該自行車之功能性與物件使用之便利性，特別是在較不 會影響騎乘又方便取用的該車架上安裝一水壺架，以放 置一水壺’提供自行車騎士取用該水壺飲用。 請參考第1圖所示，其揭示一種習用之自行車水壺 架之使用示意圖’其包含一自行車之車架91、一水壺 架92及一水壺93。該車架91上設有二螺孔911，該水❿ 壺架92係為一約呈空心l型之彎折骨架，並以二螺固 元件a穿過該水壺架92之二穿孔(未繪示）及該二螺孔 911 ’以將該水壺架92螺固於該車架91上。該水壺架 92適可供由上往下放置一水壺93,該水壺93受到該水 壺架92之限位而不會脫出該水壺架92，也能方便自行 車騎士隨時取放及使用該水壺93。 然而，該水壺架在實際使用時仍有以下之缺點：（1) 4 該水壺架92與該水壺93為直接接觸，所以，該水壺 93於取放時或該自行車之行車震動，易造該水壺93表 面材質或印刷之磨損，進而影響該水壺之質感與美觀。 (2)在不放置該水壺93於該車架91上時，該水壺架92 仍保持固設於該車架91上，其影響該自行車外觀之簡 捷性。（3)摺疊式自行車不適合安裝該水壺架92，因為 該水壺架92會影響該摺疊式自行車之收合功能。 故，有必要提供一種自行車用扣具，以解決習知技 術所存在的問題。 【發明内容】 本發明之主要目的在於提供一種自行車用扣具，其 中該扣具組件之第一活動座及第二活動座對應卡入該 固定組件之第一固定座及第二固定座内，使該扣具組件 及其承載的物件可拆裝的固設於該車架上之固定組件 上，且該扣具組件利用一結合元件結合及承載一物件， 以防止物件表面與車架直接接觸而磨損。 本發明之次要目的在於提供一種自行車用扣具，其 中該第一活動座與該第二活動座之馬蹄部開口方向不 相同，以提高該自行車用扣具之固定強度。 本發明之另一目的在於提供一種自行車用扣具，其 中該固定組件不承載該扣具組件及物件時，該自行車之 外觀能保持簡捷。 本發明之再一目的在於提供一種自行車用扣具，其中該 扣具組件適用於摺疊式自行車，當該固定組件不承載該 扣具組件及物件時，該摺疊式自行車可以正常收合。 為達上述之目的，本發明提供一種自行車用扣具， ' ^ 3固疋組件及一扣具組件，該固定組件固設於〆 自行車之車架上，該扣具組件用以承載物件。該扣具組 件之第/舌動座及第二活動座能對應卡入該固定組件 之第一固定座及第二固定座内，使該扣具組件及其承載 =物件可拆裝的固設於該車架上。該自行車用扣具除了 能提供拆裝該物件之便利性及防止物件表面磨損之 外’亦能提高該扣具組件之固定強度。 【實施方式】 為了讓本發明之上述及其他目的、特徵、優點能更 ^易^’下文將特舉本發明較佳實施例，並配合所附 圖式’作詳細說明如下。 t發明之自行車用扣具係可選擇組裝於 活動座31及一第二活動座32，該扣具組件3可承载 一物件7，例如一水壺。 如第2圖所示，在本發明第一實施例中，該固定組 件I之第一固定座U具有一滑輪狀之外形，其圓周面 上設有一凹槽111。另外，該第一固定座11之中心設有 =穿孔112,該第一固定座u透過一螺固元件3螵固於 s車架5之螺孔51上。在本實施例中，該固定組件 \之第二取座12與該第—固定座11具有相同之外 形，其圓周面上設有一凹槽121，該第二固定座12之 中心設有一穿孔122，該第二固定座12透過一螺固元 件a螺固於該車架5之—螺孔51上，該第—固定座^ 與該第二固定座12相隔一適當距離。 如第2圖所示，在本發明第一實施例中該扣具組 件3之第一活動座31設有一馬蹄部3ιι及二導引部 =1。該馬蹄部311係指類似「Ω」馬蹄狀之槽口構造， 其一侧具有一開口，該馬蹄部311之内徑實質等於該第 —固定座11之該凹槽lu直徑，該馬蹄部311之開口 寬度小於該馬蹄部311之内徑。該二導引部312設於該 馬蹄部3U之開口兩端。該第一活動座31之馬蹄部^ 與該固定虹件1之第—蚊座11之凹槽111可對應卡 掣，該二導引部312用以引導該馬蹄部311平順的卡入 該凹槽111内。在本實施例中，該扣具組件3之第二活 動座32與該第一活動座31具有相同之外形，該第二活 動座32設有一馬蹄部321及二導引部322。該馬蹄部 321係指類似「Ω」馬蹄狀之槽口構造，其一側具有一 開口，該二導引部322設於該馬蹄部321之開口兩端。 該第二活動座32之馬蹄部321與該固定組件1之第二 固定座12之凹槽121可對應卡掣，該二導引部322用 以引導該馬蹄部321平順的卡入該凹槽121内。 如第2圖所示，本發明第一實施例之該第一固定座 11及該第二固定座12較佳由一具有強度及耐磨耗之材 質所製成，例如金屬或工程塑膠。該第一固定座11及 該第二固定座12還可分別包含二固定墊圈b，其中一 該固定墊圈b設於該第一固定座11與該車架5之間； 另一該固定墊圈b設於該第二固定座12與該車架5之 間。由於一般的車架5之表面形狀多為圓形或橢圓形， 因此該固定墊圈b可對應填補該第一固定座11及該第 二固定座12與該車架5表面形狀之間所形成之空隙， 施例之自行車用扣具之組裝過程示意圖，其視角方向是 由該車架5朝向該自行車用扣具，並忽略該車架5。本 發明第二實施例相似於本發明第一實施例，並大致沿用 第一實施例的圖號，但兩者不同之處在於：該扣具組件 3之該第一活動座31之馬蹄部311之開口仍朝向下方； 但該第二活動座32之馬蹄部321之開口改為朝向右方 或左方。如第4A圖所示，組裝該扣具組件3時，先將 在本發明第二實施例中，該自行車用扣具確實能提 供可拆裝的固定功能於該自行車之車架5上。並且，能 再提高該物件7的固定強度。而且，當要取出該扣具組 件3時，只要將先前裝入之動作反順序進行即可：以該 第一固定座11為旋轉支點，順時鐘方向旋轉該扣具組 件3，使該扣具組件3靠下端之該第二活動座32由圖 的右方往左方向脫離該第二固定座12。接著，該扣具 組件3由左下方朝右上方施力，即可使該第一活動座 31脫離該第一固定座11，將該扣具組件3從該車架5 上取下。此種兩段式的操作方式，除了能增進該扣具組 件3固定於該車架5上之強度之外，也方便於單手之操 作方式，當然也可依照自行車騎士的個人使用偏好與習 慣來調整該扣具組件3之靠下端之該第二活動座32之 開口方向（例如該馬蹄部321之開口方向朝左）。 如上所述，在本發明之第一實施例中，該第一活動 座31之開口方向該第二活動座32之開口方向相同，在
