Description

可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置
本發明係關於一種掃描裝置,尤其係關於具有光學式掃描模組之掃描裝置。
於科技發展日新月異的現代,電腦已是每個現代人生活上的必需品,無論於工作或是娛樂方面,電腦都扮演著非常重要的角色,而與電腦息息相關的電腦週邊商品也隨著電腦的研發而發展,例如掃描裝置即是一種常用週邊設備。掃描裝置主要之功能是進行影像擷取,用以將紙本文件的內容藉由掃描的方式轉換成電子檔,以便使用者傳輸、整理或保存。隨著掃描裝置技術的成熟,掃描裝置也越來越普及化。
一般來說,掃描裝置可分類為平台式掃描裝置以及饋紙式掃描裝置,無論是哪種掃描裝置都包括了掃描模組,掃描模組是用來掃描文件的核心元件,請參閱第一圖,其為習知掃描模組之結構示意圖。第一圖中顯示掃描模組100包括掃描模組殼體101、反射鏡102、透鏡103、光學感測元件104以及印刷電路板106,而省略掃描裝置中除掃描模組100之元件。使用者欲利用掃描裝置掃描文件時,先將需要掃描的文件被面朝下地放置於掃描器的玻璃平台上,當掃描模組100對文件開始進行掃描時,光源(未標示於圖中)射出光束使光束投射至文件上,而光束被文件反射至反射 鏡102,該光束經過複數反射鏡102後再經由透鏡103的聚焦,使光束被光學感測元件104接收且藉由光學感測元件104將光束轉換為電子訊號。
於掃描模組100中,各元件的設置位置以及角度都需要準確地設計,使光束可準確地投射在光學感測元件100上,以提供掃描器一較清晰的解析度。每一掃描模組100都有一最佳對焦點可獲得最清晰的影像,亦即掃描模組100具有最佳的影像解析度,而若光束聚焦於該最佳對焦點前後的一段範圍內仍可獲得清晰影像的話,該最佳對焦點前後的一段範圍即被定義為焦深(Depth of Focus)。綜言之,由於焦深的特性,光學元件的設置可容許些許的誤差,而為了使掃描裝置具有較佳的影像解析度,必須將光學感測元件104設置於最佳對焦點上或焦深範圍內之位置。
由上段內容可知,習知掃描模組100掃描出來的影像解晰度係由各光學元件的設置關係來決定,但由於掃描模組100在運作過程中會產生熱,於掃描裝置工作一段時間後,其熱量更增使掃描模組的溫度升高,此時,利用塑膠(具有高熱膨脹係數)材質製成的掃描模組殼體101會受熱而膨脹。而光學感測元件104設置於印刷電路板106上且印刷電路板106直接鎖合於掃描模組殼體101上,如第一圖所示。因此,光學感測元件104因與掃描模組殼體101接觸而受到直接的影響,當掃描模組殼體101受熱而膨脹時,掃描模組殼體101內的光學感測元件104會被擠壓,而使原本位於最佳對焦點上或焦深範圍內之光學感測元件104產生些許位移,此時,光學感測元件104已不再位於最佳對焦點上或焦深範圍內,也就是說,經過透鏡103之光束無法對焦於最佳對焦點上 或焦深範圍內而產生失焦現象,故影像解析度將大輻降低。為此,使用者必須幫助掃描裝置散熱以降低溫度,才可再度使用掃描裝置進行掃描,如此作法相當不具有效率,讓使用者深感困擾。
本發明之目的在提供一種掃描裝置,特別係關於一種可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置。
於一較佳實施例中,本發明提供一種可防止失焦現象之掃描模組,包括:一掃描模組殼體,具有一孔洞結構;一光源,設置於掃描模組殼體上,用以產生光束,使光束投射至一文件上;複數反射鏡,用以反射光束;一透鏡,用以使光束聚焦;一光學感測元件,用以接收光束且將光束轉換為電子訊號;一印刷電路板,連接於光學感測元件,用以接收電子訊號而輸出影像;以及一金屬柱,穿過孔洞結構而被固定於掃描模組殼體上,且金屬柱之一端連接於印刷電路板,使印刷電路板不與掃描模組殼體接觸。
於一較佳實施例中,該可防止失焦現象之掃描模組更包括一固定架,被設置於印刷電路板與掃描模組殼體之間,且固定架之 一面接觸於印刷電路板,而固定架之另一面接觸於金屬柱。
於一較佳實施例中,金屬柱係利用螺絲鎖合方式以連接於印刷電路板,且螺絲穿過印刷電路板以及該固定架而鎖合於該金屬柱。
於一較佳實施例中,金屬柱之另一端被固定於掃描模組殼體上。
於一較佳實施例中,金屬柱之另一端係利用螺絲鎖合、勾子勾合或伸出部與凹槽構造嵌合方式來連接於掃描模組殼體。
於一較佳實施例中,光學感測元件係一電荷耦合元件(Charge Coupled Device,CCD)。
於一較佳實施例中,一種可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置,用以讀取文件之影像,包括:一平台式掃描器,包括:一玻璃平台;以及一掃描模組,包括:一掃描模組殼體,具有一孔洞結構;一光源,設置於掃描模組殼體上,用以產生光束,使光束投射至文件上;複數反射鏡,用以反射光束;一透鏡,用以使光束聚焦;一光學感測元件,用以接收光束且將光束轉換為電子訊號; 一印刷電路板,連接於光學感測元件,用以接收電子訊號而輸出影像;以及一金屬柱,穿過孔洞結構而被固定於掃描模組殼體上,且金屬柱之一端連接於印刷電路板,使印刷電路板不與掃描模組殼體接觸。
