具有卡退結構的推桿
本發明是有關於一種推桿,特別是指一種單向卡退的具有卡退結構的推桿。
參閱圖1,一種拋棄式安全針筒結構改良(中華民國新型專利公告號第M360049號),該拋棄式安全針筒結構改良包含一筒體11、一針頭座12,及一推桿13,該推桿13具一活塞頭131,及一卡緣133,該筒體11具有一凸緣16及二定位座111,該等定位座111分別具有一卡合槽112,該針頭座12前端具一套合段121供組合一注射針14,該針頭座12後端具有彈性的一倒勾片122,該針頭座12前端設有複數凸柱卡合塊123,當該針頭座12組入該筒體11中時,該等凸柱卡合塊123卡合於該筒體11定位座111的卡合槽112,該活塞頭131組裝有一活塞片15,該活塞頭131前端並設有一環型凸緣132;當注射藥液完畢時,可使該活塞頭131迫塞入該針頭座12中,該活塞頭131的環型凸緣132勾合於該針頭座12之倒勾片122,使該活塞頭131與該針頭座12連結一體,該活塞頭131並得使該針頭座12之凸柱卡合塊123脫離該筒體11定位座111的卡合槽112,該推桿13的活塞頭131後退連帶 使該針頭座12及該注射針14退入該筒體11中,產生收藏該針頭座12及該注射針14且不誤傷人之功效。
該拋棄式安全針筒結構改良雖可達到不誤傷人之功效,但該拋棄式安全針筒結構改良僅能藉由該活塞片15、卡緣133與該凸緣16干涉,產生防止該推桿13脫離該筒體11的作用。但是,該卡緣133與該凸緣16的配合關係如果設計太鬆,則注射針14伸入筒體11時,可能後退掉出,產生危險。若卡緣133與凸緣16的配合關係設計太緊,則一開始要將推桿13裝入筒體11前推時,則不易推動。因此,卡緣133與凸緣16的結構仍有改進之空間。
因此,本發明的目的,即在提供一種單向卡退的具有卡退結構的推桿。
於是,本發明具有卡退結構的推桿,適用於搭配一筒體,該筒體包含一凸緣,該具有卡退結構的推桿包含一桿體,及一單向卡退單元。
該單向卡退單元包括一頂抵部,及一撓折活瓣片。該頂抵部自該桿體向外延伸並能夠觸抵該凸緣,該撓折活瓣片自該桿體向外延伸且與該頂抵部相間隔,藉此,該撓折活瓣片外徑大於該頂抵部外徑,該桿體相對該筒體朝前推移使該頂抵部與該撓折活瓣片穿過該凸緣時,該凸緣頂抵該撓折活瓣片朝後傾斜,該桿體相對該筒體朝後推移時,該凸緣頂抵該撓折活瓣片,使該撓折活瓣片朝前傾斜,該 頂抵部擋住該撓折活瓣片。
本發明的功效在於:藉由該具有卡退結構的推桿的單向卡退單元在退離該筒體的過程中,與該筒體的凸緣相互頂抵,且該頂抵部擋住該撓折活瓣片的傾斜,而形成阻擋作用,產生單向卡退的效果。

圖1是一般拋棄式安全針筒結構改良的剖視圖;圖2是本發明具有卡退結構的推桿一較佳實施例配合一筒體的剖視圖;圖3是一局部圖,說明其中一單向卡退單元的一撓折活瓣片朝前推移並頂抵其中一凸緣時產生傾斜;圖4是該較佳實施例配合該筒體的另一剖視圖,說該較佳實施例的一桿體卡合該筒體的一針頭座及一套合段;圖5是一局部圖,說明該其中一單向卡退單元的撓折活瓣片朝後推移並頂抵該其中一凸緣時產生傾斜;及圖6是該較佳實施例配合該筒體的再一剖視圖。
有關本發明的前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式的一個較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。
在詳細說明前要注意的是,在整篇說明書中所使用的相對位置用語,例如“前”、“後”是以正常使用方位為基準。
