Description

具組織注射之熱療針具
本發明係關於熱療針具,詳言之,係關於具組織注射之熱療針具。
當發現腫瘤初期或分散的微小病灶時,可以利用微創腫瘤燒灼術來做治療,包括磁熱腫瘤燒灼術(electromagnetic thermoablation),無線射頻燒灼術(radiofrequency ablation,RFA)及微波燒灼術(microwave ablation,MWA),這些技術已應用於局部腫瘤治療,但其所支配的熱療針具設計複雜且昂貴,使用也欠缺注射功效,不僅費用讓許多病患無法接受治療,治療或注射針具多次地進出人體也使病人身體不適,造成許多治療上的限制。
以現有產品射頻電燒刀為例,其內部冷卻系統循環有效工作範圍僅限於尖端部分,在燒灼過程前後或者治療過程需要注射酒精或藥物時,需另外再植入針管或器械來達到需求,造成延緩治療時間,將使患者不適,提高治療風險。
因此,有必要提供一種創新且具進步性的具組織注射之熱療針具,以解決上述問題。
本發明提供一種具組織注射之熱療針具,包括:一殼體、一外針管、一內針管及一工作針管。該殼體具有一入口、一出口及一內流道,該內流道連接該入口及該出口, 用以流通注射物或冷卻物。該外針管連接該殼體,並與該內流道相連通。該內針管設置於該殼體之內流道及該外針管內,且該內針管具有至少一開孔,該至少一開孔連通該內流道,以循環流通冷卻物。該工作針管連接該外針管,以接收注射物,用以注射。
利用本發明具組織注射之熱療針具,當熱療期間有取樣或注射的需要時,僅須抽取該內針管,即可達到注射之功效,可免除習知技術需多次的移除、***熱療或注射針具之缺點,故可加快診療時間,降低治療風險,並兼具組織注射與燒灼熱療功效。
圖1顯示本發明具組織注射之熱療針具之殼體之分解示意圖。圖2顯示本發明具組織注射之熱療針具之組合示意圖。圖3顯示本發明第一實施例具組織注射之熱療針具之外針管、內針管及工作針管之分解示意圖。圖4顯示本發明第一實施例具組織注射之熱療針具之外針管、內針管及工作針管之組合示意圖。圖5顯示本發明第一實施例具組織注射之熱療針具之外針管、內針管及工作針管之局部放大組合示意圖。
配合參考圖1至圖5,本發明具組織注射之熱療針具10包括:一殼體11、一外針管13、一內針管14及一工作針管15。該殼體11具有一入口111、一出口112及一內流道113,該內流道113連接該入口111及該出口112,用以流通注射物或冷卻物。
該內針管14末端部設置於該殼體11內,連接該入口111。在本實施例中,該內流道113環繞該內針管14。
該外針管13末端部連接於殼體11內,並與該內流道113連通。該內針管14前端部設置於該外針管13內,且該內針管14具有至少一開孔141,該至少一開孔141連通該內流道113,以循環流通冷卻物,較佳地,該至少一開孔141係鄰近地設置於該內針管14之前端部。
該工作針管15連接該外針管13,以接收注射物,用以注射,且該工作針管15可用以熱療,可選用不同材料針對使用不同系統(例如:Radio Frequency、Electromagnetic或Microwave)的熱療處理來設計該工作針管15。
在本實施例中,該工作針管15具有一連接端151及一前端152,該連接端151用以設置於該外針管13內,且可使用黏著劑黏著固定。該工作針管15具有一注射孔154,用以注射。
該內針管14之前端部具有一抵頂端142,用以抵頂至該連接端151之一連通孔153。該內針管14之外徑小於該外針管13之內徑,該內針管14之外徑與該外針管13之內徑間具有一空隙,該至少一開孔141經由該空隙連通該內流道113。
因此,當本發明具組織注射之熱療針具應用於熱療時,冷卻物(例如:冷卻水)自該入口111輸入至該內針管14後,冷卻物流經該內針管14,並由該至少一開孔141流出至該空隙及該內流道113,而由該出口112流出形成冷卻循環。 且由於該內針管14之該抵頂端142抵頂至該連接端151之該連通孔153,故冷卻物不會流至該工作針管15。
