先前,作為對容器主體內填充液體內容物,利用蓋供給裝置對填充有液體內容物之容器主體覆蓋合成樹脂成形蓋,將容器主體與蓋以超音波密封成密封容器之填充密封裝置,提案有一種填充包裝機械,其係於容器主體內填充內容物,對填充有內容物之容器主體覆以蓋,將容器主體與蓋密封成密封容器之填充包裝機械,其具備:容器供給裝置,其將合成樹脂製有底筒狀容器主體供給至填充裝置;填充裝置,於所供給之容器主體內填充內容物;一次蓋冷成形裝置,其由片狀蓋材成形為具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之合成樹脂製成形蓋;蓋供給裝置,其對填充有內容物之容器主體之上端開口部供給成形蓋;密封裝置,其將成形蓋密封於容器主體之上端開口部而成為密封容器;及二次蓋成形裝置,其將以一次蓋冷成形裝置成形之密封容器之蓋成形為最終蓋形狀(例如參照專利文獻1及2)。
此外,關於超音波填充密封裝置,已知一種容器超音波密封方法,其係使用具有密封作用面之超音波焊頭,對容器主體密封容器構成零件之方法,且係在使容器主體及容器構成零件之被密封部彼此重疊之狀態下,以密封作用面加壓該被密封部,於密封作用面上,使以與加壓方向平行之軸為中心之迴轉方向之超音波迴轉振動作用者(例如參照專利文獻3),或又已知一種使用於超音波密封之包裝用容器,其具備:於上端開口周緣具有凸緣部之合成樹脂製之容器主體;及容器蓋,其具有頂板部及從該頂板部周緣設成垂下狀之裙部,該頂板部被熱封於前述容器主體之凸緣部上面;且,該包裝用容器於前述凸緣部之外緣上端具有第1切口部(例如參照專利文獻4)。

本發明之課題係提供一種連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其係於容器主體內填充液體內容物,利用蓋供給裝置對填充有液體內容物之容器主體覆以成形蓋,並將容器主體與蓋熱封成密封容器者,其中具備密封裝置,該密封裝置可大幅降低因成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體而引起之密封不良之產生。
本發明者等先前已開發出一種連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其係於容器主體內填充液體內容物,利用蓋供給裝置對填充有125 ml液體內容物之容器主體覆以成形蓋,並將容器主體與蓋超音波密封成密封容器者,其具有每1小時可填充33000支之高生產能力,但發現每數萬支~數十萬支中有1支的比例之密封不良之製品。並且,該密封不良之原因之一係在成形蓋未載置於容器主體之情形時,若以密封裝置進行密封,會有填充內容物之液體附著於密封作用面之情形,當液體附著於密封作用面之情形時,已知密封裝置之熱會使液體乾燥成附著物。再者,只要不加以清理則附著物便不會被完全除去而殘留,因此較不衛生,且有作為異物而混入之虞。又,密封裝置為超音波密封裝置,尤其在具備使將加壓成形蓋與容器主體之加壓方向為軸之中心之迴轉方向之超音波迴轉振動作用之超音波焊頭之密封裝置之情形中,發現若在作為迴轉振動器之超音波焊頭之作用面與成形蓋表面之間存在液體,則會在焊頭之作用面與成形蓋表面之間產生溜滑,使得迴轉振動無法充分傳達至成形蓋,導致成形蓋背面與容器主體間之發熱衰減而成為密封不良。再者,在具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之合成樹脂製成形蓋未正常載置於容器主體之情形中,亦發現隨載置之偏差而產生之蓋主體周緣部正下方之密封不良。因此,於蓋供給裝置之下游側配設蓋檢測裝置,設置使利用該蓋檢測裝置而判定為成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體之容器台上之容器不上升至與密封作用面壓接之容器台下降控制機構,以避免與密封作用面之接觸而搬送至下一步驟,發現藉此可大幅改善上述密封不良,於是完成本發明。