參閱圖2,本發明具有卡退結構的推桿,適用於搭配一筒體2,該筒體2包含一筒身21、一結合於該筒身21的針頭座22,及三凸緣23、24、25。該筒身21包括一前端211、一反向於該前端211的後端212、一形成在前端211用以定位該針頭座22的前定位座213、一形成在該筒身21內表面並朝該前端211延伸的筒身倒勾片214,及一能夠容置該筒身倒勾片214的凹槽215。該筒身倒勾片214為環狀,且具有可擴張的彈性恢復力並用以頂抵該針頭座22。該針頭座22包括一頭座段221及一延伸自該頭座段221並用以結合一注射針3的套合段222。凸緣24、25分別環繞地形成在針頭座22而為針頭座凸緣,其中,凸緣24為第一凸緣而形成在該頭座段221內表面,凸緣25為第二凸緣而形成在該套合段222內表面,凸緣23環繞地形成在該筒身21鄰近後端212的內表面而為筒身凸緣。
參閱圖2至圖3,該具有卡退結構的推桿的較佳實施例包含一桿體4,及三單向卡退單元5、6、7。
該桿體4包括一推送端41、一鄰近該推送端41的桿身段42、一自該桿身段42反向該推送端41延伸的卡退段43,及一自該卡退段43反向該推送端41延伸的頂桿段44。該桿身段42包括一形成在該桿身段42前端的環型凸緣421,及一與該環型凸緣421相間隔且相對該環型凸緣 421鄰近該推送端41的活塞座422,該活塞座422用以結合一防止藥液洩漏的活塞片8。該卡退段43能夠容置於該針頭座22的頭座段221。該頂桿段44能夠容置於該針頭座22的套合段222。
該等單向卡退單元5、6、7分別包括一遠離該桿體4推送端41且為環型的頂抵部51、61、71,及一相對該等頂抵部51、61、71鄰近該桿體4推送端41且為環型的撓折活瓣片52、62、72。該等單向卡退單元5、6、7的頂抵部51、61、71分別自該桿身段42、該卡退段43,及該頂桿段44向外徑向延伸,該等單向卡退單元5、6、7的撓折活瓣片52、62、72分別自該桿身段42、該卡退段43,及該頂桿段44向外徑向延伸,且分別與該等頂抵部51、61、71相間隔。
需要說明的是,該具有卡退結構的推桿的外徑小於該筒體2的內徑,該筒體2的筒身21內徑大於該等撓折活瓣片52、62、72外徑,該等撓折活瓣片52、62、72的外徑分別大於該等頂抵部51、61、71的外徑,該等頂抵部51、61、71的外徑分別大於該等凸緣23、24、25的內徑,藉此,當該桿體4相對該筒體2朝一軸正向I推移使該頂抵部51與該撓折活瓣片52通過該凸緣23時,該頂抵部51能夠觸抵該凸緣23,該凸緣23頂抵該撓折活瓣片52, 使該撓折活瓣片52受力朝一軸負向II傾斜而通過該凸緣23。值得說明的是,該撓折活瓣片52具有彈性恢復力,因此,當該撓折活瓣片52通過該凸緣23時,能夠恢復原有形狀。
參閱圖2、圖4與圖5,當使用者注射藥液完畢後,可繼續推動該桿體4的推送端41朝該軸正向I推移,使該桿身段42的環型凸緣421逼退該筒身倒勾片214擴張並容置於該凹槽215中,且該卡退段43容置於該針頭座22的頭座段221,該頂桿段44容置於該針頭座22的套合段222,當該等頂抵部61、71與該撓折活瓣片62、72通過該等凸緣24、25時,該等分別形成在該卡退段43與該頂桿段44的單向卡退單元6、7的頂抵部61、71能夠分別觸抵該等分別形成在該頭座段221內表面與該套合段222內表面的凸緣24、25,該等凸緣24、25分別頂抵該撓折活瓣片62、72受力朝該軸負向II傾斜而分別通過該等凸緣24、25。值得說明的是,該等撓折活瓣片62、72具有彈性恢復力,因此,當該撓折活瓣片62、72通過該凸緣24、25時,能夠恢復原有形狀。另外,該等頂抵部51、61、71為剛性不撓,而該等撓折活瓣片52、62、72為可偏動的活瓣片,當該桿體4相對該筒體4朝該軸正向I移動時,該等撓折活瓣片52、62、72因無支撐而傾斜通過該等凸緣23、 24、25。
藉此,當使用者拉動該桿體4相對該筒體2朝該軸負向II推移時該等凸緣24、25分別頂抵該等單向卡退單元6、7的撓折活瓣片62、72朝該軸正向I傾斜時,該等頂抵部61、71分別擋住該等撓折活瓣片62、72,產生單向卡退的效果,能使該針頭座22穩固地結合該桿體4,並使該針頭座22與該注射針3隨著該桿體4退至該筒身21中。