當本發明具組織注射之熱療針具在熱療時須注射藥物時,可不須移除已注入至人體內之該工作針管15,僅需將該內針管14抽取移除(該內針管14為可移除的),且輸入注射物(例如:藥物)至該內流道113,注射物可經由該外針管13流至該工作針管15之該連通孔153,並由該工作針管15之該前端152及該注射孔154注入人體內。
因此,利用本發明具組織注射之熱療針具,當熱療期間有取樣或注射的需要時,僅須抽取該內針管14,即可達到注射之功效,可免除習知技術需多次的移除、***熱療或注射針具之缺點,故可加快診療時間,降低治療風險,並兼具組織注射與燒灼熱療功效。
圖6顯示本發明第二實施例具組織注射之熱療針具之外針管、內針管及工作針管之分解示意圖。圖7顯示本發明第二實施例具組織注射之熱療針具之外針管、內針管及工作針管之組合示意圖。圖8顯示本發明第二實施例具組織注射之熱療針具之外針管、內針管及工作針管之局部放大組合示意圖。
配合參考圖6至圖8,本發明第二實施例具組織注射之熱療針具20與第一實施例具組織注射之熱療針具10不同之處,係在於外針管23、內針管24及工作針管25之結構。在本實施例中,該工作針管25設置於該外針管23內,且可使用黏著劑黏著固定。該外針管23具有一前端部231,該工 作針管25具有一連接端251及一前端252,該前端部231之形狀與該前端252之形狀配合。因此,本發明第二實施例具組織注射之熱療針具係以部分該外針管23注入至人體內,以進行熱療或注射。
該內針管24具有一抵頂端242,用以抵頂至該連接端25之一連通孔253。本發明第二實施例具組織注射之熱療針具20另包括一套環26,該連接端251及該抵頂端242分別設置於該套環26的兩端內。另外,本發明第二實施例具組織注射之熱療針具20另包括一O形環27,設置於該內針管24之該抵頂端242及該至少一開孔241之間,以防止冷卻物流至該工作針管25。
同樣地,本發明第二實施例具組織注射之熱療針具可具有上述本發明第一實施例具組織注射之熱療針具之功效。
另外,本發明具組織注射之熱療針具可另包括一熱電偶(圖未示出),設置於該內針管內,或設置於該外針管之管壁,以偵測本發明具組織注射之熱療針具之溫度。
惟上述實施例僅為說明本發明之原理及其功效,而非用以限制本發明。因此,習於此技術之人士對上述實施例進行修改及變化仍不脫本發明之精神。本發明之權利範圍應如後述之申請專利範圍所列。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種具組織注射之熱療針具,包括:一殼體,具有一入口、一出口及一內流道,該內流道連接該入口及該出口,用以流通注射物或冷卻物;一外針管,連接該殼體,並與該內流道相連通;一內針管,設置於該殼體之內流道及該外針管內,且該內針管具有至少一開孔,該至少一開孔連通該內流道,以循環流通冷卻物,該內針管為可移除的;及一工作針管,連接該外針管,用以於該內針管移除後接收注射物,該工作針管具有一注射孔,用以注射。
  2. 如請求項1之熱療針具,其中該工作針管具有一連接端及一前端,該連接端用以設置於該外針管內。
  3. 如請求項2之熱療針具,其中該內針管具有一抵頂端,用以抵頂至該連接端之一連通孔。
  4. 如請求項1之熱療針具,其中該內針管之外徑小於該外針管之內徑,該內針管之外徑與該外針管之內徑間具有一空隙,該至少一開孔經由該空隙連通該內流道。
  5. 如請求項1之熱療針具,其中該工作針管設置於該外針管內,該外針管具有一前端部,該工作針管具有一連接端及一前端,該前端部之形狀與該前端之形狀配合。
  6. 如請求項5之熱療針具,其中該內針管具有一抵頂端,用以抵頂至該連接端之一連通孔。
  7. 如請求項6之熱療針具,另包括一套環,該連接端及該抵頂端分別設置於該套環的兩端內。
  8. 如請求項6之熱療針具,另包括一O形環,設置於該抵頂端及該至少一開孔之間。
  9. 如請求項1之熱療針具,另包括一熱電偶,設置於該內針管內。
  10. 如請求項1之熱療針具,另包括一熱電偶,設置於該外針管之管壁。