本發明係關於(1)一種連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其特徵在於:其係於容器主體內填充液體內容物,對填充有液體內容物之容器主體覆以蓋,並將容器主體與蓋密封成密封容器之填充包裝機械,其具備:填充裝置,其在容器主體迴轉移動期間於容器內填充內容物;蓋供給裝置,其對從填充裝置移載而來且填充有液體內容物之容器主體之上端開口部供給成形蓋;蓋檢測裝置,其配設於蓋供給裝置之下游側;及密封裝置,其具備:升降機構,其具有在載置有成形蓋之容器主體迴轉移動期間將成形蓋熱封於容器主體之上端開口部而成為密封容器之密封作用面,及使載置有容器主體之容器台升降之凸輪機構,且,該升降機構係以於容器台之上死點使容器主體上之成形蓋與密封作用面壓接之方式構成;及容器台下降控制機構,其利用前述蓋檢測裝置,使經判定為成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體上之容器之容器台不上升至前述上死點;(2)如上述(1)之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中蓋檢測裝置具備:用以檢測搬送而來之容器之一對光電感測器,及用以檢測成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體上之容器之雷射感測器;(3)如上述(1)或(2)之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置之升降機構具備將容器台往上推之彈簧,於密封時利用彈簧之推壓力而使容器主體上之成形蓋與密封作用面壓接。
又,本發明(4)如上述(3)之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置之升降機構具備:固定於下支持板之載置台,與升降自如地安裝於載置台上方之容器台;前述載置台包含:固定於下支持板之固定板、設於固定板上方之導筒、及於垂下狀地設於固定板之筒狀托架;前述容器台包含:載置容器之容器載置板、設於容器載置板的上面且將容器載置板上之容器定位之容器支架、及垂下狀地設於容器載置板之筒狀裙部;於前述導筒內設有可升降自如地滑動導筒內之升降體,前述容器台之筒狀裙部可滑動地設於載置台之導筒之外面,在升降體上端與容器載置板下面之間設置從下側支撐容器台之彈簧,於載置台之導筒上設置長孔,在對應於該長孔之升降體之位置安裝軸,於該軸之前端設置凸輪從動件,且,以藉由設於密封裝置之下支持板外方之凸輪而引導凸輪從動件,並藉由凸輪從動件之動作使導筒內之升降體進行升降動作之方式構成;(5)如上述(1)~(4)中任一項之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置之容器台下降控制機構具備流體壓氣缸,該流體壓氣缸係用以抵抗彈簧之推壓力對容器台之上推,而對容器台進行下拉控制;(6)如上述(5)之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置之容器台下降控制機構具備:剖面逆T字狀之被限制構件,其垂下狀地安裝於容器載置板下面中央部,且設在以相對於升降體滑動自如地貫通於升降體之中央部之方式延伸之升降限制桿之下端部;流體壓氣缸,其以氣缸桿朝上之方式安裝於載置台之筒狀托架上;及大致C字狀限制構件,其設於氣缸桿前端,且,藉由以使氣缸桿保持退入狀態之方式進行控制,而利用前述限制構件經由被限制構件限制容器台之上升;(7)如上述(5)或(6)之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中流體壓氣缸係氣壓缸;(8)如上述(1)~(7)中任一項之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置係具備超音波焊頭之密封裝置,該超音波焊頭係使以加壓成形蓋與容器主體之加壓方向為軸之中心之迴轉方向之超音波迴轉振動作用;(9)如上述(8)之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中成形蓋係具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之合成樹脂製成形蓋。
