Description
本發明涉及一種膠帶。
隨著3C電子產品愈來愈向輕薄化方向發展,藉由膠黏劑貼合固定能夠使3C電子產品變得更輕、更薄,且膠黏劑貼合固定具有結合強度高、使用簡便之優點。習知之膠帶一般採用熱固型或熱塑型膠黏劑。使用時,先將膠帶預加熱並貼合在待黏接之第一工件上,然後再將待黏接之第二工件貼合到膠帶之另一表面,最後加熱膠帶使得膠帶完全固化,從而將第一工件和第二工件黏接在一起。然,上述膠帶需要加熱二次,且膠帶預加熱並貼合到第一工件或第二工件上以後,若定位不準確,無法重新定位,使用不方便。
鑒於上述內容,有必要提供一種使用方便之膠帶。
一種膠帶,其包括熱固型或熱塑型第一膠層及黏貼於該第一膠層二相對之表面上之具有初黏性之二感壓型第二膠層。
本發明之膠帶包括黏貼於第一膠層二相對之表面上之第二膠層,由於第二膠層具有初黏性,熱固化以前可以反復使用,便於精確定位,且完全固化前,不需要預加熱,使用方便。

圖1係本發明實施方式之膠帶之結構示意圖。
請參閱圖1,本發明實施方式之膠帶100包括熱固型或熱塑型第一膠層10及黏貼於第一膠層10二相對之表面上之具有初黏性之二感壓型第二膠層30。第一膠層10包括酚醛樹脂和丁腈橡膠之混合物、聚氨酯、聚烯烴高分子及其中一種或複數種製成,其加熱後能夠固化或軟化,第一膠層10之厚度為10μm至300μm。第二膠層30包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、橡膠、聚氨酯、有機矽樹脂及其中一種或複數種製成,第二膠層30之厚度為0.1μm至10μm。第二膠層30具有一定之初黏性,第二膠層30用於黏貼在待黏貼之工件表面,且加熱固化前能夠反復使用。
實施例一
膠帶100之第一膠層10由酚醛樹脂和丁腈橡膠混合製成,其厚度為120μm。第二膠層30由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯製成,其厚度為1.0μm,第二膠層30之初黏力為50g。將膠帶100裁切成1cm長及1cm寬之矩形塊狀,並貼合於二片不銹鋼板之間,貼合溫度為150℃,貼合時間為15min,然後進行拉拔測試,測試結果:膠帶100之剪切力為250Kg/cm2。
實施例二
實施例二與實施例一類似,其不同在於:實施例二之貼合溫度為135℃,測試結果:膠帶100之剪切力為220Kg/cm2。
實施例三
膠帶100之第一膠層10由酚醛樹脂和丁腈橡膠混合製成,其厚度為120μm。第二膠層30由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯製成,其厚度為1.5μm,第二膠層30之初黏力為65g。將膠帶100裁切成1cm長及1cm寬之矩形塊狀,並貼合於二片不銹鋼板之間,貼合溫度為150℃,貼合時間為30min,然後進行拉拔測試,測試結果:膠帶100之剪切力為180Kg/cm2。
實施例四
膠帶100之第一膠層10由酚醛樹脂和丁腈橡膠混合製成,其厚度為120μm。第二膠層30由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯製成,其厚度為3.0μm,第二膠層30之初黏力為70g。將膠帶100裁切成1cm長及1cm寬之矩形塊狀,並貼合於二片不銹鋼板之間,貼合溫度為150℃,貼合時間為15min,然後進行拉拔測試,測試結果:膠帶100之剪切力為120Kg/cm2。
實施例五
膠帶100之第一膠層10由酚醛樹脂和丁腈橡膠混合製成,其厚度為100μm。第二膠層30由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯製成,其厚度為3.0μm,第二膠層30之初黏力為70g。將膠帶100裁切成1cm長及1cm寬之矩形塊狀,並貼合於二片不銹鋼板之間,貼合溫度為165℃,貼合時間為30min,然後進行拉拔測試,測試結果:膠帶100之剪切力為105Kg/cm2。
實施例六
膠帶100之第一膠層10由酚醛樹脂和丁腈橡膠混合製成,其厚度為120μm。第二膠層30由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯製成,其厚度為8.0
μm,第二膠層30之初黏力為75g。將膠帶100裁切成1cm長及1cm寬之矩形塊狀,並貼合於二片不銹鋼板之間,貼合溫度為120℃,貼合時間為30min,然後進行拉拔測試,測試結果:膠帶100之剪切力為60Kg/cm2。
實施例七
實施例七與實施例六類似,其不同在於:實施例七之貼合溫度為90℃,測試結果:膠帶100之剪切力為45Kg/cm2。
本發明之膠帶100包括具有一定初黏性之第二膠層30,熱固化或熱塑以前,第二膠層30可以反復使用,便於精確定位,且僅需經一次加熱固化即可黏接工件,使用方便。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,遂依法提出專利申請。惟,以上該者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,本發明之範圍並不以上述實施方式為限,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (6)
- 一種膠帶,其改良在於:該膠帶包括熱固型或熱塑型第一膠層及直接黏貼於該第一膠層二相對之表面上之具有初黏性之二感壓型第二膠層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之膠帶,其特徵在於:該第一膠層之厚度為10微米至300微米。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之膠帶,其特徵在於:該第二膠層之厚度為0.1微米至10微米。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之膠帶,其特徵在於:該第一膠層之厚度為100微米至120微米,該第二膠層之厚度為1.0微米至8.0微米。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之膠帶,其特徵在於:該第一膠層包括酚醛樹脂和丁腈橡膠之混合物、聚氨酯、聚烯烴高分子及其中一種或複數種製成。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之膠帶,其特徵在於:該第二膠層包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、橡膠、聚氨酯、有機矽樹脂及其中一種或複數種製成。
