Description

(1) EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention is a working machine, in particular, after the workpiece is cut, the operator performs a cleaning operation of washing the cleaning powder from the cleaning gun to wash the cutting powder or the cutting chips. A working machine that prevents the cooling liquid used for washing from scattering to the outside. [Prior Art] Conventionally, a working machine capable of performing digital control (so-called NC control) has a column and is mounted on the base. The spindle head of the column, a table that can move the placed workpiece, and the like. In the above-mentioned working machine, various cutting operations such as cutting, honing, drilling, etc. can be performed on the workpiece by a tool mounted on the spindle head according to a specific machining program. For example, the working machine (vertical machining center) disclosed in Japanese Laid-Open Publication No. 22042, the pedestal has a column that supports the φ spindle head so as to be movable up and down, and is movable to X. A saddle or table in the direction or Y direction. The above-mentioned working machine can perform various cutting processes on the workpiece placed on the table while moving the table. This type of work machine generally has a plurality of washing nozzles facing the table or workpiece. In the machining of the workpiece, the working machine washes the cutting chips such as the cutting powder generated during the cutting process by discharging the cooling liquid from the plurality of cleaning nozzles. In the above cleaning, in order to avoid the chips generated during the cutting process or the cooling liquid during washing to scatter to the outside - 4 - (2) 1295213, the protective baffle (protector) covers the space on the front side of the column. . After the cutting of the workpiece, the operator can perform a washing operation due to the accumulation of a large amount of chips generated in the cutting process on the inclined bottom wall of the base. Specifically, the operator opens the opening and closing door provided on the front side of the protective baffle, and ejects the cooling liquid from the washing nozzle having the hose to make the chips accumulated on the bottom wall pass through the bottom portions formed on the left and right sides of the column. The wall cleaning passage is washed toward the coolant tank provided on the rear side of the base. As described above, when the operator opens the opening and closing door on the front side of the protective shutter to perform the washing operation, the above-mentioned protective shutter can block the cooling liquid sprayed by the above washing and avoid scattering to the outside. Further, the space on the front side of the column is covered by the protective baffle on the front side of the column, and the cooling liquid for washing is prevented from scattering to the outside. However, the lower end portion of the face wall behind the protective baffle is located on the upper side of the bottom wall so as not to shield the passage for washing. In the cleaning passages respectively formed on the left and right sides of the pedestal, the upper side of the passage portion corresponding to the side portion of the column is opened, and no covering is formed. Therefore, when the operator washes the rear side of the protective baffle from the cleaning door by the cooling nozzle by the cooling nozzle, the splashed coolant passes through the lower side of the protective baffle, and from the column The sides are scattered to the outside. As a result, there is a problem that the ground is contaminated by the coolant. [Means for Solving the Problem] The working machine-5-(3) 1295213 according to the first aspect of the present invention is a work including a pedestal base body, a column, a spindle head, and a protective baffle. The pedestal base body includes: a mounting base portion, a bottom wall portion, a left side wall, a right side wall, and a front side wall of the fixed column, and has a pair of pedestal body bodies spanned to a height position near the upper end of the left and right side walls Closure plate members for the left and right side walls. In this way, when the machining process is completed and the operator injects the coolant from the cleaning nozzle to perform the cleaning operation, the coolant for cleaning can be reliably prevented by the protective baffle on the front side of the column. Fly away from the outside. When the operator sprays the coolant to clean the rear side of the protective baffle, even when the splashed coolant passes through the lower side of the protective baffle, a pair of closing plate members can be used to surely prevent the formation from being separately formed. The cleaning passages on the left and right sides of the pedestal base body are scattered toward the upper side of the column. Therefore, in the case of the "cleaning operation", the cooling liquid for washing is not scattered from any part of the working machine to the outside, and the countermeasure against scattering is ensured, and the contamination of the ground can be reliably prevented. According to the working machine of the second aspect of the invention, the closing plate member on the left side is integrally formed with the mounting base portion and the left side wall, and the closing plate member on the right side is integrally formed with the mounting base portion and the right side wall. As a result, the joint strength between the mounting pedestal portion and the left side wall can be significantly improved. The joint strength between the mounting pedestal portion and the right side wall can be remarkably improved. Therefore, even when the load acts on the column with the cutting process, the stability of the column can be improved, that is, the cutting accuracy can be improved. In addition to this, the same effect as the first item of the patent application can be achieved. In the cutting process of the workpiece, by spraying the coolant on the upper plurality of nozzles, it is possible to cool not only the cuttings generated in the tool or the workpiece, but also the washing coolant passages 2 i on the left and right sides, which will be described later. 