根據本發明之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,於蓋供給裝置之下游側配設蓋檢測裝置,避免利用該蓋檢測裝置而判定成形蓋未載置於容器主體上或未正常載置之容器與密封作用面之接觸而搬送至下一步驟之方式進行控制,藉此可大幅降低密封不良。
作為本發明之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,若為以下者則無特別限制:一種於容器主體內填充液體內容物,對填充有液體內容物之容器主體覆以蓋,將容器主體與蓋密封成密封容器之填充包裝機械,其具備:填充裝置,其在容器主體迴轉移動期間於容器內填充內容物;蓋供給裝置,其對從填充裝置移載而來且填充有液體內容物之容器主體之上端開口部供給成形蓋;蓋檢測裝置,其配設於蓋供給裝置之下游側;及密封裝置,其具備:升降機構,其具有在載置有成形蓋之容器主體迴轉移動期間將成形蓋熱封於容器主體之上端開口部而成為密封容器之密封作用面,及使載置有容器主體之容器台升降之凸輪機構,且,該升降機構係以於容器台之上死點容器主體上之成形蓋與密封作用面壓接之方式構成;及容器台下降控制機構,其利用前述蓋檢測裝置,使經判定為成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體上之容器之容器台不上升至前述上死點;而作為上述容器主體,可較佳例示瓶狀合成樹脂製容器主體等之合成樹脂製有底筒狀容器主體。又,作為上述蓋,係具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之成形蓋,例如可較佳例示含合成樹脂製成形蓋或金屬箔層之成形蓋。上述蓋如為具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之合成樹脂製成形蓋之情形時,較佳為具備由片狀蓋材成形具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之合成樹脂製成形蓋之一次蓋冷成形裝置,及將以一次蓋冷成形裝置所成形之密封容器之成形蓋成形為最終蓋形狀之二次蓋成形裝置。
又,本發明之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械亦可具備容器供給裝置,作為上述容器供給裝置,只要是可將容器主體供給至填充裝置之裝置則無特別限制,例如可使用具備容器整立裝置、搬送輸送機、螺旋輸送機、將容器主體供給至填充裝置之入口星形輪等之眾所周知者。使用該容器供給裝置時,可利用容器整立裝置,將以任意朝向供給之瓶狀合成樹脂製容器以其上端開口部朝向上方之方式整立並於搬送輸送機載置成1列,載置於搬送輸送機之容器被搬送至下游側,於搬送帶下游部利用螺旋輸送機而整齊排列成特定間距,然後將經整齊排列之容器經由入口星形輪向填充裝置供給。
作為上述填充裝置,只要是在由容器供給裝置供給之容器主體迴轉移動期間可對容器內填充液體內容物之裝置,則無特別限制,例如可使用具有填充液槽罐、於填充液槽罐周緣部下面以等間隔朝下設有特定數之填充噴嘴、設於填充噴嘴下方之填充噴嘴對應位置之容器載置台、安裝有容器載置台之回轉台之先前眾所周知者,其中,33000支/小時之高速填充,較佳為使容器成為密閉狀態而一面吸除空氣一面填充之真空填充裝置。使用該填充裝置時,可在容器載置台上之容器迴轉期間使容器載置台或填充噴嘴升降而填充內容物。
