Description

換刀裝置
本發明涉及一種換刀裝置,尤其涉及一種具有較好之夾取功能之換刀裝置。
習知之換刀裝置一般包括裝設有刀具之刀庫、旋轉伸縮氣缸及夾取組件,該旋轉伸縮氣缸驅動該夾取組件從該刀庫上夾取刀具並將刀具對應裝設於刀座上。然,當夾取組件之加工或裝配之精度不夠高時,會使得夾取組件與刀具之間存於一定之間隙,導致夾取組件與刀具之間之接觸面不能始終緊密之貼合。是故造成夾取組件夾取刀具時發生夾不緊,從而降低換刀裝置之夾取精度。
鑒於上述內容,有必要提供一種夾取精度較高之換刀裝置。
一種換刀裝置,其包括裝有刀具之刀庫、夾取部件及旋轉伸縮氣缸,該旋轉伸縮氣缸與該刀庫相鄰裝設,用於夾取該刀庫上之刀具,該夾取部件包括換刀臂及分別裝設於該換刀臂二端部之二夾取組件,該旋轉伸縮氣缸與換刀臂相連且能夠驅動換刀臂進行旋轉與伸縮運動。每夾取組件包括裝設件、彈性件、活塞及複數抵持件,該裝設件裝設於換刀臂上,且該裝設件之週壁上貫通開設有複數裝配孔。該彈性件與該活塞套設於該裝設件上,且該彈性件的二端部分別與該裝設件及該活塞彈性抵持,該複數抵持件分 別活動地裝設於裝設件上的複數裝配孔內並與活塞相抵持,該旋轉伸縮氣缸包括缸體、導向件及活塞件,該缸體內設有收容槽,該缸體上開設有與該收容槽相通之進氣孔與出氣孔,該導向件收容並裝設於該收容槽內,該活塞件活動地套設於該導向件上並與刀臂固定連接,使該活塞件相對該缸體運動以帶動換刀臂進行旋轉與伸縮運動。
該換刀裝置之夾取組件藉由外接氣源提供之推動力,使該活塞推動該抵持件,以使該抵持件緊密夾緊刀具,即使於夾取時或者後續因磨損而使二者之間產生間隙時,也可利用該推動力使間隙減小或消除,從而提高該夾取組件作業時之夾取精度。

下面將結合附圖及具體實施方式對本發明進一步之詳細說明。
請參見圖1及圖2,本發明實施方式之換刀裝置100包括一刀庫10、裝設於刀庫10下方之旋轉伸縮氣缸30、裝設於旋轉伸縮氣缸30一端並由該旋轉伸縮氣缸30驅動之夾取部件50。
刀庫10包括固定座11、間隔分割器13、驅動件15、刀盤17及多把刀具19。間隔分割器13裝設於固定座11上,刀盤17裝設於間隔分割器13上,驅動件15與間隔分割器13連接,用以驅動裝設於間隔分割器13上之刀盤17運動,複數刀具19沿刀盤17之週緣間隔裝設。
固定座11呈工字狀,其一端與旋轉伸縮氣缸30固定連接,另一端與間隔分割器13固定連接。
刀盤17呈圓盤狀。其週緣上有間隔地貫通開設有複數裝設孔(圖未示),用於裝設刀具19。
請一併參閱圖4,旋轉伸縮氣缸30包括缸體31,導向件33、活塞件35及二導向桿37。導向件33固定裝設於缸體31內,活塞件35套設於導向件33上,且與缸體31活動地裝設於一起。二導向桿37相對裝設於缸體31末端面上。缸體31內沿其軸向方向開設有收容槽311,用於收容活塞件35。缸體31一側面上貫通開設有與收容槽311相通之進氣孔313及出氣孔315。進氣孔313與出氣孔315分別與二外接氣源連接,且向缸體31內通氣。
導向件33收容於缸體31內,且其一端固定裝設於缸體31底面。導向件33呈圓柱狀,其週壁上由一端朝向另一端依次凹設有二滑行槽331、四旋轉槽333及二定位槽335。二滑行槽331沿導向件33之軸向方向凹設延伸,以使活塞件35能夠相對導向件33實現直線伸縮運動。四旋轉槽333沿導向件33之週緣凹設於導向件33上,每旋轉槽333與滑行槽331形成一定角度設置,且每旋轉槽333二端部分別與滑行槽331與定位槽335連接,以使活塞件35能夠相對導向件33沿圓週方向實現90度旋轉運動。定位槽335凹設於導向件 33遠離滑行槽331之一端,用以防止活塞件35相對導向件33繼續滑動。
