Description

自動拍照系統及其方法
本發明係屬於拍照系統，特別是使用來自一電信網路之撥號信息以進行拍照之自動拍照系統及其方法。
當遊客至各景點遊玩，傳統自動拍照系統係透過業者所提供的攝影裝置進行拍照，當使用者經過攝影機前面時，攝影機會自動啟動並拍照，使用者之後可至業者所架設的螢幕前觀賞業者對使用者拍攝的照片，使用者可選擇喜愛的照片並依據相片編號至櫃檯付款以取得照片。然而傳統自動拍照系統有幾個缺點：第一點為使用者無法自行決定拍照時機，例如在遊樂園中，使用者搭乘遊戲設備，於出發的時候，業者所架設的攝影裝置會自動幫所有使用者拍照，因此使用者無法自行決定拍照的時間；第二點為無法彙整同一使用者在各景點所拍的所有相片，因傳統自動拍照系統所拍攝的相片，使用者必須當場選購，又因為業者所架設的攝影裝置不只一台，且系統並無法針對每一使用者做影像辨識並彙整，使用者必須於各處分別領取相片；第三點為所拍攝的相片無法做長期儲存，因傳統自動拍照系統所拍攝的相片大多都是短期儲存或是不儲存，使用者必須立刻選購其相片，且使用者無法加洗相片。
有鑑於此，本發明係提供一種自動拍照系統以解決傳統自動拍照系統的上述缺點。該自動拍照系統包括：一照相模組；一通訊模組，用以接收來自一電信網路之一撥號 信息；一控制模組，用以辨識該撥號信息中之一電話號碼，並依據該撥號信息以控制一拍照模組以拍攝至少一照片；以及一影像處理模組，用以對該照片進行影像處理，以產生對應於該電話號碼之一照片資料。
本發明之另一實施例更提供一自動拍照方法，包括：由一電信網路接收一撥號信息；辨識該撥號信息中之一電話號碼，並依據該撥號信息以控制一拍照模組以拍攝至少一照片；以及對該照片進行影像處理，以產生對應於該電話號碼之一照片資料。
第1圖係顯示依據本發明一實施例之自動拍照系統的方塊圖。自動拍照系統100包括一前端系統110及一後端系統120，前端系統100即為業者所架設之拍照系統，例如架設於一遊樂園中之各景點，用以接收使用者之撥號信息以對使用者進行拍攝，並對所拍攝的相片進行處理並傳送至後端系統120。在本發明一實施例中，前端系統110更包括一通訊模組111、一照相模組112、一前端控制模組113、一影像處理模組114、一顯示模組115以及一前端網路介面116。通訊模組111更包含一SIM卡，其具有個別的電話號碼，以接收使用者之撥號信息，並可辨識使用者的電話號碼。通訊模組111當藉由一電信網路接收來自使用者的撥號信息，即可透過前端控制模組113觸發照相模組112，以對位於拍照區內的使用者進行拍照。本發明以使用者的手機裝置做為控制前端系統之媒介，可加強系統的操控性，並可自行控制拍照時機，讓遊客使用更為方便， 使用者的手機號碼並可做為身分辨識的依據。於另一實施例中，除了手機號碼之外，使用者亦可使用智慧型手機，以電子郵件或簡訊的方式傳送訊息至前端系統110，以驅動照相模組112進行拍照，然而使用者之通訊裝置與前端系統110均需位於收訊良好之處，但本發明不限於此。
照相模組112可為一照相機或攝影機，在一實施例中，業者可在同一景點的不同位置架設多個前端系統110，並預先調整好焦距及光圈等，以便從不同角度對使用者進行拍照。位於同一景點的多個前端系統110可共用一電話號碼或分別使用單獨的電話號碼，使用者可依據於景點架設之前端系統110之指示進行操作。當拍攝完成後，使用者則可依其喜好的角度選擇照片，前端系統110並將所選擇的照片透過網路(例如：有線網路、電信網路或無線網路)以傳送至後端系統120。
前端控制模組113係使用一處理器(未繪示)執行一控制程式以控制前端系統110中之各模組。舉例來說，當通訊模組111接收到使用者之手機號碼的撥號信息後，前端控制模組113使用一手機訊號處理程式來擷取使用者之手機號碼，並將預計拍照時間(例如5秒後)的信息顯示於顯示模組115上(如第4圖所示)，並驅動照相模組112進行拍攝。當拍照完成之後，照相模組112會將所拍攝的照片傳送至影像處理模組114，並將所拍攝的相片顯示於顯示模組115上。影像處理模組114對所擷取的照片進行影像處理並標示時間日期及使用者的手機號碼之後，例如：將手機號碼做為主鍵(Primary key)，再經由前端控制模組 113透過前端網路介面116(例如：有線網路、電信網路或無線網路)將處理過的照片資料(例如：影像檔案)傳送至後端系統120。