作為上述蓋供給裝置,只要是對從填充裝置移載而來且填充有液體內容物之容器主體之上端開口部供給成形蓋、較佳為具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之合成樹脂製成形蓋之裝置,則無特別限制,使藉由蓋成形機構成形之蓋下落至下方之蓋送進裝置(滑槽),將一個個的蓋覆蓋於以中間星形輪等搬送之容器之上端開口部。除具備上述蓋衝壓成形裝置等之一次蓋冷成形裝置或冷成形用片狀蓋材外,針對容器主體或二次蓋成形裝置,於前述專利文獻1中已有詳述。
作為上述蓋檢測裝置,較佳為配設於中間星形輪之蓋供給裝置之下游側,可檢測成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體之容器者,可例示具備用以檢測搬送而來之容器之一對光電感測器,與用以檢測成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體之容器之雷射感測器之蓋檢測裝置;或檢測搬送而來之容器,且用以檢測成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體之容器之CCD攝像機等。使用該蓋檢測裝置時,若光電感測器檢測出被搬送之容器,則雷射感測器對容器開口部發射雷射光,以感測器檢測其反射光量,測量從雷射光之發射至檢測出反射光為止之時間及光量,而藉由判定程式確認成形蓋是否載置或是否正常載置於容器主體上,或是利用CCD攝像機之攝像結果,可由判定程式確認成形蓋是否載置或是否正常載置於容器主體上。
作為上述密封裝置,除超音波熱封裝置或高頻熱封裝置外,可例示將加熱構件按壓於被密封構件,使加熱構件之熱直接作用於被密封部之熱封裝置,但較佳為使用可坐收本發明之最大效果之超音波熱封裝置。作為該超音波熱封裝置,係可將成形蓋密封於容器主體之上端開口部而成為密封容器之裝置,可較佳例示例如具備以下機構之裝置:超音波焊頭,其在載置有經由中間星形輪供給之成形蓋之容器主體迴轉移動期間,將成形蓋超音波密封於容器主體之上端開口部成密封容器,使以加壓成形蓋與容器主體之加壓方向為軸之中心之迴轉方向之超音波迴轉振動發揮作用(參照專利文獻3);升降機構,其具有使載置有容器主體之容器台升降之凸輪機構,且以於容器台上之死點使容器主體上之成形蓋與超音波焊頭之作用面壓接之方式構成;及容器台下降控制機構,其使利用前述蓋檢測裝置而判定成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體上之容器之容器台不上升至前述上死點;於上述超音波焊頭之作用面上,為加強該作用面與成形蓋表面間之摩擦力,較佳預先設有放射狀之槽。又,具備上述超音波焊頭之超音波熔接機,其頻率為15~50 kHz,較佳為20~30 kHz,振幅為16~126 μm,較佳為可藉由對接著面賦予70~80 μm之超音波迴轉振動而進行。例如將冷成形於聚苯乙烯系樹脂容器開口部之蓋密封成密封容器之情形中,較佳為以100~120 N加壓成形蓋與容器主體,且頻率為20~30 kHz,輸出為50~500 w/個,密封時間為0.2~1秒等,在如此條件下熔接之飲料容器等之樹脂容器之蓋可以手剝離,可以8~12 N之力剝離。且可獲得即使不慎使密封容器掉落、蓋亦不會剝離之剝離強度。又,作為上述高頻熱封裝置,可例示一種高頻密封裝置,其具備加熱成形蓋之容器口緣部對應部份之環狀之感應加熱用線圈;將蓋按壓於容器口緣部之環狀耐熱彈性體;及使磁通集中而增加加熱效果之磁性體。
作為上述密封裝置之升降機構,可例示一種升降機構,其具備將容器台上推之彈簧,且較佳為具有密封時利用彈簧之推壓力而使容器主體上之成形蓋與密封作用面壓接之機構者,更具體言之,其具備固定於下支持板之載置台,與升降自如地安裝於載置台上方之容器台,前述載置台具有:固定於下支持板之固定板、設於固定板上方之導筒、及垂下狀地設於固定板上之筒狀托架;前述容器台具有:載置容器之容器載置板、設於容器載置板的上面且將容器載置板上之容器定位之容器支架、及垂下狀地設於容器載置板上之筒狀裙部;於前述導筒內設有可升降自如地滑動導筒內之升降體,前述容器台之筒狀裙部可滑動地設於載置台之導筒之外面,在升降體上端與容器載置板之下面之間設置從下側支撐容器台之彈簧,於載置台之導筒上設有長孔,在對應於該長孔之升降體之位置安裝軸,於該軸之前端設置凸輪從動件,且,以藉由設於密封裝置之下支持板外方之凸輪而引導凸輪從動件,並藉由凸輪從動件之動作使導筒內之升降體進行升降動作之方式構成。