活塞件35呈中空圓柱狀,其收容於缸體31內,活動地套設於導向件33上,使活塞件35沿導向件33之滑行槽331、旋轉槽333及定位槽335滑動,以使旋轉伸縮氣缸30實現旋轉伸縮運動。
本實施方式中,導向桿37之數量為二,其呈圓柱狀。二導向桿37相對平行裝設於缸體31末端面上,且分別穿過夾取部件50。
請一併參閱圖3及圖5,夾取部件50裝設於旋轉伸縮氣缸30之活塞件35之末端上,其包括換刀臂51及分別裝設於換刀臂51二端部之二夾取組件53。換刀臂51呈矩形條狀,其端面中央位置處上貫通開設有一固定孔511,固定孔511穿設於旋轉伸縮氣缸30之活塞件35上,使換刀臂51與活塞件35固定連接。換刀臂51上鄰近固定孔511對應旋轉伸縮氣缸30之導向桿37相對貫通開設有二定位孔513。換刀臂51二端部分別貫通開設有一夾持孔515,用於裝設夾取組件53。換刀臂51側面上鄰近固定孔511之位置處分別朝向夾持孔515貫通開設有二通氣孔(圖未示)。通氣孔與外接氣源連接,且與夾持孔515相通。
二夾取組件53分別裝設於換刀臂51二端部之二夾持孔515內,每夾取組件53包括裝設件531、彈性件533、活塞535及複數抵持件537。裝設件531裝設於夾持孔515內。裝設件531呈中空圓柱狀,其週壁上貫通開設有複數裝配孔5311。複數抵持件537分別活動地裝設於裝設件531上之複數裝配孔5311內,且與活塞535抵持裝設。彈性件533套設於裝設件531上,並一端與裝設件531彈性抵持。活塞535套設於裝設件531鄰近通氣孔之位置處,且一端與彈 性件533彈性抵持。本實施方式中,彈性件533為螺旋彈簧,抵持件537為鋼球。抵持件537之一部分露出於裝配孔5311,另一部分與活塞535抵持。
組裝時,首先間隔分割器13固定裝設於固定座11上,且刀盤17與驅動件15分別裝設於間隔分割器13側面上;旋轉伸縮氣缸30固定裝設於固定座11下方,導向件33固定裝設於缸體31之收容槽311內;活塞件35活動地套設於導向件33上;夾取部件50固定裝設於活塞件35一端,裝設件531固定裝設於夾持孔515內,彈性件533與活塞535套設於裝設件531上,且彈性件533之二端部分別與活塞535及裝設件531彈性抵持;抵持件537活動地裝設於裝設件531之裝配孔5311內;最後,二導向桿37固定裝設於缸體31之一端上,且穿過夾取部件50之二定位孔513。
請一併參閱圖6,使用時,換刀裝置100與加工設備(例如CNC加工設備等)之主軸200相鄰裝設,主軸200之一端設有一裝配部201,用於安裝刀具19。換刀臂51之二夾持孔515分別穿過刀庫10上之刀具19及主軸200之刀具19。接著,於外接氣源之作用下活塞535運動,且推動抵持件537,使抵持件537部分露出於裝設件531,以使裝設件531與刀具19緊密貼合。再接著,於旋轉伸縮氣缸30之作用下夾取部件50脫離於導向桿37,且進行旋轉90度,接著又進行伸縮運動,且夾取部件50穿過導向桿37。夾取部件50之二夾取組件53夾取之刀具19分別安裝於主軸200之裝配部201及刀庫10之刀盤17上。最後,藉由彈性件533之彈性力將活塞535復位,使抵持件537復位,以使抵持件537鬆開刀具19。
換刀裝置100之夾取組件53藉由外接氣源提供之推動力,使活塞 535推動抵持件537,以使抵持件537緊密夾緊刀具19,即使於夾取或者後續因磨損而使二者之間產生間隙時,也可利用推動力使間隙減小或消除,從而提高夾取組件53作業時之夾取之精度。
可理解,旋轉伸縮氣缸30結構不限於本實施方式中之氣缸結構,可根據要而改變,而且,根據應用之環境情況改變。