影像處理模組114係對照相模組112所擷取的照片進行處理，又一實施例中，照相模組112在進行拍照時，可進行連續拍攝例如：最少連續拍攝2張照片，接著影像處理模組114對連續照片進行對應的影像處理，例如是聚焦(focus)/散焦(defocus)、動態估計(motion estimation)，以產生效果較佳的照片進行輸出。當使用者撥號至前端系統110時，可依循前端系統110之指示，利用手機上按鍵來控制操作介面，以調整拍照模組112之焦距或光圈等設定，例如：按數字鍵1進行放大(Zoom in)、按數字鍵2進行縮小(Zoom out)。前端控制模組113更可於顯示模組115上顯示出照相模組112目前所拍攝的畫面、前端系統110之控制方法以及前端系統110之通知訊息。舉例而言，顯示模組115可為一LCD、CRT或LED顯示器，但本發明不限於此。在另一實施例中，顯示模組115更可包括一操作介面(例如：觸控裝置)，使用者亦可透過親自使用操作介面以調整焦距或光圈、或閃光燈等設定，亦或是調整所拍攝相片之亮度、對比等等，但本發明不限於此。
在本發明又一實施例中，前端系統110更包括一照片資料暫存器(未繪示)，當前端系統110與後端系統120之間的通訊狀況不佳時，前端系統110無法將所拍攝的照片資料即時傳送至後端系統120，則前端系統110會將照片資料儲存於照片資料暫存器中，待通訊狀況良好時再將照 片資料傳送至後端系統120。在另一實施例中，前端系統110均將所拍攝的照片資料儲存於照片資料暫存器中，並可設定為定時(例如12小時)批次傳送至後端系統120，但本發明不限於此。
在本發明之一實施例中，後端系統120包括一服務伺服器121、一檔案處理模組122、一後端控制模組123、一後端網路介面124及一照片資料庫125。服務伺服器121係提供一具有瀏覽介面的網站，使用者可使用電腦或攜帶型裝置，並透過網際網路經由一身分辨認安全防護程式連至服務伺服器121，並透過瀏覽介面選取所喜好的相片。檔案處理模組122係將所接收到的照片資料進行後處理，例如將檔案命名分類，以便使用者可依據景點名稱、時間及日期等進行瀏覽及查詢。於本發明另一實施例中，前端系統所拍攝的照片解析度均相當大(例如800萬~1000萬畫素)，檔案處理模組122更可將照片資料轉為縮圖或是解析度較低的圖檔，並在可縮圖前將浮水印加入照片資料，或是將浮水印加入縮圖中，再將完整的原始照片資料及縮圖一併存至一照片資料庫125中，當使用者登入服務伺服器121後，服務伺服器121可透過後端控制模組123由照片資料庫125中將使用者於各景點所拍攝的照片縮圖讀取至瀏覽介面中，並可依據使用者之手機號碼、日期、時間、拍攝的景點名稱進行檢索及排列，使用者可彙整並下載各景點的完整照片並視其需求進行相片沖印加洗，但本發明不限於此。
在本發明又一實施例中，後端控制模組123係使用一 處理器(未繪示)執行一控制程式，並經由後端網路介面124(例如：有線網路、電信網路或無線網路)以接收來自前端系統110之照片資料，當後端控制模組123第一次或每日之第一次接收到新使用者的照片資料，可依據使用者的電話號碼以發送一簡訊至使用者，簡訊之內容包括使用者的電話號碼以作為帳號、其對應的密碼以及服務伺服器121之網址，用以登錄服務伺服器121。於另一實施例中，使用者亦可先連至服務伺服器121註冊，以取得帳號及密碼，並可登錄所使用的不同手機號碼，當使用者撥打所登錄的手機號碼至在前端系統110以進行拍攝，前端系統110所產生的照片資料均可整合於同一使用者帳號中，但本發明不限於此。
後端網路介面124用以接收來自前端網路介面115的照片資料，後端網路介面124可為有線網路或無線網路之介面，但本發明不限於此。照片資料庫125係儲存前端系統100所拍攝的所有照片資料，以便使用者透過網際網路登入服務伺服器121進行其個人照片資料的檢索查詢及下載。
第2圖係顯示依據本發明一實施例之用於前端系統的自動拍照方法之流程圖。在步驟S200，使用者撥打手機，前端系統110中之通訊模組111透過一電信網路以接收使用者之撥號訊息。在步驟S210，前端控制模組113辨識使用者的手機號碼，並觸發照相模組112進行拍照。在步驟S220，影像處理模組114對所拍攝之照片進行影像處理，並加入時間、地點及使用者手機號碼之索引，以產生對應 於使用者手機號碼的照片資料。在步驟S230，前端控制模組113將照片資料經由前端網路介面116(例如有線網路、電信網路或無線網路)傳送至後端系統120。
