Abstract
A method for producing mineralized plant-fiber panel uses at least one plant material selected from woods, palm fibers, coconut fibers, cotton sticks, bamboos, herbs, nut shells and bean shells to make the plant-fiber, and use at least one mineral material selected from calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, calcium silicate, magnesia, magnesium chloride, magnesium oxysulfate, zinc oxide, perlite, carborundum, silica and fluorspar to mix with solution to synthesize a hardener. The hardener is mixed with the plant-fiber to enable the plant-fiber to be mineralized, and the mixture mixed by the plant-fiber and the hardener is disposed in the mold to press it to form a building material with various shapes. The building material then is drawn from the mold to perform solidification to enable the building material to have advantages like the inorganic mineral material, and the building material further has characteristics of excellent fireproof, heat insulation, deformation proof, non toxicity, light weight, higher strength, low production cost and achieves environmental protection requirement.