作為上述密封裝置之容器台之下降控制機構,可例示一種具備用以抵抗彈簧之推壓力對容器台之上推、而對容器台進行拉下控制之流體壓氣缸,更具體言之,較佳為具備:剖面T字狀之被限制構件,其垂下狀地安裝於容器載置板下面中央部,將升降體之中央部設於以相對於升降體滑動自如地貫通之方式伸長之升降限制桿之下端部;流體壓氣缸,其以氣缸桿朝上之方式安裝於載置台之筒狀托架上;及大致C字狀限制構件,其設於氣缸桿之前端;且,藉由以使氣缸桿保持退入狀態之方式進行控制,而利用前述限制構件經由被限制構件限制容器台之上升。又,作為上述流體壓氣缸,可較佳例示氣壓缸。
以下,參照附圖更具體說明本發明之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,但本發明之技術範圍不限於該等例示;亦即,本發明之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械之1實施形態,係於容器主體內填充液體內容物,對填充有液體內容物之容器主體覆以蓋,將容器主體與蓋超音波密封成密封容器之填充包裝機械,其具備:容器供給裝置,其將合成樹脂製有底筒狀容器主體供給至填充裝置,且具有入口星形輪;填充裝置,其在經由入口星形輪供給之容器主體迴轉移動期間於容器內填充液體內容物;蓋供給裝置,其具有中間星形輪,對填充有從填充裝置移載至中間星形輪之液體內容物之容器主體之上端開口部,供給具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之合成樹脂製成形蓋;蓋檢測裝置,其配設於中間星形輪之蓋供給裝置之下游側;超音波焊頭,其在載置有經由中間星形輪供給之成形蓋之容器主體迴轉移動期間,將成形蓋超音波密封於容器主體之上端開口部而成為密封容器,使以與加壓成形蓋與容器主體之加壓方向平行之軸為中心之迴轉方向之超音波迴轉振動作用;及超音波密封裝置,其具備:升降機構,其具有使載置有容器主體之容器台升降之凸輪機構,且以於容器台之上死點使容器主體上之成形蓋與超音波焊頭之作用面壓接之方式構成;及容器台下降控制機構,其使利用前述蓋檢測裝置而判定為成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體上之容器之容器台不上升至前述上死點。
圖1係以全體平面圖顯示33000支/小時之高速填充用連續迴轉式填充包裝機械之一實施形態。如圖1所示,本發明之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械之概要係具備:容器供給裝置20,其將合成樹脂製有底筒狀容器主體供給至填充裝置;填充裝置30,其於所供給之容器主體內填充內容物;一次蓋冷成形裝置50,其由片狀蓋材成形具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之合成樹脂製成形蓋;蓋供給裝置60,其對填充有內容物之容器主體之上端開口部供給成形蓋P;蓋檢測裝置70,其配設於蓋供給裝置之下游側;密封裝置100,其將成形蓋P密封於容器主體B之上端開口部而成為密封容器;容器搬出裝置80,其搬出經密封之密封容器;及二次蓋成形裝置90,其將以一次蓋冷成形裝置50成形之密封容器之成形蓋P成形為最終蓋形狀。
