Abstract

This invention provides a method and device for desalinating and purifying seawater to directly drinkable seawater. It is a separable multi-layer-body design, including an upper layer, a lower layer, and an external condenser. All components of each layer are made of high thermal conductivity and anti-corrosion materials. These layers consist of four main units, including a heating unit, a desalinating-and-dissociating unit, a purifying-and-distilling unit, and a condensing unit. The heating unit conducts boiled vapor, through a vapor conducting tube, to the desalinating-and-dissociating unit for heating up the seawater to the boil. By the repeated process of inter-circulation between the desalinating-and-dissociating unit and the purifying-and-distilling unit, and by means of the multi-dissociation processes of the dissociation-recombination unit and the repeated-purification process of the distilling unit, the seawater is dissociated to its smallest elements and is purified and recombined to form a generated-seawater most suitable for human body to drink. And, germs, virus, heavy-metal pollutants, and any elements that not suitable for drinking are all filtered so the generated-seawater can be drunk directly without any further processing, and the molecular elements in the generated-water are more beneficial and absorbable for human body.
