Abstract

A brightness enhancement film (BEF), which comprises a transparent layer, a lenticular structure, and a reflective layer. The lenticular structure is arranged on the surface of the transparent layer, and the reflective layer is arranged on the opposite surface of the transparent layer. The lenticular structure includes a plenty of protruding portions. Every reflective area is located between every two protruding portions accurately, an optics way is formed between every two reflective areas and corresponds to the protruding portion. Therefore, based on the combination of those members, the light-emitting way which enter the lenticular structure from the reflective layer will be restrained effectively, and increases the light operation rate. Moreover, by using of those reflective members, the optics way can be improved, and the emitting angle of the light can be concentrated. Thus, the brightness of an applied backlight module can be enhanced.