2 j and rushed to the coolant tank 10 . As shown in Fig. 1, the work machine 1 is provided with a large protective baffle 13 that can cover a space on the side of the column 4 side. The protective baffle 1 3 ' is a box-shaped cover that is open to the left side of the lower main mechanical side but has a left liquid 12 direction, and the net side -9 - (7) 1295213 is opened to the upper side. The lower end portion of the front side wall of the protective shutter 13 is fixed to the inner surface of the front side wall 2b. The lower end portion of the left side wall of the protective shutter 13 is fixed to the inner surface of the left side wall 2c. The lower end portion of the right side wall of the protective baffle 13 is fixed to the inner surface of the right side wall 2d. However, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the rear wall portion of the protective shutter 13 reaches the front side of the column. The lower end portion ' of the protective baffle 13 is located on the upper side of the bottom wall 2a so as not to shield the cleaning coolant passages 2i and 2j, which will be described later. _ As shown in Figs. 3 to 5, the pedestal base body 2' is provided between the left rail pedestal portion 2e and the mounting pedestal portion 2g and the left side wall 2c which are erected on the bottom wall 2a, and has been cooled. The liquid flows to the left side of the coolant tank 1 to wash the coolant passage 2i. The pedestal base body 2 is provided between the right rail pedestal portion 2f erected on the bottom wall 2a and the mounting pedestal portion 2h and the right side wall 2d, and is provided with a right side for cleaning the cleaned coolant to the coolant tank 1 〇 Coolant passage 2j. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the pedestal base body 2 has a substantially horizontal position at a height position lower than the upper end of the left side wall 2c from the mounting seat φ seat portion 2g on the left side to the left side wall 2c. The left side panel member 15 is closed. The left closing plate member 15 is formed integrally with the mounting base portion 2g and the left side wall 2c. The pedestal base body 2 has a right side closing plate member 16 having a substantially horizontal posture at a height position that is lower from the mounting pedestal portion 2h on the right side to the right side wall 2d' and lower than the upper end of the right side wall 2d. The right closing plate member 16 is integrally formed with the mounting base portion 2h and the right side wall 2d. That is, as shown in Fig. 5, the right side closing plate member 16 is located on the rear side of the protective baffle 13 and is disposed so as to cover the upper side of the bottom wall 2a -10- (8) 1295213 on the right side of the column 4, and The mounting base portion 2h and the right side wall 2d are integrally formed. Similarly, the left side closing plate member 15 is also integrally formed with the mounting base portion 2g and the left side wall 2c. Further, as shown in Figs. 3 to 6, a plurality of reinforcing plates (ribs) 17 having a triangular shape as viewed from the front side form a reinforcing force to the horizontal left closing plate member 15 and the left side wall 2c. A plurality of reinforcing plates (ribs) 18 which are triangular in shape viewed from the front form a reinforcing force to the horizontal right closing plate member 丨6 and the right side wall 2d. Next, the action and effect of the work machine 1 will be described. When the cutting process is completed, the operator opens the switch door provided on the front side of the protective shutter 13, and ejects the coolant from the washing nozzle (not shown) having the hose toward the rear. By the above-described spraying, the chips remaining on the upper surface or the bottom wall 2a of the table 3 can be flushed to the left side cleaning coolant passage 2i or the right side cleaning coolant passage 2j. Then, the coolant flows to the coolant tank 10 via the left and right cleaning coolant passages 2i and 2j to perform a washing operation. As a result, each continuous cutting process is completed, and the operator injects the coolant from the washing nozzle having the hose to perform the washing operation. At this time, since the space on the front side of the column 4 is covered by the protective baffle 13, the protective baffle 13 can be used to surely prevent the splashing coolant from being washed by the washing nozzle having the hose toward The outside is scattered. The pedestal base body 2 has a pair of closing plate members 15 and 16 spanning from the mounting pedestal portions 2g and 2h to the left and right side walls 2c and 2d at a height position near the upper ends of the left and right side walls 2c and 2d. Thereby, when the operator sprays the coolant to clean the rear side of the protective shutter 13, even when the splashed coolant passes through the lower side of the protective shutter 13, the left and right sides of the base body 2 are formed. -11 - (9) Among the cleaning coolant passages 2i and 2j on the side of the 1295213, the closing plate members 15 and 16 can surely prevent the coolant flowing upward from the side portion of the column 4 from scattering to the outside. Therefore, in the cleaning operation, it is possible to form a countermeasure against "the cooling liquid used for washing cannot be scattered from any part of the working machine 1 to the outside", and it is possible to reliably prevent contamination of the ground. The left closing plate member 15 is integrally