上述容器供給裝置20具備容器整立裝置21、搬送輸送機22、螺旋輸送機23,容器整立裝置21中,將以任意朝向供給之瓶狀之合成樹脂製有底筒狀容器主體B以其上端開口部朝向上方之方式整立,並於搬送輸送機22載置成1列。載置於搬送輸送機上之容器主體B被搬送至下游側,於搬送輸送機下游部利用螺旋輸送機23整齊排列成特定間距。經整齊排列之容器主體B經由入口星形輪24向填充裝置30供給。填充裝置30中,在容器迴轉移動於裝置內期間從40支真空填充噴嘴(未圖示)向容器內填充液體內容物。填充有液體內容物之容器被轉移至中間星形輪40。
於連續迴轉式填充包裝機械之填充裝置30附近設有一次蓋冷成形裝置50。一次蓋冷成形裝置50中,將合成樹脂製片狀蓋材衝壓成大致圓盤狀,且將經衝壓之蓋材成形為剖面大致字狀,即由圓盤狀蓋主體、與從蓋主體周緣部設成垂下狀之裙部組成之成形蓋P。將成形之蓋P覆蓋於由蓋供給裝置60以中間星形輪40搬送之容器主體B之上端開口部。並且,利用配設於中間星形輪40之蓋供給裝置60之下游側之蓋檢測裝置70,檢測於容器主體B上未載置或未正常載置成形蓋P之容器。
接著,將填充有內容物之容器從中間星形輪40向超音波密封裝置100供給。超音波密封裝置100中,以於蓋檢測裝置70中判定正常載置有成形蓋之容器為對象,在容器移動於密封裝置內期間對容器進行超音波密封成形蓋P,並將密封容器向容器搬出裝置80搬送。又,於蓋檢測裝置70中判定為未載置或未正常載置有成形蓋P之容器,則在控制避免成形蓋P與焊頭108接觸之狀態下,向容器搬出裝置80搬送。
容器搬出裝置80由搬出星形輪81、搬出輸送機82與螺旋輸送機83構成,密封容器經由搬出星形輪81而載置於搬出輸送機82上。載置於搬出輸送機82上之密封容器向下游側搬送,於搬出輸送機下游部利用螺旋輸送機83整齊排列成特定間距。經整齊排列之密封容器經由入口星形輪91向二次蓋成形裝置90供給。二次蓋成形裝置90中,在密封容器於裝置內移動時,將密封於容器主體之成形蓋P二次成形,成為最終形狀之密封容器。最終形狀之密封容器經由出口星形輪92向下一步驟搬送。又,於蓋成形裝置70中判定為未載置或末正常載置有成形蓋之容器,則在載置於搬出輸送機82後藉由緊接設置之容器排出機構(未圖示)排出。容器排出機構將搬出輸送機82上之無蓋容器利用鼓風向輸送機旁之滑道狀之滑槽噴吹,以滑槽而向機外排出。
圖2係顯示蓋檢測裝置70之(a)平面圖與(b)正面圖。如圖2(b)所示,相對於容器搬送方向正交之面上,且以由搬送而來之容器將連結一對光電感測器71之感測器收發部間之線段截斷之方式,將一對光電感測器71固設於托架73上。當容器被搬送至設於中間星形輪40之蓋檢測裝置70時,則容器會截斷一對光電感測器間之光,藉由光之變化而檢測出有容器被搬送來。當光電感測器檢測出有容器被搬送來時,則由同樣固設於前述托架之雷射感測器72對容器開口端發射雷射光,以感測器檢測其後之反射光量。然後,測量從雷射光之發射至檢測出反射光為止之時間及光量,從而檢測成形蓋是否覆蓋或是否正常載置於容器上。
圖3係顯示超音波密封裝置100之全體圖(縱剖面圖)。超音波密封裝置100具備:上支持板102,於其周緣部以等間隔固設有30個超音波熔接機101;及下支持板104,其於超音波熔接機下方之相對位置固設有30個容器台103。上支持板102及下支持板104固定於密封裝置之驅動軸105上。又,於各超音波熔接機之上方,設有密封裝置之控制裝置106。超音波熔接機101包含固設於上支持板102之熔接機主體107,與從熔接機主體107向下方突出,且於下端具有密封作用面之圓棒狀之焊頭108。超音波熔接機中內藏有未圖示之使超音波迴轉振動作用之振動器,利用該振動器向焊頭之密封作用面傳遞迴轉振動。載置容器並將容器之上端經由覆蓋於容器之蓋而按壓於焊頭108之容器台103,係經由載置台111而安裝於下支持板104上。
