Claims (9)

  1. 一種定位裝置之止動件,用以將物件定位在X軸、垂直於X軸的Y軸、及與X軸和Y軸正交的Z軸之各別軸線方向上,且將該物件繞著Z軸定位在平行於X軸和Y軸的平面內;該定位裝置包括:緊固件,其被建構成可卸離地緊固該止動件,且包括:本體部,其具有一表面、及與該表面相反的另一表面;固定孔,形成於本體部之該一表面中,且具有一個內表面;第二參考表面,位於本體部之該一表面之一側,且配置成垂直於固定孔之軸線;以及,緊固部;該止動件包含:固定部,其具有一表面、及與該表面相反的另一表面,且被建構成用以將物件定位於其一表面上;固定軸桿,具有延伸於Z軸方向上、且將物件定位於X軸方向及Y軸方向上的軸線,並凸出於固定部之該另一表面;以及第一參考表面,設置於固定部之該另一表面之一側,且配置成垂直於固定軸桿之軸線,致使,第一參考表面能夠接觸第二參考表面,其中,與固定部一體成型的固定軸桿具有削尖狀的角錐部,該角錐部係以固定角度朝其自由端縮減尺寸,對應於緊固件之固定孔,致使,角錐部之整個外表面能夠緊密接觸固定孔之內表面,且與固定軸桿同軸地成型, 其中,角錐部之諸相鄰側面之間的每一交叉角均為相等,而且,在相鄰側面之間的二端之每一端均被一曲線連接起來,而該曲線從垂直於固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來是從固定軸桿之軸線朝外凸出,其中,固定軸桿被建構成:當固定軸桿***固定孔內時,第一參考表面與第二參考表面之間形成有一間隙,角錐部之外表面配接於固定孔之內表面,而且,物件被定位於X軸方向及Y軸方向上,且被建構成:當緊固部拉動固定軸桿使其朝向本體部之該另一表面時,第一參考表面與第二參考表面則彼此接觸,角錐部或固定孔會產生彈性變形,而且,固定軸桿被進一步拉到固定孔內,而維持角錐部之外表面與固定孔之內表面之間的配接,其中,該角錐部從垂直於固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來形成有通孔,而在該角錐部之介於角錐部之外表面與通孔之間的各別側面上形成複數個彈性壁部,以及其中,角錐部之各別側面在其中心部形成有凹陷,該等凹陷相對於從垂直於固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來形成在各別側面之中心部之兩側面處的直線部,係平滑地凹陷達一預定深度,而在各別彈性壁部處形成複數個薄壁部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之定位裝置之止動件,其中,從垂直於固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來,該等彈性壁部相對於角錐部之中心對稱地成型。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之定位裝置之止動件,其中,在角錐部之底端上形成有厚壁部,而該厚壁部從沿著固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來比該等彈性壁部之每一者更厚。
  4. 一種定位裝置,用以將物件定位在X軸、垂直於X軸的Y軸、及與X軸和Y軸正交的Z軸之各別軸線方向上,且將該物件繞著Z軸定位在平行於X軸和Y軸的平面內,該定位裝置包括:止動件;以及緊固件,被建構成可卸離地緊固住止動件,其中,止動件包含:固定部,具有一表面、及與該表面相反的另一表面,且被建構成用以將物件定位於其一表面上;固定軸桿,具有延伸於Z軸方向上、且將物件定位於X軸方向及Y軸方向上的軸線,並凸出於固定部之該另一表面;以及第一參考表面,設置於固定部之該另一表面之一側,且配置成垂直於固定軸桿之軸線,其中,與固定部一體成型的固定軸桿具有削尖狀的角錐部,該角錐部係以固定角度朝其自由端縮減尺寸,並與固定軸桿同軸地成型,其中,角錐部之諸相鄰側面之間的每一交叉角均為相等,而且,在相鄰側面之間的二端之每一端均被一曲線連接起 來,而該曲線從垂直於固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來是從固定軸桿之軸線朝外凸出;其中,緊固件包括:本體部,具有一表面、及與該表面相反的另一表面;固定孔,形成於本體部之該一表面中,且具有一個內表面,而該內表面係對應於固定軸桿之角錐部,致使,角錐部之整個外表面能夠緊密接觸固定孔之內表面;第二參考表面,位於本體部之該一表面之一側,且配置成垂直於固定孔之軸線,致使,第一參考表面能夠接觸第二參考表面;以及緊固部,被建構成用以拉動固定孔內所***的固定軸桿,使其朝向本體部之該另一表面,其中,固定軸桿或固定孔被建構成:當固定軸桿***固定孔內時,第一參考表面與第二參考表面之間形成有一間隙,角錐部之外表面配接於固定孔之內表面,而且,物件被定位於X軸方向及Y軸方向上,且被建構成:當緊固部拉動固定軸桿使其朝向本體部之該另一表面時,第一參考表面與第二參考表面則彼此接觸,角錐部或固定孔會產生彈性變形,而且,固定軸桿被進一步拉到固定孔內,而維持角錐部之外表面與固定孔之內表面之間的配接,其中,該緊固部包括:第一緊固構件,具有:位於一端的公螺旋部,該公螺旋部 係被建構成旋入一個母螺旋部,而該母螺旋部係沿著固定軸桿之軸線配置,且設於固定軸桿上;位於另一端的旋轉部,該旋轉部係被建構成旋轉公螺旋部;以及,一對凸緣部,其係彼此以一預定間隙隔開,且設置於公螺旋部與旋轉部之間;其中,第一緊固構件能夠在公螺旋部旋入母螺旋部、且第一緊固構件固定至固定軸桿的狀態下,穿過緊固件之固定孔;以及第二緊固構件,其係被建構成穿過緊固件之一表面上所形成的插孔部,且在固定軸桿***固定孔、且止動件被定位在X軸方向與Y軸方向上的狀態下,配接於諸凸緣部之間的預定間隙內。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之定位裝置,其中,從垂直於固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來,該角錐部在其一外緣上具有彈性壁部。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之定位裝置,其中,從垂直於固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來,該彈性壁部相對於角錐部之中心對稱地成型。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項之定位裝置,其中,從垂直於固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來,在該彈性壁部形成有薄壁部。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第5項之定位裝置,其中,在角錐部之底端上形成有厚壁部,而該厚壁部從沿著固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來比該彈性壁部更厚。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第4項之定位裝置,其中,從垂直於固定軸桿之軸線的剖面看來,該插孔部僅形成在對應於固定孔之一側的方向上。