第3圖係顯示依據本發明一實施例之用於後端系統120之自動拍照方法的流程圖。在步驟S300，檔案處理模組122經由後端網路介面124(例如有線網路、電信網路或無線網路)接收來自前端系統110的照片資料。在步驟S310，檔案處理模組122將照片資料命名分類，並另將照片資料轉換為縮圖，一同存至照片資料庫125。在步驟S320，後端控制模組接收到照片資料後，透過電信網路發送一簡訊至使用者的電話號碼。在步驟S330，服務伺服器121由照片資料庫125取出相應於使用者的照片資料，以便使用者於服務伺服器121所提供的網站上瀏覽並下載照片資料。

Claims (16)

  1. 一種自動拍照系統，包括：一照相模組；一通訊模組，用以接收來自一電信網路之一撥號信息；一控制模組，用以辨識該撥號信息中之一電話號碼，並依據該撥號信息以控制一照相模組拍攝至少一照片；以及一影像處理模組，用以對該照片進行影像處理，以產生對應於該電話號碼之一照片資料；其中該控制模組更將該照片資料透過一有線網路、一電信網路或一無線網路傳送至一後端系統；其中該後端系統更包括：一檔案處理模組，用以從一後端網路介面接收該照片資料，並將該照片資料轉換為一縮圖，再將該照片資料及該縮圖存入一照片資料庫中；以及一服務伺服器，用以提供一網站，其中當該照片資料對應之一使用者登入該網站時，該服務伺服器由該照片資料庫中取得對應於該使用者之該照片資料及該縮圖，以便該使用者瀏覽並下載該照片資料。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動拍照系統，其中該通訊模組更包括一SIM卡。

  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動拍照系統，其中該控制模組更依據該撥號訊息，控制該照相模組之鏡頭視角進行放大或縮小。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動拍照系統，其中該檔案處理模組更於將該照片資料轉換為縮圖前，將一浮水印加入該照片資料中。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動拍照系統，其中該服務伺服器更使用一身分辨識安全程式，以讓該使用者登入該網站。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之自動拍照系統，其中當該檔案處理模組接收到該照片資料，該檔案處理模組傳送一簡訊至該電話號碼。
  9. 一種自動拍照方法，包括：由一電信網路接收一撥號信息；辨識該撥號信息中之一電話號碼，並依據該撥號信息以控制一拍照模組以拍攝至少一照片；對該照片進行影像處理，以產生對應於該電話號碼之一照片資料；將該照片資料透過一有線網路、一電信網路或一無線網路傳送至一後端系統；從一後端網路介面接收該照片資料，並將該照片資料轉換為一縮圖，再將該照片資料及該縮圖存入一照片資料庫中；以及 提供一網站，其中當該照片資料所對應之一使用者登入該網站時，由該照片資料庫中取得對應於該使用者之該照片資料及該縮圖，以便該使用者瀏覽並下載該照片資料。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之自動拍照方法，其中該撥號信息係由含有一SIM卡之一通訊模組。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之自動拍照方法，更包括將所拍攝之該相片顯示於一顯示模組上。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之自動拍照方法，其中對該照片進行影像處理，以產生該照片資料之步驟更包括在該照片資料中加入一拍攝時間及拍攝地點之資訊。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之自動拍照方法，更包括依據該撥號訊息，控制該照相模組之鏡頭視角進行放大或縮小。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之自動拍照方法，其中該後端系統於將該照片資料轉換為該縮圖之前，將一浮水印加入該照片資料中。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之自動拍照方法，更包括使用一身分辨識安全程式，以讓該使用者登入該網站。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之自動拍照方法，其中該後端系統更於接收到該照片資料時，傳送一簡訊至該電話號碼。
