The martial art rod of the present invention has a sleeve made of foaming material and disposed with a hollow tube, a buffering part and a concave therein so as to avoid injury with buffering during a martial art contest. Meanwhile, by the coordination of the connection device with a variety of connection elements, the rod of the present invention may be proffered with a lot of purposes.