formed with the mounting base portion 2g and the left side wall 2c, and the right closing plate member 16 is integrally formed with the mounting base portion 2h and the right side wall 2d. Thereby, the connection strength between the mounting pedestal portion 2g and the left side wall 2c can be significantly increased by the left side closing plate member 15, and the joint strength between the mounting pedestal portion 2h and the right side wall 2d can be made by the right side closing plate member 16 Significantly improved. The reinforcing plate 17 is used to reinforce the joint strength between the left closing plate member 15 and the mounting base portion 2g, and the reinforcing plate 18 reinforces the joint strength between the right closing plate member 16 and the mounting base portion 2h. Thereby, even when a load acts on the column 4 with the cutting process, the stability of the column 4 can be improved, that is, the cutting accuracy can be improved. However, the above-mentioned reinforcing plate 17 and 18 base base body 2 may be omitted, and the left side closing plate member 15 and the right side closing plate member 16 may be provided at a lower height position than the upper ends of the left and right side walls 2c, 2d, respectively. . Thereby, even in the case where the coolant leaks from the rear end of the protective shutter i3 and falls on the left closing plate member 15, the left side wall 2c and the mounting pedestal portion 2g and the lower left closing plate member 15 The formed left aqueduct can induce the leaked coolant to the coolant tank 1 后 on the rear side. Even if 1212 (10) 1295213, in the case where the leaked coolant falls on the right side closing plate member 16, the right side water conduit formed by the right side wall 2d and the mounting pedestal portion 2h and the lower right closing plate member 16 is The leaked coolant can be induced to the coolant tank 10 on the rear side. Therefore, it is possible to surely prevent the coolant falling on the left and right side closure plate members 15 and 16 described above from flowing out to the outside. Next, a modification of the above embodiment will be described. 1. The left side closing plate member 15 and the right closing plate member 16 may also be slightly tilted rearward. In this case, the cooling liquid dropped on the left closing plate member 15 and the closing plate member 16 on the right side can be quickly discharged to the rear coolant tank 1 〇, and the discharge property of the cooling liquid can be improved. 2. The left closing plate member 1 5 A and the right closing plate member 16 A may be independently fixed to the pedestal base body 2 independently of the pedestal base body 2 and detachably. The same members as those of the above-described embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted. That is, as shown in Fig. 7, the left side closing plate member 丨5 a forms the same gap shape as the gap between the left side mounting pedestal portion 2g and the left side wall 2c, and the left side wall 2 c end portion of the left side closing plate member 15 A Arrive at the upper end of the left side wall 2 c. The right side closing plate member 16A forms a gap shape identical to the gap between the right side mounting base portion 2h and the right side wall 2d, and the right side wall 2d end of the right side closing plate member 16A reaches the upper end surface of the right side wall 2d. . The left closing plate member 15A has two grooves 15a formed thereon, and the groove 15a is formed in a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (front-rear direction) of the pedestal base body 2. The right closing plate member i 6 A has two (11) 1295213 recessed grooves 16a formed thereon, and the recessed grooves 16a are formed in a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (front-rear direction) of the pedestal base body 2. Therefore, the plurality of bolts 20 are fixed to the upper end surface of the left side wall 2c in a state of covering the gap between the left side mounting base portion 2g and the left side wall 2c. The plurality of bolts 21 are fixed to the upper end surface of the right side wall 2d in a state of covering the gap between the right side mounting base portion 2h and the right side wall 2d. In this way, the left side closing plate member 15 A is spanned from the mounting base portion 2g to the upper end surface of the left side wall 2c, and is detachably attachable. The right closing plate member 16A is spanned from the mounting base portion 2h to the upper end surface of the right side wall 2cJ, and is detachably attachable. The left closing plate member 15A and the right closing plate member 16A have the grooves 15a and 16a substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the base body 2, respectively. In this way, when the operator injects the coolant from the washing nozzle having the hose to perform the washing operation, the left and right closing plate members 15A and 16A can be reliably prevented from being formed on the base of the base. The coolant corresponding to the passage portion of the side portion of the column 4 in the washing coolant passages 2 i, 2 j on both sides is scattered toward the outside. When the bottom wall 2a or the like is cleaned, and the left closing plate member 丨5a and the right closing plate member 166 are obstructed, the operator can remove the left closing plate member 15A and the right closing plate member 随时6 as needed. a. Further, even in the case where the coolant leaking from the rear side of the protective baffle 13 falls down to the left closing plate member 15A or the right closing plate member 丨6a, it can be formed by the left closing plate member 1 5 A and the right side of the closing plate member〗 6 a of the plurality of grooves 1 5 a, 1 6 a has a water conduit function, to prevent cold • 14- (12) 1295213 but the liquid flows out to the outside.