於一較佳實施例中,可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置更包括一固定架,被設置於印刷電路板與掃描模組殼體之間,且固定架之一面接觸於印刷電路板,而固定架之另一面接觸於金屬柱。
於一較佳實施例中,金屬柱係利用螺絲鎖合方式以連接於印刷電路板,且螺絲穿過印刷電路板以及固定架而鎖合於金屬柱。
於一較佳實施例中,金屬柱之另一端被固定於掃描模組殼體上。

本發明提出一種可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置,請參閱第二 圖,其為本發明掃描裝置於一較佳實施例中之結構示意圖。本較佳實施例中,掃描裝置2包括上蓋21以及負責掃描工作之平台式掃描器22。平台式掃描器22包括玻璃平台221以及掃描模組200,玻璃平台22用以放置待掃描的文件P,而掃描模組200包括掃描模組殼體201、光源205複數反射鏡202、透鏡203、光學感測元件204以及印刷電路板206,其中光學感測元件204係一電荷耦合元件(Charge Coupled Device,CCD)。掃描模組中200,光源205可產生光束B,複數反射鏡202,用以反射光束B,而透鏡203用以將光束B聚焦,光學感測元件204用以接收光束B且將光束B轉換為電子訊號,而印刷電路板206連接於光學感測元件204,用以接收來自光學感測元件204之電子訊號而輸出影像。以上為本發明掃描裝置就掃描功能上之結構說明,另外,本發明掃描裝置當然亦包括具饋紙功能的饋紙式掃描器而不限於本實施例揭露的平台式掃描器。
接下來說明掃描裝置如何防止因熱膨脹而產生的失焦現象,請參閱第三圖,其為本發明掃描裝置之掃描模組於一較佳實施例中之結構上視示意圖。第三圖中,掃描模組殼體201具有孔洞結構2011,本發明利用金屬柱207伸入孔洞結構2011中,其中金屬柱207之一端連接於印刷電路板206,金屬柱207之另一端被固定於掃描模組殼體201上。金屬柱207之一端連接於印刷電路板206使印刷電路板206不與掃描模組殼體201接觸,且金屬柱207之一端與印刷電路板206之連接係利用螺絲209穿過印刷電路板206而鎖合於金屬柱207。金屬柱207之另一端與掃描模組殼體201間之固定可利用各種方式,例如利用螺絲鎖合、利用勾子勾合或 利用伸出部與凹槽構造嵌合等,而本較佳實施例採用螺絲鎖合方式。本發明利用金屬柱207作為掃描模組殼體201與印刷電路板206之間的橋樑,使掃描模組殼體201與印刷電路板206不直接接觸,其中金屬柱207係以低熱膨脹係數的金屬製成,因此當掃描模組殼體201受熱而膨脹時,金屬柱207因具有較低的熱膨脹係數而不會產生太大程度的膨脹型變,且金屬柱207亦具有金屬的剛性而被掃描模組殼體201擠壓時不會產生太大的影響,因此,就算掃描模組200受熱而膨脹,但掃描模組200仍可聚焦於最焦對焦點上或焦深範圍內,即可避免失焦現象發生。另外,本發明已對掃描模組內部的光學元件間的距離以及位置關係經過精密計算而獲得修正後的光學元件所在位置,以避免由於金屬柱的設置而變更掃描模組內部各元件間的關係以降低影像清晰度。
本發明利用金屬柱來連接掃描模組殼體與印刷電路板,但由於兩者間的連接僅有金屬柱,而金屬柱與該兩者的接觸面積太小,雖然亦可運作,但金屬柱容易晃動,穩定性不高,鑑此,本發明更設置一固定架於掃描模組中,請參閱第四圖,其為本發明掃描裝置之掃描模組於一較佳實施例中另一視角之結構示意圖。第四圖中,本發明將固定架208設置於印刷電路板206與掃描模組殼體201之間,固定架208之一面接觸於印刷電路板206,固定架之另一面接觸於金屬柱207,其中金屬柱207係利用一螺絲鎖合方式以連接於印刷電路板206,且螺絲穿過印刷電路板206以及固定架208而鎖合於金屬柱207。固定架208可藉由與金屬柱207接觸而可穩定金屬柱207,使掃描模組200工作更為順利、穩固。但固定架208不與掃描模組殼體201接觸而不會被掃描模組殼體201所 擠壓而發生位置上或角度上的偏移。於本較佳實施例中,固定架208係為凹字形狀,固定架208更具有一開孔,由於視角問題,故第四圖中未能顯示,該開孔是為了當固定架208被設置於印刷電路板206上時,使光學感測元件204可透過開孔而顯露於固定架208之另一面,以便於讓光學感測元件204接收光束。但固定架不限於凹字形狀而可依照使用者的不同需求,以其他形狀的固定架替代,唯固定架提供的固定金屬柱功能不變。
