Claims (12)

  1. 一種機器型通信方法，該方法包括：機器與網路之間透過協商來確定該機器的工作能力；以及該機器根據所確定的工作能力來與該網路通信，其中，該網路在將該工作能力發送至該機器的同時，還將該網路的特定能力廣播至該機器。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項的機器型通信方法，其中，該協商包括：機器將至少一項特定能力發送至網路；以及網路根據該機器的該特定能力來確定該機器的工作能力，並將該工作能力發送至該機器。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項的機器型通信方法，其中，網路根據該機器的該特定能力來確定該機器的工作能力包括：該網路透過檢索營運商策略、計費方式以及用戶資料庫，來權衡最適於該機器的工作能力。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項的機器型通信方法，還包括：該機器根據來自網路的該工作能力和該特定能力來確定最優工作能力，以便以該最優工作能力來與該網路通信。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項的機器型通信方法，其中，該特定能力包括所支援的能力和優選的能 力。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項的機器型通信方法，其中，該所支援的能力和優選的能力包括物理層鏈所包括的物理層塊所具有的能力。
  7. 一種機器型通信系統，包括：網路，用於與機器之間透過協商來確定該機器的工作能力；以及機器，用於根據所確定的工作能力來與該網路通信，其中，該網路在將該工作能力發送至該機器的同時，還將該網路的特定能力廣播至該機器。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項的機器型通信系統，其中，該機器包括：用於將該機器的特定能力發送至網路的特定能力發送裝置，用於從該網路接收工作能力的工作能力接收裝置，以及根據該工作能力來與該網路通信的應用裝置；以及該網路包括：用於根據該機器的該特定能力來確定該機器的工作能力的工作能力確定裝置，以及用於將所確定的工作能力發送至該機器的工作能力發送裝置。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項的機器型通信系統，其中，該工作能力確定裝置透過檢索營運商策略、計費方式以及用戶資料庫，來權衡最適於該機器的工作能力。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項的機器型通信系統，其中，該工作能力接收裝置用於接收來自網路的該工作能力 和該特定能力；以及該應用裝置用於根據來自網路的該工作能力和該特定能力來確定最優工作能力便以該最優工作能力來與該網路通信。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第7至10項中任一項的機器型通信系統，其中，該特定能力包括所支援的能力和優選的能力。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項的機器型通信系統，其中，該所支援的能力和優選的能力包括物理層鏈所包括的物理層塊所具有的能力。
