Description

按壓式觸控筆彈出機構
本發明是有關於一種觸控筆彈出機構,且特別是有關於一種按壓式觸控筆彈出機構。
隨著3C(Computer,Communications and Consumer)產業的發展,有越來越多的人會使用手持裝置(handheld device)作為生活中的輔助工具。舉例而言,常見的手持裝置包含個人數位助理(personal digital assistant;PDA)、行動電話(mobile phone)、智慧型手機(smart phone)等,這些手持裝置之體積輕巧,攜帶方便,因此使用的人數越來越多,所需之功能亦越來越廣。
其中,觸控筆(stylus)為一種常見的手持裝置操作工具,觸控筆多透過定位機構固定在觸控筆容置槽中,在需要使用觸控筆時再將觸控筆自觸控筆容置槽中取出。按壓式(push-push)的觸控筆彈出機構可在第一次推動觸控筆時將觸控筆固定在手持裝置中,而在第二次推動觸控筆時將觸控筆自手持裝置中彈出。由於手持裝置的體積越來越輕巧,如何節省按壓式觸控筆彈出機構所占用的空間且能有效定位觸控筆,便成為一個重要的課題。
因此本發明的目的就是在提供一種按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,用以將觸控筆活動式地固定在電子裝置之中。
根據本發明之一實施例,提出了一種設置於基板上的按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,包含設置於基板上之導槽、設置於基板上之卡勾、相對於基板滑動之滑動件、連接卡勾與滑動件之彈力元件,以及導引臂。導槽具有第一定位點及第二定位點。滑動件包含有耦接部與一壓制彈片,其中觸控筆為耦接於耦接部。導引臂之一端樞接於滑動件,導引臂之另一端具有定位梢,當定位梢在導槽之第一定位點與第二定位點間移動時,壓制彈片壓制導引臂,以避免定位梢脫離導槽。
導槽可為心形導槽。按壓式觸控筆彈出機構更包含設置於基板上之凸柱,滑動件具有對應於凸柱之滑槽,使滑動件相對於基板滑動。滑槽可為T形滑槽。耦接部包含有多個挾持臂,以夾固觸控筆。其中每一挾持臂具有凸點,觸控筆具有環形凹槽,凸點與環形凹槽卡合。壓制彈片之形狀可為V形或U形。按壓式觸控筆彈出機構更具有設置於基板上之容置槽,以容置觸控筆。基板可為電子裝置之殼體。彈力元件可為彈簧。
本發明之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構直接透過滑動件上的壓制彈片提供壓制力至導引臂,使導引臂上的定位梢確實地在導槽中移動而不會跳出。
以下將以圖式及詳細說明清楚說明本發明之精神,任何所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者在瞭解本發明之較佳實施例後,當可由本發明所教示之技術,加以改變及修飾,其並不脫離本發明之精神與範圍。
在以下敘述中,電子裝置例如可為個人數位助理(Personal Digital Assistant;PDA)、電子辭典、筆記型電腦、行動電話或其他手持裝置。按壓式(push-push type)彈出機構又可被稱為「推入卡固-再推釋放式」(push-lock,push-release)或稱「推關-推開式」(push-lock and push-open type)。
參照第1圖,其係繪示本發明之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構一實施例之***圖。按壓式觸控筆彈出機構100為應用在電子裝置200之中,以將觸控筆190固定在電子裝置200之中或是將觸控筆190彈出電子裝置200。按壓式觸控筆彈出機構100位於基板110上且包含設置於基板110上之容置槽112、設置於基板110上之導槽120、滑動件130、設置於基板110上的卡勾140,以及連接卡勾140與滑動件130的彈力元件150。
滑動件130具有耦接部132,用以耦接觸控筆190。滑動件130更具有壓制彈片134。按壓式觸控筆彈出機構100更包含導引臂160,導引臂160之一端為樞接於滑動件130,導引臂160之另一端則具有定位梢162。定位梢162在導槽120之中滑動時,壓制彈片134會壓制定位梢162,以避免定位梢162自導槽120中脫離。
導槽120之形狀可為心形或是箭頭形,導槽120的尖端為指向觸控筆190的容置槽112。導槽120具有第一定位點122及第二定位點124,第一定位點122與第二定位點124分別為導槽120的兩凹陷處,其中,第一定位點122相對於第二定位點124較接近觸控筆190。當滑動件130相對於基板110滑動時,樞接於滑動件130上之導引臂160的定位梢162為在第一定位點122與第二定位點124之間移動。
滑動件130的耦接部132具有多個挾持臂136,挾持臂136為用以夾固觸控筆190,使觸控筆190耦接於滑動件130的耦接部132。每一個挾持臂136具有一凸點138,觸控筆190上則具有一環形凹槽192。當觸控筆190***容置槽112至定位時,觸控筆190上的環形凹槽192會與挾持臂136上的凸點138卡合,使觸控筆190夾固在挾持臂136之間。
