Description

自行車快拆結構
本發明係一種自行車快拆結構,乃使自行車快拆結構之鎖迫桿及連動桿,於需旋轉鎖緊、放鬆可連結而連動,於鎖緊後鎖迫柄即脫離鎖迫桿,而得不會因震動造成鎖迫桿鬆動,達到安全功效。
查,習知之自行車快拆鎖迫結構,大體皆如圖一、二所示,係一鎖迫桿10穿組於輪軸,其一端設螺帽11而鎖合於車架16,另一端設連動桿12,鎖迫柄13、定位座15,連動桿12與鎖迫柄13之組合結構,係設成連動桿12具有連結頭14而呈偏心樞組合於鎖迫柄13中,當扳轉鎖迫柄13向下、向上動作時,可使連動桿12、鎖迫桿10動作,達到鎖迫緊、放鬆之目的;上述結構,其實存在有下列缺點:
(1)鎖迫柄13與連動桿12之組合結構,設成連結頭14直接穿組於鎖迫柄13,因此,鎖迫柄13只能上、下扳轉角度,無法調整左右角度,故需設螺帽11輔助鎖緊,而此螺帽11即是會有因震動而放鬆、鬆脫之問題。
(2)因鎖迫柄13不能調整左、右角度,而鎖迫柄需呈向下狀態抵貼定位於車架16,故,其必需配合螺帽11之鎖緊方可調整鎖迫柄13之角度,極麻煩、費時。
(3)尤其,連動桿12係直接螺合於鎖迫桿10之螺孔101,當鎖迫桿10鎖緊後,連動桿12仍連結於鎖迫桿10,故會有因「鎖迫柄13被誤碰觸轉動」、「行驅中之震動」造成連動桿12誤動作而使鎖迫桿10鬆動之虞,較不安全。
(4)定位座15無補強結構,耐力強度較差。
本發明即是改善上述習知之問題,主要技術、目的為:
其一,鎖迫桿一端設外螺牙鎖合於車架,另一端設螺孔,螺孔中設多邊形 槽,連動桿設有與多邊形槽相對應之多邊形頭,當欲旋轉鎖迫桿鎖緊、放鬆時,連動桿之多邊形頭可嵌入鎖迫桿之多邊形槽,形成可驅動旋轉。當鎖迫桿鎖緊後,連動桿之多邊形頭可脫離多邊形槽,而得不可驅動旋轉鎖迫桿,達到定位穩固,不會有因震動造成鎖迫桿誤鬆動之問題,安全功效佳,其鎖迫柄並可因此隨意設定位任何角度。
其二,鎖迫柄所抵觸之定位座設有內螺牙而組設一補強螺套,定位座中並設有中空之螺栓螺合於鎖迫桿,藉由補強螺套,螺栓,而得形成增大耐力強度之功效,因此可得更增大鎖迫定位之強度。

請參閱第3、4、5、6圖,係包含:鎖迫桿20、連動桿22、定位座28、連結頭25、鎖迫柄24;連動桿22與連結頭25連結、及組合於鎖迫柄24中,連動桿22並組入鎖迫桿20中,鎖迫桿20一端具有外螺牙202而鎖合於車架17;其中,該鎖迫桿20另一端設有螺孔201,螺孔201中設有多邊形槽21;該連動桿22設有與多邊形槽21相對應形狀之多邊形頭23,鎖迫柄24可使連動桿22前進而得多邊形頭23嵌入鎖迫桿20之多邊形槽21,形成可驅動旋轉鎖迫桿20,亦可連動桿22後退使多邊形頭23脫離多邊形槽21,形成不可旋轉鎖迫桿20;該鎖迫桿20之螺孔201組設一具有通孔270之螺栓27,螺栓27係穿過定位座28,連動桿22係穿過螺栓27之通孔270;該定位座28設有內螺牙280,並設有補強螺套26,補強螺套26具有外螺牙260而螺合於定位座28之內螺牙280。
依據上述之結構,可形成下列之功效、優點:
(1)如第4、5圖所示,當欲旋轉鎖迫桿20鎖緊或放鬆時,連動桿22呈前進而使其多邊形頭23嵌入鎖迫桿20之多邊形槽21,旋轉鎖迫柄24(第5圖所示)、連動桿22即可連動鎖迫桿20旋轉。
(2)當完成鎖緊鎖迫桿20後,如第6圖所示,可使連動桿22後退,使其多邊形頭23脫離鎖迫桿20之多邊形槽21,因此,縱然外力或震動力造成連動桿22旋轉,亦不會有連動鎖迫桿20,而得鎖迫桿20定位穩固、不會有誤旋轉造成鬆動之問題,安全功效佳。
(3)因連動桿22可呈空轉,故可讓其鎖迫柄24設定定位於任何角度之位置。
(4)如第3、4、6圖所示,鎖迫桿20之螺孔201處設有螺栓27、定位座28設有補強螺套26,形成雙重補強效果,而得增大耐力強度,因此可承受強大之鎖迫力,達到更強之鎖緊效果、及不易變形損壞。
另,本創作之多邊形頭23亦可設呈橢圓形頭(即縱向軸距、橫向軸距不等距離之形狀),鎖迫桿20並設有對應橢圓形頭之凹槽部,形成可驅動旋轉鎖迫桿20,亦屬本創作等效結構創意範疇。
本創作之多邊形頭23亦可設呈其他形狀,可匹配凹槽部,帶動鎖迫桿20迫鎖車架17。
綜上所述,本發明之結構、技術,確實具有極佳之實用功效,誠符合專利法之規定,懇請賜准專利。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種自行車快拆結構,係包含:鎖迫桿、連動桿、定位座、連結頭、鎖迫柄;連動桿與連結頭連結、及組合於鎖迫柄中,連動桿並組入鎖迫桿中,鎖迫桿一端具有外螺牙而鎖合於車架;其中,該鎖迫桿另一端設有螺孔,螺孔中設有多邊形槽;該連動桿設有多邊形頭,鎖迫柄可使連動桿前進而得多邊形頭嵌入鎖迫桿之多邊形槽,形成可驅動旋轉鎖迫桿,亦可連動桿後退使多邊形頭脫離多邊形槽,形成不可旋轉鎖迫桿。
  2. 如請求項1所述之自行車快拆結構,其中,該鎖迫桿之螺孔組設一具有通孔之螺栓,螺栓係穿過定位座,連動桿係穿過螺栓之通孔。
  3. 如請求項1所述之自行車快拆結構,其中,該定位座設有內螺牙,並設有補強螺套,補強螺套具有外螺牙而螺合於定位座之內螺牙。
