DE 1 97 07 437 A1揭示一種容置外殼,用於在模型航空器結構中使用之重量輕的無線電遙控裝置的多重殼體。由於技術上的原因,因為熱塑性塑膠成型並不容許材料厚度、以及因此重量變成低於某些極限,一種重量特別輕、但是足夠堅固的容置外殼係從被製做成對應完成的外型輪廓的薄膜坯件而被熱成型。為此目的而熱成型的薄膜包含有ABS、能夠熱成型、堅固化的聚苯乙烯,然而其無法將一種令人覺得特別愉快的感覺提供給手持式裝置。

注意到所描述的情況,本發明係針對提供特別的平坦以及重量輕,不過尺寸上是更加穩定的感覺及外觀改良的容置外殼的技術問題。
為了要解決這項問題,其可以被視為從射出成型的燒結陶瓷製造容置外殼;然而,這種製造技術比較花費成本,並且,因為脆性材料的作用,對於許多應用來說,產品並不能夠充分地抵抗撞擊。通常會排除用於手持式裝置的金屬容置外殼,這是因為它們實際上如果沒有特殊的外部塗層的話不夠令人感到愉悅來加以碰觸。再者,對於無線電遙控、RFID詢答機應用(例如,根據DE 1 97 17 505 C2)以及通訊裝置來說,它們對於無線點頻率是不夠通透的,以及電子元件的安裝有時需要分開的局部絕緣措施,像是在金屬外殼之內壁表面上的塗料的塗層或是塑膠內裡。

形成的部件較佳地係沒有中斷部份的下方容置外殼。然而,中斷部份亦是可能的,例如用於***插座、顯示器或是按鈕開關。中斷部份可以已經含在仍然待形成的平坦之浸漬編織或是無緯織物纖維墊的坯件之中,或是中斷部份係在形成操作期間從該坯件衝切出的。然而,中斷部份也可以只在熱成型處理程序之後被導入到形成的部件之中,以便於例如滿足在精確性及裝飾效果方面的更加嚴格的需求。
雖然容置外殼之周圍側邊邊框的自由前方邊緣並不需要符合在形成操作之後的所需的尺寸,其可以藉著修剪輕易地改正成功能性需求。更有問題的是形成在部件上之具有微小構件之功能元件的構造。雖然連續肋部或是凹槽形式的位移引導件有時候可能會在成型操作期間導入,但是在只是要局部配置的功能元件,像是軟彈性密封件及裝飾性框架的情況中,這通常是不可能的、或是至少不是立刻可能的,或是在硬彈性扣入配合或是封鎖元件(倒鉤舌狀物及嚙合開口)、裝設柱或是鉸鏈螺栓以及孔眼的情況中。
針對此項目的,可以考慮將在成型操作期間被造型來形成功能元件的另外的聚合化合物局部地運用到要被形成在容置外殼之中的墊子坯件。但是由於局部大為增加的壁部厚度,這會導致在如此不連續處的附近造成墊子性質的損傷;以及其仍然無法確保形成此局部的另外材料的機械熱作會製造出具有微小構件的功能元件,而該元件係以足夠準確的方式形成來滿足幾何的需求。
因此,根據本發明的容置外殼具有並非在成型操作期間形成在該外殼上的功能元件,而是所述功能元件僅在已經造型好的容置外殼已經被放置到射出成型模具中之後模製於該外殼上;更具體地說,所述功能元件係藉著從同樣的熱塑性材料被加以射出成型而被應用於前述模具之中位於任何結構上需要的位置,以便於在之後當它們固化時可以在射出成型操作期間堅固地與已經開始局部地熔化的形成部件結合。
將平面的聚合物坯件熱成型於三度空間上扭轉的、非常平坦的容置外殼之中正好在光滑渾圓的過渡部份的基礎上可以產生一種特別令人愉快的感覺。然而,容置外殼的外部表面可以藉著薄膜塗層或是真空金屬化的作用例如在感覺、設計以及功能方面被進一步地最佳化。這是因為已經發現到具有如此形成的部件在冷卻下來時發生收縮之後,出現在容置外殼表面上的熱壓纖維複合材料的半完成結構是很難看的、具有稍微的窪坑而不平整。對於不容易被弄髒的外部表面區域來說,由於它們是連續光滑且有光澤的,如同因為感覺的原因或是因為在形成部件上之可看見的表面也可能是必須的,另外的功能最佳化表面的最後的修整因此是適當的。
原理上適用於此的係整面薄膜的層壓應用。然而,因為壓縮成型所造成的到形成部件的側邊邊框的渾圓過渡區域,這樣的應用是很有問題的,因為此處很關鍵的是薄膜係從頭到尾接附,而使得該薄膜無法被剝除;除此之外,該薄膜必須相當地厚,以使得容置外殼不均勻的表面不會通過該薄膜產生影響。真空金屬化也會重現熱壓成型部件的不需要的表面輪廓。
注意到這些情況,本發明亦選擇地針對改善從一種纖維複合材料預浸漬體壓縮成型之容置外殼的感覺及外觀方面之表面品質的進一步技術問題。
在平滑、閃亮表面方面,用於可以看見的表面或是要被處理之表面的所需表面品質根據本發明的此項發展藉著一種較佳是多層塗料塗層而達成,所述塗料塗層根據需求係局部地受到限制;不然就是塗佈於全部的區域上。前述塗料塗層的相當厚地塗佈的基底塗層係作用如同與基板的結合劑,也就是說在容置外殼的外部表面上,並且同時係用作對表面上膠,使得該表面不平整的具有凹漥的結構在基底塗層之後不再是如此顯著的因素。在至少另一層體之中,色彩顏料係在結合劑中被塗佈於基底塗層,並且最後透明的頂層塗層係塗佈於該基底塗層,產生所需的光澤及在同時使著色較不容易退色。
在這種情況中塗料溶劑的黏性可以根據表面的規格來設定並且與要被改良的表面區域的尺寸以及拓樸有關,以便於以這種方式藉著流動性質的作用來在整個指定的表面區域上達成快速、均勻濕潤以及因此是均質的光學性質,使得此形成部件也可以當做光學元件來使用。
