合於該第一塑膠膜的內表面及該導電層; 其中,該第一塑膠膜形成多個分別地延伸入該等微孔的中空凸緣,每一中空凸緣界定出一通道,該通道延伸穿過該內表面及該外表面,以使該第一塑膠膜具有透氣性;該電路圖案具有多個分別地延伸入該等微孔中且對應地圍繞該等中空凸緣的中空凸圈,以使該導電層具有透氣性。
  2. 如請求項1所述的智慧衣,其中,該通道呈一漏斗形,且沿一從該第一塑膠膜朝向該織布的方向孔徑漸縮地延伸。
  3. 如請求項1所述的智慧衣,其中,該電路圖案是以印刷方式形成於該第一塑膠膜的內表面。
  4. 如請求項1所述的智慧衣,其中,該第一塑膠膜是由一熱塑性材料所製成,該熱塑性材料是選自於聚烯烴、聚酯或熱塑性彈性體。
  5. 如請求項1所述的智慧衣,其中,該第一塑膠膜是熱熔黏合於該織布的第一表面。
  6. 如請求項1所述的智慧衣,其中,該導電層是由一導電油墨所製成。
  7. 如請求項1所述的智慧衣,其中,該織布包括多個經紗及多個與該等經紗交織的緯紗,以界定出其中的該等微孔。
  8. 如請求項7所述的智慧衣,其中,該電路圖案還具有多個與該等經紗相對應且彼此間隔排列的經肋段及多個與該等緯紗相對應且彼此間隔排列的緯肋段,該等經肋段及該等緯肋段互相連接形成一仿布紋理結構,以共同圍繞界定出其中的該等中空凸圈。
  9. 如請求項1所述的智慧衣,其中,該透氣導電布還包括一第二塑膠膜,黏合於該第一塑膠膜的外表面,並形成多個分別地延伸入該等中空凸緣中的通道的中空凸部。