圖4係顯示於容器主體上覆以蓋之情形之超音波密封裝置101之局部放大圖,圖4(a)係顯示從中間星形輪40向超音波密封裝置100供給之時間點之局部放大圖,圖4(b)係顯示密封時之局部放大圖。密封裝置100具備固定於下支持板110之載置台111,與於載置台上方升降自如之容器台103。載置台111由固定於下支持板104之固定板112、設於固定板上方之導筒113、及垂下狀地設於固定板之筒狀托架114而構成。容器台103由載置容器之容器載置板115、設於容器載置板上面且將容器載置板上之容器定位之容器支架116、及垂下狀地設於容器載置板之筒狀裙部118而構成。再者,於容器支架外方設有利用容器台導引容器之搬送路線之外側之導引構件109。
導筒113內設有可內升降自如地滑動於導筒之升降體117,容器台103之裙部118可滑動地設於載置台之導筒之外面。在升降體117上端與容器載置板115下面之間設有彈簧119,利用彈簧而從下側支撐容器台103。
於載置台111之導筒113上設有長孔,在與升降體117之長孔對應之位置上安裝有軸,於該軸之前端設有凸輪從動件120。又,於密封裝置之下支持板外方設有凸輪121。在對密封裝置100供給容器之供給位置(參照圖4(a))上,利用上下一對上凸輪121(a)及下凸輪121(b)而引導凸輪從動件120,利用轉動下凸輪上之凸輪從動件之動作,使填充有液體之容器主體順暢地被導入密封裝置。然後,在上凸輪121(a)消失而下凸輪121(b)上升之密封位置上,利用轉動下凸輪上之凸輪從動件120之引導而使導筒內之升降體117進行升降動作。
於容器載置板下面中央部垂下狀地安裝有升降限制桿122。升降限制桿122以相對於升降體117滑動自如地貫通於升降體117之中央之方式延伸,於升降限制桿122之下部設有阻擋器123,以使升降限制桿122不會從升降體117中向上方突出而脫落之方式予以限制。於升降限制桿122之下端部設有剖面逆T字狀之被限制構件124。
於載置台之筒狀托架114上,以使氣缸桿125朝上之方式安裝有氣壓缸126。於氣缸桿前端設有大致C字狀限制構件127。
圖4係顯示成形蓋正常載置於容器主體之狀態下,容器供給至密封位置100之情形之密封裝置之動作。此情形時,如圖4所示,通過密封裝置之密封動作,使氣壓缸126之氣缸桿125保持伸長之狀態。若利用下凸輪121(b)經由凸輪從動件120而使升降體117於導筒內上升,則容器台亦會經由彈簧而上升,容器台上之容器被按壓於超音波熔接機之超音波焊頭下端之密封作用面,於按壓狀態下藉由密封作用面之迴轉反復動作使成形蓋亦迴轉反復振動,而利用與固定之容器主體間產生之摩擦熱,將容器主體B與成形蓋P密封。此時,由於通過密封裝置之密封動作而使氣壓缸之氣缸桿125保持伸長之狀態,因此容器台103之上升不受限制構件127所限制。
圖5係顯示在成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體之狀態下,對密封裝置供給容器P之情形之密封裝置100之動作。若蓋檢測裝置70於中間星形輪40檢測出成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於填充有液體之容器主體之狀態時,則如圖5所示,通過密封裝置之密封動作,以使對應於該容器之氣壓缸之氣缸桿125保持退入狀態之方式進行控制。即,若利用下凸輪121經由凸輪從動件120使升降體117於導筒內上升,則容器台亦會經由彈簧119而上升,但由於限制構件127限制容器台之上升,因此可避免容器主體與焊頭之密封作用面接觸,容器不會經由蓋而被按壓於焊頭。
如上述,下凸輪121(b)從自密封裝置100之中間星形輪40之移載位置向上升之密封位置起,直至從上升之密封位置向下降之搬出星形輪81之移載位置遍及周面而連續設置,受下凸輪引導使凸輪從動件於下凸輪上面轉動,而重複低位水平周運動、上升周運動、高位水平周運動、下降周運動、低位水平周運動,但上凸輪121(a)係於自密封裝置之中間星形輪40之移載位置附近,及向密封裝置之搬出星形輪81之移載位置附近不連續地設置,用以確實引導自中間星形輪40之移載及向搬出星形輪81之移載者。