根據本發明另一項發展,特別是針對必須能抵抗較高機械負載並且因此必須比較硬的表面區域,較佳的是沒有溶劑、多成分,特別是二成分的塗料對於產生光澤層來說是較佳的,這是因為在其成分的化學反應的基礎上,如此的種塗料係凝結在表面上直接地以其塗層,不然就是在基底塗層上,而不需要任何的乾燥需要。
藉著使得成型的部件從平坦的熱塑性地浸漬具有長纖維的多層編織或無緯織物布料墊坯件以機械熱地被造型,而具有熱塑性地模製於已經在成型操作之後被帶入射出成型模具之中之容置外殼上的微小構件的功能元件,並且有可能在該容置外殼的外部表面上具有最後的塗層,如此創造出來的用於電氣測量、控制及通訊裝置的殼體部件,特別是用於行動電話的下方殼體部件/容置外殼,即便有著極小的壁部厚度,其係具有顯著突出的感覺及外觀、具有非常好的屈曲以及扭曲剛性。
為了要更具體地說明本發明,根據本發明類型的一個平坦的熱成型外殼係以接近比例的方式描繪於圖式之中,該外殼可以特別地當做手持式裝置的後側殼體使用,前述的外殼具有遠低於1 mm的壁部厚度,但是證明比以下的容置外殼具有顯著地更大的屈曲剛性:以傳統方式完全是以塑膠射出成型處理程序製造出而具有超過2 mm壁部厚度的並且可能相當容易地變成翹曲的相對地較軟的相同尺寸之容置外殼。
內側呈現在立體視圖中且相對於其剖面尺寸來說是非常平坦的熱成型容置外殼11具有非常和緩的彎曲壁部12,該彎曲壁部12係從頭到尾地與平坦的側邊邊框13結合,該側邊邊框13的端部的半徑很小,相對於壁部12幾乎是正交的。在固化的熱成型操作之後,前述邊框的前方邊緣14係修剪成符合功能性需求,這一點可以從它們沿著邊框的範圍看出。
在提及的邊框修整之後,為了容置外殼11與另一個殼體部件(並未描繪出來)之後的互相作用,前述熱成型以及固化容置外殼11的側邊邊框13設有以塑膠射出成型的硬彈性功能元件15,像是描繪出的鎖定鉤子,而且側邊邊框13的周圍前方邊緣14亦設有一個熱塑性材料的裝飾性或是密封框架16,該裝飾性或是密封框架16比熱成型的部件(具有側邊邊框13的壁部12)係更加軟彈性的並且具有對比的顏色。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種用於可攜式電氣裝置的平坦的容置外殼,該容置外殼係從一個具有彼此交叉之多層長纖維的熱塑性浸漬墊的平坦坯件熱成型,並具有藉著從同樣的熱塑性材料射出成型模製於其上的功能元件,其中,一個以熱塑性材料製成的裝飾性或密封框架係以射出成型模製在該容置外殼的一周圍前方邊緣上,該熱塑性材料比熱成型部件的材料更軟並且具有與該熱成型部件的材料成對比的顏色,並且用於功能性元件的射出成型材料具有與該容置外殼其他部分的材料不同的彈性、以及可能有不同的著色,其中該容置外殼具有一個被應用於其外部表面上的多層塗料塗層的基底塗層,該基底塗層的尺寸係因為墊的結構而造成不平均。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項的容置外殼,其中其壁部的厚度係大約為或小於1毫米。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項的容置外殼,其中至少一顏料層係被應用到該基底塗層並且係由一種透明的塗料層所覆蓋。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1到3項其中任一項的容置外殼,其中因為化學反應的結果而凝結的多成分的塗料係被應用於該容置外殼。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1到3項其中任一項的容置外殼,其特徵在於該容置外殼的外部表面係在設計以及功能方面藉著薄膜塗層或是真空金屬化的作用而被最佳化。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1到3項其中任一項的容置外殼,其特徵在於該墊的纖維係在它們的範圍之內被定向成可以 抵抗預期的機械負載,且所述纖維係以編織或是針織的方式編結。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1到3項其中任一項的容置外殼,其特徵在於該墊含有碳纖維,或是用於改良的無線電頻率穿透玻璃纖維或是或是可以抵抗撕裂的纖維芳香族聚醯胺(醯胺)纖維。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1到3項其中任一項的容置外殼,其特徵在於該墊係以熱塑性材料浸漬,該熱塑性材料係例如是聚氨酯為基的彈性體、聚醯胺、非晶質三共聚合物或是抗撞擊的聚碳酸酯。
  9. 一種用於製造如申請專利範圍第1到8項其中任一項之用於可攜式電氣裝置的平坦的容置外殼的方法,其係藉由以熱塑性材料浸漬一個多層交叉的長纖維墊,將經固化的墊根據熱成型模具的輪廓切削成適當尺寸,以及將切削成適當尺寸的坯件在前述模具中機械地且以熱的方式三度空間地變形,隨之在該容置外殼已經被帶入一射出成型模具之中並且一軟的彈性裝飾性或密封框架係被以射出成型模製在該容置外殼的側邊邊緣上之後,熱塑性材料的功能元件係被模製於該容置外殼上。