本發明針對習知技術直接將印刷電路板設置於掃描模組殼體上的結構設計而改良,藉由隔離掃描模組殼體與光學感測元件使該兩者不接觸,更利用較低熱膨脹係數的金屬柱來連接掃描模組殼體與光學感測元件,以盡可能地抵制掃描模組殼體的熱膨脹效應而避免擠壓光學感測元件,進而防止失焦現象的發生。與習知技術相比,本發明確實可有效抑制失焦現象,再者,本發明僅需額外設置孔洞結構於掃描模組殼體上以及金屬柱,不需要另外增加太多的成本即可防止失焦現象,不但解決了使用者的困擾,更可兼顧經濟效應。
以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施例,並非用以限定本發明之申請專利範圍,因此凡其它未脫離本發明所揭示之精神下所完成之等效改變或修飾,均應包含於本案之申請專利範圍內。

  1. 一種可防止失焦現象之掃描模組,包括:一掃描模組殼體,具有一孔洞結構,伸出於該掃描模組殼體之一表面且該孔洞結構被固定於掃描模組殼體上;一光源,設置於該掃描模組殼體上,用以產生一光束,使該光束投射至一文件上;複數反射鏡,用以反射該光束;一透鏡,用以使該光束聚焦;一光學感測元件,用以接收該光束且將該光束轉換為一電子訊號;一印刷電路板,連接於該光學感測元件,用以接收該電子訊號而輸出影像;以及一金屬柱,該金屬柱之一另一端伸入該孔洞結構中而被固定於該掃描模組殼體上,且該金屬柱之一端連接於該印刷電路板,使該印刷電路板不與該掃描模組殼體接觸,以避免該掃描模組殼體之熱膨脹效應擠壓該光學感測元件。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描模組,更包括一固定架,被設置於該印刷電路板與該掃描模組殼體之間,且該固定架之一面接觸於該印刷電路板,而該固定架之一另一面接觸於該金屬柱。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描模組,其 中該金屬柱係利用一螺絲鎖合方式以連接於該印刷電路板,且該螺絲穿過該印刷電路板以及該固定架而鎖合於該金屬柱。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描模組,其中該金屬柱之一另一端被固定於該掃描模組殼體上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描模組,其中該金屬柱之該另一端係利用一螺絲鎖合、勾子勾合或伸出部與凹槽構造嵌合方式來連接於該掃描模組殼體。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描模組,其中該光學感測元件係一電荷耦合元件(Charge Coupled Device,CCD)。
  7. 一種可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置,用以讀取一文件之影像,包括:一平台式掃描器,包括:一玻璃平台;以及一掃描模組,包括:一掃描模組殼體,具有一孔洞結構,伸出於該掃描模組殼體之一表面且該孔洞結構被固定於掃描模組殼體上;一光源,設置於該掃描模組殼體上,用以產生一光束,使該光束投射至該文件上;複數反射鏡,用以反射該光束;一透鏡,用以使該光束聚焦;一光學感測元件,用以接收該光束且將該光束轉換為一 電子訊號;一印刷電路板,連接於該光學感測元件,用以接收該電子訊號而輸出影像;以及一金屬柱,該金屬柱之一另一端伸入該孔洞結構中而被固定於該掃描模組殼體上,且該金屬柱之一端連接於該印刷電路板,使該印刷電路板不與該掃描模組殼體接觸,以避免該掃描模組殼體之熱膨脹效應擠壓該光學感測元件。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置,更包括一固定架,被設置於該印刷電路板與該掃描模組殼體之間,且該固定架之一面接觸於該印刷電路板,而該固定架之一另一面接觸於該金屬柱。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置,其中該金屬柱係利用一螺絲鎖合方式以連接於該印刷電路板,且該螺絲穿過該印刷電路板以及該固定架而鎖合於該金屬柱。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置,其中該金屬柱之一另一端被固定於該掃描模組殼體上。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第10項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置,其中該金屬柱之該另一端係利用一螺絲鎖合、勾子勾合或伸出部與凹槽構造嵌合方式來連接於該掃描模組殼體。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置,其中該光學感測元件係一電荷耦合元件(Charge Coupled Device,CCD)。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之可防止失焦現象之掃描裝置,更包括一上蓋。