參閱圖2、圖5與圖6,當該桿體4繼續朝該軸負向II退離該筒體2,且該形成在該筒身21內表面的凸緣23頂抵該形成在該桿身段42的撓折活瓣片52朝該軸正向I傾斜時,該抵頂部51擋住該撓折活瓣片52,產生單向卡退的效果,能避免該桿體4連同該針頭座22、該注射針3完全脫離該筒身21,而產生誤傷人的情形。值得說明的是,當該等撓折活瓣片52、62、72朝該軸正向I傾斜時,該等頂抵部51、61、71阻擋該等撓折活瓣片52、62、72繼續傾斜而無法通過該等凸緣23、24、25。主要為該等頂抵部51、61、71設定之角度與及該等撓折活瓣片52、62、72之間隙,形成該等撓折活瓣片52、62、72朝該正軸向I傾斜角度小於朝該負軸向II傾斜角度之關係。
需要說明的是,在本較佳實施例中,該具有卡退結構 的推桿包括三單向卡退單元5、6、7,該具有卡退結構的推桿也可以包括二分別形成在該桿身段42、該卡退段43或該頂桿段44其中二處的單向卡退單元5、6、7,或者,該具有卡退結構的推桿也可以僅包括一形成在該桿身段42、該卡退段43或該頂桿段44其中一處的單向卡退單元5、6、7,皆可產生單向卡退的效果。該等單向卡退單元5、6、7也可以包括複數相間隔地自該桿體4向外延伸輻射形成的撓折活瓣片(圖未示)。
值得說明的是,該筒身21與該針頭座22穩固結合方式包含且不侷限利用該筒身倒勾片214頂抵該針頭座22,也可利用一般的卡合結構結合,此為技術領域具通常知識者所能輕易變化完成,在此不再贅述。
歸納上述,本發明具有卡退結構的推桿,可獲致下述的功效及優點,故能達到本發明的目的:
一、該等凸緣23、24、25頂抵該等單向卡退單元5、6、7的撓折活瓣片52、62、72朝該軸正向I傾斜時,該等抵頂部51、61、71擋住該等撓折活瓣片52、62、72,產生單向卡退的效果。
二、該單向卡退單元5、6、7可分別形成在該桿身段42、該卡退段43及該頂桿段44中的至少一處,而產生不同單向卡退的效果。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明的較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施的範圍,即大凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋的範圍內。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種具有卡退結構的推桿,適用於搭配一筒體,該筒體包含一凸緣,該具有卡退結構的推桿,包含:一桿體;及一單向卡退單元,包括:一自該桿體向外延伸並能夠觸抵該凸緣的頂抵部;及一自該桿體向外延伸且與該頂抵部相間隔的撓折活瓣片,藉此,該撓折活瓣片外徑大於該頂抵部外徑,該桿體相對該筒體朝前推移使該頂抵部與該撓折活瓣片穿過該凸緣時,該凸緣頂抵該撓折活瓣片朝後傾斜,該桿體相對該筒體朝後推移時,該凸緣頂抵該撓折活瓣片,使該撓折活瓣片朝前傾斜,該頂抵部擋住該撓折活瓣片;其適用的筒體還包含一筒身及一結合於該筒身的針頭座,該凸緣形成於該針頭座內表面而為針頭座凸緣,其中,該具有卡退結構的推桿的桿體包括一桿身段,一延伸自該桿身段且能夠容置於該針頭座的卡退段,及一延伸自該卡退段且能夠容置於該針頭座的頂桿段,該頂抵部與該撓折活瓣片分別自該卡退段向外延伸;該筒身包括一前端、一反向於該前端的後端,一形成在該筒身內表面並朝該前端延伸而頂抵該針頭座的筒 身倒勾片,該桿身段包括一形成在該桿身段前端的環型凸緣,該桿體相對該筒體朝前推移時,該桿身段的環型凸緣迫使該筒身倒勾片擴張而不頂抵該針頭座。

  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的具有卡退結構的推桿,其適用的筒體的針頭座凸緣環繞該筒體內表面,其中,該具有卡退結構的推桿的外徑小於該筒體內徑,該頂抵部外徑大於該針頭座凸緣內徑。