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其特徵在於:其係於容器主體內填充液體內容物,對填充有液體內容物之容器主體覆以蓋,並將容器主體與蓋密封成密封容器者,且具備:填充裝置,其在容器主體迴轉移動期間於容器內填充液體內容物;蓋供給裝置,其對從填充裝置移載而來且填充有液體內容物之容器主體之上端開口部供給成形蓋;蓋檢測裝置,其配設於蓋供給裝置之下游側;及密封裝置,其具備:升降機構,其具有在載置有成形蓋之容器主體迴轉移動期間將成形蓋熱封於容器主體之上端開口部而成為密封容器之密封作用面,及使載置有容器主體之容器台升降之凸輪機構,且該升降機構係以於容器台之上死點使容器主體上之成形蓋與密封作用面壓接之方式構成;及容器台下降控制機構,其使利用前述蓋檢測裝置而判定為成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體上之容器之容器台不上升至前述上死點。
  2. 如請求項1之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中蓋檢測裝置具備:用以檢測搬送而來之容器之一對光電感測器,及用以檢測成形蓋未載置或未正常載置於容器主體上之容器之雷射感測器。
  3. 如請求項1或2之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置之升降機構具備將容器台往上推之彈簧,於密封時利 用彈簧之推壓力而使容器主體上之成形蓋與密封作用面壓接。
  4. 如請求項3之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置之升降機構具備:固定於下支持板之載置台,與升降自如地安裝於載置台上方之容器台;前述載置台包含:固定於下支持板之固定板、設於固定板上方之導筒、及垂下狀地設於固定板之筒狀托架;前述容器台包含:載置容器之容器載置板、設於容器載置板的上面且將容器載置板上之容器定位之容器支架、及垂下狀地設於容器載置板之筒狀裙部;於前述導筒內設有可升降自如地滑動導筒內之升降體,前述容器台之筒狀裙部可滑動地設於載置台之導筒之外面,在升降體上端與容器載置板下面之間設置從下側支撐容器台之彈簧,於載置台之導筒上設有長孔,在對應於該長孔之升降體之位置安裝軸,於該軸之前端設置凸輪從動件,且,以藉由設於密封裝置之下支持板外方之凸輪而引導凸輪從動件,並藉由凸輪從動件之動作使導筒內之升降體進行升降動作之方式構成。
  5. 如請求項1之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置之容器台下降控制機構具備流體壓氣缸,該流體壓氣缸係用以抵抗彈簧之推壓力對容器台之上推,而對容器台進行下拉控制。
  6. 如請求項5之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置之容器台下降控制機構具備:剖面逆T字狀之被限制構 件,其垂下狀地安裝於容器載置板下面中央部,且設在以相對於升降體滑動自如地貫通於升降體之中央部之方式延伸之升降限制桿之下端部;流體壓氣缸,其以氣缸桿朝上之方式安裝於載置台之筒狀托架上;及大致C字狀限制構件,其設於氣缸桿前端;且,藉由以使氣缸桿保持退入狀態之方式進行控制,而利用前述限制構件經由被限制構件限制容器台之上升。
  7. 如請求項5之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中流體壓氣缸係氣壓缸。
  8. 如請求項1之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中密封裝置係具備超音波焊頭之密封裝置,該超音波焊頭係使以加壓成形蓋與容器主體之加壓方向為軸之中心之迴轉方向之超音波迴轉振動發揮作用。
  9. 如請求項1之連續迴轉式填充包裝機械,其中成形蓋係具有圓盤狀蓋主體與垂下狀地設於蓋主體周緣部之裙部之合成樹脂製成形蓋。