另,本領域技術人員還可於本發明精神內做其他變化,當然,這些依據本發明精神所做之變化,都應包含於本發明所要求保護之範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種換刀裝置,其包括裝有刀具之刀庫及夾取部件,其改良在於:該夾取部件包括換刀臂及分別裝設於該換刀臂二端部之二夾取組件,該換刀裝置還包括一旋轉伸縮氣缸,該旋轉伸縮氣缸與該刀庫相鄰裝設,用於夾取該刀庫上之刀具;該旋轉伸縮氣缸與換刀臂相連且能夠驅動換刀臂進行旋轉與伸縮運動,每夾取組件包括裝設件、彈性件、活塞及複數抵持件,該裝設件裝設於換刀臂上,且該裝設件之週壁上貫通開設有複數裝配孔;該彈性件與該活塞套設於該裝設件上,且該彈性件之二端部分別與該裝設件及該活塞彈性抵持,該複數抵持件分別活動地裝設於裝設件上之複數裝配孔內並與活塞相抵持,該旋轉伸縮氣缸包括缸體、導向件及活塞件,該缸體內設有收容槽,該缸體上開設有與該收容槽相通之進氣孔與出氣孔,該導向件收容並裝設於該收容槽內,該活塞件活動地套設於該導向件上並與刀臂固定連接,使該活塞件相對該缸體運動以帶動換刀臂進行旋轉與伸縮運動。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀裝置,其中該旋轉伸縮氣缸還包括二導向桿,該二導向桿相對平行地裝設於該缸體之末端面上。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之換刀裝置,其中該導向件之週壁上由一端朝向另一端依次凹設有滑行槽、旋轉槽以及定位槽;該滑行槽沿該導向件之軸向方向凹設延伸,以使該活塞件能夠沿該滑行槽滑動以帶動換刀臂進行伸縮運動。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之換刀裝置,其中該旋轉槽沿該導向件之週緣凹設於該導向件上,且其一端與該滑行槽之一端相接,以使該活塞件能夠沿該旋轉槽滑動以帶動換刀臂進行旋轉運動。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之換刀裝置,其中該定位槽凹設於該導向件之末端位置處,該定位槽與該旋轉槽連接設置,以使該活塞件能夠相對該導向件停止滑動。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之換刀裝置,其中該換刀臂之端面中央位置處上貫通開設有一固定孔,該活塞件穿設於該固定孔,使該換刀臂與該活塞件固定連接。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之換刀裝置,其中該換刀臂上對應該導向桿相對貫通開設有二定位孔,該導向桿能夠分別穿過該二定位孔。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之換刀裝置,其中該換刀臂二端部分別貫通開設有一夾持孔,該夾持孔裝設該夾取組件;該換刀臂側面上分別朝向夾持孔貫通開設有二通氣孔,該通氣孔與外接氣源連接,且與夾持孔相通;該裝設件裝設於該夾持孔內,於外接氣源之作用下該活塞能夠推動該抵持件,使該抵持件部分露出於該裝設件。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀裝置,其中該抵持件為鋼球。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之換刀裝置,其中該刀庫包括固定座、間隔分割器、驅動件、刀盤及複數刀具;該固定座之一端與該旋轉伸縮氣缸固定連接,該間隔分割器裝設於該固定座上,該刀盤裝設於該間隔分割器上,該驅動件與該間隔分割器連接,使該驅動件能夠驅動裝設於該間隔分割器上之刀盤運動,該複數刀具沿該刀盤之週緣間隔裝設。