按壓式觸控筆彈出機構100更包含設置於基板110上之凸柱170,滑動件130更具有對應於凸柱170之滑槽135。滑動件130之滑槽135的開口方向為平行於觸控筆190的推動方向。滑槽135為組裝於凸柱170,使得滑動件130相對於基板110滑動時,可以透過滑槽135與凸柱170限定滑動件130的滑動路徑。
基板110可為電子裝置200的殼體。滑動件130之材料可以為金屬或是塑膠。彈力元件150可為彈簧。滑槽135可為T形滑槽,以方便套接於凸柱170。壓制彈片134的形狀可為V形、U形或是其他形狀,只要能與導引臂160接觸並提供壓制的彈力與導引臂160即可。
參照第2A圖與第2B圖,其係分別繪示第1圖之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構一實施例於不同實施狀態的示意圖。觸控筆190可與滑動件130的耦接部132卡合,使推動觸控筆190時連帶推動滑動件130而使滑動件130相對於基板110滑動。其中,滑動件130的滑動路徑可由滑槽135與凸柱170限定。
第2A圖中,導引臂160之定位梢162位於導槽120之第一定位點122,此時的觸控筆190為露出於電子裝置200,當使用者向內推動觸控筆190時,會推動與觸控筆190卡合的滑動件130,使得滑動件130沿著滑槽135相對於基板110上的凸柱170滑動,此時,樞接於滑動件130之導引臂160上的定位梢162亦被推動,而在導槽120之中滑動至第二定位點124,如第2B圖所示。
在第2B圖中,觸控筆190已被推入電子裝置200之中,此時的定位梢162位於導槽120的第二定位點124,藉由彈力元件150被拉伸的形變所產生的拉力,使得定位梢162被固定在導槽120的第二定位點124,而固定滑動件130及與之耦接的觸控筆190。當使用者再一次推動觸控筆190時,滑動件130會沿著滑槽135相對於基板110滑動,使得定位梢162脫離第二定位點124而沿著導槽120移動回到第一定位點122,如第2A圖所示,此時使用者可以施力抽出被夾固在滑動件130中的觸控筆190。
參照第3圖,其係繪示第2A圖中之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構之局部側視圖。當導引臂160之定位梢162在導槽120之中滑動的時候,壓制彈片134會接觸並略為干涉導引臂160,使壓制彈片134提供壓制力予導引臂160,進而令導引臂160上的定位梢162確實地在導槽120之中移動,而不會因施力而跳出導槽120。
由上述本發明較佳實施例可知,應用本發明具有下列優點。本發明之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構直接透過滑動件上的壓制彈片提供壓制力至導引臂,使導引臂上的定位梢確實地在導槽中移動而不會跳出。
雖然本發明已以一較佳實施例揭露如上,然其並非用以限定本發明,任何熟習此技藝者,在不脫離本發明之精神和範圍內,當可作各種之更動與潤飾,因此本發明之保護範圍當視後附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,包含一導槽,設置於一基板上,該導槽具有一第一定位點及一第二定位點;一卡勾,設置於該基板上;一滑動件,相對於該基板滑動,包含:一耦接部,用以耦接一觸控筆;以及一壓制彈片;一彈力元件,連接該滑動件與該卡勾;以及一導引臂,該導引臂之一端樞接於該滑動件,另一端具有一定位梢,其中該定位梢在該導槽之該第一定位點與該第二定位點間移動且該壓制彈片壓制該導引臂,以避免該定位梢脫離該導槽。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,其中該導槽為一心形導槽。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,更包含一凸柱,設置於該基板上,該滑動件具有對應於該凸柱之一滑槽,使該滑動件相對於該基板滑動。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,其中該滑槽為一T形滑槽。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,其中該耦接部包含複數個挾持臂,以夾固該觸控筆。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,其中每一該些挾持臂具有一凸點,該觸控筆具有一環形凹槽,該些凸點與該環形凹槽卡合。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,其中該壓制彈片之形狀為V形或U形。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,更具有一容置槽,設置於該基板上,以容置該觸控筆。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,其中該基板為一電子裝置之殼體。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之按壓式觸控筆彈出機構,其中該彈力元件為一彈簧。
